  1. Celestia

    Naboo

Pure Pazaak emerged from hyperspace above the jewel planet of Naboo. It's pilot commed her employer as she brought her ship into a holding pattern until she received an answer. It didn't take too long before she got one, giving her the co-ordinates and location of her drop off point. Celestia had sought out all kinds of jobs of late, anything to keep her ship well maintained and in the air. This one had been delivering certain items from Coruscant to Naboo. A job she'd soon complete. She'd also been a long time dry, intending to find a decent 'watering hole' while she was dirt side. She missed her friend, Jari, having spent most of the trip thinking on some of the antics the both of them used to get up to. But that's all it was, memories, for Jari and Ramzies had taken off somewhere into the unknown. Where they had gone to, Cel had been unable to catch up with them. She missed that big ol' feline as much as she missed his companion. Refocusing her thoughts, Cel entered in the co-ordinates she had been given, taking her ship down to one of the landing pads around Theed. After she had gone through her post flight checks, organised for refuelling and restocking, Cel left her ship, heading over to the representative from her employer so that she could organise the unloading process. She was met by the landing pad's exit by a Rodian. "You make good time. Boss will be pleased with that. Boss will contact you if he wants you for other jobs." Cel handed the Rodian, a male by the name of Graden, a datapad containing the load manifest. "It's all there. I'll have my droid unload soon as your people arrive." The Rodian checked over the manifest before sending a signal to the unloading party. It wasn't long before they arrived, Cel already on the ball, having given a signal to her droid to unload the pallets of unique items. There were four pallets in all, each containing several crates of expensive items that had been bought on the black market. Once everything had been unloaded from her ship and reloaded onto their transport, Cel was paid, with a bonus for speedy delivery. She was pleased with that, knowing she'd not have to worry about finding another job straight away. She waved Graden goodbye before re-entering her ship to watch them leave. Cel didn't trust them completely. She ran a few checks over her systems, making sure that everything was in order before she again left her ship. This time initiating the security protocols before heading to the nearest Cantina. The Cantina was dimmly lit, though not as seedy as she expected. Ordering a Nubian Ale, she sat down in one of the booths to enjoy it. Taking her first swallow of the ale she let out a sigh of contentment. It was a good brew.
  2. Name: Celestia Nova (nickname: Cel, Celee or Tia) Age: 24 Height: 5'8 Weight: 50kg Species: Firrerron Sex: Female Hair Color: brown with auburn streaks Eye Color: brown Homeworld: Firrerre Clothing: form fitting black ship suits/light armor, knee high utility boots, black hooded cloak -- what ever suits the purpose & depending on mood. Weapons: blasters, grenades, vibroblades, daggers. Rocket/tranquiliser and grenade launcher attachment for arm. Possessions: credits, comm link, ship, droid. Force User: Yes ”“ but doesn't know it yet. Affiliation: chaotic neutral. Background: Celestia is one of the few remaining pure Firrerreon's left. She was taken from the colony at a very young age, smuggled out after her family was killed trying to escape slavery, she being the only survivor of her clan. She is a pilot and a scoundrel. She's got a nose for mischief and a good eye with a blaster. Her motto being that she doesn't go looking for trouble ”“ it finds her. She's had plenty of weapons training and is skilled with blades and daggers as well as rifles and blasters. Cel has been known to take on various jobs to keep her in the air, including shuttle runs and taxi services. She has good intuition and relies heavily on instincts. She has also done various first aid courses and considered at one point going into the medical field, but that proved not as exciting as she would have hoped, being one that loves adventure. Celestia never uses her full name, only uses Cel or Tia because of the ”œrule”
  3. A young woman stands in front of the camera, her dark brown and auburn streaked hair tied back in a neat ponytail. "And there you have it citizens. The latest announcement. A new Emperor to lead our Galaxy and none other than the notorious Vladimir Faust. With the current trend of leadership... how long will he remain in power? We will leave the broadcast here, though stay tuned. If it's out there to report, we'll report it. Now back to our scheduled regular program." The screen darkens for a moment, then lights up with an add for the famous Last Call...
  4. Celestia could see the other two girls as she wandered towards the Palace. Once within speaking distance, she spoke up, "Hope you don't mind my joining you. The boys are taking their time with their drinks I think. I'm Cel. You are?" She felt that she should at least introduce herself to them both. It would be good to have female companions for a change. Cel found she really missed Jari, not having been able to find where she'd gotten to.
  5. Cel watched the two other girls leave, contemplating going along with them though didn't know them. The only one's she knew in the bar were Ronin and Duo. She sat for a moment longer, watching as another fella walked into the bar and approached Geki. Well if Ronin's waiting on Geki before he leaves, it'll be quite some time... Bugger this, I'm going... She stood, deciding to follow the other two who'd left already. Cel left the bar, heading out to her ship.
  6. Cel listened as he told them what they were going to be doing, shrugging her shoulders when he wanted all their comm numbers before leaving. She thought he already had hers but gave it to him again anyway, "Here 'are boss" She was ready for a decent job, finding she'd been bored when looking for her old partner in crime. It had been lonely too, Cel missing the company of being able to work along side others for jobs. The Firrerreon girl looked around the bar, observing the others present. None took her fancy, being one that was fussy in that regard. Besides which, none of them were of her kind. Again she shrugged her shoulders, draining her drink and placing the mug down on the table.
  7. The Pure Pazaak set down in one of the many landing bays that surrounded the city of Mos Eisley, the Firrerreon quickly running through her post flight checks and all that jazz, making sure her weaponry had plenty of ammo and that she'd plenty of her grenades, darts and stims handy. If that was indeed her old boss's ship she'd seen in the distance, it was always good to be prepared for anything. Celestia was very much hoping that there'd be a job on. Not that her cash funds were low or anything, in fact, in that department she was considerably wealthy now. She'd run weapons for quite sometime after the haul they'd made ages back. With blades strapped across her back, daggers in their hidden sheathes, her rocket launcher strapped to it's almost permanent position on her arm and her blasters in their holsters, the young woman left her ship, flicking on the security systems that would have anyone fired upon if they tried anything to gain entry to her ship. As she entered the premises, she paused to let her eyes adjust to the lighting before scanning the room. She was right. It had been her old boss. There were several others around him, including what she assumed by clothing, his new wench. Shaking her head slightly she laughed to herself. Ronin had a reputation of going through women like he changed his gun mags. Cel moved into the cantina, signaling the barman for a Corellian ale and took a seat not far from her old boss so she could hear if there was any job on. Surely he wasn't all the way out here, with a gang of others, if there wasn't something in the wind besides sand. The only other one she seemed to recognize was Duo who was at the table closest to the one she'd chosen. She gave him a nod and turned towards the Boss.

    Tatooine

A recently repainted black Pure Pazaak skimmed across the desert sands on what turned out to be a fruitless mission. She'd heard on the grapevine that Jari had been seen on planet and had gone looking for her old partner in crime. Turned out it hadn't been her Firrerreon friend after all. The woman she had spied on a while back had silver coloured hair and had been with several others dressed in robes. Cel gathered that they'd been Jedi after a while and had continued on with her own search. She'd heard that the Kraken had been involved with something to do with Black Sun though hadn't received a recall from her old boss so hadn't gone. Now as she headed back towards Mos Eisley she spied a familiar red coloured ship in the distance. Grinning she changed course from where she had been going, soon heading to where she saw it land. Maybe... just maybe he had some work for her to do. It had been ages since she'd done something worth while.
  9. Shrugging her shoulders, the Firrerreon girl had just listened to them rant on. She headed back to her ship, disabling the security measures to board the Pazaak then running through her preflight checks. She lifted off after the other two and headed spaceward, following the others on the course provided.
  10. ((Yes the alias is still around - Robbie has control of it now)) Tia took in the extra security and just shrugged. Her ship had it's own precautions and would soon have more as soon as she got the chance to. That Tycho was uneasy about the extra's she wasn't concerned. She was beginning to know him at least a little better. She eyed Lycus, still not sure what his exact motives were. It remained to be seen. Unholstering her blaster, she followed the others, looking carefully into the trees for the ysalamari. "I'm set"
  11. ((You'll find that alot of scanners etc don't work here because of something in the vegetation. Just to elaborate it and for those that are too lazy to go back in the threads and read... )) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myrkr The Pure Pazaak emerged from hyperspace not long after Thorpe's ship and escorts, following him to the landing zone. She kept within visual range as not to lose them when the scanners went fuzzy. She'd done her research on this planet, all sorts of strange things happened here. She set down at the coordinates provided, not far from the transport shuttle. Before she left her ship she made sure that all her weaponry was in order, the automatic defenses in place within her ship and flicked the security measures on as per her usual routine as she left it. The Pazaak was her pride and joy, when she got the credit's from this job she'd boost up it's defenses even more. She wanted to have it more offensive power but still look 'innocent'. She also wanted to upgrade her internal security systems. What she had was ok, but she wanted state of the art. Tia sauntered over to where Thorpe and his people were congregating.

    Space

Cel went through to her workbench, taking out a few things to tinker with during the journey. If they were going to Myrkr she had to have some extra weapons handy. She adjusted the settings on her wrist launcher, fitting it to take the new explosives and traquilizer shots. It already was suited for the concussion grenades she had. Next she worked on her vibroblade, fixing up the vibration cell on it and getting it all set to go as well. A few hours later she had completed what she wanted to do, showered and was resting before they were to arrive at their destination.
  13. Tia received the coordinates from Thorpe and pushed the lever, sending her ship into hyperspace on the first jump.
  14. The two had gotten in the taxi and been taken to the dock's. "I'll catch you round then Tycho. Looks like we better get cracking." She gave him a wave and headed to her ship, looking it over carefully before deactivating the security systems. Once inside she reactivated them on the off chance that some thug would try something before she was ready to take off. She ran the holo recordings to see what they'd done, noting that no damage had been done to her ship in the process. She activated the special comm link and announcing she was ready. She lifted the Pure Pazaak leaving the atmosphere though staying in orbit until she spotted his ship. She also ran a few queries to where she would be able to get ship modifications done. KVC Enterprises seemed to be up with the modifications, also the Link. She'd decide which one to go to later, though she heard that KVC backed the latter anyway. Regardless, she would get something done to her ship after the job was done and the credit's in her hand.
  15. Tia took the comm link and gave a sharp nod, her eyes meeting briefly with Tycho's before she wheeled around and left Thorpe's office. She took in all the sites on her way out just as she had on her way in. Tia waited till they were on their way back to the ships when she spoke. "Well, what do you make of it all. I just want the credits. I have mod's in mind for the Pazaak as soon as I get 'em" She hailed a taxi, wanting to get back to her ship and check it over. He'd said he'd lost men trying to get through her defenses. She wanted to know if he damaged it in any way.
