John chuckled audibly, in that way that one does when impure thoughts are rapidly associated with highly pleasing scenarios, because frankly, that's all he understood when Sirvani wanted to do fun favors with that naughty grin.

His teeth managed to glint back, "Not quite the tasks... but, I can always take a break."

In the meantime, the poor droid, XC-7A2, turned quite dejectedly from Traven's room and headed towards the main recreational area to power down in cyber-emotional depression. He was one of the proto-prototypes of John's work with cybernetics... featuring the first in integrated Genuine People Personalities... a Noghri servant came by and tripped over the droid's legs, and XC perked up dejectedly, "Its not enough that guests don't want my help... but you have to fall over me? Is there never an end to my humiliations!?"

The two left the Sundered Heart with alot less tension then they had gone in there with.

"I'm still curious about when the exact day is for their wedding."

The two were walking arm in arm, mischief still sparkling within the golden haired beauties eyes. The two had a plan that would be alot of fun to carry out. As they walked along, Alora glanced back at Draken,

"So what did happen for you to have to be recloned? You never got round to telling me"

"It happens to be my greatest shame. It happened shortly after I had won my Mastery by the assassination of Slicer. I had just had my mastery confirmed by the Dark Lord and I had begun to study Force powers that I would now be able to summon as had become my practice. I had become a student of both the force and also the matters of stratgey. It was also at this time that I had accepted a new apprentice.

Somehow, Slicer had been able to alert Achzet as to his murder at my hands. Achzet came to Serenno and devestated my palace and somehow caught me while I was mediating and was able to kill me. This is why I did not tell you about it."

Draken hung his head, truth be told he was still quite ashamed of that time. He turned slightly away from her as he saw his two greatest failures flash before his eyes.

Alora fell thoughtful, touching Draken through their bond with what she thought about that. She didn't blame him, not for being caught out. It happened sometimes.

"You'll find a way to make it right."

The two rejoined the others, finding them in a similar place to which they had left them in previously. Alora winked at Sirvani, a carefree look upon her face as she glanced at the young man that could only be Draken's apprentice. She tilted her head back towards him,

"You wouldn't happen to know where Talrin got to would you Drak?"

"Maeltalrin? That worthless insulting maggot? Last I saw of him, he was on Tatooine, may his body be baking in the twin suns and eaten by the Sarleec. He accused me of being the threat that you feared" Draken's voice dropped lower as he mentioned this fact.

"That maggot said that I was the one that you had feared. As if I would even dream of causing you an injury"

Draken paused and nodded to John. "I brought something for you from the wine cellars of Serenno." He pulled a small bottle of brandy from his pants pocket and passed it to John. He turned back to Alora. "I was planning to teach him before he accused me, then he left and headed to Tatooine. I followed him there but due to what appeared to be an attack on Serenno I returned there and I haven't heard of him since then."

Hmm Tattooine... Her hand rested upon Draken's, amusement lighting her eyes at how she figured there had been rivalry between the two men.

"I'll have to find him later. Don't know where he got that idea from... unless he saw you as a threat to the attention he sought from me...", a smirk appeared on her face. Turning back to their hosts, she asked,

"So, John, Sirvani... do you have a date worked out for your wedding day yet?"

Draken stood near to where Alora was standing, half listening to her conversation with John and Sirvani. He saw his apprentice standing near the north wall. He loked him over for a moment, then spoke his voice becoming a bit gruffer then it had been.

"Apprentice, approach. Did you recover the Holocron?"

"Apprentice, you stand in the presence of my former Mistress, Alora Darkknell. You will treat her with as much respect if not more respect then you give to me."

He held the holocron in his hand and opened it slightly. An image of a long dead Sith master appeared. Draken smiled, this is how he would get more knowledge of the force.

"Well done my apprentice. It would seem that you are looking toward a Sith Assassin, like myself. Sith Assassins are masters in the ways of stealth and camouflage, we are always seeking the ways of darkness and shadow, the power that comes from striking unseen and sensing weaknesses in others. You will learn to move silently both in your everyday movements and also in battle.

A well trained master can strike and leave without ever being seen, he can blend with other people and find his target without being spotted. But before you can learn how to do that, you have to learn how to use the force in everyday events, like stopping a thrown dagger. Something like THIS!"

Draken slid a dagger from his wrist sheath and flipped into the air. He turned several backflips and flung the dagger straight for his apprentices eye.

Standing with a bit of silence and a faint smirk, "Well... we might as well, please lead the way."

Alora acknowledged Traven's comment with an incline of her head, her golden hair falling softly to the side, her violet eyes sparkling. Before she could answer him, Draken spoke up.

She raised her eyebrow slightly at Draken's comment, though chose not to say anything. She smirked when he threw the dagger at his apprentice. The sith usually had to think quick to avoid being harmed. Alora had other ways and means with her teachings that she rather enjoyed putting apprentices through, including a method she had permission from Master Tarrian to copy. Alora would have fun when she ran into Talrin again.

For now she just observed the going's on around her. John seemed very distracted, giving the impression of him having other things on his mind. She stepped closer to Sirvani, giving her a smile.

"I take it the day is soon then?"

She nodded in response. "Actually...we were just thinking about heading over to the Casino now. It's a long trip there, so we'd best start. I'll send out a comm telling our guests to start arriving, and hopefully we can have the ceremony today or tomorrow."

The dagger flew true and unhindered into Traven's eye. Draken used the force to close Traven's mouth so that he couldn't scream. "Apprentice, you have failed me. You are to go to the medbay and have the dagger removed, but you may not have your eye replaced. I may decide later to allow you to have it replaced. Go and when you return, you will demonstrate what knowledge you have of the Force."

Draken pondered for a moment and listened to Alora and Sirvani's conversation. He stepped aside and sent a brief comm back to Serenno and had a package sent off to a drop off point where he could retrieve it. He walked over to where the two women were standing. "My congratulations on your marriage, Sirvani. At least there is some form of happiness happens once in a while."

He grinned almost sadly. "There is only one problem with being a Sith, we seem to be the cause of the majority of evil in the universe. At least someone of the Sith can bring what can be considered happiness to the universe for a short time. It is a shame that happiness never seems to last......"

As he talked, suddenly the force swept over him and he fell to his knees as his eyes roll upwards. "Pain....such pain.....Forceless.....Disaster....the pain....Help me...."

His body swayed back and forth for a moment before he crumpled forward onto the ground unconscious, his mind still spinning from the vision he had seen.

Alora turned back to face Draken when he approched them. As his vision struck him, Alora received the backlash, though much milder, through their old bond. She knew he was having a vision, though what it was she couldn't see. She heard him though, and what she heard wasn't good. She knew from the past that Draken's visions would come to pass, these premonitions of the future. That he passed out from it proved it was a powerful one and a bad omen.

She knelt beside his fallen form, looking back up at Sirvani.

"He's had a vision. What he saw I'm not sure, though he said "Pain....such pain.....Forceless.....Disaster....the pain....Help me...." This is a bad omen. He's had visions before. Premonitions of the future that do happen. Whatever is coming is not good."

She turned her attention back to him, cradling his head in her lap until he was to wake.

Little did Sirvani and Alora know that when Draken had passed out he had been seperated from his body, attached by a thin thread of spirit. His spirit was cast adrift in force to be tossed back and forth through the limitless currents. Many things passed by his spirit not acknowledging him or even noticing him. He was still unsure of his surroundings as he attempted to figure out where he was.

He looked around, locating through the blurryness of his vision a small silver cord that floated back through the shadows from the direction he had come. He saw a dark shape in the distance and a figure coming toward him. His hand darted toward his cloak for his sabre but somehow he could not find it. He attempted to call up force lighting but that failed him as well.

By then the figure had reached him. "Fear not young Sith, you will not be harmed here, however you and I both know that your visions are injuring you and your body everytime you have them. Do you know why this is?"

When Draken didn't answer him, the figure continued to talk. "Your visions only appear at moments of great strife or danger, is this not true? Your visions are a form of warning directly from the force, from the time you were born, you had a certain connection with the force that others do not have.

Your connection is one of both external and internal connection. You hold the ability to control your visions in your mind, but you must open the eighth wall of your mind and close the sixth wall of your mind. Oh and one more thing Sith, beware of the dawn of darkness." The man opened his eyes and light streamed from the man's eyes. The light overpowered Draken's spirit and sent his spirit shooting back to his body.

Draken's eyes flew open as his spirit returned to his body. He looked up at Alora, his eyes confused. "Mistress have you heard of the dawn of darkness?" He was pondering that and also the eighth and sixth gate of his mind.

Traven walking to the med bay with a dagger sticking out of his head felt something was wrong with his master. He turned and looked back he saw a figure collapse and he felt that his master was in grave danger.

He pulled the dagger out of his face and started to run at his master he could sense the danger he was in.

He got to his masters side as he awoke he then released that he had blood running out of his eye socket, he ripped part of his tattered cloak and tied it around his eye, he then asked his master,

”œWhat is wrong master are you well?”

Sirvani could see that she and John were out of place here. "Come on, Em, let's go," she said. "Go pack your things and meet us at the ship."

As the little girl ran off, Sirvani turned to John and slid her hand around his arm. "Let's go," she murmured. As they passed Alora, she quietly told her they'd see her at the Casino when she was ready.

She passed a Nohgri slave on the way to the hanger and instructed him to send all of their things down to the ship ahead of them, including all of the special purchases they had made recently.

Arriving at the hanger bay a few minutes later, Sirvani started to her ship, then paused. Turning to John, she offered a hint of a smile that was full of memories. "Would you rather take the old Lambda shuttle?"

Her look said, She's the one that started this all...

OOC: We still have that ship, right?

"The dawn of darkness? ... No, can't say that I have. What did you see? I know it was another vision."

She'd seen Traven heading off to the medical wing after having been too slow to stop the dagger from hitting him, now seeing him return to his master's side. She could see his concern there though he had troubles of his own. With Sirvani's comment about heading to the Casino now and that they'd see them there, she looked up at Draken's apprentice.

"Your Master will be fine. Go to the medical wing and get seen to now. We're going to the Golden Link Casino for the wedding and you don't want to look like that. Go get cleaned up."

She felt that Draken would tell him where to meet them, either at the Casino or at his ship.

"You had your orders Apprentice, you will obey or be punished again. As Alora said, go to the Med bay and get cleaned up. Remember you represent me at this wedding as well as the Sith and as such you will look your best even if you are missing an eye at the moment. Now go get cleaned up and I will send you the location of the Casino through your ships comm unit and you can meet us there."

Draken slowly stood to his feet, shakely and looked at Alora. She looked amazing against the background of the setting sun. He smiled slowly and looked at his clothes, they wouldn't do for a wedding. He pondered for a moment, considering what he could wear. Hmmm, I can't wear what I have on now, its not formal attire for a wedding. The other set of clothing in my ship won't work either. Although.....wait a moment, I do have what was supposed to my coronation suit. Then again there is that white satin suit that had been made for me which I never wore as of yet.

Hmm maybe I should make a small stop over in Serenno and pick up the two suits before going to the Casino. Actually I could see if Alora would help me pick out the suit.

"Mistress," Draken said bowing to her in a gentlemanly manner, "Would you care to travel with me to the wedding at the Casino, I have but one stop to make along the way. I need to stop at Serenno and pick up the wedding present for John and Sirvani and also a suit for the wedding."

"That sounds fine to me Draken. I'll meet you in the hanger. I just have to gather some things from my room."

She noticed that some of the Nohgri were watching to see if they were needed. Alora signalled for one to follow her as the other stayed with Draken. The two then headed to her room, Alora signalling for the female Nohgri to gather up her bridesmaid dress while she packed the other items she'd brought into the room. The two then headed to the hanger where she let the Nohgri hold the now covered dress while she gathered up some other personal items from her own ship. Alora got out the wedding present that she'd gotten for them, plus a few other items. Once she'd gotten what she wanted, packed it all into a bag, she headed back out of her ship, having also given her droid instructions to take her ship back to her homeworld for modifications to it's shields while she was travelling with Draken to the wedding. She would call for it when she was ready.

She stood with the Nohgri waiting for Draken to arrive.

Traven obeyed his master and walked to the med bay and got his eye patched up. He new his robes had blood on them and had not been washed in about a year, he sent a droid to get them cleaned before he would get out of the bacta tank.

After getting healed and his robes cleaned, he left to ship that His master and lent him. He got in and waited for the COM signal that would let him know where to go. As he waited he decided that it would be a good time to make sure his hair looked good. So he made his back long hair in to a ponytail and fell asleep in his cockpit have the cockpit locked for his own security.

Draken looked out of his ship at Alora. "Allow me to take your bags," he said as he strode down the ramp of the ship and gently took her packages and carried them into the ship. "Mistress," Draken said charmingly, "Allow me to welcome you into the Grand Duke." He swept his arm out to take in the interior of his ship.

The cream colored walls looked their best as Alora came into the ship. "You may take my room if you want Mistress. I am going to prep the ship and head for Serenno. Make yourself comfortable."

Draken kissed her hand and proceeded to the cockpit. Several moments later, he piloted the ship off of the planet and into space, heading toward Serenno.

  • 4 weeks later...

Suddenly, Sirvani realized they hadn't seen Andon and Jaina in a while. "Go ahead and get onboard, John," she said. "I'm going to tell Andon and Jaina where we're going."

Emily insisted on coming with her mother, so the two of them headed off into the Temple, seeking out the others.

Traven have never getting a com from his master, decided he would leave and never return to his master. Traven fired up the engines with a roar and a small blue white flame shot out of each engine he took off. The engines sputtered and then cleared as he left the atmosphere and in to space. He put the light speed coordinates for Byss in and he shot off into hyperspace.

"This is bold and insanely dangerous... stunts like this are why people think you're mildly retarded."

This was how Jaina Jade Colos began many conversations with her betrothed. His wife's voice was entrancing as it ripped through him with her playful doubt and unabashed annoyance with Andon's malformed sense of self-preservation. With arms crossed and a single eyebrow arched in melancoly captivation, she watched her husband place a chair on the nearby table-top within their bedroom. Like crackling embers within a wooden fireplace on a cold winter's night, Andon's voice was subtly soothing as he gave his reply.

"Darlin', there ain't no "mildly" about it."

With a quick wink the Jedi Master scaled the table and proceeded to step up onto the piece of furniture he had placed up there, standing on the back of the wooden chair and balancing his weight has he reached for the light filter.

"It's just a blown light... something one of the Noghri could have fixed," Jaina began, her hazel-green eyes following his every movement. "But if you have to do it yourself, doesn't that ego of yours allow for use of the Force?"

His brow furrowed lightly into a slight brooding focus as he shifted his weight forward and rolled onto the back of his heels, the distribution of his weight now balancing on only two of the chairs legs instead of four. With a groan the wooden chair adjusted to the position, the creaking of the structure slowly fading with the movement as the piece of furniture proved it would hold up. With one hand braced against the wall, his other went to work fumbling around with the circuits of the lighting structure, deft fingers encountering only a minor shock or two before he managed to fix the problem. After a few seconds, he spoke.

"You know I only use the Force when I have to... I'd like to think I can keep on top of things without having to rely on it."

Jaina smiled a smile deeper than mischief to herself as she idly scanned his aura, noting that he had indeed isolated himself from the current of the Force. Her smile widened as the flow of the Force twisted around her and became her every breath, the gentle touch of her mind becoming a counter-weight as she nudged the oh-so-delicately balanced chair and threw off any notion of "control" Andon had on the situation. With a hushed expletive deletive uttered, the Jedi nimbly shifted his body position to correct the change that had occurred as he tamed the chair now balancing on only one of its four legs.

A proud smile shown across his face as he looked at Jai, only for it to be dulled as the wooden support of the leg snapped out from underneath him and caused Andon tumble head-first to the ground. Surely it would have been enough of an impact to make him forever believe he was a 14-year-old girl, or it would have been had the touch of the Force not enveloped him in its grasp as to hold him suspended upside down just a few feet from the ground. As she kneeled down in front him, Andon had an astonishing reminder that there was no difference between her beauty looking at her from any angle. He smiled genuinely to himself at the thought.

"You're cute," she giggled as she leaned forward to quickly kiss him; Jai's brandy brown locks cascading down the left side of her face as she did, "but sometimes you make me wonder how God could let you live this long."

Letting go of her hold of him through the Force, her husband landed with a distinct *thump* and rapid exhalation of the breath he held in his lungs. He made no motion to get up, the Jedi casually laying on the floor as if he meant to fall like that all along... even going as far as to clasp his hands behind his head and prop up his boot-clad feet on the foot of the mattress. With a subdued cynical smile she too layed down on the floor and curled up into his arms, her fingertips reaching into the opening of his button-down shirt as she played with the necklace she had given him as a wedding gift.

"I'm allowed to live to both astound and annoy those around me," he replied as he kissed her forehead, "it's a magical life."

((Ok Hallie, I SO wanna see where you're gonna go with Sirvani and Emily hearing their exchange and finding them like this. >_>))

"...and that, Emily, is the basic rundown of how to fly a ship," Sirvani finished. "Don't think I'll let you fly anything in the near future--ask your dad on that one--but it's a good skill to know."

They rounded the corner towards Andon and Jaina's room and as they approached the door, heard the last bits of conversation. The door slid open, and Sirvani hid her amused grin.

Unfortunately, Emily did not miss the sight either. "Mommy, what are they doing?"

"They're...playing, Emily."

"Oh, like when Daddy and I wrestle?"

"Kind of, yeah," Sirvani replied.

Emily glanced at them hopefully. "I like to wrestle."

Sirvani tried to stifle her laugh. "Well...this is a little bit different, dear. I don't think you'd like it very much. At least, not yet. When you're much older, you probably will, but not now."

She glanced at Andon. "Now look what you started."
