I can relate to the alarm clock going off and hitting snooze..I'm sure most of us can...to have an AI such as you've given this guy though would be kinda cool. NavyGal Posted January 22, 2009 Share Posted January 22, 2009 I like it. The way the AI scans for vitals and dispenses vitamins reminds me of something similar in the book Uglies by Scott Westerfeld. I also like the little robot fixing the street. I just pictured one of the mouse droids from Star Wars doing that Nice start. It is, as you pointed out, fairly lighthearted compared to your last fic, and I especially liked the guy's attempt to turn his home AI's name into an acronym. Your prose is smooth and easily flowing, and grammatical/spelling mistakes are non-existent, which I appreciate.
