  1. "Thank you." Det smiled. He then turned and proceeded to gather his belongings. After doing so, he hooked his saber and dagger on his belt and headed to the hanger bay. As he had much catching up to do, he felt this might be a good time to take a short ride back home for a week or two. He packed and borded the clawcraft, then ascended into space and jetted into hyperspace ((OOC: not disappearing - just RL issues get in the way - I'll be back))
  2. Det grasped Nokrt's hand and accepted his promotion. "Thank you, Master - and for the opportunity to learn from one of the best" Det smiled. Now all he needed to do was search out a new ship.
  3. What does it mean to be a Sith? Det thought to himself and then replied. ”œA Sith seeks power and domination over all others ”“ to better one's self. Power”¦ Unlimited Power!”
  4. Det woke up groggy and had quite the headache. He also felt something different in both his back and his arm. He got up and looked around. He felt like there was something metallic inside both his arm and his torso. Realizing that he was disabled by his master and then repaired, he straightened his neck ”“ the headache also went away. He put his Sith robe on and looked over at a window. He took in the view of the jungle planet as he gathered his thoughts and awaited his master.
  5. Struggling”¦ Det lay in the sand and struggled as if something was maiming him. Suddenly a big rush of Force emerged from him and pushed objects and sand into nearby walls ”“ damaging them. A dust cloud then loomed over the beach, blocking full view of the beach head below. As the dust cleared and settled, the resulting beach head revealed no sign of Det. Det kept his whereabouts to himself ”“ as he made his way along the path he chose. His anger further fueled by the searing pain his body was feeling. He had one mission left: as did the legendary Darth Sidious as the apprentice to Plagueis. In order to become, he had to eliminate the obstacle in his way. Upon the spire, Nokrt was looking around for his apprentice, but he couldn't find him anywhere. The Chiss looked to within the Force to try to locate Det, but there was something wrong. Did he leave the planet? Impossible! Why would he do such a thing that coward! He looked around again, and then found himself falling off the spire as a result of a large explosion. He landed hard against the beach head. Nokrt shook off the cobwebs from the fall and looked upward to find himself on the ground, but not a second later, a crimson blade whipped down toward him, which he barely blocked with his own. He found himself in another lock with Det. ”œCoward am I?”
  6. Det could feel the heat from his master's blade as it whipped right by him several times, he attempted to parry it with his own, but he felt like he was blocking air. Not much weight behind his parries. He then felt the heat and the pain as his master's blade seared the side of his upper left arm. He flipped his saber to knock the blade away, but nearly lost it in the attempt. He gathered his senses, jumped backward away from his master and focused within the Force. Elegant indeed ”“ the lightsaber is much lighter than a standard sword, Det thought. He didn't have much time. He sensed the presence of two people. One was directly behind him. He turned around to find his master flip his blade around, nearly slicing Det in half, but was caught by Det's blade. Another blade came in from the other side at Det's neck. Within a split second, Det had blocked it with a blade that came out the opposite end of his hilt. No time to think; must move quick. He jumped up and performed a split kick to knock the phantoms away and turned around to parry a third blade coming in with lightning speed. That parry was followed by a quick jab into that attacker's gullet. The attacker disappeared into a burst of light ”“ another phantom! Det looked through the Force and saw that he was to understand that his master was wearing him down. His strength would be his undoing. He also realized that he didn't need to forcibly whip his saber around with such brute strength. Let the Force guide you. Only two seconds later, he was fending off dual attacks from copies of his master when another shadow came in moving with such speed that Det did not see. The speed exhibited by this shadow tossed Det so off guard that the shadow managed to nearly cut off Det's left arm, but he left a large gash in the side of it. Det screamed with anger and rolled backwards away from the armada. The phantoms and the shadow followed him, but Det was unaware. He then was busy fighting off saber strikes with his blade despite the pain. He channeled the pain and his anger and used the Force to blast the shadow back into the temple wall. The wall collapsed under pressure from the impact. He then saw the phantoms approaching from the other side and whipped around. His movement became more fluent as he did. He then whipped his blade out of his hand toward a phantom and it flew right through the middle of it, never deactivating. The phantom exploded into a ray of light. The other phantom was nearly within striking distance of an unarmed Det and moved in for the kill, but was met by a smaller blade extruding from Det's left hand, right into the gullet ((The dagger)). Not at a price though, the phantom managed to take a good slice out of Det's left hip. Det raised his right hand and the Force carried his lightsaber back to him. As it reached his hand, it was knocked away by a rock that struck Det's hand. Det then rolled to the right to dodge a slice by another shadow. He again called for his saber and it floated toward him. This time it reached his hand, and the blade extended. He was aware of the shadow's presence as he turned toward it and blocked a blade swing. The blades locked together and Det was staring straight into the glaring red eyes of a Chiss who was his master. ((OOC: perhaps not the best, but better?))
  7. Det was sound asleep when he heard noises from within. It sounded like footsteps walking around as if he was being surrounded by several beings. Then the presence of several entities was sensed ”“ could they be? They were surrounding him and ready to attack. He did recognize a couple as legendary Sith lords ”“ but what were they doing here? Could it be we have renegades ”“ but then he realized ”“ was something afoot? He then realized this wasn't a dream ”“ but yet they didn't seem real ”“ these Sith lords were illusions. Det looked around and felt cringes in his throat. He was being levitated! "Det Juzaka, you have proved yourself a powerful Sith" spoke one of the lords ”“ who Det soon recognized to be Alora. Another then spoke, ”œAnd now the time has come for you to face your final task.”
  8. Once in the temple, Det searched out a secluded room to make his temporary workshop and quarters. Through the Force, he moved a table toward the corner of the room and a couple of chairs along with it. He then placed his parts upon the table and neatly arranged them. He placed the two crimson crystals on the table also. He reached within the Force ”“ the parts moved carefully from separate pieces to one form around a crystal ”“ until they were joined together and melded into one with the crystal within to form a beautiful golden hilt. The new device floated into Det's right hand. Upon contact, Det inspected the new weapon, and then hit the ignition button. A bright red light filled the room as the saber's crimson blade shot out nearly one meter from the hilt. Det smiled as he swung the new weapon around. As he focused within the Force, a chair lifted off the ground and flew towards Det ”“ who dodged it and swung the saber ”“ the chair fell to the ground; it's back fell 3 meters further ”“ both bearing the scar of a saber cut. ”œExcellent,”
  9. Nokrt was long since gone ”“ Det proceeded toward the beach. Arriving next to the furnace that was set up there, Det placed his equipment toward the side ”“ with a watchful eye through the Force to look after them. He then turned his attention to the sand and the furnace. He lifted two fingers, sand began to rise up and form a twirling ball about a half of a meter above the beachhead. He motioned toward the furnace and the main door opened ”“ as the ball of sand flowed toward it and through. The door closed behind and the furnace ignited a blazing flame (with help from Det and the Force). The flame reached peak intensity within the furnace after about 15 minute's time, Det allowed it to do its work One hour later he checked upon the furnace to find that the sand had nearly liquefied ”“ but was nowhere near a crystalline form. The fire was not string enough to forge the crystal. Det was getting frustrated ”“ and it showed in the Force. Det then realized that ”“ and channeled his frustration into the Force, channeled the Force toward the furnace, and into the fire. The sand continued to burn, but still not enough ”“ this further enraged Det. The ever increasing anger channeled through the Force and into the contraption and the fire. Fire and force together acted upon the liquefying sand and it began to glow brightly. Bright enough to blind ”“ Det closed his eyes as the furnace began to shake from the action taking place inside, then started backing away from it ”“ He was then sent backward by a searing explosion. The furnace blew apart and fragments struck Det in his chest and head, causing burns. He shook his head from the hard impact against a nearby wall and looked back toward the remains, the furnace was gone, and all that was left was a small crater in the sand. Though ”“ he noticed that a glow was emanating from the crater ”“ a glow that was fading away. Det walked toward it, and as the light faded he looked at it ”“ two objects glowed faintly in the sand pit ”“ of crystal form, perfectly shaped and beautiful. He reached in with the Force and picked them up to chest level. They were crystals that carry great power ”“ power that only the Force can provide. Cooled enough, Det placed it in the container with his saber pieces, and walked toward the lake bed. He still had several burns all over his body from the explosion ”“ but the pain only fueled his rage. He then centered within the Force and concentrated. He spent a bit of time meditating, but he did not heal the wounds ”“ he would save that for a later time after he created his sabers. He then returned to the temple and located an isolated location where he would construct both weapons.
  10. Det followed the orders and set coordinates. The fighter broke out of orbit and descended toward the planet. It sailed in towards the complex and homed in on the landing platform 13C. The ship touched down on the platform and Det powered it down. Gathering the parts for both the saber and the dagger, he placed them in a small container that was behind the seat and disembarked the ship with the container. He turned around and looked to find a Chiss approaching his position. Det knelt before his approaching Master setting down the pieces before him. ”œI have the pieces required Master, and the second set as well ready for construction. The expedition wasn't without challenges as there were a few obstacles. There were a couple of monsters on Wayland, uncooperative folk on Naboo and Corellia, and I had to clean Mustafar up of droids. Nonetheless, I have accomplished my mission, Master." Det stood back up picking up the container with the pieces.
  11. A clawcraft appeared out of hyperspace above Cardia revealing a livelier planet. It seems that the Empire has reoccupied the planet. It seems to be much more stable now. Det opened a comm. channel. ”œThis is Det Zukasa reporting ”“ requesting permission to land. Business is reuniting with Lord Nokrt.”
  12. A clawcraft class fighter appeared from hyperspace over the planet Mechis III. As the craft approached the planet, its pilot ”“ Det Juzaka ”“ looked at the console ”“ studying about it. This volcanic world once hosted Techno Union and Arakyd owned droid factories. Det set coordinates to land on a platform outside the old factory. Once the craft touched down, Det put his datapad into his cloak pocket, got out and proceeded inside. He found that there were several human settlers scattered about the complex ”“ and that there was significant damage done to parts of it. He came across running a parts shop which was tended to by a middle aged male human who had a prosthetic arm. The man looked at Det and seemed curious. ”œWhatever are you looking for?”

    Naboo

Outside the outer reaches of space about Naboo a clawcraft bolted out of hyperspace. As the ship turned towards the planet, the pilot within, Det Juzaka, was examining some information on the planet. Comprising of grasslands, swamps hills and forests native home to the Gungans and well settled by humans, the world was home to many important figures in the Republic to Empire transition. Two capitals are present ”“ Theed, and Otoh Gunga. Once the clawcraft entered the atmosphere a voice spoke up over the comm. ”œPlease identify your purpose”
  14. The outer reaches of Space around the planet Wayland stood still in the vacuum as silent as ever, and then a burst of light revealed a clawcraft out of nowhere. In its cockpit was a human Force sensitive named Det Juzaka ”“ who was on a mission to acquire parts for a new lightsaber. The young pilot was examining the forest world with a cockpit computer. He discovered that this was a key Imperial world. The planet's capital is New Nystao. The planet had one key point of interest in Mount Tantiss ”“ within which a storehouse was built for the Emperor to house his arcane artifacts and secret technology. The storehouse and the mountain were destroyed though. Det set his coordinates to head in toward the capital city. The clawcraft descended toward the capital and landed on a pad near the edge of the city. Det climbed out of the craft and looked around. He then focused within the Force. His mission on this forest world ”“ locate a power cell for his lightsaber. He wandered down the streets of the city while focused in the Force. Bystanders were going about their business as Det passed them. Many of them were Noghri. As he studied on his way in, the Noghri capital was relocated here. Det's destination was then revealed to be Mount Tantiss. He calmly walked toward the decimated peak and began toward the ruins of the storehouse. Not very much time passed until some creatures appeared in front of Det. There were 3 Myneyrshi blocking his way and sporting spears and knifes with their four arms ”“ each. It looked like Det was in for a battle ”“ but without a weapon. He thought twice ”“ he had a weapon. He lifted his hand. All three creatures lifted off the ground helplessly. Det then pushed them backwards ”“ separating one from its staff. The creatures flew back into the side of the mountain wall, while the one staff flew forward into Det's hands. Two creatures regained their composure and charged Det. The third ”“ the one that lost its staff ”“ stood by. The two attacking creatures charged Det and nearly struck into him, but Det jumped high and over the charging creatures then whipped the spear around striking one creature in the neck and shearing it off. The slain creature dropped lifelessly to the ground. Det touch down behind the still running second creature, keeping an eye through the Force on the third that was still behind him. The second creature turned around and tossed a knife toward Det. Det lifted a hand and the knife stopped just short of him ”“ then Det redirected it toward the creature behind him and ran the knife into the creature's leg, wounding him. Det then turned his focus toward the other creature ”“ which had already begun a charge toward him. He parried the creatures spear and tossed the creature past him and came in with a strike of his own ”“ which the creature managed to block, then punch Det backwards with a free third hand. It followed in and swiped at Det with the knife wielding hand, which Det blocked with the spear. Det then rolled the creature back behind him and leaped up to a standing position. The monster dropped his spear and grabbed Det with two arms. Det couldn't move to free himself from the creature's grip. It readied to stab Det, but then dropped the knife and grabbed its throat with its two arms it wasn't holding Det with. It was being choked by something. The feeling was getting worse as it dropped Det and then dropped to the ground. The creature struggled for its last breath ”“ then slumped down dead. Det got up and looked at the dead weight. ”œNice to have a backup plan isn't it”
  15. A clawcraft class starfighter appeared in the outer space regions of Csilla. The pilot ”“ Det Zukasa ”“ entered slow approach coordinates to focus on an orbit of the planet; then he examined a datapad to get more information about the planet. Finding out that this planet is the homeward of the Chiss ”“ his master's species ”“ Det examined the details about Csilla to find that the planet was locked in an ice age for thousands of years. Csilla is the political capital of the Chiss Ascendancy and the planet itself. Its capital city, Csaplar, is an underground city on the planet ”“ shielded by the ice floes above. Besides his master, Csilla was home to many other Chiss imperials such as Mitth'raw'nuruodo ”“ otherwise known as Thrawn. Vents served as entry points for ships to enter and land after clearance is granted by the dispatchers. The main points of interest include the Expeditionary Library. A beeping from the ship control console interrupted Det's research of the planet ”“ he looked up to see that Csilla was in full view. He was entering an orbital approach. He also saw a communication request was being made to him, he answered the call. ”œUnknown ship pilot ”“ we have you in our range ”“ please identify.”
  16. A clawcraft appears about 300 km from Mustafar as it exits hyperspace. Det Juzaka looked at the scanner in the ship's cockpit to find the planet a fiery blaze with volcanoes and lava. It is difficult to locate any life form readings due to the interference from the geological activity. He approached the planet while keeping an eye on the scanner array. Just before he entered the atmosphere, he noticed a small echo on the scanner ”“ he set coordinates for a high pass of the echo. The ship descended toward the spot to give Det a clear view of it. What he found was a gigantic complex that had arms radiating from it. A couple of landing platforms were available. He took the craft in and landed on the inner platform. The complex had ray shields enabled to protect it from lava bombs that were being shot all over the planet. It seems that the arms were collecting heat energy from the lava rivers below them. The whole complex was a factory it seems. The structure looked somewhat war torn though ”“ one arm was broken off at the base. Det got out of his ship and headed toward the main entrance. He saw some remnants of some type of droid widely scattered as he headed in. He passed through several corridors on his way into the control room. Upon arrival at the control room, Det looked at a computer display and brought up a map of the complex. The display gave him one great clue ”“ this place is a droid factory ”“ constructing several types of droids that were used for battles ”“ It was shut down by Imperials after the clone wars, but several prototypes and incomplete droids were still available. He did remember his master's decree though ”“ useless machines. He had no plans to start these up anyway. His plan was to get an emitter matrix. He focused inward in the Force. Within the Force, Det searched out many rooms and corners for the matrix. This took him down within to the factory floor ”“ it seemed that someone left several prototype pieces for blasters and sabers. Who would do that? Det didn't care, this was his destination ”“ to get to that area and retrieve one. He exited the control room and proceeded down into the factory area. Several incomplete droids were standing in a lifeless line, some had no heads; others had no arms. All of them were not operating. He climbed down to the bottom of the room where he found several unassembled weapons ”“ blasters, emitters, lasers and much more. There were plenty of emitter matrices to be found ”“ but which one was the right one? The Force guided him. He examined each of the pieces of weaponry as he walked slowly along the bench they lay on. He stopped ”“ right in front of what he was looking for ”“ the matrix coil for a lightsaber emitter. As he moved to pick it up, a blaster bolt bounced off the wall near him. He looked up and around not seeing anything. Another nearly hit him ”“ but now he saw where it came from. He picked up the emitter matrix and stowed it in his robe ”“ then walked toward the source of the shots. As he neared the assassin, he noticed movement ”“ 5 B1 battle droids. Each had their guns raised to greet him. ”œSurrender now”
  17. The clawcraft descended toward the remains of the Sith temple on Cardia. He looked around at the barren heap of rubble to find not very much left. He remembered thought that his ship was here as well. The keyword is ”œwas.”
  18. In the deep bowels of space, a Chiss clawcraft exited lightspeed near Cardia. It's pilot, a human male name Det Zukasa, examined the planet. Then jetted towards the remains of the Sith temple.

    Tatooine

A Chiss clawcraft emerged from hyperspace near the desert planet and proceeded toward it. Det Zukasa looked to the Force to locate the right location to land ”“ the planet was sparsely populated, mostly moisture farms. There were a few spaceports including Mos Eisley, Anchorhead and Mos Espa. One of these three ports was near the mysterious location of interest to Det ”“ where the handgrip of his would-be lightsaber was located on the planet. His descent toward the planet slowed as he focused within the Force to understand the secret. Then the moment hit. Det set his coordinates for Mos Eisley and gained permission to land in Docking Bay 94. The ship rocketed toward the planet's surface. He descended towards the spaceport and touch down in the bay. Exiting the ship, he greeted a few Jawas who promptly refueled the ship. Det looked back to the Force to find his secret ”“ and got the word of a Jawa swap meet taking place about 2 hours from now outside Mos Eisley ”“ and that he could find the handgrip there. He obtained a speeder bike outside the docking bay from a local junk dealer and left the city ”“ heading out to the caverns near the Jundland Wastes. 5 large sandcrawlers were parked near the foot of the mesa, with several Jawa gatherings nearby exchanging droids and parts. A few humans were also present negotiating with the Jawa tribes. Det though about getting a new droid ”“ then remembered his master's decree about them and thought twice. This also wasn't his mission. He looked within to gain knowledge from the Force and proceeded towards the fourth crawler. The handgrip was in the crawler. As he approached the vehicle a couple of Jawas approached Det. Speaking in their native language they looked to sell a couple of items. Luckily Det had his translator activated and he understood what the little guys with glowing eyes were saying. [[”œWelcome. What can we help you with?”
  20. Det looked at the datapad which his master gave him then proceeded to the clawcraft. When he reached it he put a couple of personal items in it, then did a bit of research about where to get the power conduit from. He focused within the Force to search out the planet. Within a moment's time he had focused closely on the planetary capital city of Coronet ”“ deep within the underworld. He thought about what the best plan would be - then understood his position. Let the Force guide you he said to himself. He submerged himself within the Force and then discovered the real solution. Det found an abandoned speed outside the complex, he strolled down to it and examined it ”“ he found it to be in working order. He wondered who would leave this behind. It wasn't a speeder that his master used for sure ”“ nor was it part of his Nokrt's father's estate ”“ it was left alone, as if someone had no use for it anymore. This was the least of Det's interest, his most important mission was getting to Coronet. He got into the speeder and rocketed off. Upon entrance of the city he looked again to the Force to guide him ”“ traveling slowly through the city while looking around. Many areas looked war torn ”“ but tightly patrolled by various security teams. He pushed further on into a neighborhood known as the blue sector ”“ this area was less patrolled as he noticed, but many people were walking around here aimlessly. Tourists Det thought ”“ he wasn't too surprised, he turned towards the Treasure Ship Row, parked next to a pawn shop and got out of the speeder. He walked into the pawn shop. The shop had many different items that were put up for sale that looked awkward. He did know however that the power conduit was available here, a clerk stood behind the counter talking with a couple of human tourists ”“ unbeknownst to Det and his snooping through the shop. Det had scanned half of the shop ”“ finding many different items ranging from blasters to crystals to even death sticks. Then he was interrupted by clerk suddenly. ”œCan I help you find something sir”
  21. ((Oops - thanks - my bad)) Well, Det may not have noticed what Nokrt took out of the body, but he didn't care. The fact of the matter was that he has some more work to do. Focusing within the Force, Det paid attention to the now floating head that used to be Jen. He raised his right hand, and the head began to shake. As it shook, both eyes popped out, then brain and muscle followed along with blood, after that, the skull collapsed upon itself. After the head became a small neatly rolled ball he rolled it away and concentrated on the heart, it began to implode upon itself as blood spewed from it. After he finished off the remaining parts, the arena was quite messy.
  22. Det saw the desperation in Jen's mind as he was kicked many times, but he saw right through it. He knocked her against the wall with the Force, then she floated slowly back to him confined by the Force. ”œFate has spoken.”
  23. Det stepped aside as he parried Jen's blow and allowed her momentum to take her to the ground. His saber followed in, but found her weapon waiting for it. The two began exchanging volleys around the arena as Det served to use up Jen's energy. He sensed her determination as they fought. She was determined to be Nokrt's apprentice, but for what purpose ”“ learning the ways of the Sith, or for personal reasons. Clearly her intentions were centered on the latter. ”œYour feelings for him are strong, Jen. But have you recognized what that could do to your training? If you thought he shared those feelings, would he not have killed me for you so that you could be his apprentice? He most certainly would, and he still could.”
  24. Det felt the slight squeezing in his throat, but ignored it and blocked each parry that Jen threw at him. Low slice met with vertical blade, overhead swing met with cutoff. He centered himself within the force and let out a shockwave that filled the entire arena ”“ knocking Jen off of her feet and into the wall as she came in for the kill. The squeezing in his through vanished at that point and he wielded his weapon and got ready. Jen dropped to the floor next to the wall landing on her back. Det observed and let out a dry grin as the ailing human woman attempted to get up. ”œDid you really think choking me was going to do any good? I can really tell that you will stop at nothing to destroy me. That will be impossible.”
  25. Det turned his attention towards Jen as Nokrt left the arena. He felt the anger within her as she slowly approached him. It was clear that her health did not look the best, having taken a long time to join him for training. It was also clear to his feelings that her focus was not fully on her training, but on Master Nokrt, which unfortunately, he could not speak for anyone in his position so he decided to let his skills do the talking. He focused his gaze upon Jennifer and, using a stern voice ”“ announced: ”œThe time is now to see who is worthy of moving on in training, Jen. A fight to the finish it will be.”
