  1. Kirlocca didn't react too much as he stepped a foot forward and sat down on the ground, indicating for Mirdala to do the same. << Not really hide yourself, but make yourself small. Some call it the Art of Small. Let us close our eyes and focus inward. This exercise will complete two things of training for you. One, to teach you to become more aware of the Force around you, and two, to let you feel your own presence and others. This will help you make yourself small in the Force to go without being detected. >> The Jedi Master closed his own eyes without looking at Mirdala and began to fall into a mediation like trance, using the Force to reach out to Mirdala to help guide her through what she would need. He know spoke within her mind, allowing for her to be guided in a different way. "Still everything around you, block it out, concentrate solely upon you. Even so untrained you will be able to feel the currents of the Force flow like a river. Take a moment to drop in it and let it consume you..." Kirlocca waited about five minutes before speaking within her mind again. "Now focus upon me... Like a warm glow that is close to you. Now feel yourself. Project your will upon yourself to get smaller... smaller... smaller... smaller..." Kirlocca allowed for her to now come into her own form of exploring...
  2. Kirlocca shook his head after Mirdala had finished speaking. She had used some words that he did not know, but still picked up on the whole story she was telling. It was a minor difference between Mirdala and Fett, she used more of her native tongue then her now husband. << Rambling is never done in vain. It still speaks volumes of what is in your heart and mind. For instances, your 'ramblings' informed me that there is a real connection between you and Ab'ki. Your mind is letting this woman in. There are techniques to block and shield your mind. It sounds like this Ab'Ki has used the power known as Subjugate upon you. It allows for someone to inflict damage upon another mind, weakening them. You can battle against that with Force Suppression. It's a technique of drawing the Force upon yourself, lowering your output of Force energy, which many feeling you would feel your presence die off almost. It makes it harder for mental attacks, especially for someone who is not trained in hours of meditation to build up walls and resistance from another Force user. It would sever you well to learn the first. >>
  3. Kirlocca looked at Mirdala as she finished her story and request of him. He knew the question was coming before she even let her first word leave her mouth, and he already knew his answer. He had problems with the Jedi Order in the past for training those outside of the Order and got a ton of slack for it. Now wasn't a time for a change of heart either. << Of course I will give you what you need. That is something that I will always give those who ask for it. >>
  4. Kirlocca watched in silence as the two Mandalorians made their exchanges. It seemed weird to him that he was a witness for two human marriage proposals, yet never caught on to what was going on. But it was a part of life that he just didn't understand. He shifted himself to let for Fett to leave the room. There was a clear hint that something was coming from Mirdala, so Kirlocca moved to let her speak. << I am glad that you and Fett have decided to become a pair. He has been a good friend of mine for a while. I hope the best for you two... >> Kirlocca let his words hang in the air. If there was something to be asked, he wanted it to be well known that he was open to hear it.
  5. Kirlocca returned Mirdala's embrace and gave her a sympathy look. << You did well enough for someone of your status. I've never seen such a strong mind trap before on something that could have been stumbled on upon chance... You're being hunted with a passion Mirdala... >> Kirlocca gave a quick look over to Fett to make sure it was understood what level Mirdala was in.
  6. Kirlocca slowly nodded his head in acknowledgement of what Fett had spoken. He had come to know the man as one who will come to those that are his allies to defend, and he also knew that the man was not weak either. He would defend if needed. The Wookiee allowed for his head to lower in thought of Kirlocca being in a fight again against the Sith-- It was something that he didn't see happening. He could feel the sand coming to a slow in the hourglass of his life. He was still young by Wookiee standards, but something was coming that would tip everything over; and he was certain that he would end up being the piece that started the full downward spiral. But he didn't want to get all philosophical over his life and the Force with Fett, which is why he was grateful that the subject was changed. << I am doing okay. I would much rather stay until I can bid Mirdala a proper farewell. It's not too often in our lives that we can do such a thing, especially with our friends. >>
  7. Kirlocca nodded his head at Fett. He had suspected that Mirdala had fallen into some sort of Force Trap, as Kitt and Lei-Kim Ness spent some time researching them on Manaan. They were simple enough, yet a strong will could make them nearly impossible to break. Had there been more Jedi around like Kitt, Ara and Lei, the attempts would almost always fall short. Although those breeds of Jedi have died out recently through lack of training and sharing the knowledge. A weakness the Consular type Jedi shared. He was brought back to reality due to Fett's question on what he had been up to and the bounty on Force Users. It was a difficult question, yet to him, the answer seemed very straight forward. << I have been in exile. I could not put away my habits as I grew up with combat a normal part of my life. I held no place in an Order that was living in peace. Although I could have helped Darex fight off Faust... >> Kirlocca's own mind trailed for a moment as he thought of the fact that he had never actually encountered Faust in his entire life. But most of that seemed irrelevant now. Times were changing, and speaking of the changes... << The bounty had an impact as I just left the Order in the hands of Dahar. They are scattered and their now leader will need support from the outside as well as within. There has been something stirring in the Force... It's calling and awakening so many Force users. It brought me out of exile, as well as many Dark Side users. I can feel the Dark Side growing, as well as the Light. They will be at war again, the galaxy will be at war soon. >> Kirlocca stopped himself and turned to look directly at Fett, making his stance the most openly firm and serious as he could. << Mandalorians might have to make a choice...>> Kirlocca let his words hang a bit. He could feel the Force staring towards chaos. The galaxy would soon be at war. Anyone who was not ready would be at the bottom of the barrel if they were not prepared.
  8. Kirlocca remained quiet and tried to piece together exactly what had happened. Outside of the battle that raged on inside Mirdala's mind, and her very clear showing to the Jedi Master her Force abilities, there were still names and holes that were not filled. Fett, or Kandor as he has been called a few time since his arrival walked out with Kirlocca due to both be ushered out, the Wookiee turned towards the Mandalorian and spoke bluntly. << While I am happy to stay and see things through... There are still plenty of holes in this whole story, at least from my perspective. What exactly happened to her and why. And I don't need a sermon style update. The short version will do. >> Even as they walked, Kirlocca allowed for the Force to heal what it could. He was not a healer, nor did he have the required skills for it, but he did have recovery techniques he would use after battles and duels. That he could do as he listened to the tale his two Mandalorian friends had been on recently.
  9. Kirlocca stirred himself up from the hibernation trance and looked around. He felt the room spin for only a second, but he himself felt like he was hazy. He had never done such a thing before, and still wasn't even sure he had done it correctly. His peripheral vision was not as strong, and therefore only saw blurs, but he felt like he recognized Fett and Mirdala. Shaking his head and letting out a very loud grunt sounding growl as he began to stand up slowly. << Why do I feel like my head was stomped on by a bantha? >>
  10. Kirlocca was only slightly listening to the Mandalorians around him, mainly due to his lack of knowledge of their language, culture, and habits. Everything seemed strange to him, like he was in a surreal world. Fett was called a name he had never heard, he was also acting differently then what he had remembered towards Mirdala. But for now, he would do what he always did in these types of situations... Stay focused on the task at hand. The rest was not relevant to him. He moved his body a bit more slightly to put both paws upon her head. Clearly using Malacia did not work the way he wanted it to, but it worked in some regard... Mirdala resisted, not the other barrier. She was there. Using the Force now differently, the Jedi Master pushed with the Force against her, but rather as a tool to create a weakness in the barrier. He focused upon a point, drawing attention to the pushing, but prepared himself for a second push. It would leave his physical body completely weakened, but he would be able to get in mentally and fight side by side with her against whatever was assailing her from within. Upon feeling the strong push against his initial push, he could feel the barrier around the pushing weaken. It was then that he drove with a full push, allowing for himself to get in, risking his physical body. Almost as soon as he got his mental Force self through the barrier, he could feel a disconnect from his body. The the Mandalorians in the room, Fett included, Kirlocca's body just dropped to the floor suddenly without warning. Although his body was tight, lifeless, he showed no signs that Mirdala was showing outwardly, and if they did hook him up, would see that his body was safe within a hibernation trance of sorts, but his and would be beyond active. Kirlocca landed, or so it felt like a landing. His mental image was shaky to even himself. His vision was blurry and he couldn't see straight. But he could see. He was strong, and he was present. He saw Mirdala, or so he thought. She did not have her helmet on, which he had never seen her face, unlike Fett. There was something or someone with her, but away from her a bit. Kirlocca decided to make his presence known, using a Force Push upon the thing or person that was not Mirdala. It felt strange... dark... sinister... This would be a match Mirdala would lose for sure without him. He leapt closer to her, drawing out his lightsaber and activating it. Upon landing, he took his posture of Wru'torr and awaited his move to be revealed. Although, he wasn't sure what he was doing. He had never entered a mind, or a battle of this sort before. Kitty had, Ara-Lai Kappi had, and so did his own Master Mari. This was new to him.
  11. There were moments when Kirlocca could be silent and others when he would hold passing conversations, and even the rarest of times when he would speak abundantly. Now was not a time to speak much. Clearly the situation was as bad as he thought. Fett was quick to let him in and lead him to Mirdala, whom was in a state that looked like a Force induced hibernation, although she did not feel like one in a hibernation trance. Quickly, he moved next to her and acknowledged the others in the room with a look before he took a knee next to her. He extended his paw over her face and closed his eyes for only three seconds before opening them again. << She is alive... and fighting. I can't really tell what is going on. Her conscious mind is still active... but it feels like there is another in there with her... or something... She is blocked to me. I am going to need to break through some barrier that is stopping me from touching her mind. Watch her vitals and let me know the millisecond something changes. >> Kirlocca changed his position to a crosslegged position near her head and extended both his arms over her head. The Wookiee began to dive deep into the Force and reach into Mirdala's mind. There was indeed a barrier of some kind blocking him for getting in so easily. The Jedi Master decided to use a technique known as Malacia to help aid him in getting in. It would be difficult, but he felt like he may be able to stir Mirdala enough to help him get in if she could feel him attempting to make the entry....
  12. Kirlocca received the ping he was looking for only a short while after making a fly by to check the surrounding area of the location given. He was being cautious not to draw attention to himself, and once he was sure he would not be detected, he made his landing. Carefully moving towards the building, he made his presence known by a wookiee style knock at the door, but did so in such a way that only those inside would be able to hear it.
  13. Kirlocca stared down from his own viewport of the Jedi Ace Starfighter that now floated above Corellia. The Wookiee could feel so much life on the surface, yet he felt slightly confident that he would have beaten Fett here by a good hour or more. It wasn't his thing to be too early, but with a bounty on all Force Users and Corellia being such a high profile location for smugglers and bounty hunters... anyone could turn him in or attack him on sight. And he was a far greater target then most other Jedi, as his face and name was plastered everywhere during the wars as the infamous Jedi who helped lead the Republic fleets into battles next to Starlisk. He would be spotted if not careful, so more time was almost a requirement from now on until the bounties seized to exist. Letting out a sigh, Kirlocca pushed the yoke towards the planet and began his decent towards the location that was sent to him. He would not want to land without first scouting the place and making sure it was safe, or if he saw signs that Fett had arrived...
  14. Kirlocca stopped almost all movement upon Vos entering the room. While he could feel the man coming through the Force, he didn't need a real acknowledgement of it until now. Dahar was the one who vouched for him, and Dahar will continue to stand by his convictions. Anything less would have made Kirlocca not want him to be Grandmaster. The trip and interaction the Wookiee had with Tobis Vos made him not as trustworthy, as the Jedi Master could feel something within Vos that made Vos and Kirlocca uncomfortable. But it was o no matte by this point. Whatever was there would be dealt with much later, and at Dahar's own doing. << You may join us. And I thank you for taking care of Xae. >> Kirlocca finished speaking only to have his commlink buzz. He had to approve the comm, a transmission that was only possible due to the huge satellite Kitt Fitt had installed to make communications through the main city even remotely possible. The frequency was instantly recognizable, as was the voice on the other end. Fett had been a Mandalorian who had gotten close to Kirlocca over the years, mainly due to the Augury. Mirdala was also someone through the Augury, although Kirlocca's own interaction with her was much less. After listening, Kirlocca quickly responded out loud, as privacy was already out the door. << I will leave shortly. Keep a watch on her vitals until I arrive. >> Turning rather quickly to Dahar, he spoke firmly, but left the comm channel open for Fett. << Contact the other Temples, bring them up to pace on what is going on. The Order is in good hands Grandmaster... >> With that, Kirlocca turned and left the room in a hurry. While Fett spoke no urgency or even hinted at it, the very presence of a comm meant something was up and every second he delayed could spell disaster. He would allow for Fett to send him a meeting point to his comlink, but he would take a JediAce from the hangar, which would require him to fly blind out of the blackout zone.
  15. Kirlocca stopped and went into a very deep thought. He allowed for the Force to be a nonstop current within his mind. He glanced over and looked directly into Dahar's eyes and then shook his big furry head. << No. I will not lead. That role is for you. I will support and help back you and give you what you need to start, including my always constant guidance.... But It is not my time to lead. >>
  16. Kirlocca allowed for Dahar to lead him in and deep within he Jedi Temple. He was silent for the most part, only allowing for his robes and footsteps to make any noise. His own breath seemed to have slowed down and became as if he wasn't even breathing in air. As they walked, the Wookiee allowed for the Force to flow through him, bringing life back into his spirit and soul. He had indeed been gone for a long time, and his own connection with the Force was left rather untouched during his exile. << I regret nothing Dahar. My life, my actions, my past... It formed me. Made me how I am. I only say this to allow for you to know more of who I am. If I do retake a spot with the Jedi... Grandmaster even... My past will come forth and those who will want me to not be against them will do everything they can to destroy me and those who side with me. If you are not strong enough or if you think that the Order is not strong enough... now is the time to say something... >>
  17. << Call them to what exactly? >> Kirlocca turned around and stopped himself before the main entrance to the Jedi Temple, halting the progress of Dahar, Xae, and Vos. He looked at each one before he spoke. << A temple with Jedi in it that have no plan, have no leadership, and has no means of guidance? Let us remember that there is a bounty on Force users. Just because we made it here without running into any bounty hunters doesn't mean the rest of the Jedi will. And even if they do make it here, gathering in one spot doesn't seem like the best idea. >> Kirlocca now folded his arms across his chest and made his presence well known in the Force to the three of them. << Surely you have felt what I have. Me coming out of exile, Xae awakening... The Force is stirring and awakening those who it can touch. The galaxy is turning and moving with the Force. We'd be making a mistake if we didn't stop to figure out why. We need to make sure we know how we want to present ourselves back into the galaxy before we get ourselves wiped out again. If there are other Jedi still alive, or have been awoken by the Force, they will know we are here. >>
  18. Kirlocca held most of his thoughts in, just simply walking and thinking about Vos and why he would be attempting to keep his distance. Dahar, and what sort of journey the man had been on since the last time the two saw each other. Then Xae, her and her powers have been a rare gift, and what sort of movement the Force would have in store for her now that it awoke her from a deep slumber. These were things that kept his mind occupied for a long while. It was't until the view of the temple and the pick up of chatter that brought his mind back. << I have no doubt that there are others, and that they would be alive and well. Contacting them is something we must do. But not at the sake of letting other priorities fall through. The Jedi need to be established again, that is priority one. Contacting others is not. >>
  19. Kirlocca allowed for a smile at all three companions, but then turned towards Xae as he began to walk towards the Jedi Temple within the forest. His long legs making far greater strides then the rest of the Jedi with him. << Who knows. Faded away, as Kitt would have liked to have said. A small portion can still be felt simmering within the Force, although extremely distant. Although distances doesn't always mean one with the Force. >>
  20. Kirlocca looked at Vos with an expression of sadness. He felt sorry for the galaxy, the amount of pain and loss that must have taken place while he was in exile was great. Even for the Sith, whom seemed to have also been sucked into the same blackhole of death as the Jedi. With a simple nod, he turned back towards the mountain ridge seen in the far distance, which was where they wanted to go. << I can sense a lot Vos. Adenna's presence has left a strong impression upon you. >> Kirlocca then turned and looked directly at Vos. << She was a special Jedi. >> Was it empathy that the Wookiee was giving, or just making a very vocal statement. Even he wasn't sure what he was trying to do. He could feel Vos felt uncomfortable at times around him, and he could sense that his path was clouded. Maybe deep down, all the Jedi Master wanted to do was give him some wisdom and guidance for his future. But one thing was certain, Kirlocca needed to embrace a new role that he was not use to.
  21. Kirlocca was a bit quiet as he walked off the ship as it landed in Ashla. He looked around at the city and then could feel the rush of the Force touch him. It was warm, calming, and very present. Unlike his time on his home planet of Kashyyyk, the Jedi Master felt at home on the surface of this planet. It was a slight eye opening experience for him, to fully realize that he was a Jedi at heart and it was where he was supposed to be. Letting out a very big sigh, he allowed for the Force to flow through him for a while before looking at where they wanted to go. Equipment wise, he had his lightsaber, his comlink, and the clothes he wore, which was far less during his time in exile. He now turned towards Dahar and spoke rather bluntly. << I don't think that there is many of our old friends left. The old Council is gone.... I can feel it... >>
  22. The shuttle blasted out of hyperspace above the green and blue planet. Kirlocca looked down at it for a long moment and thought over the last time he was down there. Kitty was Grandmaster, and they had come up with a plan to remove the Sith from Coruscant. It was a long plan that ended up going off in the most unplanned way, but with he same results. He hadn't been here since then, and it was his only visit to the planet. Letting out a very loud sigh, he hit the comm button to let the whole shuttle know they had arrived. << It looks like we arrived. And unless you guys let this temple get destroyed as well, we should be down within a manner of minutes. >>
  23. Kirlocca kept silent and slowly walked away from the two and headed back to the main cockpit, if anything else to go and make sure the ship was still on course and not heading for a random star. With all of these talks of the Jedi, the Sith, the Force, it was beginning to drive Kirlocca mad. His exile had clearly now should him one thing; Force users talk too much about it. One thing for sure though, upon arriving at Tython, Kirlocca would look forward to having something to focus on that wasn't whether things were light or dark or who they sided with.
  24. Kirlocca looked at Dahar when he spoke of the abilities in the Force. The truth was, he did know how to use Force Lightning. It was taught to him by Ar-Pharazon during the small time of his dark side adventure long before he was even considered for the trials to become a Jedi Master. But the Wookiee never once used it, as he felt like he gave into something every time. For him, the Dark Side was a fragile line that he walked too closely for too long. During his exile, he had wondered if perhaps maybe it was that same brush that lead to him being on Kashyyyk, but had come to the conclusion that it was simply he was still too into the war mindset and couldn't pull out. It was then that a beep was going off in the ship, a signal letting them know they have come close to Tython. Kirlocca unfolded his arms and looked at both Dahar and Xae giving them a look that could have suggested he was already bored with the ride. << Well... No point in this discussion at the moment. Our focus is needed for the task at hand. You are well enough for this journey Xae? >>
  25. Kirlocca stared for a moment out where Tobias Vos had left them and seemed to be looking into his soul from afar, despite the impossibility of anyone being able to do that. He was going to respond to Dahar about the length of time not seeing any Jedi, as he had been exiled for well over four years, maybe even six. But then he had the outburst out of nowhere that forced Kirlocca to fully turn his body in attention to the Jedi Master. << Are we so sure that the Galaxy needs us? Maybe our war with the Sith is what left the universe in such turmoil and would have been okay without. Hell, for all we know that galaxy waited until those such as you and me were out of the picture so it could reset itself. Maybe we are to blame for the condition of the galaxy. >> Kirlocca's voice was soft the entire time, clearly convicted by something that maybe no-one could ever understand. The Wookiee was even beginning to slump in his posture and allow for more of his own walls to come down. It was something that had almost never happened before. Kirlocca would easily blame it on his exile and lack of having to sue the Force and to hide. But if the truth was told, he was just simply getting older and wiser. Such emotions were needed to be exposed, and his own body was doing him a favor by releasing them into the open without letting him know that he was doing so.
