My name is Induran Habithae, and I am the leader of a small organization known as the Death Strikers. We are fighters and...for lack of a better word...spies fighting for justice against tyranny. Our organization is not as large as I would have hoped, so I am offering a proposition to you. I offer our services, such as they are.

Yue grabbed the com and decided to take the com himself. A little help is help after all. He walked down to the training room and knocked on the door and waited for the response of the general.

Using his master's offensive as distraction, Locke used the wall as a point to rebound off of, attempting to take the round about path to flank the storm troopers. Locke started large sweeping attack kata, mowing down four of the storm troopers with one quick attack. He stopped in the midst of the troop, raising his saber in defense of of the remaining six storm troopers, which now focused their fire on him.

Kira had heard the comm unit beep but had chose to ignore it in favour of working in conjunction with her padawan more. They were progressing well and she could feel their bond strengthening as they worked together.

 

Feeling and sensing the Lieutenant outside the door she felt that the message that had come through must be important. Well important enough to disturb their training regime.

 

She reached for the holoprojector's switch through the Force, flicking it off before turning to Locke.

 

"Nice work their Padawan, but I feel duty calling."

 

Her breathing was still quick because of the adrenaline coursing through her system so she took a few deep breath's to dispell it.

 

Kira called out to Lt Yue to enter.

[Yue]

Yue entered the training room and spoke.

 

"I'm sorry for distubring your trainging session, but a com with a offer of hands for the mission was made. Heres the com."

 

He hands over the com to Kirana and lets her read the com.

 

"This is the only com, I am assuming that you have sent one to kerry. One problem is that he has not singeled back yet. I will leave you to your training, but if you would like another training partner just let me know. I shall go now."

 

The force guides us all.

[Kirana Sunrider]

Kira took in what Lt Yue said, wondering why Kerry hadn't responded yet either. A feeling of something... elusive came too her, causing her to speak out before he left.

 

"Lieutenant. Could you check the Holonet broadcasts, let me know what's been happening. I sense that something isn't quite right. Contact the Admiral for me and see if plans have changed any. I have a feeling that we are coming up on darker times. As for another sparring partner. If you feel you need the practice, after you have completed my requests you may join us if you wish."

 

She glanced at Locke,

 

"Any requests?"

[Yue]

With a very subtle tone,

 

"Consider done, one question thought which Admiral would you like me to contact? Forn, Black, or do you mean your master."

 

He gave a very subtle look and went to com station he knew he would let him know in a bit anyways. He now browsed the holonet for any signs of infomation that would prove helpful.

 

The storm shall come, but I shall stand strong

"Yeah, I move that Jedi no longer wear clothes. Clothes are too flashy, and they are bad for the order. They cause vanity. We should stop wearing them."

As she observed Yue leave she shook her head What arn't they teaching the lower ranks these days? He should have known that there was only one Admiral and that was Onderin... she shrugged before turning back to Locke. Again she shook her head, strands of silver hair falling forward as she struggled not to laugh at his comment. She considered for half a moment calling his bluff but that would be more trouble than it would be worth.

 

"I meant for training... besides which, where would one keep their lightsaber?"

 

She rolled her eyes with exaspiration. Locke seemed always to want her out of her clothes... briefly she wondered what he'd do if he ever got his way... the just as quickly cut the thought off... not wanting to know...

Pulling out her personal comm unit, Kira sent a return comm to the Deathstrikers...

[Darth Immolatus]

Evan Kerry watches as Selvaris emerges in front of him. The Scorpion fighter had encountered some difficulties and Evcan feared he would be late.

 

"Evan KErry requesting permission to land."

[Kirana Sunrider]

The communications officer answers Evan Kerry's request.

 

"Permission granted Sir."

 

Also included were instructions for him to land in the Mountain base and which meeting room was to be used.

 

A runner was sent, arriving out of breath at the training room, announcing Evan's arrival.

 

"Well looks like that's it for training for now. You can continue if you wish or join us in the meeting. I'll leave it up to you."

 

She paused a moment before heading towards the meeting room...

[Amidala Skywalker]

The newly christened Freedom's Fanfare appeared over Selvaris. In the cockpit, Indy commed the planet. "This is Induran Habithae of the Death Strikers requesting permission for myself and my companion (who will arrive shortly) to land. I am here for a meeting with General Sunrider."

 

She hoped whoever was running the board would get the message and allow her to go down. She was eager for their negotiations to commence.

[Kirana Sunrider]

The communications officer receives the new request for landing and gives instructions for where they are to land. They would be met at the hanger and escorted to the meeting ready room.

As new ships have entered the system, scans of the whole system are run to make sure there are no unwanted followers, the outpost on the moon remains ever vigilant, running weapons drills and keeping it's personal on the alert for any unwanted activity in the area. Similar drills are carried out on the camoflauged golans that have been stratigically placed about the planet. Crews are rotated on the two MC90a's that orbit Selvaris so that each has a chance of downtime on the planet below.

[Yuusuke Hakusho]

The Negotiator burst free of hyperspace over the planet of Selvaris. He received the notification of the landing site, and carefully touched his Lancet down. Yuusuke Hakusho wore a full dark black suit as he exited the ship, waiting for Indy.

[Amidala Skywalker]

Recieving the go-ahead, Indy brings the ship down lightly at the arranged coordinates. She jumped out and headed over to join Yuusuke, dressed in an elegant but simple outfit that was as practical as it was flattering.

 

She moved to the center of the hanger, admiring the busy work atmosphere and efficiancy of the place. She quietly waited for their guide to arrive.

Evan exits his Scorpion fighter and heads to where he had been told to go.

"General Sunrider, I require your presence and the presence of the two starcruisers under your command back at Coruscant as soon as you can get here. We have suffered a defeat at Ilum and are in need of focusing on the defense of both Coruscant and Mon Calamari while we rebuild."

Yue entered the hanger and approach indy and yusuke in the hangar.

 

"Hello sir, hello my ma'm. My name is Lt Yue, and I will guide you to the General. I'm sorry it took so long, there are pressing matters that have came up and that are being delt with. If you will come with me I will take you where we can get down to bussines."

Yuusuke greeted the man, it was more than he expected for someone to come down personally to take them anywhere, let alone to meet with a General. The Death Striker followed the Lieutenant.

Kira had taken as seat, quietly talking with Locke while they waited for the others to enter.

 

"So what do you want to cover next for your training Locke? While this meeting is going on, if you'd like to access the databanks you can do so from my office. There's information there regarding Lightsaber forms amongst other things. Or you could have some down time if you wish, there's a large holonet screen in the recreation room."

 

Her comm beeped and she took the message that had arrived from the Admiral. She winced as she heard about the losses at Ilum.

 

"That's not good. Ilum is where we get our lightsaber crystals. If the Empire retains control of it, we have to find somewhere else to get them. This is not good news. After this meeting we'll head to Coruscant as the Admiral's directed. Well find out what the next plan of action is to be."

 

She observed then as Lt Yue showed the others into the ready room.

 

"Thankyou all for coming. Please be seated, we've a few things to cover."

[Yue]

Yue took his seat at the table with the others. The table was filled with rather colorful people, but how they all worked together had yet to be seen. Taking the initive he began stood up and began to debreif all at the table.

 

"Every one if will look infront of you there is a data pad containing all info that is in our grasp at the moment. Geki is has overthrown Havoc making Gekie in charge of the Empire. The Jedi have been on constant attack of late and which means they have relocate many times. The Empire now controls Ilum, which is the where light saber cystals are harvested. The Empiral ship yards have kicked into full swing and will soon attack with everything they have. The Jedi even though on run are ready to help us due to the now even closer realtionship of the Empire and the Sith. We have in our possieon of the location of the ship yard and we have a plan how to re-take Ilum and stop the Empire."

 

With every one paying attetion he went on.

 

"Now this is all the data the people here and I could gather. For any thing I could not give I now yelid the floor to General Kiriana. General."

 

Yue took his seat, now it was his turn to listen.

Indy quietly took her seat at the table, digesting the information offered. She realized how out-of-touch she had been recently. Of course, things changed so rapidly in the galaxy nowadays, it wasn't a hard thing to do.

 

The information only reaffirmed her choice to go with Yuusuke's suggestion on offering thier services to the Republic. They would need all the help they could get.

Evan Kerry took his seat and awaitd what was to come. Half of the people here he had never met, and he had been to alot of places. But his guess was thwy were the forces of good in this galaxy.

[Kirana Sunrider]

Kira stood at the head of the table, she had seen her padawan leave as the last of the visitors arrived, guessing that he wasn't one for military manoeuvrers.

 

"Thankyou Lieutenant. Firstly I'd like to welcome the Deathstrikers. Any aid you could give us would be most welcome. We have a few plans in the works to strike out at our enemies. It is unfortunate that the Empire and SEED have combined now, along with the Sith. We need also to consolidate our Forces and strike where they will least expect it. As Lt Yue has mentioned, there are a few plans in the works although nothing is set in concrete as yet."

 

She looked around the table, meeting everyone's eyes and centering her gaze lastly on Evan Kerry.

 

"How are your preparations going? All our forces will be required ahead due to the heavy losses we suffered at Ilum and we will have to be ready to attack or defend as necessary."

 

She glanced at Indi again,

 

"What aid would you be offering Ms Habithae?"

[Officer Black]

Blacks ship lands late as usual with his Elites in towe. The guards recognized the man immediately and with retianl identification he's allowed to enter the massive facility.

 

First order of business was to fine the newly promoted Kirana Sunrider, though she did not know it yet. Black would do the honors himself.

[Amidala Skywalker]

Induran rose. "For those of you unfamiliar with our organization, which would be most, if not all, of the beings in this room, the Death Strikers are an elite team of operatives. Our only real goal is to protect the innocent. There are many things that we can do to accomplish this goal, as some of the qualities of a Death Striker are versatility and creativity, however, there are two areas we specialize in.

 

"The first area is information. All Death Strikers are trained in the information-gathering process, and being discreet about it.

 

"The second area is in weapons training. All Death Strikers will have undergone a series of tests and classes to make them qualified to weild almost any weapon available on the market today."

 

She paused. "However, there is a line that is drawn. The Death Strikers will not work as assassins unless under extreme necessity."

 

Placing two hands on the table, she continued. "Membership has been...limited. Currently, there are only two active members--Yuusuke and myself--and several non-commital members. That is part of the reason we wish to offer our services to you, General. You fight for the same causes that we do--peace, justice, and harmony. Together, perhaps we can present a stronger voice in the galaxy."

 

Finished, she sat down quietly, observing the reactions of all those around the table.

[Darth Immolatus]

Golden eyes watched as the leaders of the Alliance spoke. None he knew by name. For as Emperor, he was preocccupied with peace than with war. He had built up Special Forces teams for sure, but all out war he had not been able to achieve. He was a soldier meant to lead. He was not one of the commanders who sat behind the enemy lines and made orders that would gets troops killed to achieve the objective. He was there, on the frontlines with his troops, surviving.

 

None knew the horros he had experienced in Hell, nor did they know the experience had in the Empire. His ship alone would be the one that would take down the Empire now. His Imperial Hunters would be the units that would strike down the Emperor.

 

But all he needed was time, and the opportune moment.

[Yue]

The silence in the room went on for to long.

 

"I am sorry but if Geki is in charge of the empire and we have lost not only Ilum but a very imporant member of the order. It is only a matter of time before somthing happens that can not be reversed. I have delt with the empire, seed, and the sith. If all three are now one we must hurry and act, for we have the abbility and unforuntly battle is the only way the only way to prevent the lose of hope in the galaxy from being lost. I only say this because what good is power if we do not use it. I will do what I can from the back, but if we send men and women to their deaths I will fight with them using my blasters or light saber. What say you who sit idlelyat this table?"

 

Yue looked and saw that his out bust had inspried somthing in all the people here in the room. Hopefully it was what would get actions done.

[Yuusuke Hakusho]

Yuusuke listened to all who had spoken. Sunrider had made their situation clear. Indy had given an accurate representation of the Death Strikers. And Yue had been exactly right in his assessment of the danger posed by Geki's leadership. Now Yuusuke felt it was his turn to speak his mind.

 

"The lieutenant is correct. Action must be taken soon. I believe I am the only one here with law enforcement experience. I know how criminals like Jidai Geki think. And Geki was indeed a criminal long before he was a leader of SEED or the Empire. He does not think the same as most of the leaders the Republic has faced. I believe that Geki would rather see the citizens of this galaxy perish, than to be their leader. Geki specializes in senseless violence. The Death Strikers have seen that first hand. I believe my predecessor in the Death Strikers, Moon Knight, fell prey to Geki's evil in a very gruesome and public exectution. This self proclaimed Emperor is the most dangerous Emperor this galaxy has faced. I realize the Republic is planning action, that's why we are all here, but I feel it is necessary to make sure the danger he poses is fully realized by all who are present."

[Kirana Sunrider]

Black and the Elites are met and escorted to the ready room.

"Yes, the longer we wait the longer he has to counter any actions we might make. I think any humanity that man once had is long gone. At least with Havoc I was aware of where we stood. Now... Geki is more inhumane than I thought possible."

 

As Black enters the room Kira turns, saluting and smiling as welcome to him.

 

"Vice-Admiral Black. It's good to see you again. We're just going over some courses of action. What's the news on the homefront?"

 

Kira went through, introducing everyone to Jack before falling silent, waiting for his response.
