Dubrillion

Tarrian Skywalker

Recommended Posts

After receiving the clear to land, Tares maneuvered his ship along a path towards the massive star defender. It took a few minutes, but since the sky wasn't filled with laser fire yet, things were smooth sailing. Soon the ex-jedi had finally landed on the main hanger bay, and made his way up to the bridge to meet with the Admiral.

Upon entering the bridge, Tares was reminded of his old days back in the republic's service. While the technology had advanced since those times, the efficiency and common place of the command deck had changed little. The enlisted still flurried over their consoles while the officers continued to bark out orders to their individual stations.

Approaching the command chair that Admiral Starlisk occupied, Tares gave a slight bow upon the Admiral's view. Tares remembered Onderin very well; always a head strong Jedi from hopeful to knight to master. It was no surprise that he continued to common the Alliance fleet with confident authority.

"Admiral, thank you for granting my request for an audience, especially during the tense situation. I actually came here to discuss a business proposition with the Alliance; but gathering a sense of the situation from the Force, I think that may be able to wait until after this ordeal is over with." Tares stated as he gazed out the viewing port towards Dubrillion.

"Perhaps I could be of use to you as a former Jedi. I understand the Black Sun are being rather resistant to your demands, yet are still willing to talk with a representative instead of jumping into a fight so quickly. Perhaps I may help in being that representative, before a battle that may be costly for both sides has to ensure...."

((Trust me, I'm not taking any of this personally, though I'm a little pissy right now. I've gone through hell these last two days, so I'm sorry if I'm coming off as an idiot OCC, and yeah, I know that I am.))

Jacen smiled. He had to keep the Admiral talking, it was the only way that the Dubrillion base would survive. He once again triggered the comm, sending a reply back up to the Admiral.

--Comm to Starlisk--

Admiral, now that is a request that I can comply with. If all you wanted was proof that we no longer held any weapons, then I can certainly agree to that, of course, that is after I speak with my superiors. What I saw as unreasonable was your wanting to come into our base. I am not stupid, and I am sure that you would find some information that you could somehow use against us in the future, though I can't say that I blame you, as I would have done the exact same thing in your shoes.

As for our attempts to keep away anyone on Dubrillion soil, damn right. There was no point in trying to attack us without talking this out. Since you did, I do believe that we have every right to attempt to defend ourselves.

Now, in question to your demands, here is what I will accept. You will send one representative, two if you wish, but no more, in a small landing craft to land 400 meters from our current base of operations. We will have our guards meet them there to scan them for any devices that could cause us harm. They will have their weapons confiscated at the landing zone, then they will be allowed to enter our base and assure you that all illegal weapons have been destroyed. We will show them scans of our underground bunker to assure them that all our weapons have been destroyed. They will be permitted to bring their own scanners, but they will be thoroughly checked to assure us that we will not be harmed. The representatives will not be Jedi. I am aware of the havoc they can cause, and we will be sending guards with yalmasari tanks to assure that they use no Jedi mind tricks to steer our guards away from their weapons.

This is the only way that I can see to avoid conflict. Give me ten minutes to talk with my superiors, and send me a response.

--Onnd Out

--End Comm--

As Jacen flipped the send switch, he turned off the comm, then turned towards Savior.

"Go to Dr. Pang's office and retrieve all the weapon data that we have. Download it into your memory banks and then go to my suite. Bolt the doors and do not let anyone except myself, Mindan, or Kal into the room. Now go."

He watched as the little droid turned and wheeled out into the hallway. He then proceeded to turn towards Mindan and Kal, who were standing a few paces behind him. He motioned them forward then began to explain his plan to them.

Onderin listened to Tares interestedly. Ambassador Talis was still a ways from here, and he knew that the former Jedi would have just the words to speak. He was about to answer Vortex when his comm signalled again and the Black Sun (or, rather, Red Dawn) operatives spoke up again. It looked like this time they were willing to cooperate.

It somewhat baffled the Admiral, to tell the truth. What he had been proposing the entire time was now being accepted, although with a few twists. He didn't like the idea of sending people down disarmed, but he was, after all, the head of the Rebel Alliance, a faction that favored dealing diplomacy rather than death. This could well be a trap, but he didn't think that the Red Dawn would be stupid enough to pull something with three warships over their heads.

He opened the comm back to the surface. "I accept your conditions," Onderin said. "I was never trying to be treacherous, never seeking dirt on your faction. I was just trying to legalize your faction and remove it from our list of enemies." Not that he needed to explain himself anyway. He flicked off the comm.

"Mast--or, rather, Honorary Ambassador Tares Vortex," Onderin addressed the former Jedi before him. "If you would like to volunteer yourself to do so, I'd like you to be one of the two people I put down there. You are not a Jedi any longer, and I doubt that they know who you are, so as long as you don't carry a lightsaber, they'll have no reason to suspect that you have Force training.

"Since they neatly excluded me from the possible visitors, I'll send one of my officers with you," the Admiral said. He then sent a comm to Commander Gren Sairdonga. "Gren, I'd like you to take some scanning equipment down to Dubrillion, but go down unarmed. You're going down there to ensure that the Black Sun--or, rather, Red Dawn--has no illegal weapons intact. If this is true and everything checks up as legitimate and legal, we're pulling out of here."

Onderin looked back at Tares. "If your return is peaceful, we'll be able to do all the business we need to. Otherwise, it'll just have to wait a little longer."

((Sorry, not much to go in this post, just letting you guys know i'm still here mainly. I also figuared since i built the base, it would proberably be best if i give the "guided tour" so to say.))

Canderous, who had listening to the conversations back and forth throughout the Vigos and CEO, stepped from over the small sensor readout he was overlooking over to where Mindan, Kal, and Jacen were.

"Excuse me Sirs, but i'd like to volunteer for the meeting with the Alliance, as i know the base best and would give them what they are wanting, without giving them what they want." Canderous said as he threw his silver hair to the side.

"And i do respectfully request that the Admiral be at the meet, Jedi or not. I believe i could talk ourselves into the Alliance's good graces, but if all fails, my training will allow me to contain the situation. Besides, my force sensitive eye sight will tell all we need to know."

((Loop holes much Ian. God, former Jedi, yeah, either way, I trust that you read my post reguarding the yalmasari. Never caught dead without them. It won't matter, but y'all Jedi can be freakin resourceful. I am going to IC request that you tell me the names of the people you send down, though if you lie to me I am going to have no way to know IC. Standard Procedure.))

Jacen turned to Canderous. He smiled at the enthusiasm, but wasn't quite sure what to say.

"Canderous, your entusiasm is admirable, but I was rather under the impression that Kal was going to do it. Now, that is to say, that was what I was reading from him, though if he wishes it, you will be allowed to do the escort. The only thing I will say is keep them out of the private quarters. They have no reason to go there, and if they ask inform them that they will be allowed to do a sensory sweep, but no internal investigation.

One more thing I think. The Admiral will not be coming down. If he decided to smuggle in a lightsaber, with or without the Force, he could take down a large amount of our forces."

Turning back to the command station, Jacen flipped the switch, once again sending a message to the fleet up above.

--Comm to Starlisk--

Admiral, I will accept what you have said. I do wish to know the names of the two agents you will be sending down, standard procedure, just so that we can make sure that we are still on friendly terms.

--Onnd Out

--End Comm--

Turning the switch off once again, Jacen reached and listened to the incoming comm, which was from Savior. The words flashed across the screen.

"Jacen, I have finished my task and am currently in your room, door bolted per instructions. Dr. Pang is 75% complete in destroying the weapons that we have."

Jacen smiled. Savior had always come through for him, and Jacen had no reason to doubt him now. Jacen then turned to Agent Darkholme. He motioned for him to come closer.

"Agent Darkholme. I want you to lead the team going out to meet the landing party. Take portable yalmasari tanks for each member of your team and thourghly inspect everything that the landing party has brought. Confiscate all weapons, and scan all scanners. You may leave when ready. Here are the cordinates."

Jacne handed the man a slip of paper, then turned back around to continue his work.

Delta heard that the heads of Red Dawn were now letting the alliance into the base after all from his comm in his helmet. He smiled and said,

”œMen lower your weapons and deactivate the mines this is going to end peacefully after all, but be prepared for a double-cross.”

Kal watched and listened it was his time to perform.

"Nicely done Jacen. Once you have done your basic secuirty check I want you to stay here and watch for anything out of the oridnary upon there arrival. Afterwards I want you to join me at the front door so we can meet them when Darkhome brings them to our front door . Brendo can observe unseen. I want the other officers to move around the base acting as normal so to speak. They want a tour lets give it to them."

The long awaited launch order came... Moments later Over a hundred starfighters of varying makes were flying in a wide screen defensive formation around the capital ships... E-Wings, B-Wings and A-Wings. Some of the best pilots in the galaxy... Amongst them Gren and the Sentinels... As he waited he listened to various reports. Coming in from fighter squadrons closer to the surface... As he watched a pair of reconnaissance A-Wing squadrons barreled up from the surface.

Frowning he prepared to contact them. To find out the situation... But as if on queue his comm buzzed. The Admiral wanted a word it would seem. Gren listened to the Admirals Instructions... Swearing silently... Go down to the surface unarmed with a scanning team.

"Yes Sir."

Was all he said.

Contacting his squadron he gave some quick orders.

"Two, your in charge for now."

Pulling a tight loop he aimed for the Admiral's flagship. Requesting that a scanning team and a shuttle be prepared for his arrival.

A few minutes later his E-Wing landed on the Divine Retribution. The pilot made his way to where the shuttle waited... A Lambda Class. Once aboard, the ship began prepping for take-off. Awaiting a few final 'goods' before it took off.

((OOC: Paging a... Mr Vortex. are you boarding this shuttle or are you making your own way dirtside? If so just hop on and send us down. If no then head on down and I'll meet you there... I guess.))

While the commanders of the respective armies were struggling with language and disposition, and their own Admiral seemed to be hesitating on the brink of ordering his men into battle, Delta-1207 of Delta Squad was anything but hesitant. He knew his purpose here above Dubrillion, just like his battle-brothers. He was here to follow the Admiral's orders, and only until very recently, it seemed as though those orders were destined to send him onto the surface of another unfriendly world.

He was prepared. He had been prepared over an hour ago--he had been prepared before he even left with the Rebel fleet for this battle. What he couldn't understand was why the Admiral wouldn't make up his damn mind and coherently decide whether the Alliance would be merely speaking to the Black Sunners--or Black Dawners, or Red Dawners, or whatever the hell they were referring to themselves this time of the day--or if they would be assaulting their base from the ground... or whether they would simply be content to blow it up from orbit.

Sev let loose an audible sigh in his helmet--he had left on his buy'ce's external speaker--and began fidgeting with a throwing vibroknife, tossing it up and comfortably catching it in the palm of his armored hand, over and over and over. The Rebel Alliance could easily accomplish any of these objectives, yet their Admiral was hesitating on the knife's edge of action.

"Boss." He sighed into his helmet's speaker. "Please confirm that Admiral Starlisk issued an order for us to infiltrate the planet... then decided to send his ambassador instead."

OOC: I'll just join you to move things along

Listening in on the comm, Tares decided quickly on a strategy for the negotiations and tour. There was no doubt that the situation was tense enough; having a third party... former Jedi... would either destabilize the situation, or keep things from erupting. Either way, the dynamics of the situation would be changing very soon.

"I'm confident this situation can be resolved without bloodshed. There isn't really any reason to hide my force adeptness, former Jedi or not. But just to be sure, I can remain outside and discuss matters with one of their men while Gren conducts the investigation; he is probably more knowledge about those matters anyways." Tares stated.

Once all was ready, Tares made his way from the bridge to the hanger deck where the shuttle was waiting. After all the final preparations and flight checks were complete, the shuttle took off from the hanger deck and out into space. A short journey later led the small team to the surface of the planet at the designated landing zone. Soon the ramp lowered and the group started to depart.

"Alright, let's hope the Red Dawn are telling the truth about their change in business policy." Tares stated as they waited for the welcoming committee...

Onderin commed the surface. "My representatives are Ambassador Tares Vortex and Commander Gren Sairdonga," he said honestly. He hadn't done anything to evoke suspicion or break their terms of his diplomatic choices. He trusted Tares to know what to say to make things go smoothly and he trusted Gren to know what he was looking for.

In truth, in both cases he trusted his choices more than he trusted himself to do those tasks.

((Gren, I'm sorry, but I need you to edit your post. You have posted taking yourself, Tares, and your NPC wingman down with you, and that clearly violates the terms. I stated one or two individuals, and I know that this is very ocd, but I'm going to be very particular about these sorts of things. Please make that amendment.))

Jacen nodded as Kal turned and briskly walked towards the front of the base. His hands once again flew over the keys, copying file after file of information from the era of Black Sun, Black Dawn, and the new Red Dawn. Security holo's were put on disks, along with messages, shipping orders, weapons, old bounties, deaths, personal bios, room assignments, everything ever put into a computer system by a Red Dawn agent.

Once all the disks were filled with the knowledge they contained, Jacen turned back towards the coordinates, seeing Darkholme approaching. He smiled, they might actually get out of this unscathed.

Slicer was in a way... annoyed. At first this was looking as if it was going to turn into some sort of battle. that alone had peeved him of, since he hadn't saw the point of the rebels showing up in system anyway. If they wanted to crack down on criminal organizations they should have started with coursant.

There must be billions of other criminal organzations they could have screwed with.

However, in the end they had come in here, with capitalships with every intention of simply bombarding the planet and fly away, or in reality, they had every intention of preforming a fly by with the aim, of killing a bunch of individuals that were in no way, harming them or their business. The mere thought that he could have been killed on the whim of some random Rebel admrial, had been more than enough to send his blood boiling.

Then after so much talking in circles, the rebels had in the end gotten pretty much everything they wanted. Of course he had every intention of letting the galaxy know about the rebel shake down. Perhaps it would tarnish their image enough, for people to realize that they were indeed not on the moral high ground, and never were for that matter.

This would be made all the eaiser with the name change, and the legit business that had been happeingin at the moment. It would make the rebels look hostile to every business owner in the galaxy.

He glanced upward, and though he could not see them, he knew that the rebel fleet was perched high above his head, with every gun they had pointed down ward, just waiting for the talking to end so they bombardment could begin.

He weighed his options. He could continue to stay here and listen to this nonsense, he could do a one man operation, capture the reps and hold them hostage, Hell he had half a mind to simply get in his ship and fly away, broadcasting the information he had already gathered to the galaxy at large. After all it was like he had said on that blasted wookiee homeword. He recorded everything.

He had not moved through out the entire proceeding, matter of fact, he wouldn't have been suprised if the newcomers who had come into the room, had thought him not to be alive, but instead to be some sort of armored statue, or maybe a deactiavte droid of some kind. He almost laughed at the thought, before deciding on basically the plan of action to do nothing. After all the longer he stood here, the more he learned about how things were being run now, and the more he learned on that regard, the better his chances of making Vigo was going to be. Though he had to admit, that the positon or the rank itself, didn't really intrest him at the moment. Keeping half a mind on what was going on, he wondered what was currently on he bounty network. He thought about rerouting himself through his ship in order to browse the netwrok but decided against it for now. He really needed to focus a bit more, on what was going on. Even though at this point, he was almost spoiling for a fight now. In paticular against the admiral who had thought he could come into the system and wipe out this base on a whim, or on the whim of his superiors.

His hand slowly reached down to one of the lightsabers hanging on his belt. With a slow movement, he unhocked both sabers, and placed them inside of his belt. To brandish a lightsaber to be saying that he was indeed part of some force using organization. However, he really wasn't apart of any of them, and therefore, brandishing a lightsaber, would allow people to assume things about him that he did not wish for them to assume. Since to be underestimated was one of the greatest advantages one could ever truly have.

Then returning his full focus onto the proceedings before him, he simply returned to his wait and see game that he was playing.

As the shuttle descended through the atmosphere of Dubrillion, Gren checked his weapons... Hands... Two hot and primed to go. Legs... Ready to rumble even with a pair of feet attached to the end.

Sticking the ship on auto-pilot he first inspected the scanning equipment... Then he ran through some basic stretches... Loosening his muscles. Ready for combat...

Once they hit the deck Gren lowered the ramp. Following the ambassador down. Portable Scanner in a little pull-along carry case behind him. He'd come prepared.

"Alright, let's hope the Red Dawn are telling the truth about their change in business policy."

Gren chuckled... Changed or not he was ready for a fight...

Kal removed his obvious weapons from his back. He also removed a pair of blasters. He however still kept one pair of blasters and his hidden blades in place.

Leaving the office Kal headed to the entrance of the base on Durbillion. In his wake followed this driod Atredies. He had left Harrowken and Corrinio in the office to observe and watch for anything out of the oridnary. The plan was simple. Give the rebells a tour and then get them the hell off our planet. Kal intended to play their game just long enough for them see no harm no foul. Afterwards however Kal would make sure the alliance would get theres as well.

Chikushou stared out the cockpit window at the lush, green Dubrillion. It was very different than the jungles of Kaskyyyk, but it was better than the Claatuvac. Traders had told him of Black Sun, and the young Wookiee had nieve thoughts that it was going to be a great adventure.

When he had landed in the Black Sun hanger, he sent a slave boy to get someone so he could join.

As they Gren turned towards the Ambassador and said,

"How long do you think they're going to keep us waiting?"

These Red Dawn people were starting to annoy him... More then likely they were stalling so that they could set up some sort of trap or hid e any evidence of wrongdoing... Either way... Gren was a former Antarian Ranger... He would succeed...

((Well, since Darkholme doesn't want to post. I'll be posting as an NPC and taking him with me.))

Captain Langway brought the shuttle in for a landing with a soft thud. The landing ramp desecned with a hiss, and Langway and his team, consisting of two other guards and Agent Darkholme, walked down the ramp. They carried portable yalmasari tanks on their backs, and had scanning equipment, as well as weapons. He spotted their quary, and walked over to them.

"Ambassador Vortex, and Commander Saridong I take it. I'll need to hold all your weapons while you are on base premesis, as well as scan your equipment. If you'll hand all that over, we can get this over with quickly."

Jacen finished the work on the datacards that he was doing, then shut down the terminal, logging himself out. He stood from the chair and made his way down to the front entrance. He nodded at Kal as he entered, letting the CEO know that he had completed his work and that Mindan had remained in the comm center.

He spread his legs to shoulder width apart, placed his hands behind his back and waited for the ambassadors to arrive.

Kal had confimation that the shuttle had landed. Jacen appeared and stood right next to him.

"Your work so far has been beyond perfect. There is on one else I rather have next to me as my second command to the fake head of the Red Dawn." Kal let out a hint of hummor to let Jacen know he was of course kidding.

"Still Jacen. You have out done yourself. I'm starting to belive that maybe Midan made in error in his choice of making me CEO."

Kal stopped himself.

"However we will save that talk for another time as we need to put back the game face and I need to make sure I look like I am in control."

"I believe it's just long enough to make sure all the goodies they don't want us to see are tucked away." Tares replied to Gren's question.

It wasn't too much longer before the first sign of the Red Dawn appeared from the base. The two were "greeted" by Captain Langway and his detail; just as the Force disappeared from Tares' senses.

Ylsamari. Tares thought. They kept up on their word to be prepared.

"I'm afraid I left all my weapons back on my ship. You're more than welcome to scan me though to make sure I'm true to my word...."

The arrival of the ysalamir carrying Black Sun soldiers didn't bother Gren... Though he was force sensitive he hadn't known about it till the day before they came to Dubrillion... He'd lived without the force for this long... he could handle a bit more... Though he did notice a small difference... The world seemed less bright... Less... Alive... No matter.

"I don't have any weapons on me. Just scanner and the container it comes in... feel free to scan it."

He nudged the container with his foot. Let these fools scan it... My weapons are undetectable to all scanners... Well not all... You could see them with your eyes...

As he walked towards the landing pad Darkholme thought back on his promise to join the Black Sun. Ever since the war against the Force had failed, Black Sun had become nothing more than a militant organization. They were no longer the criminal empire they once were. In a matter of months Black Sun had fallen from its former glory. Shaking his head, Darkholme emerged at the doorway to the landing pad, and lowered his helmet over his head.

Emerging on the landing pad, Darkholme marched towards the Jedi negotiator and the Rebel Alliance soldier. From his past he knew noone could be trusted and while some scanners were more advanced, there were always some weapons that could not be scanned, and some weapons that even to the naked eye did not seem like weapons.

"I will do the scanning."

Taking the scanner from two Red Dawn soldiers, he scanned each man before allowing Tares entrance to the building. Placing a hand on Gren chest, he grabbed the container holding the scanner and spoke softly.

"Do you think me incompetent? You are not bringing anything into this building. I have been around this galaxy enough times to know that some people are adept at fooling scanners. If you want to keep this box, you stay outside."

On his back, the bounty hunters wings rustled, the metallic coverings causing a screeching noise as the metal rubbed together.

"We obviously have no reason to think of you as incompetent." Tares said, directed towards the new arrival.

"However, that box is the very reason that we are here; and that things haven't spiraled into a major conflict. The agreement was to allow only two - that being Gren and myself - into the base with the Alliance's own scanning equipment." He said while looking towards Gren. To his knowledge, he wasn't hiding anything; and even when he had the Force available to him on the shuttle he had sensed nothing.

Once again, Tares returned his attention to Darkholme, "Without that box, then the total arrangement that both the Red Dawn and the Alliance agreed on, isn't being upheld. We'd have no reason to be here then, and there would be no reason for the conflict to flare up. Now in the interest of at least holding off that conflict for a while, what would make you feel better about us bringing our own scanner in?"

Now that things had stagnated to the point of no return, Slicer felt the very powerful need to do something, to keep himself from exploding. He was beyond pissed; he was borderline angry at this point. These rebels had come in to the system, with their capital ships, hoping to take a cheap shot and fly off.

Then being too dumb to take it, they had sent down ambassadors to talk things out. What utter fools! If they had an objective they should have completed it and moved on. If they were going to wipe out a group of people who were minding their own business, for the sake of self interests then, they should have simply done that, instead off all of this none sense about negotiating and what not. If they wanted to negotiate so badly let them do it from the business end of his a280 rifle.

He was tempted; sorely tempted to release his mental restrains, and open himself up to the force and expose himself to the Jedi master high above his head. Who had to still be there, since the terms had clearly listed no jedi. He knew it would be foolish to allow the Jedi to detect him, and by the act alone could send this stupid conflict back into the spiraling pit of violence it had just risen from.

After all Jedi were very irrational, they felt the need, to so-called fight evil, though they did a piss poor job at it. They so called sacrificed themselves for the greater good, and some of them denied themselves the full experience of their emotions. They claim that the force knew best or some rubbish like that. As well as to let their emotions free would be the death of them. They bottled up their emotions, or some simply let them go. However both were very sorry excuses for living. Why would one have the chemical reactions necessary to feel such emotions if one did not need them?

The rebels were clearly even less rational then the Jedi. First off, what were they rebelling against? From the very start what had they been rebelling against? Not only had the Empire been officially elected from the very start by the very thing they were trying were trying to restore, but simply put, once the first emperor had died along with Vader, the empire had simply reduced itself more or less to just doing its job, of policing the galaxy, and was no longer under the decidedly evil tendencies of Palatine.

He had never had anything truly personal against Jedi, or the rebels, he had felt the Jedi were just a bunch of uptight virgins, and the rebels were just a bunch of whining kids with guns. Crying that the galaxy wasn't the way that they specifically wanted it, forgetting that the galaxy had voted for the Empire in the first place.

Sure he had been in combat against both forces before, but that had as always been either orders, or business. Sure there had been the time he had tried to eradicate the force, but that had been more to keep it out of the hands of the Sith, then to keep it out of the hands of the Jedi. After all, in the end, while the jedi ran about trying to save everybody, the sith ran about doing what the damn well pleased, and that too was bad for business. Granted he had learned to cultivate those powers within himself, and he knew he would continue to do so, never the less this wasn't about him.

This was all about the fact that the wishy washy rebels above his head, couldn't make up their minds on what to do.

Most likely a problem of proclaiming to be on the so-called higher moral ground.

At first they had come in here with every intention to simply blast the base off the face of Durbillion. Then seeing themselves fail at their attempt, they decided to send down ambassadors, so they could construct some sort of peace treaty.

He was sick to death of stupid people in the galaxy, and at this present time, every single rebel had just made his list. Not only were they wasting his time, they were holding up his income, granted he was a very rich man. So rich that he could buy pretty much anything he wanted. He was a billionaire; well he was according to his accountant. Which as he had found, was a bit dumber then he was which, was a good thing since there was no point having a guy smarter than him, handling his money. Never the less, a man retires at an early age, not so he can simply stop working, but instead so he can stop working for other people and go into business for himself, which in a way was what he was doing here.

He felt his anger rising at the thought that he was still, stuck on this world, and stuck, when his quarry was getting away. Stuck here when he could be building more contacts and expanding his ability to get information of the going-ons in the galaxy. And very angry that all of this had happened on the whim of some random Alliance commander!

He finally moved after his long posture of immobility, he wasn't need on the scene any more, which meant if he was stuck here, he could still see what he could accomplish, despite the rebels over head. Though for him to make a transmission would be stupid, given that the rebels would no doubt be looking for that kind of thing.

He almost began to pace, before deciding on a course of action. He would simply return to his waiting game. If there was one thing he was undoubtedly good at, it was his ability to wait out in any situation.

He settling himself to this course of action, he returned to his previous stance and continued to simple monitor and record.

Jacen smiled at the mans humor, then nodded.

"Indeed. That discussion is far down the road. As for now, I believe that our "ambassadors" are making their approach."

((Darkholme, both of them are right. The terms that I specifed state that they can bring any scanning equipment that they wish into our building, as long as we are allowed to scan it. Let them bring it in.))
