Airleas Lianahan

Airleas smiled at Gerald and leaned back on her elbows, straigtening out her legs she dug her feet into the sand. "So, what was this ray of sunlight you found at the summuglers moon?"

Airleas sat up and pulled her knees up, she pushed her long hair out of her face and wrapped her arms around her legs. She had grown up in a much different world then this. Fast pasted, thrilling, and daring. The youngest of 13, and the only girl she learned quickly how to handle herself. She remembered going on runs with her father and older brothers, and never wondering what a peaceful slow life would be. She didn't realise that places like this existed, let alone were untouched by the outside galaxy. How could he have ever left this place? she wondered. Putting her head down on her knees, "So, where is your family now? Where did you live?" She didn't want to be pushy, but she was very curious about everything about him. "What happened to the girl you loved? Where is she now?" She didn't know if he would answer, but she had to ask. Where has he been all this time? I have never heard of him before in the galaxy and he is so strong in the force.

After an after noon of running, the cool water was the perfect ending. Getting out of the water, she lay down on the beach and looked up into the sky. She felt wonderful, free, but questions kept running in her mind. What would Tares be saying now? What would her family think? She had always been the responsible one, the one that never did the wrong thing and was always there. A shadow passed over her, and she looked up to see Gerald coming out of the water and sit next to her. "The water was beautiful, your world is beautiful. I could sit her forever and be perfectly happy."

She slowly brought her hand down, letting her finger graze his chest as she did. She took a step off the ramp to stand on the earth of the planet and looked back at him and smiled. "My presense is here. You need not want any longer." She looked around at the planet and the beauty of the nearby forrest. She could see the settlement not to far away. Her own planet was not this open. There were places that you could breathe, but nothing like this. She bent down and grabbed a handful of dirt. Holding it in her hand, she closed her eyes and smelled the aroma of the forrest and earth as she let the dirt fall through her fingers. "This is your world?"

Airleas stepped next to him and looked out at the planet. It was beautiful. Looking up at him, she felt her face flush as his eyes met hers, without thinking she touched her hand to his face. She was almost surprised at the warmth of his skin on hers. Her mind was a mass of confusion and her thoughts random. Teach me, guide me, let me learn everything you have to offer. She made no move to pull her hand away, but waited for him to respond or push her away.

She stared at him astonnished. A choice, he offered her a choice. She opened her mouth and was about to say a destination but something in his eyes stopped her. "I'll go with you." The words came out of her mouth before she even thought about them. But even as she said them, she knew that that is what she wanted. There was something about this Gerald that pulled her to him. Her cheeks flushed red and she was not sure why she was this way. Never in her life had she felt like this. She thought about her training as a Jedi and her friend and Master, Tares Vortex. She knew that he would be disappointed in her, but God, she wanted to learn more about Gerald. For the first time, she noticed that he lightsaber was still hooked to her belt. She looked down at it and ran her fingers over it.

Airleas sat there stunned a moment and looked at Gerald. His eyes seemed to pull her to him. She should be angry, he just admitted killing her mother, but at the same time she remembered feeling the pain that she had been in those last days. Ending her torture had helped her. "My mother was a good woman. It never dawned on me that she was the reason my brother and I could feel the force. She never spoke about her past before my father." She sat up in the bed and moved her legs over the side. She watched him to see if he was going to allow this or not. When he didn't move to stop her she put her feet firmly on the floor. She looked around the room, her eyes stopped on the door and she realized that he had placed himself in the path of the door, if she wanted to try to run she would have to get past him. She realized she had no desire to run. She was drawn to this man for some reason. She hands were cold and shaky, but her body was hot. "I ..., what did you do to me back at the moon?"

Airleas felt an extreme pain course through her body and then darkness. She was consciense to the fact that she was lifted and carried away, but the darkness engulfed her. For some reason she felt no reason to fight for the light. Slowly, she she opened her eyes to see that she was in a room. She could feel the engines of the ship and knew that they were in hyperspace. She vaguely wondered where they were going, but it was only a passing thought. She mind seemed fuzzy. Sitting up, she noticed the figure sitting in the chair watching her. She was not afraid of him, but at the same time guilt washed over her as she realized that it was the sith master. She looked at him, and was amazed at how attractive he was, graying hair, muscular, dark beard, piercing blue eyes that seemed to see right into her very soul. And she remembered his voice, alluring and deep. "Why..., " she cleared her throat as it started to shake a bit. "Why did you bring me with you?"

Within Sly's mind he hears her voice.... All will be fine, my love.

Airleas brought her ship down and her, Monty and Hale exited and went to the funeral spot to pay there last respects to Adi Wan.

Airleas gathered up the two padawans, and took them to her ship. They all boarded and headed for Ilum.

Airleas turned to Obi Two and nodded to him, ”œNo, there is nothing holding you here. You are free to go about your business.”

Stirring slightly, Airleas struggles to open her eyes. Slowly, she begins to come to full conscienciousness after lying there for more then a day in a healing trance. Sighing, she realizes that Sly is lost. Her husband had turned and he had done this. Looking up at the young man that knelt next to her, she sits up and smiles at him. "I'm alright. Just a little out of it." Getting up to her feet, she holds her hand out to the young man. "I'm Airleas Lianahan. And you are?" She could feel the force within him. she wondered why he had come to Correllia.

Airleas could feel the pain that her husband was inflicting, and she refused to show him. She looked at him and kept the love in her eyes that she had had for him along, and spoke to him through her mind. I forgive you, Sly. I love you. Airleas closed off her mind to him and closed out the pain.

Airleas ignited her emerald green saber and brought it up to block Sly's. "Is this what you want, Sly? To fight me. Do you want to hurt me?" Using the force, she pushed sly back into the wall and closed down her saber. "Well...what are you waiting for. I am right here."

Airleas stood there and closed her mouth. she was at a loss for words. She should avoid him??? Straightening up, she looked him in the eyes, "Sly, is that what you really want? I mean, you have been avoiding this marriage for a while now. And yes it has been a rough road, but all marriages are rough. Well, not all wives get kidnapped, and hunted and captured and tortured and shot. But they all have their ups and downs. And because you have a disagreement with Adi, whom I might add has been like a brother to you since ... well since forever, you are going to leave the order that helped you." She stopped a moment and stared at him. Sighing, "Is that what you want Sly?"

Airs opened her back door, and saw that the Dark One, her husbands ship was still there. Sighing to herself, she walked up the ramp and headed to the c0ckpit. She stood there with a shocked expression on her face as she saw Sly standing there with a crimson sabre. "What are you doing? Sly, answer me."

"Did he now, uh huh, you know you are correct. Imagine that you are a sith and your right, the galaxy must be about to end." She pushed past Raynuk, and stalked over to her husband. Tapping him on the shoulder, she stood there with her arms folded over her chest tapping her foot. "Care to explain? Somebody better tell me why there are Sith and Hutts on my ranch."

"uh huh, and this treaty reaches out to include the smugglers as well. I am just asking cause um...I have not heard about a treaty, and I have two people infront of me that have earned an ass whooping."

Airleas opened the back door of the ranch and walked out into the yard. She stopped short as she saw Raynuk, her one time captor. "What in the blue hell are you doing on my ranch? And God dammit what are all these sith here for?" Airs looked over towards sly and her mouth dropped on the floor. He was standing there talking to Ob Ordeena, the man who had ordered her torture along with Whyl the Hutt. This is not happening she thought to herself.

Airleas pulled out of the hug with Sly and just looked at him for a minute. She watched as the two argued for a moment. "Stop it both of you. Sly if Tares chooses not to fight, that is his choice. And I have no idea where Lance is. Reagan sent word that he left to places unknown and that she is now running the Smuggler's Moon. She is on Coruscant at the moment. I'll contact her." She looked at her husband, and wondered where he had been for all these months, and decided that she was not going to ask. They would need to talk though. Taking out her comlink, she sent a message to Reagan. She received no response though.

She turned to Tares and smiled. "I am not worried about him. I know that he will be fine." She turned and started into the back yard, and looked behind her towards Tares. "Well, your here, you might as well give me a hand. I was about to build a lightsaber."

Airleas turned to look into Tares' eyes before she spoke. "Sly is gone again. I have no idea where he is, and I do not think that he will be returning. I intend to stay here and I have informed the Jedi that I will train here on my home planet should they need me. Adi Wan will contact me when there is an apprentice ready to have a master, and they will come here or I will go when there is an issue that needs me. But I don't think that Sly will return. I have already started the steps to dissolve the marriage." she stood infront of her former master and waited to hear his response.

Opening the door, Airleas stuck the barrel of her favorite gun in the face of the man at the door. "I wouldn't take another step if you want to live." Just then, she felt a very familiar presense and sighed..."Tares, you really are trying to have one of us kill you aren't you? Get in here and have something to eat." She stepped aside, and let Tares pass through.
