    Ishvara

Hartel and Kratos, your first mission will be to enter the planet's surface undetected, land, and sneak into a city to test the response time of the alien police forces. My only parameters for the mission are don't get caught and don't do or say anything that reveals you as off worlders. Failure in that regard will have severe consequences. Pravus, I want you to quietly investigate the size and number of the underground cults here, and what their capabilities are as far as influence and potential for resistance. ::When Dagon received word that the imperial capital ship had arrived, he set a course for it and docked. Dagon tended to receive a different reception from imperials than most Sith. Whereas most Sith hold the lives of the imperial soldiers as inconsequential, to be cast aside on a whim, Dagon held their service and sacrifice in high regard. Dagon believed in the same thing they did, the greatness of an empire. Dagon often had worked in tandem with imperial forces, both on the field of battle and in the research labs. It was his work that had lead to the creation of the Pariah gene and most of the empire's more advanced weapons. All of this lead to him having earned the respect of the imperial war machine, rather than having to squeeze loyalty out of them through fear. Upon docking he met with the captain of the ship and his command team. After sharing a meal, they conversed on politics and the state of affairs in the galaxy. Dagon was not always a Sith and he was well versed in the finer points of ettiquete and conversation. After a long period of small talk, Dagon proposed working on a new project, something that would benefit both the Sith and the Empire. With the captain's blessing, he began constructing the framework for a new set of armor, laced with crystaline pathways and inscribed with powerful runes. It would take the full breadth of his knowledge to create the prototype of this weapon and armor.::

    Ishvara

::Ishvara has long been a planet under siege. Yet there are no fleets in the orbit or militaries marching through the streets, the siege is on the very soul of the native humans. The populace once practiced a diverse but gentle religion of gods and goddesses who protected the people. The priests were often Force adepts, and in other situations most likely would have become wise Jedi. The people prospered and were peaceful. Then the aliens came. Using superior technology to claim their place as gods, they planted the seeds of insurrection and overthrew the human governments, claiming that the old gods were demons, and twisting their images into the horrific and obscene. There have been small cults who still follow the old ways to this very day, but over time, the aliens' propaganda has twisted most of the cults into groups of dark ritualists who practice dark rituals and ceremonies. These invocations have brought the attention of Dagon to the planet, the Sith's most powerful sorceror. He seeks to liberate these people for his own aims, but what will be the cost? The aliens actively seek out the heretical cults with a militaristic police called the Silver Inquisition, who ensure the loyalty of the populace and scourge any resistance. The aliens rule from giant floating cities which double as weapons platforms to subjugate the populace. Any who question their rule are cut down in swathes.:: ============================================== In deep orbit, the Starweaver winked into view from hyperspace, its occupants gathered around a holotable. Hartel stood proudly, his recent victory having placed him in a position of superiority in his mind. Kratos on the other hand was glaring at Hartel, his only comfort being that he would eventually once again face his rival. The third man, Pravus, was a mystery to the others, and quietly observed his surroundings. The table showed an image of the world beneath them slowly spinning. Dagon himself stood unhelmeted for the first time in front of his apprentices, wearing his gunman armor, helmet clipped to the side of his belt. His eyes were a vibrant green and his hair was red, cut short for easy management. His skin was pale, as his personal labs often allowed very little if any sunlight, but not to the point of being an unhealthy looking complexion.:: This is the rim planet Ishvara, this is where you will learn the dark arts of the Sith. For some of you, this will be a test of your instincts, abilities, and strength. For others, it will be a test of your intelligence, cunning, and knowledge. You will rise to your given tasks or you will be cast aside. Death is acceptable, failure is not. OOC((Rather than boring you with retarded little rock lifting tasks, I'm going to send you on real missions and over the course of those missions will tell you at certain points when you've become capable of new abilities.))

    Naboo

You're going to have to master the fears that your dreams represent, if you want to survive Sith training. Pack your things and follow me, we have work to do. ::Dagon waited quietly as the man prepared his posessions and once he was ready, the pair departed. After traveling through the forests of Naboo for some time, they found Hartel, feeding on the remains of Kratos. Dagon recalled the camera droid before announcing his presence, observing the nuances of the duel.:: We make for the planet of Ishvara, where you will learn the true nature of the Sith, the Force, and the people that are meant to serve us.

    Naboo

The idea of slipping through your defenses amused me. Besides, your window is still intact. Regardless, I came for the man that came to you, the Force brought me to him. That and I was curious if you were doing anythign useful out here. Our talents are rare, even by Sith standards, and must not be squandered on idle lives and opulence.

    Naboo

The Starweaver slid into Naboo orbit and made its way to the surface, landing in Theed. From there the trio made their way to an unlisted mansion on Naboo. A few miles from the mansion, Dagon stopped and turned to his apprentices, placing a hovering palm sized droid between them.:: This is a camera droid. I expect it to have a recording of how one of you killed the other by the time I get back. ::Dagon slipped off into the night, shrouded from view both by a refraction field and the Force. The mansion had several animated sentries, but Dagon was invisible to them. His claws allowed an easy assent up the manor wall, where he reached the window to his destination. Moving slowly and with iron focus and determination, Dagon began stepping through the glass window. An hour later he was in the room undetected. He used an injector to heavily sedate the wolf in the room, and then walked over to the foot of Dom's bed.:: I believe you have something that belongs to me.
  6. ::The Starweaver entered orbit and blasted into hyperspace.:: OOC((Continue on Naboo))
  7. ::Both apprentices appeared to be warrior sith, not Dagon's path but the fact that there were two of them meant that they could practice combat off of each other. One seemed to favor traditional combat armour and ranged weapons while the other favored melee combat. It would make things interesting, to say the least. He started off with Hartel's armour, combining treated armor plates with personal energy shields to create an effective defensive element that would still allow enough range of motion for melee dueling. The helmet had a specialized targeting system linked to the suit weapons, and advanced sensors. The gauntlets each sported blasters on the forearms allowing hands free shooting. Connected to the suit's power supply was a heavy blaster rifle with an auxilliary cortosis buckshot shotgun. Movement was servo assisted, but power from that system could be temporarily diverted to weapons and shields to temporarily "overdrive" them laying down a hellish amount of fire while providing maximum protection at the cost of mobility. Next was Kratos's armour, which would be fire to Hartel's steel. He started with a lighter frame, allowing more mobility and range of movement at the cost of protection. Using a combination of repulsor technology and cell powered jet enginery, a precision flight system was added, with holoprojectors creating the illusion of pinions of flame. Each forearm had retractable blades of significant length that could be "shot" about four meters and then recalled by chains linked to them. A second holoprojector allowed the wearer to create a visual double of themself to confuse the enemy. A Sith sword was sheathed on the belt, its power would grow along with the user. With the armours done, Dagon gave them to the apprentices to try while he continued working. Dagon had a dynamic mind and was always looking for new ways to implement his abilities. Using the parts he had specifically set aside, he crafted two droids, each in the shape of a jungle cat. Their maws were fearsome enough to bite through durasteel, and behind them hid hellthrower nozzles. Their claws were sharp enough to allow climbing on any surface so that they could keep pace with him. As alway's Dagon powered them with raw souls instead of electricity, he found that electricity was an unreliable medium prone to failure and vulnerable to EMP blasts. To control the beasts, he implanted the souls of two of the soldiers that haad served him during his raid on the Jedi temple. Upon doing this, the beasts came to life with a roar, and then vigilantly began prowling around their new master.:: I shall call you Solas and Kaiyus, and you will serve me well. ::While waiting for the apprentices to return, Dagon practiced his own sorcery, conjuring and manipulating balls of flame, making them dance throughout the spaceship. He set a course for Naboo, to check in on another sorceror before they began their mission. With fireballs dancing around his head, he crafted a new sith weapon for himself. When not in use it could lie dormant twisted around his right arm, but when activated it would suddenly straighten out into a stafflike weapon. The tip of the weapon was imbued with searing heat, and could project it at nearby targets, literally melting its way through durasteel or even Phrik alloy. Smiling over how much he had accomplished, he etched patterns into his armour to add to its grandeur while waiting for the apprentices. OOC((The suits that I gave you are designed to be upgraded over time as your abilities increase and you decide more definitively on your character types. Kratos, no more two sentence posts, I know you can do better than that since I've seen your posts with Scottie.))
  8. ::Hues of gold and ebony shimmered in the intense light of the laboratory and peircing amber eyes adorned a jaguar head shaped helmet. Unlike Dagon's other suits of armor which were all dark matte colors for blending in, this suit was made for standing out. A unique coating intensified the light reflecting of off the armor to blinding levels should Dagon will it, and the exterior would maintain a temperature that would melt flesh. Like all of his suits, the armor was powered by souls, with intricate runic circuitry on the interior. A powerful sith amulet adorned the left arm and hand, capable of bringing about terrible destructive force as a beam of Dark side energy. The claws on the guantlet are monofillament vibroblades that conduct the heat of the armor into anything they touch. An energy shield is worked into the belt, along with a light bending stealth refraction field. In addition, the entire suit is pressurized, for the all too common need of going into space.:: Some consider the Sith order something of a religion, as they confuse us with the mewling Jedi worms. We are not servants of the Force, we are its domitors, and Nobody worships something beneath themself. The Sith order is not a life for the meek, for we have inherited the powers of heaven and hell, we are the new gods, and anyone who stands in our way shall suffer. Have you had any prior training, Kratos? OOC((Hartel, do me a favor and PM me what you want to focus on in your training, with the Sith curriculum as a guide.))
  9. OOC((My summons was only directed at Kratos, but anyone who wants to come can, I'll comm your masters with your location. Hartel, do you have a master? If not I can cotrain you with Kratos. And Kojaka, I'm working on getting you a master too.)) ::Seeing that Dagon got more apprentices than he expected, he treated a few extra plates for additional work material as he began to form out the basic structure of several suits of armor.:: I ask because we're going to start one on an isolated planet to garner support for the empire. Religion will allow us to control populations and invoke wars easier.
  10. ::After Dagon set the autopilot and a course, he returned to his lab and spoke to the apprentice as he worked.:: What do you know about religion, Kratos. As in the orchestration of it, how to inspire faith? ::Dagon began the preparations for two new sets of armor and two automatons, hammering out and treating the necessary metals and crystals.::
  11. ::Dagon's ship landed at Mechis III and the Sith master departed his ship looking for an apprentice. He found a group of them near the construct and looked them over.:: You will do, get on the ship with your personal belongings, I have need of you on a mission.
  12. Dagon

    Carida

Thank you, my Lord. ::With that, Dagon departed for the world of Mechis III. He had a task planned, but wanted to bring an apprentice to enlighten and act as a human shield.::

OOC((Rules strictly state that you can't do orbital bombardment until you have fleet supremacy. Your fleet is within an inch of total destruction and you in no way have supremacy. Sith, don't pay any mind to this, it's most likely going to get nulled.)) ::Dagon met with his master for the first time in years. Despite his desire to speak with him at length, Dagon knew that the battle was the first priority now.:: Your things are through that hallway, my old master. I upgraded some of them in your absence.

Ignore that order, troops, Nokrt shall be punished for his cowardice. In truth, Dagon couldn't figure out what had possessed the Chiss officer to give that order. He sent a comm to revoke the Chiss's command status until an afterbattle review could be done. The rebels were severely outnumbered, outgunned, and taking heavy damage. The forces that had landed were in enemy territory and whoever ordered only three landers was incompetent, they were leading their men into a slaughter. In space, Dagon felt an old presence, one that he had not felt for some time. Father? :: The combined might of artillery, armoured vehicles and legins of troops wipe out the rebels that landed on the surface.:: OOC((One lander would get devastated from basically the moment it landed. Any ground on Carida will have to be taken with a full scale assault given the amount of troops, vehicles, and defenses))

::The imperial fleet sans interdictor returned to Carida, its feint successful. Fighters are deployed and the Imperial III modified for boarding launches a close range assault on the already wounded Dauntless. Dagon's strategy and the rebels poor judgement had successfully isolated the rebel flagship, with the majority of the fleet trapped at Mon Calamari by the interdictor.:: Wipe them out.

OOC((http://theforce.jaymach.com/species2.php. Onderin, those are the rules for fleet vs fleet battles, it obviously can't apply to fleet vs defenses since 75% of the time there's no PCs manning said defenses. Given the fact that we waited several days to allow one of your PCs to post, and they haven't, saying a duel is required to destroy a ship means that we can smash through your defenses and destroy your base using the three day rule. Not everything fits the algorithms and formulas of the rules, otherwise this wouldn't be a creative RP. If anyone is cheating here, it's the rebels, throughout this entire attack, even when they were outnumbered and outgunned, the rebels have never taken more damage then losing shields on one side. Yeah, real fair.))

OOC((Since none of you are posting damage... Space Wraiths can leave the bodies they possess at any time and can move through walls. Restraining the men who were possessed would have virtually no effect on them, like using fire on LAP.)) ::Large explosions rock one of the MC90s as wraiths possessing crew members sabotage vital components. The damage is crippling and unexpected, with the Jedi and rebels foolishly thinking that simple ropes could bind the wraiths.::
  22. OOC((Ignore because I missed Chrissie nulling Robbie's approval, again.

::The Eternal Torment, the Hellgate class flagship of the Empire, emerges from hyperspaces and launches all of it's weaponized space wraiths at the Rebel fleet, along with a message pod broadcasting the civillians drowning at Kamino by merciless Jedi hands. A support ship coming up along her side launches a net bomb, a true rarity aquired from the hutt weapons depots. Its green plasma trapped the entire rebel fleet, leaving the imperial fleet free to pursue their own agenda. With the rebels dealt with for the moment, the Torment departed for its next objective.:: OOC((Space wraiths are intelligent Dark side entities that can posess people and use them to hurt others: technicians will sabotage equipment, soldiers will shoot their squadmates, Jedi will use the Dark Side indiscriminantly. Space wraiths are cunning and will not openly display their malicious intent. Three hundred have been launched, I'll leave it up to you guys who gets posessed, whether you want it all NPCs or if a few of you want to dabble in the dark side consequence free for a few days. Net bombs were developed by the hutts some time ago and trap a planet or fleet for three days, cutting off all communication to and from the inside. They cannot be destroyed, disabled, or escaped from by the Force, masters have already tried and failed.))
  25. ::Dagon caught the comm and listened to the message, and underneath his helmet a cruel smile appeared.:: His usefulness to us has expired, end him. ::Dagon left the building and accessed the security logs for certain data. Moment later he was off planet heading for destinations unknown.::
