Dagobah

Out of the growing darkness, the huge trees began to stir. These were not normal plants. They were infused with viruses created by Nurgle. They were of the dark side. The only warning Reaper recieved was a subtle stirring of the ground beneath him. Thick roots shot out from the ground reaching for his feet. Vines hanging over the path groped for the Sith apprentice's neck.

And of course, there is always one more obstacle.

Something was following Reaper. Nurgle's voice spoke into his apprentice's mind.

"Worry about the present problem before you worry about what is behind you. Use the Force to anticipate where the trees will strike. They are blind, they are merely reaching out to find you. Use that to your advantage."

Reaper was caught off guard as the plants began to come alive, roots tearing from the ground and the vines loosening their grips on the trees, all snaking their way toward him. The young Apprentice jumped back, bring the vibroblades out of their sheaths to strike at his Master's obstacles.

Suddenly Reaper felt his Master's words enter his mind, almost as clear as listening to his thoughts which had clouded his mind for the last few minutes. Though now, he only heard his Master's instructions, and listening, tapped into the force.

As he focused on the plants themselves, he could feel their life force, and the echos within the force that rippled out from around them. As the roots neared Reaper, he struck the blades down on them. Feeling the vines were near, he turned to meet them as well with the blades, the blade cutting a clean break on the vines.

Moments later, as the struggle continued on, Reaper felt something else as well, something lurking within the shadows, something that could hide most of it's presence. "That must be what Master Nurgle spoke of." Reaper thought to himself as he brought the blades down on the last attacking root.

But when Reaper turned to wait for whatever it was that stayed hidden, he found that it was no longer hidden, his eyes meeting the creatures gaze. "What the" was all Reaper could manage to word.

It was an android that the Reaper gazed back into. It's cold, dead eyes were fashioned in the image of Reaper's own. Nurgle had constructed a creature much like the one Reaper had seen before, only this time the template was his apprentice. Nurgle's voice spoke to Reaper.

"He carries a sword like your own. A droid is much much faster than a normal human. But if you can master the dark side within you, even a droid will seem slow."

The android advanced sword in hand.

As the droid lundged forward, Reaper side stepped, the droid's blade missing his throat by inches. Reaper hadn't expected what Nurgle had laid in front of the Sith Apprentice, and nearly falling for it's trap when his eyes had met the droid's gaze. If it hadn't been for Reaper's newly found opening to the force, he wouldn't have felt it's steely presence.

As Reaper spun around from the side step, the apprentice found in horror that it moved alot faster than it appeared, twice now, falling for the usual guessing that droids were slow. He turned to face the droid version of himself, their blades meeting in a sparky clash of the durasteel and cortorsis vibroblades.

Reaper dug deeper, finding the anger and rage within him to bring in more power, knowing that the Sith rely on these emotions the most. Reaper's green eyes glowed, his anger nearly boiling to the brim as the apprentice charged forward at the droid. But instead, Reaper grasped the force and pushed himself off the ground into a backward flip, Reaper's foot landing with a loud clank as his durasteel toe standard issue combat boots met the droid's mechanical chin.

Reaper jumped back, his foot now throbbing with pain as the durasteel bent against his foot when it contacted the droid's chin. But instead of wincing to his pain, he simple pulled it's energy into himself. Reaper charged again, this time going in for the kill, but sadly to say, he was met with a crushing blow as the droid turned his blade sideways, catching Reaper with a slap straight across his face from the blade, sending him backwards.

Now this pain actually hurt Reaper, though he still gathered what he could to stand, the blood now pouring from his nose and upper lip with a small gash under his left eye bleeding as well. Reaper was now truly angered by the sight of his own blood, sending the Apprentice into a berserk type rage, the true power of Reaper's strength now glowing an emerald green within his eyes.

Reaper, throwing down the vibroblade, charged foreward toward the droid, using the force to increase his speed. His fist flew foreward with such destruction as it connected to the droid's metallic chest plate, it's armor crumbling with each blow. After two or three blows, Reaper spun his leg around and connected his knee into the droid's mid-section, sending the droid flying backwards and landing hard against one of Dagobah's larger trees, the armor in the back now matching it's nearly crumbled front.

Sparks flew from the droids mangled body as Reaper approached, only his animal instincts acting as the virus ran it's course through Reaper's veins once again. Grabbing the droid by the throat, Reaper raised him high and began to squeeze tightly, expecting the droid to just die off. But that didn't happen, as the droid tried to land a kick into Reaper and free itself.

But that didn't work either as Reaper drove his hands deep into the droid's chest, bring out it's behavior core as he brought his hand back out, the droid's limp body falling to the ground as Reaper loosened his grip around it's throat. Realizing the threat was over, Reaper's normal self regain it's control, the virus hiding away, until it is need once again, within the Apprentice's body. Moment's later, Reaper was making his way toward his destination.

Reaper approached a small fire, and a meditating Nurgle. The Sith Master had orchestrated Reaper's first trial entirely from this location. His eyes opened after several moments. Reaper had impressed Nurgle.

"You are one third of the way through. You have completed the easiest portion of your ordeal. But don't be disheartened. You have already come leaps and bounds from where you were upon our first encounter."

Nurgle stood, unsteadily. He was very tired from expending so much Force energy.

"It is time for us to head to the Sith Temple on Cardia. Can your ship seat more than one person?"

"No, i'm afraid not Master" Reaper said, noticing his Master's appearant weakness. Reaper may have been evil, but there was still a certain kindness to him as well. Over the past few days, Reaper had come to like Nurgle and his hermit like ways, reminding him of a certain child he knew when he was a child himself.

Reaching into his pack, he again offered a quick bite to eat to Nurgle so that the old one could regain atleast some of his strength. "But we can travel together on yours" Reaper said looking around. To tell the truth, Reaper was now unsure if his Master even had one, as he had not seen it in his enitre time knowing the man. "But he had to get from Coruscant some how." Reaper thought himself.

"Excuse my asking, but do you even have a ship Master?"

It would put a big bind on the wheels that were already in motion, not to mention leave one of them stranded until the other somehow retrieved one capable of holding them both. Hopefully though, Nurgle would indeed have a ship, atleast capable of holding just Nurgle. Reaper could take his ship if necessary. Reaper awaited Nurgle's answer on the question, praying, hoping.

OOC: Sorry for the delay.

IC: Nurgle wanted to get this going quickly. He kept his words short and to the point. He did not take any of Reaper's food, not even bothering to acknowledge the offer.

"My ship is a small fighter. We will go separately."

Nurgle handed Reaper the coordinates.

"This is the location of the Sith Temple on Cardia. Meet me there."

((No problem man.))

"Yes Master" Reaper said as he bowed and dismissed himself, master and Apprentice parting ways for Cardia.

It didn't take long either for Reaper to find the small ETA-2 that he had arrived in, quickly prepping it and lifting off the planet into space.

Moments later, after connecting to the hyperspace transport ring, The Reaper's Grimm entered hyperspace, headed for Cardia and the Sith Academy that lay there.

"See you there Master"

A lone ship emerged from hyperspace in the Dagobah system. Like an arrowhead the sleek space yacht Persephone sped towards the planet. It's only occupants one woman and her droid...

"Darla, where are we going?" Asked Aimee quizically.

"We're in the Dagobah system." Darla's tone was flat and un-emotional.

"But why? There's nothing here..."

"There's something you can't see down on that planet... A piece of myself I left behind long ago."

"I do not understand Darla."

"You don't have to Aimee, I just want you to guard the ship, I'll be gone for a while."

As the broke through the planet's cloud cover and made their final descent Aimee worried about her mistress's erratic behaviour. She was programmed to protect Darla, but in many situations she didn't know how to. It seem that all of Darla's afflictions were emotional or perhaps tied to the force. With her high tech sensors Aimee was able to detect force energy, but to her it was nothing more than a life reading, not something she could touch or feel like it was to Darla.

All the poor droid could do was serve her mistress as best as she. Darla's distance however, made helping her very difficult.

Once again, Darla found herself running away. It seemed like she had spent the best part of her life running away from one thing or another. The Jedi... The Sith... The Rebellion... Her friends... Her family. Wherever she went, whoever she fought for or with Darla had always felt like an outsider. Her brief stint with the Rebels had only served only to compound her feelings. Always an outcast. Too good for the Sith, too bad for the Jedi. Her head too much of a mess for her to be any good to the Rebellion.

She'd had only one mission and it had come to a grinding halt before it had even started. The a terrible Galactic catastrophe had happened. Something inside her had told her to run, so she had. She hadn't told anyone she was leaving and she doubted that anyone had noticed. Truly horrific thing were happening across the Galaxy and all Darla wanted to do was hide in the darkness and wish it all away.

If she was being honest with herself Darla hadn't truly recovered from her battle with Kakuto Ryu. Although her body had been repaired her soul was still broken. Perhaps it had been ever since the first ay that she had called upon the darkside. That was why she had returned to Dagobah.

Darla looked across at Aimee and remembered the war droids that she had fought. In a bout or rage she had screamed out and used the to crush and twist their metal bodies. The darkside had filled her with a strength that she had never felt before. It was her first taste of what she could do with her rage. Later Darla had used the darkside to kill beasts, but never a human. It wasn't completely beyond her though. She had killed in battle before, but she had never snuffed out the life of another by using her dark powers.

She had come so close though.

Darla landed the Persephone in the stablest patch of land she could find on the swamp world. As she left the ship she found it warm, dark, inviting. The strange world was familiar to her, although she hadn't been there in many years. Something was calling her into the murky depths. She wasn't really sure why she had come to Dagobah. She had thought that it was to reclaim something of herself, but she could never do that. The thing that she had lost was her innocence of darkness. To claim it back would to become an unknowing child once more. So why had she journied to Dagobah?

As Darla closed her eyes momentarily she saw a glimpse of herself from long ago in a dream. She had seen herself on Dagobah, a creture of darkness. An eyepatch, a mechanical hand. Grinning. Knowing what was to come. In her vision she had seen herself embrace the darkside.

I've got the hand... Now all I have to do is loose an eye... Perhaps the vision is coming true...

A chill ran down Darla's spine at the thought. She had thought about that dark woman from her dreams in a long time.

Lost in thoughts Darla had wondered far from her ship, following some unknown beacon that seemed to be guiding her. Dagobah was alive with the force, both dark and light. Something, something powerful and dark was drawing Darla towards it. She didn't fight the pull. She had come this far and there was no turning back. Her limbs seemed to move without her command and soon her found herself standing at the mouth of a looming cave. The darkside seemed to emenate from it strongly.

Darla stood at the opening, suddenly aware of how lost she had become.

Something compelled Darla to enter the cave. She didn't know what it was that drove her onwards but suddenly her fears seemed to fall away. Adrenaline pumped as she carried onwards into the darkness. There was something there, a dark presence that beckons to her.

At first it had filled her with fear, but Darla knew the darkside intimately. It wasn't long before she recognised what it and instead became curious as to what was causing the sensation. It was a powerful presence that permeated the walls of the cavern. At the same time however it was an abstract presence. Darla could tell that it wasn't radiating from a person.

She was soon deep with-in the cave. Without thinking about what she was doing, Darla fell to her knees and and began digging her fingers into the ground. She pulled up handfuls of dirt and flung them aside. With her mechanical hand and a little assistance from the force she had soon dug deep into the ground. Covered into dirt and sweat, Darla suddenly stopped.

In front of her, covered in dirt and slime sat the bones of a man.

You! It's you isn't it....?

Darla knew at once that the bones before her were the cause of the terrible dark presence she had felt. She had exhumed the remains of a long dead darksider. how he had gotten there, she would never know. He must have been a very powerful man in life to leave such a disturbance behind in the force.

But now you are nothing...

Picking up the blackened skull in her metal hand Darla tightened her fingers. The relic crumbled into dust, seeping between the cracks in her finger and falling back to the ground where it had laid for so long.

Darla left the cave covered in dirt, but exhilarated. She felt alive. More alive than she had in a long while.

No more sleep walking through life. You're still alive and there's still so much good you can do...

With a slight flicker of psuedomotion a ship burst out of hyperspace above Dagobah. Many things began to rush at Gavin: emotions, feelings of the dark side, you know, the norm. He carefully piloted the ship down towards the surface. As he broke atmosphere, Roan entered the cockpit, looking a bit dreary eyed. "Good morning," he said qiuetly. "We are just about to land on what could very well be the planet that has the culmination of your training. There isn't much left for me to teach you. I've already taught you how a Jedi uses his Force Meditation, as well as some aspects of Force Manipulation and Force Strength ect. and now we will begin lightsaber training. It is here that you will build your Jedi weapon, and it is here that you will learn to use it. Now tell me, what do you feel?"

((Ilum is probably a bad choice at the moment, seeing as how we'd probably get blown to smitherines, and here seemed like as good a place as any. You'll be finding your own crystals to use in your lightsaber, as well as constructing it in your next few posts. After that and some basic training I believe you will be able to pass your trials. Now that we have come this far, feel free to start having more free range in the Force, using it without as much concentration, as seen in the movies.))

Sitting in the cockpit with his master he thought he was going to Ilum but his Master must know what he's doing. He listened to him talk, his training was going quick. "I feel cold. Like there is some dark presence waiting for us." He shifted in his seat as they drew closer to the planet he feeling of darkness was getting stronger.

"Master these feeling's I'm sensing it feels as though it's coming from the planet itself. Is this possible?" He started to sweat a little as they grew closer and closer. Soon they were only feet from the ground, drawling on the Force to fill him with light to suppress the dark feelings emanating around him.

Gavin smiled as he felt the Force gather around the pair and he knew that roan was calling on the Force to supress the Dark Side from engulfing them. "Yes, it is quite possible. Planets such as this and Korriban have in essence embraced the Dark Side because they are places where very powerful Sith have died. It will be good for your training as you'll have to work harder to feel the Light in all of the Dark."

The ship set down on a patch of solid ground and Gavin turned to his apprentice. "Today is the day that you begin your lightsaber training. As Ilum is under attack right now I felt this planet would be a good second choice. I wish you to go into the jungle and find the crystals that the Force will lead you to. Once you have finished this task, return and use the parts that you have gathered, as well as anything you can find for the hilt, to create and fasten your first lightsaber. I will spend the time in the jungle meditating until the time that you have finished. Do not rush this experience, as it can be desasterous if it is not done right. Good luck, and may the Force be with you."

Being called to the dark ses pool that was Dagobah Damon flew in to the planet surface.

Arriving next to another ship Damon exited his vessle. His hood drawn his white robe carried the essence of his new profound name. Blind Damon could see all clearly. Darkness periced all but it was Damon that with every step periced the dark. His very pressence exhulted an aura of light and fire.

When his feet touched ground he found himself near an extremly familiar pressence. Speaking in a normal voice and tone Damon hid back what he carried.

"It seems that you are differnt from when we last met Gavin. You have been busy haven't you."

Its a blast from the not so distant past.

As Gavin watched his apprentice move off into the swamp he felt a familiar presence approach. His mood immediately lightened as he turned around at the sound of his former master's voice.

"It seems that you are differnt from when we last met Gavin. You have been busy haven't you."

"Possibly," he said. "I've got an apprentice of my own now. But what are you doing here?"

Now rise and and let us practice. By the white flame of the of the force I will make sure you are kept sharp."

Damon lowered both of his hands to his side. No lightsaber was drawn but it was more than felt that Damon meant battle.

Leaving his master in the company of the man in white he wondered into the Forest. His heart was racing with each step the further he walked into the forest the more he realized the Force was pulling him in every direction. Calming his heart and diving into the light side of the Force he was able to focus. "Stay focused Shryne" He said to himself as he wondered through the forest. He knew what he needed for the saber, he knew about the crystals and the energy pack but what was going to be hard was finding the energy pack. Finding a place to sit he closed his eyes and reached into the Force.

Surrounding himself in the light he stretched out with the Force searching for what was calling for him. Grabbing hold of a strong Force vibe that seemed to be calling his name he hurried over to it. Running for hours was beginning to bore him, so using the things that he learned in during his training. Lifting rocks around him that were the size of his head and keep them circling around him as he ran, using the Force to jump higher then normal. It seemed that the planet was meant for the Force, though having a dark taint on the planet wasn't a good thing but being able to connect to the Force so easily was a good thing.

Hours passed as he finally came to where he was being called to. Standing in the middle of a swamp he could feel the vibe through his bones as though he was standing over what was calling for him. Taking off his boots he slowly entered the water, though it was murky and stuck horribly he was able to ignore it. Now standing in the center of the pond; he knew what he had to do now but it was the last thing he wanted to do. Taking in deep breaths before he dove head first into the water swimming to the bottom, digging his fingers into the mud he could feel the vibe growing stronger and stronger. Pulling the mud from the bottom of the pond and grabbing hold of the crystal, holding on to the crystal he swam for the top. Breaking the surface and taking in a deep breath of clean air; swimming to the beach sitting next to his boots on the grass he looked at the dark blue crystal sitting in his hand. Running his one finger against it he smiled "So you were calling me to you" Putting his boots on and placing the crystal in a pouch on his belt he continued to wonder the forest for the pieces he would need.

(post 1 hope this was good enough)

Gavin smiled at his old master's remarks. "You know, all this technical talk makes my head hurt. Draw your sword and let's do this thing."

Gavin flipped backwards, planting his feet on the tree behind him and propelling himself straight towards Damon.

((This wont be your standard 3 post duel. Its a spar rember that so we end when we feel like it.))

With a wave of his right hand a sheild appeared stoping the movement of Gavin.

"You think drawing a sword means you are ready for battle. Drawing a sword means you are only moving away from a differnt ending. I will not draw my blade until I find it needed."

The sheild did not vanish, it stood firm almost as a wall even as Damon flipped to Gavin and touched the back of his head before vanishing in a quick blink of light. Damon had vanished from the surronding area all together.

All presence, all light, all heat, all sign of Damon simply had vanished.

"In your mind is the presence of eveything that is a lie." That line came from all directions and attacked Gavin on all fronts. While he felt no physical blow he senses were assulted.

Its a blast from the not so distant past.

The forest was dark, it was hard to tell what time it was there but he didn't mind. He continued on with his mission more rather his training. He was learning to trust in the Force more then ever, he continued to walk through the forest with out a clue of where he was. He came to a large clearing in the forest, in the middle of the forest was a recked ship. He made his way over to the ship searching through the wreckage he was able to fine an old fusion cutter, a power pack and metal tubing. "These could be useful" Putting the items he found in his pouch then continued on as he walked he felt himself being pulled towards the center of the forest.

Shryne wondered through the forest his mind was lost in thought when he tripped on a tree root, falling face first into a hole that was covered with twigs and plants. Sliding through the small tunnel that lead to a small under ground cave. Looking around the cavern crystals covered the walls and ceilings as he walked deeper into the cave he found robes that were torn into pieces. He found several destroyed lightsabers in the cavern. All of them were useless to him except for the fact that he could use them as blue prints for his own lightsaber.

Taking one of them apart he saw all the parts he needed and knew he wasn't close to having all of them, then he noticed that the crystals inside the lightsabers were all destroyed. Taking apart all the old sabers there he was able to take the pieces that weren't destroyed and place them in his pouch with the others. Sitting down in the cavern he started to meditate, what he did know about building a lightsaber was the Force was the most important part of it. As he meditated he could feel the crystals calling to him, listening to them closely he wanted to look for the one that called the loudest to him. As he meditated he could feel his master training with the man in white, then all of a sudden the crystals went quiet all except for one.

Stretching out with the Force he was able to call the crystal to him, flying from the wall across the cavern from he sat. Now he knew what he needed to do, he needed to do but was going to be hard since he was in the wilderness. Climbing out of the cavern with the items he collected, heading back towards the wrecked ship; as he walked he looked back at all his training. He could help but smile, keeping his connection with the Force, Shryne started to run towards the ship. Once he was in the clearing he started to dig a whole that would hold a fire that would heat the metal so he could shape the hilt. He sat as the fire was burning he started to meditate on how his saber would look, letting the Force take him and show him everything he needed to see.

Many things happened at once, and as Damon's presence shifted out of the visible spectrum of the Froce, Gavin shut off his lightsaber, standing in the swamp.

This world is alive...

He could feel everything happening around him. The trees, the monsters swimming beneath the much, his apprentice off some hundred meters away creating his first lightsaber. But if this world was alive, and his master was alive, but not visible, how was he to find him? Was this why his master had come here? To show him that he still had as much to learn as his own young apprentice.

And it cuts like a sword through the darkness...

Like a sword? How did the world cut through the darkness? And who was this voice speaking to him? All these questions came pouring into his head, making his shut his eyes tightly, embracing the Force in a more real manner. Cuts like a sword...cuts like a sword...Perhaps...

Gathering the Force around him in a manner he had rarely achieved, drawing on the Force coming from this very much alive planet, Gavin pushed out with the Force, and was rewarded with a grunt from behind him as a large, invisible mass crashed into a tree. Turning on the spot, Gavin rushed straight at where he had heard his former master crash into the tree.

The illusion that Damon created to force Gavin and react in a different matter worked. However the crash that resulted afterwards was not planed however. After falling Damon recovered with a shallow roll and a thud. Without a moment to spare Gavin was near and left Damon little time to react. Rising in a swift movement Damon came to bear on Gavin and met him head on. Bring up his hands he met Gavin and used the force to push back Gavin and halt his advance. Not as effective as a force shield, but quicker to generate. Gavin was stopped with only a foot away.

"Good Gavin. You have improved much since our time apart. You still have a bit to go though."

With that Damon made sent Gavin away with a force push.

Its a blast from the not so distant past.

((Roan- In your next post create your lightsaber and finish up anything else. I'll then read over posts and tell you whether or not you are granted your lightsaber. Good luck.))

As Gavin was thrown back more thoughts began to rush into his head. Many things in the galaxy were being thrown into chaos right now, but few people could take the time to truly appreciate the beauty behind what made the planet they were standing on so beautiful. That was it, the final part of his apprentice's training. The ability to find the beauty in something would show him what being a Jedi could truly be about.

He crashed into a tree and slowly made his way back up to his feet, smiling at his former master. "I understand the need for me to stay sharp right now, but I've been thinking more and more about my apprentice. In your extensive travels, I am sure that you have seen many beautiful planets. Which one would you consider to be the most extravagent?"

((Sounds good to me thanks))

A fire was burning bright in the middle of the forest as Roan Shryne worked to create his lightsaber. First he placed all the items he obtained, looking over the items he started to check off on a mental list of all that he needed. Standing up and taking what was once an astromech droids dome and heading for a nearby stream. Filling the dome up as much as he could he carried it back to the fire. He sat by the fire drawling in the Force as he prepared to build his first lightsaber, as he drew in the Force he took the metal tubing he found and started to heat it up in the fire. Once the metal was hot enough he used the Force to life the soon to be hilt out of the fire and cooled it off with the water, then started to use the fusion cutter to shape the lightsaber. It was a long task but as he did this he lost sense of time, he was drawn into creating his saber. His mind was still and peaceful as he created the hilt. The Force flowing through him guiding his hands as he worked.

Once the hilt was created he needed to place the pieces in their proper spots. He took the power cell he found and placed it on the inside of the hilt, connecting the power back to the primary crystal mount; he was lost in his actions. It seemed as though he was inside a deep sleep, unaware of the sounds around him but yet he was able to feel everything through the Force. He could feel his Master on the other side of the planet training with his old Master. He could feel the animals on the planet some were hunting while others where hiding. He turned his focus back onto the lightsaber. Securing the dark blue crystal on the mount once the crystal was secured he placed the focusing crystal on it's mount next.

Roan was drawling near to finishing his first lightsaber, as he placed the one part of the saber down and working on the other part of the saber. Creating the blade energy channel and placing the cycling field energizers in place and wiring them to the blade length adjuster and blade power adjuster. Fitting the energy modulation circuits into place, his lightsaber was starting to come together quit nicely; on the outside of the saber would be a sensor pad for safety reasons. As he sealed the saber shut, he used the Force to reach inside the saber and connect everything to the power cell and make sure all was together. His thoughts were calm as the Force worked through him, once the saber was shut he started to carve the saber's hilt to what the Force showed him. As he worked he cut the hand grip on the base of the hilt, once he was done carving the hilt he drew the saber into his hand.

Opening his eyes and staying connected to the Force he stood from where he sat, holding out his one hand with the saber in it; activating the saber the dark blue blade shot out to life with a Snap-hiss The hilt hummed in his hand as he held it and moved it slowly through basic patters. Once he was sure all worked well he deactivated the saber and put the fire out. Then he realized how dark it had become, reaching out with the Force he was able to touch his Master letting him know he was finished and on his way back. Making his way through the Forest with his newly constructed saber attached to his belt. His only fear was that his Master wouldn't approve of the saber but he also knew he couldn't dwell on that feeling.

((Not sure where Paul disappeared to, so we'll go on without him. Sorry to leave you here, but I really want to get Roan finished so he can go have some fun.))

As Gavin finished his question he recieved the mental communication from his apprentice, and knew that he was finished with his first lightsaber. He let his former master know as much and headed out into the forest, following his apprentice's Force signiture. He quickly found the young man, walking up to him.

"It seems that you have completed your first lightsaber. Well done. Now we will leave this planet in favor of a more...suitible planet for you to train on."

Gavin and his apprentice quietly made their way back to Gavin's ship, the Ace Sabre. The pair made their way to the cockpit where Gavin began and compeleted the pre-flight check before lifting off and heading into space. In his excitement, Gavin had never gotten an answer from Damon about his choice of planet, so Gavin put in the coordinates of a planet from a vision long ago on Ilum, when he had been building his first lightsaber. As he was about to pull the lever, his comm beeped, alerting him to the incoming message from Aryian Darkfire. He immediately answered the message and watched the recording.

Though he was a bit suprised at the message, he was glad that the galaxy was finally going to do something about the increasing Arach'tar threat. He looked to his apprentice and began to ask his question solemnly. "We have been called to arms. Do you wish to come with me in the attack we are creating against the Arach'tar?"

He ran through the forest as fast as he could along with the help of the Force, as he drew closer to where he last left his Master he could feel his Master's presence growing stronger. Soon he was face to face with him, he was covered in dirt from head to toe he was dirty. He showed the lightsaber to his master and followed him onto his ship, there he changed cloths and sat in the cockpit with his master. Not knowing where they were going, as he sat down in the chair his master turned to him after receiving a message. A big grin was on Roan's face now, grabbing his restraints he buckled himself into the chair and looked at his master. "Well....What are we waiting for? Lets go" It wasn't that he was excited to go into battle, but he was excited to help the galaxy, the dream of every young apprentice.

The ship started to lift up off the ground, soon they were out into space ready to jump into hyper space. The Jedi Knight and his apprentice heading into Roan's first real battle ever.

Reciving the call the arms Damon could not deny it. Aryian was right and it was time for action. Howver Damon had yet to give his response to Gavin. Gavin left before he could be answered but he did have one. He might use it later but for now he would recive it later.

In the mean time Damon returned to his ship and headed for gala.

Its a blast from the not so distant past.
