As his ship enters the dock he looks out and thats when he sees it the sith academy. When he walks in the sith academy he looks around and wonders if he will be accepted as a sith.

As his ship winked into existance above the ominous planet of Cardia, the only thing Elias Xelker could feel was a slowly-rising curiosity. What strange wonders would he encounter as he entered the Sith Academy? How exactly would the Lords respond? Would he be slain on the spot? Would he be escorted into their ranks? Would joining them cement a position in galactic history? A thousand more questions ran through Elias's brain as he safely guided his ship down to Cardia's surface, approaching the looming shape that was the Sith temple.

There was one thing he felt certain about, however. The moment he stepped through the Academy's gates, his life would be changed forever. No longer would he be a worthless speck, helpless before the winds of change sweeping throughout the galaxy. Gone would be the days of flipping on a Holonet channel to learn how the Rebellion had reclaimed the galaxy; how Geki deposed Akturus; how Coruscant was devestated; how the Force-using factions clashed on yet another world; how Vladimir Faust fell but returned to wreak havoc; how freedom and democracy reigned again; how it died again. It seemed history was being written as every week went by, and another groundbreaking event shook the cosmos. And yet, in all this, Elias Xelker had been a powerless spectator.

Not anymore. Once he entered the halls of the Dark Lord, Xelker would learn the arts and powers of the Force-users, and then he would be the one making history... That is, if he lived that long. He needed to focus on survival first; the Sith would be constantly testing him in that regard. One mistake and it was all over. His grandiose ambitions could wait; for now, he needed to keep his wits about him.

Extending the landing ramp, Elias Xelker stepped outside, taking a deep breath as he began to approach the Academy's entrance. He was walking into the unknown now... with another deep breath, he entered the vast temple. As soon as he stepped in, Xelker registered the presence of another individual. He remained silent, waiting to see if the other would identify itself.

The droid was complete. But the work was not yet over. The Sith Master began to coat the robot in liquid synth flesh. He waited until the rubbery substance had halfway cooled. Then he began to mold. Nurgle had the hands of a surgeon, and his work was very detailed. With the addition of hair, and an oxygen filtration mask, the work was complete.

Just upon entering the planet of Cardia Yeroc got a message from Exodus. Stating that he will be his master if he has the patience to wait. Yeroc replied back that he wiil wait and as he waits Yeroc grows more impatient by the second.

The lighting was subdued without being gloomy. It looked like the natural twilight one could find on Cardia. Washed orange light filtered through skylights in the ceiling at a fairly sharp angle, further adding to the illusion of sunset and giving a serene ambiance to the room. As the light beams played along the floors and tables, it meandered around the extensive death of vegetation that hung everywhere the eye could see: yet wasn't strangling to behold. Everywhere in sight, pillars topped with artistic cravings of Sith Masters thrived; a newly crafted one in respect to his own ascendance.

As the Protocol Droid led him to his table, Exodus kept appeased with his recent assimilation on Naboo. Nurgle's message had been cryptic at best: Without a doubt, he would make time to see such a significant comrade, but in regards to what was what concerned the Sith Master.

He arrived at the table and was reverentially seated, the notice of his presence would be passed onto Nurgle, but it was likely that he and most others would've already sensed his daunting quintessence.

Exodus could sense Nurgle approach from behind him. The Sith Master turned to see Nurgle hobble toward him.

"How was your trip? What were doing while you were gone?

The Sith Master took a seat across from Exodus. His breathing mask was not with him, and yet the Sith appeared to be breathing normally. Exodus could tell something was off about him.

Xelker had been waiting in the Academy for some time now, leaning up against the wall half-asleep. He wasn't dead yet, which was good. But he hadn't been approached, either. Things were beginning to get a bit dull in these halls... Xelker wondered what the other person was up to.

Pulling an old-fashioned die from his pocket, a recent find from his travels, Xelker rounded the hallway and spotted Yeroc Otten. Another hopeful, perhaps? He didn't give the impression of being a Lord yet; didn't have the aura. Xelker wasn't being bombarded with waves of hatred, fear, malice, and what have you. Perhaps he'd found someone to talk to. "You there! Are you already a member of the Sith?"

The Sith Master Exodus managed to clutch his own flimsy chair and whip it around so that the back of it met his chest as he sat before Nurgle. The inexplicable man was without his breathing apparatus once again, although he never looked into it as much, something was always peculiar about this one. Great armored lengths of arms slid themselves onto the decaying table as strong rapturous eyes gazed into another's.

Exodus suddenly heard a hum at Exodus's back. He could feel the heat of a lightsaber on his neck and his ears caught the raspy breathing of Nurgle's mask.

"Turn around. Slowly."

Exodus complied and was greeted with a vision of Nurgle. And yet Nurgle still sat across from him. Exodus could now see that the Nurgle behind him had a much stronger Force signature. A grin, very odd looking on one such as Nurgle, spread across the Sith's face. He was like a kid showing of his latest toy. His lightsaber returned to his side.

"Pretty amazing, huh? You would have been killed right there if I'd really been after you. Come here, come over here quickly."

Nurgle spoke into a small device.

"Rise, Nurgler."

It was his name for his android. The thing rose from its seat.

"It's synthetic flesh contains my blood. An artificial heart keeps it pumping. The creature needs no blood of course, but that's why you couldn't sense me. I kept my Force aura low. His was stronger, because it is my living blood flowing through this machine. I could have danced behind you and you would not have sensed anything. Well, I guess you might have heard that. Nevertheless, it is good enough to fool the greatest of Force-users. Brilliant if I don't say so myself."

Nurgle had it turn around, so Exodus could see that it appeared exactly as Nurgle did. It even had a lightsaber at its side.

"It's a perfect decoy, should the need ever arise. Not much use in a lightsaber battle, I'm afraid. It has an advanced combat system and could probably take a padawan or low level knight, but most Sith or Jedi would not find it much of a challenge. Of course, it could be a distraction long enough to escape, or stick a lightsaber in their back. What do you think? I could make you one for yourself. You never know when such a thing might come in handy."

Nurgle had something else to talk to Exodus about of course. He hoped to soften the man with the offer. And he was genuinely proud of his craftsmanship.

Exodus even managed an amused expression as he too was impressed by the design. The thought didn't frighten him at the least; death was an acceptable fate, one he was ready to step towards at any given moment, though none proved sufficient enough to deliver the fate. In any case, the use of such a decoy could come in handy ”“ one would never know with the Sith as they kept themselves busied in many different aspects of the galaxy.

Nurgle was pleased.

"Good. I will visit Mechis, and get the supplies necessary. I will have something for you soon. I already have some of your blood from when I gave you your gift."

Nurgle took the seat that had been vacated by the Nurgler. All the excitement had left him weak. His voice was audibly shakier than usual as he spoke.

"I have on question to ask you. If things were to be shaken up around here, would you side with me?"

A brief message, delivered in the same style and manner as before, had been relayed to Exodus..

"What I want to know is why this place seems so empty. This place should theoretically be crawling with Sith." Xelker tossed the die into the air. Caught it. "You know? Or are you as new to this little game as I am?" He again tossed the die, waiting for an answer to satisfy him.

The question raised much speculation within seconds' time. A brow slanted itself in utmost unexpectedness due to the severity of the inquiry. Where would such a thing spring from, and why was Exodus' the one to be asked. It kept him silent for a long-lasting moment in time, but his stare never wavered.

”œI”””œ

The comm. frequency cut in abruptly; he sat silent once again, slightly annoyed at the rude interruptions but attentive on the message at hand ”“ Of course, War was upon them and the Sith Master Exodus' time was definitely limited. His role, for once in his life, was an important one to this entire order. He had finally achieved that self-assurance necessary to ascend to the next level. Truly, he felt untouchable.

"This is the hallway i dought the sith would be resting at this time of day"

Now is that all you want or is there more Yeroc said impatiently. If that is not all please hesitate to ask. Yeroc then walked down the hallway and saw a door that was open a little bit. Being as curious as he was he looked inside and saw Exodus and Nurgle talking in there. Yeroc stayed and watched to see what they were talking about.

Xelker watched, silently, as a man crossed the halls and left. The man had scarely given him a glance before disappearing; he projected a powerful aura. There was no doubt that man had been a Sith Lord... and he'd just walked away.

After all the stories he'd heard, Xelker couldn't believe this was how the Sith operated. Perhaps this was their test? Perhaps they were hiding, watching to see how Xelker (and the other guy, to whom Xelker was taking a dislike) would react? That had to be it. If the Sith simply ignored potential, then they were fools. Elias Xelker, however, was a crafty sort. He doubted the Sith were that stupid- it was implausible, considering how many of them there seemed to be.

He followed Yeroc down the hallway. The man appeared to be eavesdropping, or at least had been before the Sith Lord left. He went over to him, noting the man's aggrivation (though whether it was to seeing Xelker approach or the Sith depart), and peeked in the doorway to see a pair of identical men.

"Fascinating," he murmured to himself.

Nurgle was not sure what Exodus meant by that reply. It was not quite as clear as he'd hoped. The Sith Master sensed Yeroc and Xelker.

"Come in gentleman. Even a Jedi padawan could sense you two running around."

Nurgle motioned for them to take a seat at the table.

"You two wish to learn the ways of the Sith correct?"

Choose your words carefully, Xelker thought to himself.

After checking over a chair, Xelker figured it was safe and sat down. "I can't speak for him, but I seek your teachings." He felt wary, and stayed alert for any suprises.

Stupid Xelker running and being loud. "I cant believe he is still follwing me" said Yeroc out loud by accident but not caring that he did. After Yeroc went inside to sit down. Hed met Nurgle before so he wasnt very nervous. Well he didnt actually meet him but he has sent a message to him before.

Nurgle knew that much. The real question was why they wanted to join the Sith. Nurgle was not one to just teach anyone in the ways of the Sith. They had to be willing to work very hard, and had to have the right motivations for seeking this knowledge.

"You have both come to the right place then. What drives you to become Sith?"

Yeroc said finally then he thaught about the question for a minute. Then finally said "what drives me to become a sith is that I want power I want to learn the ways of the force to kill people and I want to have a lightsaber while I do it." Then Yeroc thaught to himself, in a chuckle, lets see what Xelker has to say.

Xelker let Yeroc speak first, out of a slight curiosity as to what made the man tick. His answer was hardly suprising. He wanted the Force so he could kill people and get a lightsaber. Sounded like the typical goon; and the ideal henchman. But that would be for later. Xelker took a breath, and then responded.

"Why do I want to become a Sith? I have two main motivations: My first is to become something more than just a common man. I don't want to live the life of a mere spacer, shuttling people and possessions all around the galaxy until I end up dead in a bar brawl, forgotten by all and looked upon as yet another dead nobody. Rather, I want to be respected... and feared. In becoming a Sith, I will enter into an existance that commoners dream of. Much more than just a man- a Force-user, one of those who bend the forces of life and death to their will. I would have power over the rabble, and I would have status.

My second motivation... is to control. I want to learn, simply, the ways by which I can manipulate the minds of others. To reach into one's consciousness and twist him into a helpless, begging slave. To whittle away at the mind, sharpening it into a useful tool. Manipulation... it can prove to be stronger than any fist, any gun, any blade.

THAT, my Lord, is why I seek to join your ranks."

Xelker leaned back in his seat, shooting Yeroc a glance. He hoped the Sith Lord would find his answers tolerable.

Nurgle thought Yeroc's answer somewhat foolish. But he admired the man's drive. Xelker, in contrast, had clearly thought his reasons out a great deal. But he saw great potential within them both.

"I will train both of you. But I warn you, my training will be rough. If you are not willing to be tested in this way, you are free to seek a less demanding Master."

Yeroc knew that he could have come up with something better but after he said that he would train them Yeroc just smiled. Yeroc then said that he is grateful for the gratitude and accepted the training. Yeroc still thaught that his reply was better than Xelkers because Xelker sounds like he was talking to a person who was wanting to be a jedi. But nevertheless Yeroc kept his thaughts to himself and expected to better than Xelker. Not like it was a compitetion but lightsaber training was his dream.

Yeroc also wanted to kill people, as wierd as it sounds, but he has always been somwhat bloodthirsty. Thats why he could never be a jedi its disgusting how they actually help people.

Xelker slowly nodded, and said "I accept your training. Whatever it takes for me to ascend." He took a deep breath, and began mentally preparing himself for whatever came next.

Xelker shot Yeroc an annoyed glare. "Don't be so simple-minded. He said that his training would be ROUGH, and demanding. From what I get, this'll be more intense than the usual Sith training. Just think about that; it's what the brain's there for," he snapped.

Yeroc stopped laughing after Xelker said that then Yeroc shot up and almost strangled Xelker. Saying "If you ever talk to me like that again I will not hesitate to kill you"! Yeroc said in an almost deathdefying voice.
