Brina nodded. "Unfortunately, there are many people in the galaxy who could be Sabian's enemy. He's the President of the Alliance and a Jedi Knight. That's a double-whammy."

She waited for Zara to change, and when she stepped back out, Brina was impressed. "I like the outfit. It looks like you were made to wear it."

She then followed her friend down to the new sections of the Casino. They were nice, and still held the smell of freshly-applied paint. Hopefully the fact that they gave Force-users access to the Force would help Zara. Brina didn't notice a difference, but she did not deny that it might become a valuable asset.

ShadowFett raised an eyebrow when he was contacted again. They were going to have him aboard to be talked to in person. It was something. Not much, but something. They were obviously still suspicious of him, for their delay had been long before opening the channel to him again. And they had every right to be.

The Mandalorian didn't like the idea of disarming himself, but understood that it was necessary if complicated. He told 2277 to guide the ship in himself while he went into the back of the ship. Rather than trusting his weapons with the Link agents, he would disarm aboard his ship. Of course, a Mandalorian was never truly disarmed, so he would be able to protect himself if this was a scam.

Removing his jetpack, unholstering half a dozen weapons and finally removing his gauntlets, Fett headed over to the raised boarding ramp. He didn't know what awaited him, but he did know that he would not fail on his mission. Of course, he wasn't willing to stick his neck out too far this time, but ultimately only success would move him closer to his real goal, which only he knew.

The Night of Vengeance landed and Fett exited, finding Link operatives waiting for him. He allowed himself to be searched for weapons, and they quickly found that he had none. Silently and without question he followed them when they began to lead him. He was not without suspicion, but backing out wouldn't help.

Zara entered the meeting room, Brina following her in. The two chose their positions and a staff member brought in refreshments. They were settled when Fett was shown in, Zara still standing, her hands resting on the back of a chair. As soon as their 'guest' had arrived in the new section, Zara began 'searching' his aura, trying to find out what he was up to. Now when he entered the meeting room she straightened up, gazing at him and very much a 'Dathomir Witch' as well as the Owner of the Casino.

"Now Fett, care to explain why we should trust you... and who you are working for. I know you can't be "for" President Devanus. You fought him when you were at the meeting when he was the mediator."

Zara had no intention of giving him any of the information he sought. She was not going to give him any of the security footage or anything else that would give her part in this away.

ShadowFett cocked an eyebrow upon seeing the representative. His scanner identified her as Zara Nargal, but she was apparently trying to make herself intimidating by dressing as the Dathomir Nightsister or other Dark Side cultist that it was possible that she was. She had a lightsaber on her belt, he noted, having been unaware that she had the ability to harness the Force until now.

Of course, this reaction, being beneath his helmet, was imperceptable visually, and he had had enough experience with Force users to have the feel of how he could make himself harder to read. He couldn't use the Force to do so, naturally, but a strong mind was enough in most cases.

"Zara Nargal, there is much you do not understand," he said in his accented voice. "A Mandalorian is far different than the kind of bounty hunter you're used to. I fought President Devanus not because he is my enemy and not because I wanted to kill him. I was under orders from Piccolo, who was fighting Ronin Wartide at the time.

"Simply put, I fought because I was told to by one of the few beings I ever had reason to respect. Of course, that's different now, but that's beside the point. I would just as soon work for him as the Empire, but I would be loathe to do either," he said by means of answering her question.

As his scanner profiles lined up, Fett noticed that Zara had a scar that she hadn't had last time he had seen her via hologram on the day in question. It didn't mean anything except that she had seen action since then in some form or another. It could be anything, of course, but he made a mental note to check into that.

Zara observed Fett as he moved into the meeting room. She had become adept at body language and caught the ever so slight movements that showed a partial reaction to her appearance. Through the force she came against a blank. He was obviously skilled in deflecting intrusions, and she was one that needed more practice in that area. She glanced at Brina to see what her reactions were before looking back at Fett.

"One thing I do want to know. Why was Black Sun so interested in capturing me and my - at the time unborn - children. And why was Piccolo so threatened by our business? I also don't understand why would you expect me to hand over any information regarding this scandal"

Her face an unreadable mask as she observed is imposing figure, though she feared him not, she didn't care if he was mandalorian, she was a dathomir witch and that arrogance, while not in her words so much was in her heritage. If he tried anything he would be quickly immobilized by the security systems, the Casino having learnt by their previous encounters that they needed the highest level of security. The guards that had escorted him in had taken their places around the walls as well, ever observant of their guest.

Brina entered the room and stood near the door, to the right of Zara. She didn't say anything, always prefering to let Zara do the talking. Instead, she listened closely and observed every move the Mandalorian made. She also had fiddled with a small device in her pocket as they had come in, and was recording the conversation. She knew they would be able to replay it through the security holograms, but just in case something happened, she wanted to have a secret audio copy.

She nodded at Zara's question about the confrontation earlier. It was a good question, and one that might shed some light on this whole ordeal...and the Mandalorian's role in it.

ShadowFett assumed a seemingly more relax position, spreading his feet a little and resting his right hand on his now-ungauntleted right forearm. It was apparent to him that they were uncomfortable around and suspicious of him. Certainly they weren't intimidated by him...and yet they behaved as if they expected him to try and kill them all any second.

He was a little annoyed when Zara asked yet another question about Piccolo, but the tone of his answer was more reflective and thoughtful than impatient. "I was never quite sure myself what Piccolo had against the Link," he answered. "I myself didn't necessarily agree with him--you're a non-military faction that poses no threat to us.

"But I did obtain from him that he had a sort of history with the pirate Ronin Wartide. Although I don't support it, I believe that Piccolo held his old grudge against your faction. I had little choice but to play along, of course, because at the point he wasn't doing anything dastardly out in the open and I had no real reason to suspect such motives," the Mandalorian continued truthfully.

"To answer your other question, you don't have to give me information if you don't want to. I'm offering you my services in the matter. I should fully expect that you would welcome the aid to prove the scandal that you set up against President Devanus, if the scandal is in fact true," Fett said. "I assure you--I won't release any information to the public that you would like to remain covered--scandals often contain half-truths. After all, the face of the one Devanus interacted with was blurred."

She observed the fully armored mandalorian as he answered the questions regarding Piccolo.

"I gathered he didn't like the competition. We did have quite an arrangement with the Hutt's at one point. Though with the death of Lord Whyl and the disappearance of Ob Ordeena, that line was phased out for the time being."

Zara didn't give any reaction that would hint either way regarding who it was that the footage involved. Instead she stared back at his helmet wishing he'd removed it. A slight smirk appearing that he didn't trust them enough to do so.

"For the protection of the Link employee involved, you won't be receiving the footage. Personally, I have nothing against the President that I couldn't handle myself", she tapped the hilt at her belt, "I would have preferred the scandal never saw the light of day, or in this case the Holonet. The Link isn't the type to air dirty laundry in public."

She paused, indicating that it wasn't her Organization that had leaked the information, rather someone that was close but in a position to attain it. She didn't want to bring in the personal feud between Ronin and Sabian, didn't want to give Fett any more information than he would have gathered from the holonet. The source of the information provided had been kept from the public, so they didn't know it was Ronin who had done it.

"The fact remains that I would prefer not to be on the wrong side of the Alliance either. As it stands, with this scandal out there, our enemies have more of a chance to destroy us. This will hurt the agreement made prior to the scandal. You know yourself that Black Sun has a fleet, and from the rumors I heard after the last battle on Coruscant, they had aligned with the Empire as well. That means two fleets at their disposal in which to attack us. If we didn't have the support of the Alliance we have no chance but to close our doors to the general public and disappear into the abyss where our enemy can't locate us. And that hurts our business ventures. We don't have a fleet in which to fight our enemies and keep our patrons and cliental safe."

She stood still, her eyes not leaving his helmet as she waited for his response.

"No," ShadowFett said. "The Empire does not have control of the Black Sun Armada. There was an attempted take-over, but I foiled that as my first act against the Black Sun. My scanner profiles show that they were in orbit over Dubrillion when I struck the base.

"While you may have reason to believe that the Empire isn't fond of your organization, I think the Black Sun will be temporarily distracted for the time being. Whether you knew this or not, they have a military truce with the Rebel Alliance. Unless Piccolo is foolish, he will see that this scandal gives him some cover to work under without the Alliance looking over their shoulder," Fett reasoned.

Another thing Zara had said slightly puzzled Fett, though he was as hard to read as ever. She didn't want the scandal to be released, which meant that it wasn't really the Link that was pushing against the Alliance at all. She had further reinforced that with her next words, though she could be lying to get the his true purpose for being here out of him.

Even more interesting was that she wanted to protect the person in the holovid. Obviously that had been the point of the doctoring done in the holonet presentation of the security tapes, but if it wasn't really the Link that had put the tapes out on the holonet, then what interest would it be of whoever did put it out to protect the girl's identity?

But at the moment Fett couldn't be sure of who had placed the security vids for the public to see. The transmission had the origin of the Casino for sure, but if Zara hadn't authorized it, then who could still put it out there? There were too many unknowns at the moment. Without the Link's cooperation, the Mandalorian couldn't find these answers easily.

So he would have to go about it the hard way. "You, then, deny that you authorized the publication of these holovids?" he confirmed. "If so, do you have any clue of who placed these under public eyes against the best wishes of the Link?"

This sounded like a personal vendette against President Devanus, but Fett knew of no one that would have reason to have one, lest it be the Empire or Fett himself, though it simply wasn't in his character to attack him from behind cover like that. Besides, fighting someone because your commanding officer told you to doesn't mean that you should hold a personal grudge against him. That, too, was against Fett's character.

Zara shook her head slightly, even if the Black Sun Organisation were distracted for the time being, there was always that threat that they could still go after them.

"It wasn't the Empire themselves I refering to, but their alliance with Black Sun. If Piccolo were to move on us he could call in the Empire to strengthen his own attack. And from what I heard, Black Sun has already broken it's truce with the Alliance. Apparently it was just a fallacy." She paused for a while, thinking about the Empire again, "We used to have an agreement with the former Emperor, Darth Havoc. I know there is a new Leader there now, though I haven't yet met him."

And not likely to either if the rumours regarding him are true. I think Kat will have to handle that one, with Phillip's tendencies towards women. She didn't know if Fett knew the Admiral or not, but where he refered to the Empire and Black Sun, and with his former position she assumed he must know him.

"Tell me, have you met the new Leader of the Empire? I'd like to know if what I hear about him is true. Does he oppose all women. I heard what he did to the Hapes Cluster."

She didn't want to give anything more away with regards to who it had been that had released the footage either. For the moment remaining silent with regards to his other 'enquiry'.

ShadowFett's curiosity was piqued when Zara didn't answer his conclusion-drawing questions about the scandal. He would make sure he got an answer before he left, but play along with the conversational focus she had suggested. He would talk about the Empire if he needed to, but there was something in the back of his mind he didn't like about it.

The truth was, she was trying to start controlling the conversation and the information that was being passed. So far he had told the truth and, in return, gotten a little from her, but now she was trying to manipulate him and his honesty into giving something away--she must have suspected all along that he was working for the Empire.

But without reason to believe it as truth, she had no reason to deny the aid that he offered.

"To tell the truth I've never spoken with him directly," the Mandalorian answered. "I've seen the results of his actions and heard him speak through diplomats, but no more beyond that. I know he's no emperor and doesn't use the Force like Cineon Yahn or Havoc did. But I haven't the slightest idea about what he believes. It appears that he's just standing in until an emperor can resume keeping things the way they've always been."

Hmmm ok... "I'll have to find someone else that has met him then to get the information I require. I don't want to meet personally with him unless I can find out if the rumours I heard are true or not. I don't want to end up enslaved to a madman because he has a set on women that rule their own Organisations."

She allowed him that much insight into her reason's for wanting to know about the Admiral. It was interesting that they hadn't yet found a new Emperor. Her comm unit beeped and she excused herself, moving further away from Fett to answer it. It was the nanny above in the penthouse. The twins required their mother and wouldn't settle. They had been very fussy since their father left, what with their mother being upset regarding what was happening. To top it off, she could hear Rascal meowing in the background. Being that she was now where she could access the Force she understood the message Rascal was giving. The twins did need their mother ... NOW. Poor Rascal sounded desperate, and that from the big cat was significant. She began to feel concern for what the twins could have gotten up to...

She turned to look at Brina, giving her a significant look.

"That was the nanny. I have to get back to the twins."

Practicing her force skills, she touched Brina's mind, Can you handle Fett while I'm up there? Or we end this meeting now...

ShadowFett narrowed his eyes when Zara made an excuse to leave. She was avoiding answering his question. "I don't believe, Zara Nargal, that you answered my question," he said, putting emphasis on her name, then continuing with a touch of sarcasm, "I understand that you must be busy, but I would like to know if you deny authorizing the publication of that holonet transmission."

She wasn't going to walk away from this one that easily. It was all too conveniant that this excuse came up when it did. Of course, if she further refused to answer, he would have a legitimate reason to assume that she, if fact, did not authorize the transmission. Either way, he would have his answer, and his answer would be all that he needed to leave with.

Assuming that someone else had placed the tapes on the holonet, there was a distinct flaw in the whole scandal. Whether it was true or false, it was done due to a personal vendette against Devanus. It wasn't everything that Fett wanted to come away with, but it was certainly a good starting point. There would be a few other beings he would need to have a word with...or he could simply work on a different angle....

Brina was so startled that she almost jumped. As it was, she hurredly nodded at Zara. She could handle it, if need be, although she knew that Zara knew her skills at negotiation and conversation were fairly poor.

Somehow I have the feeling that while this is the first time I've heard someone's thoughts through the Force, it won't be the last , she thought briefly.

She had listened carefully to the conversation flow, realizing what Zara must have...it appeared that ShadowFett was working for the Empire...the only thing they didn't know was why and under what circumstances. And those were two pretty significant things, she thought grimly.

But ShadowFett was questioning Zara again. It appeared he was very determined to speak with Zara personally, and wouldn't take no for an answer, no matter how much the twins needed their mother.

Bekka woke in the infirmary after many many weeks of rest and sleep... she got up and got dressed... and left the medical bay... she walked through the casino and out into the newer areas that had been built...

Her pregnancy was proceeding along quickly... and her belly had more then double in size... the child was laying heavily on her and she suddenly realized that she was feeling the child again... something must have gone wrong on the casino to be able to feel it again...

She continued on, and suddenly she saw him... he was outside training, it seemed he was training more then one this time... and then he was gone... and she was hit with an intense pain through her spine up into her head... and she went down to her knees...

"oh God, I need to get off this casino... I can't stand this... " she grit her teeth together and closed her eyes as she waited for the pain to subside...

"I don't believe you paid for any information ShadowFett."

Zara coolly turned back to him, her grey eyes stormy, though cool as ice. She was imposing as a Dathomir Witch, more so as a business woman. If he was that keen on getting any information from her, he could pay for that and his bounty as well... he could pay his way off it.

"I also believe that no one has collected the bounty on your head. Quite a price you're looking at for your information."

She leveled her gaze at his helmet,

"And don't even think of leaving without paying."

Zara needed to get to her twins, her mothering instincts strong. She also felt when Bekka entered the zones not protected from the force, heading towards where she currently was, even if Bekka hadn't realised where she had been headed. She could feel the child's distress. Turning toward the open doorway she caught sight of the other woman as she went down on her knees, just outside of the meeting room. She nodded towards the guards to watch Fett as she moved off towards Bekka, speaking in an ancient Dathomir tongue the words of the healing spell she had had so much practice with before they came into the Casino. She reached her side, helping her up and into the meeting room, getting her to a chair and providing the heavily pregnant woman with a cool glass of chilled water. Softly into her ear so that none other could hear, Zara responded,

"We'll get you off soon."

She continued the healing spell, completing it as she turned back towards Fett.

"Going to pay?"

Bekka took the water and sipped it quickly... the pain didn't go away like before... only subsided slightly... She reached into her pocket and took out her pills and took them... her head was pounding, and it felt like her insides were being ripped out from the inside...

She tried to sit still and closed her eyes... but the pain became intense... flashes of John shone before her eyes, and she knew that it was something to do with this child and the damn force... she didn't know much about the force first hand, but knew enough that close family members usually had a connection through it to eachother... that is what was probably going on... this child was connected to its father... and by that connection, it was reaching out to him... and Bekka was just in the way of that...

"Zara... " Bekka called out... she stood up suddenly and grabbed her, turning her around... "Zara, I have to get off this place... now... get me home... " The other woman could see the intense pain on her face... and felt the pain as Bekka gripped the woman's arms tightly...

Very unlike Bekka, her strength going... she let herself go down to her knees again... and stayed there... she couldn't think clearly... and her medication was not working like it was supposed to do... she needed more, but couldn't get to it at this moment... "please... "

"Yes Bek... we'll go now."

Zara took out her comm link, ordering the staff to prep her ship and take the twins to meet them there. She smoothed the other blonde woman's hair in comfort, turning back towards Fett,

"I'll give you the information, only before you leave you WILL pay both for the information and the amount of your bounty. Otherwise you will see the insides of the holding cells."

Against her better judgement, she turned towards the one 'stand alone' monitor in the meeting room. Fett couldn't see what she was copying, nor could he 'get' a copy of the information until she handed him the disk. She tapped her wrist console, bringing up the same doctored copy where the face had been blured out, though the blonde hair was obvious. The welt would have faded by now with both swelling from a pregnancy and the fact that Ganelon's poison was only temporary. Brina's welt had almost faded completely as well. Zara looked back at Bekka, the two passing a significant look. Zara also called up the other footage from when they returned to the Casino not long before this footage had been released, showing where Bekka had greeted Sabian. The startled look on his face as he took in Bekka's condition, the awkwardness between them as they moved off to talk. The footage showed also how Zara, the twins and Ronin had greeted each other after so long apart. This information was recorded to a disk which she would give to one of the guards up at the reception area of the Casino proper. She wiped clear all of the information she had just accessed and placed on it from her wrist console. He wouldn't be able to access any other information from it should he attempt to. The passwords changed as well, making the security hack proof.

"There. You will pay for this information or the bounty on your head will just get higher and higher. Unless you clear your debt you won't be able to go anywhere without being hunted. Once you have paid, you can collect this disk at reception."

She left the threat in the air, helping Bekka to her feet, Brina moving to the other side of the heavily pregnant woman. Once both women had moved off supporting Bekka, the guards stood ready to escort Fett off the Casino once he had paid for the information and collected the disk.

Zara, Bekka and Brina entered the elevator to the upper levels, the Dathomir Witch seeing the image of her Master through the force bond they shared and feeling the message he wanted to impart to her... just before the women entered the Casino proper, the force fading from them...

..Zara. I need to speak with you personally, privately.. away from all the politics, away everyone. I've arranged a location on Coruscant, a familiar place that holds a bit of significance to me. It'll be safe, I assure you, and away from the public eye.

I'll be waiting..

The only indication the others got that she had received any sort of message was the straightening of her spine. The relief Bekka felt as the force faded away was obvious as the baby was cut off from it's father.

"Feel better?"

Bekka allowed the two women to help her out of the meeting room, and knew what Zara was doing... she gave her the okay for it... as best she could... she kind of owed the woman... besides... what did she care what Fett did with the info...

As they finally went back into the no force part of the casino, Bekka felt better... she stood on her own, and look over at Zara... "God, yes I do... I think that this is going to kill me... I need to get some of my things, but I really need to be back in my apartment... I can't take this much longer...

"Ok, how about you sit here, your things were all still in the med room so one of the staff will collect them while you rest. By the way that child was carrying on I think it wants out already... I know how my twins were."

She took out her comm and sent the message for Bekka's bag to be brought to their location. The same was said for Brina's things too. Zara's and the twin's would by now be on their way to the freighter. She'd take one of the YT-2400's rather than the Pantha being that the other was more noticeable and not as comfortable for extra passengers. It would be difficult keeping Bekka's child soothed while they travelled as it was... maybe the twins could work some of their own magic there...

Once the bags were brought the women made their way down to the Hanger, all boarding the craft, and making sure that Bekka was comfortable. Zara hugged her twins, petting Rascal as she turned towards Bekka,

"You'll need to get as comfortable as possible... I'll leave Kalyani and Kane with you, "she looked at Brina to make sure she would look after them while Zara piloted them to Coruscant, "They might be able to keep your child distracted once the Force is flowing around us all again. I'll do my best from in the cockpit to keep the child calm as well."

With another hug and instructions given to her twins of 'talk to Aunty Bekka's baby', laughing at how both toddlers each put a hand on 'Aunty Bekka's' tummy and began 'talking' she headed into the cockpit and ran through the preflight checks. She made sure there were no tracking devices planted on them before she lifted off, heading towards Coruscant, though making a few random jumps on the way...

They're quite the dishonorable ones, aren't they? ShadowFett thought with scorn. He had boarded the Casino out of an act of good faith and now they were trying to extract credits from him. It was deceitful and corrupt, the same traits that Fett had destroyed the Black Sun's base on Dubrillion before. He could do the same here, he knew, though with much more difficulty.

But it was not within his best interests to attempt to fight his way out of this situation. He would much rather be hunted than pay the price on his head, but it didn't look like they were even going to be honorable enough to get to that stage of the game. He couldn't try anything now, but the time would come.

"I'll pay the price as you wish, out of an act of good faith," ShadowFett said to the one that had been left to collect and give him the data disk. "Let Zara Nargal know that it will not remain a secret that she is no more than a petty theif. I am no one to make empty threats, so know this: the Link's days are numbered."

He had millions of credits to his name due to many bounty hunting jobs, some far less difficult than others but all of equal worth. The capture of Reagan McGregor, obtaining a DNA sample from Forn Dodanna, and planting a holonet statement in favor of the Empire's claims following the fall of the Black Sun Citadel were the greatest of these. The sum was ultimately unimportant, but the terms were ridiculous.

"I'll take my data and leave, then," the Mandalorian said, receiving the disk and returning to his ship. He boarded and played the disk immediately. He wasn't truly surprised to find that the holorecording was still doctored and didn't reveal the identity of the girl. The other footage was far more interesting, hinting at Zara having multiple...relationships, one with Devanus as well as Ronin.

Of course, it wasn't proof, but Fett now had reason to suspect that it was Ronin Wartide that had a vendette against president Devanus. It was very possible. At any rate, Fett decided he would report what he knew to the Empire. Checking his ship for tracking devices, the Mandalorian made for deep space.

Soon he pulled back the hyperspace levers and disappeared into the alternate dimension behind the wrinkled fabric of space-time that enabled faster-than-light travel.

A giant roulette table spun in space, playing host to multitude of guests who came to gamble at the established casino for one reason or another. The casino's design was the result of the intricate details that KvC Enterprises had managed to execute in an always brilliant fashion, the full brilliance of their work being showcased throughout the galaxy in this one massive establishment.

Heading toward the giant gambling heaven, Kishreel Dune sat in the pilot's seat of his Skipspray Blastboat, The Sureshot, and flew ever closer with the full intent of landing something more than just a ship there, but hopefully a job. The ship seemed so small and insignificant when compared to the collosal casino, yet the Kaleesh didn't truly care about the size of his vessel or the size of the place he would soon dock in and hopefully work for. All that mattered to him was finally being able to do what he did best again, the one thing that had drove him to live for so many years for the glory of Kalee: killing.

Soon I shall take my first steps back into my history...so that I might be written about in the annals of history much like the great Qymaen jai Sheelal...

Yes, it was Qymaen jai Sheelal, better known in his later days as General Grevious, that inspired everything that the warrior had set out to do in this little journey of his. Ever since fighting for the pride and glory of the Kaleesh, he decided that the best way to preserve his fighting skills and hone them to a degree of perfection never before achieved would be to become a bounty hunter. Yet Kishreel didn't wish to become just another lackey of the Black Sun... he wanted something different, something that would make him unique. After killing for years, he decided that he could do it best by joining up with this one organization that offered so many bounties on not just meaningless objectives, but actual challenges such as other bounty hunters from the Black Sun.

Now, after the ship had landed in the casino, the Kaleesh bounty hunter stepped out and his features instantly became illuminated by different neon colors as holo-ads and the like flashed upon his garb. He stood there, a standing silhouette that stood in the foreground as the many different lights buzzed all around him. Walking to wherever he had to walk to, guided by a warrior's intiuition, he began to look for a way to become employed there.

Soon I will be able to kill again...

A staff member places up the updated information regarding the Bounties on the bulletin board. Bounties are still in place for Piccolo, Galelon, John Skywalker, Slicer and Fracus. The bounties for Bekka and Fett have been taken off.

Two freighters full of supplies, building materials and various other equipment leave the Casino. They check for tracking devices and are doubly careful that there are no way that anyone can follow them to their destination. The customer will have his request as extra means are taken to secure the secrecy.

The bulletin board before him became scattered with the names of various different people that lived throughout the galaxy as wanted men, and apparently one woman who now longer was hunted. A few he had heard of, such as the infamous Piccolo and John Skywalker. Other names eluded his sphere of knowledge and became almost empty words to him. Yet he quickly realized that he wasn't there to look at the bounties, he was here for a solid job. Temopary work didn't cut it for him at the moment, for the only time he had seen war he was fighting with people. Even if he was alone, he was fighting with someone other than himself on his side.

A hand grasped the staff member on the shoulder and turned his entire body around as he rotated the trunk of his body, feet scuffing along the ground on their heels to catch up.

"I would like information on a more permanent bounty hunting job if you would be so kind."

Err... " the staff member looked up at the bounty hunter, "no problem sir. If you see them at the main reception area... err... I'll show you. Follow me sir..."

The staff member led the Bounty Hunter over to the main desk, catching the eye of the receptionist. He whispered to the twi'lek girl...

"He's after a job..." then out loud to the Hunter, "I'll leave you in capable hands sir"

He turned and scurried off.

The twi'lek looked up at the Bounty Hunter, more comfortable then the other staff member had been,

"I believe you are looking for employment sir. What kind of work were you wanting? We have many positions here, anything from Bounty Hunting to various other forms of work." She tapped her finger against her nose, suggesting the 'types' of work that could be on offer. It would all depend on what he was after.

Kishreel's eyes were focused on an intent glare, showing that he was in this position with a purpose to fulfill, and that nothing that anyone did or said would be able to alter his course of action... not that any one was trying too, but it was still a rather good point to made for the sake that it represented his dedication to what he wanted.

Looking at the woman before him, not at all in the usual lustful manner that a male would look over a woman with, he quickly recognized the large difference between the way in which she operated and that of her co-worker that had led him to her. The one before was nervous, stumbling on every word and unsure of things. Most likely he was relatively new and still getting in the groove of things, unsure of which course of action to take. Or perhaps it could hint to the fact that Kish wasn't exactly the most easy person to socialize with, what with his appearance being what it was. The fact that he told the man that he basically wanted to get paid to hunt men and kill them like meaningless animals probably didn't ease any fears either.

However, this woman seemed to make a relatively good receptionist. She was clear and concise with every word she spoke, and she also most likely served as eye-candy for the men that wished for such. Still, it was nice to be dealing with a person instead of the protocol droids that he'd seen being used as receptionists in other establishments. They were so impersonal, and they didn't do a good job of capturing the energy that swirled around them in their workplaces and reflecting that accurately for the most part due to their mechanical, stiff movements.

Now I know why she's out here and the other man was just blindly putting up an update though”¦

His hand reached inside his traditional tan Kaleesh clothing as his extremities fumbled to grasp a small object. As soon as he felt the icy feel of glabrous metal, he grasped the datapad and then pulled it out to be seen by the receptionist who stood before him. As he laid it down, he nudged it a bit closer to her to prompt her to pick it up and read what was contained within. Every time that Kishreel had seen a datapad, he'd always been amazed at how a tiny tool such as that could carry so much information and be so useful. It was just evidence that not all outstanding things came in large packages.

The screen of the datapad glowed a light blue and on it was a list of various different items and weapons that could prove to be very useful to a bounty hunter such as the warrior that stood before the twi'lek. They were not exactly what one would call the most expensive ever, but it was a firm belief of the man that he shouldn't ask of too much during a job interview”¦ On the datapad, there were various qualifications listed that attempted to convince the woman that this man was worthy of a job at the establishment. It included numerous events that trailed back from the war on Kalee, where he was fighting people for many years, to a few ”œquestionable”

The receptionist gazed over the datapad, giving the hunter a pert smile.

"If you would like to come this way please."

She indicated for another to take her place while she concluded the interview behind closed doors. She led the hunter into another room, private, soundproof and secure.

"I believe we can employ you on those terms. You have seen the standard bounties that we have on the boards? From time to time we have other work as well. Work we keep low key."

She produced a contract datapad, connecting the two, she transfered the terms he wanted, and then added in that there would be bonus's for completion of certain activities. There was a loyalty clause included, so that they couldn't get stolen away to other 'prospective' employers.

"Is this acceptable to you sir?"

Kishreel stared into the eyes of the twi'lek with the emotionless, stony eyes that never wavered in their stoic expression. No jubilant roar of triumphant glee could be heard coming from the man, not the usual smile that quickly led into the new employee sucking up to the new employer. Instead, a simple nod would suffice.

Without an outstretched hand, he took the datapad and reviewed it again, making sure that it indeed included all the things that it would have to include in order to make this venture into this establishment a worthwhile one. Once his eyes had checked over each and every word and had come to a conclusion to the extent that he was positive that it was all there, he opened his mouth to speak once more.

Duo had lost himself in thought and missed the worker somehow. He never did figure out how long he had been in that seat waiting for her and thinking, but eventually he left and got himself a room. He stayed in the Link Casino for many days, using their training facilities to perfect his form with the twin axes in which he had named.

"Jack and Bill."

They would be permanently coated in the blood of his foes, everyone that didn't serve the chaos blood god. It was during one of his training sessions that he had a vision of a planet of pure evil, champions of other gods slowly showing up for an battle that would become a legend, then eventually fall into Myth...He had to go, not to serve Khorne, rather so he could become a Legend. He refused to die before such a thing came to pass...

After attaching the axes back onto his suit he moved to the front desk, paying for his stay before quickly leaving...letting his fingers coast over the nav-comp and input the proper coordinates. Not soon after his ship slipped into hyperspace.
