  1. Kitt

    Space

Kitt sat in his Jedi Ace as it was in hyperspace. All the Jedi Master could do was think and meditate on the very future. His ability with Psychometry gave him some strong insight during his meeting with the Dark Lord's apprentice, but he wasn't sure what to do with the information he now possessed. Maybe his time on Nar Shaddaa would prove very enlightening, but he was still certain that he could spin what he knew to his own advantage. But now only time would tell what would come from the future, so until he arrived at Nar Shaddaa, he would mediate.
  2. Kitt acknowledged what Kirlocca said. Kashyyyk had been hurt over and over again by the galaxy. A few more instances might just drive them to withdraw from the galaxy, if they don't try to start a war with it. But for the feeling in the Force was indeed echoed from within the Order. While there were clear plans from the Sith Order to wipe out the Jedi, they would not be the ones to cause such damage. And he wasn't sure the Jedi Order would have to strength to do what is need for survival. "That is a reality that I am hesitant to face. But now isn't the time for it. I must make race with all speed to Nar Shaddaa. The power has been restored, which means the security cameras are active. Carefully choose where you put out information, or even discuss it. I shall return once I finish business on Nar Shaddaa. Nishtant and Dean are both resting here. I shall return to pick them up." Kitt didn't wait, as he needed to make his journey fast and quick. He could feel that his presence would soon be strongly needed for the galaxy, even more so with the Jedi Order. He shouldn't delay any more then needed.
  3. Kitt almost laughed when Kirlocca asked about a wild turn. If only the Wookiee Master knew what has transpired over the past few days, he might not have said what he did without a smile upon his face. "A wild turn indeed. The contained attack on Kashyyyk that I have investigated has come up with a few short leads that will likely turn into a bigger mess if I push it anymore then what I'm doing now. On top of that, Kashyyyk has made it clear that they are demanding answer as to whom has come to their home at the threat of becoming an independent system, which makes the Jedi involvement all the more worse. And to make matters worse, I have over-ruled the Sith as a potential suspect. My only lead is the Hutts at this moment." Kitt decided against informing him of the encounter that he had with the Dark Lord and his apprentice, whom was only recently here before the two Jedi arrived. He would wait to tell them why rebuilding the Temple was key, and why it's importance had increased.
  4. Kitt could suddenly feel both Kirlocca and Dahar arrive on Gala. They both seemed to be in a light hearted mood from what the Jedi Master could feel through the Force. Standing up, he decided that he would greet them at the entrance. As he arrived, they both also arrived. He gave them both a bow and then spoke rather softly. "I am glad that you both are here. My task that I gave to you has become even more important recently. Not to mention that I am now hurried to uncover a great many things."
  5. He held the stone as he watched her leave. As he stared after her, he couldn't help but feel as if he would indeed see her again, whether through the battlefield or some other manner, he knew he would see her. Carefully handling the stone as to not tamper with it until her blood dried, he went back to meditate until Kirlocca and Dahar showed up.
  6. Kitt smiled at the thought. While he trusted her, he didn't want to openly expose a possible chance to have any of the Jedi Temple's exposed by her master. So he decided on another route in which she can connect with him. "If you need to, think of a meeting place as you touch an object. Then send it to me at this location. Trust me, the message will be received." Not many in the galaxy knew or fully remembered the gift of psychometry, not even Force users. It was one of the reasons that kept Kitt in touch with the mysteries of the universe when he couldn't understand things. It was also a good way to send private messages to him.
  7. Kitt slowly nodded to her. There was something different about her then what he had encountered before. She held seething anger and hatred, but she was not akin to the Sith likeness. Her mind set thought down a similar path, and her actions as well, but it was not the Sith path that she walked. No, she would never become the Dark Lord, but she would be easy to influence in the future if such a thing ever came to it. She may one day be on the side of the Jedi, or at least more neutral then she is now. Taking her hand, allowing for his own hand to get covered in her blood, he welcomed her shake. He offered her up a smile when their hands were no longer clasped. "I am glad to have helped you. Take care of yourself until we meet again."
  8. "Then wait here." Kitt grabbed his lightsaber hilt back and then turned and walked away from her, leaving her alone in the coolness of the slight illumination that the old Temple radiated. He walked back into an old training facility that would soon be revived by Kirlocca and Dahar and retrieved from it a lightsaber hilt of a Jedi whom had left it. The Temple carried a few real lightsabers for the purpose of a full experience in training for padawans, but one would not be missed. Returning back to the young lady, he handed her the lightsaber hilt. "There, that one should not bring up any form of skepticism. And as for your wounds..." Once she accepted the hilt, Kitt flung his wrist, launching her back and through a wall. Making sure it would hold a bit more damage, he followed her as he continued to hold her with the Force and flung her through one more wall. The walls would be okay to be broken as they would be rebuilt soon anyways. As she had gone through the second wall, Kitt released her from his hold and allowed for her to make a natural fall to the ground. "Would those wounds be sufficient for your master?" Kitt wasn't taunting her but plainly asking her. Going through two walls wouldn't occur in a fight unless she picked a fight with someone who was clearly beyond her skill. In fact, only a few Jedi Masters would be able to do such damage. Over time during a fight, a Jedi Knight may be able to pull something like that off. He was almost sure the damage would be sufficient for her master.
  9. Within the Force, Kitt could find not reason at this point not to grant the young lady her request. Slowly, he withdrew his own lightsaber and took out his crystals, placing them in his belt. He then handed the lightsaber to her. "I hope you know and understand what you're doing." With that, Kitt awaited her to take the lightsaber hilt and for the 'exchange of pain' that she needed.
  10. Kitt at this point felt a desire within himself to help this young woman out, but he wasn't willing to bring her harm in order for her to get what she needed. Reaching out with the Force, the Grandmaster attempted to find a ripple that would point to this Jedi that could have harm and death come to them, but there were too many to follow at the moment. Letting out a breath, he spoke with a strong calmness. "I will help you, but only if you are absolutely positive that there is no other way for me to do so without harming you."
  11. Kitt could sense no lie within her words or her mind. But even with what she was requesting, it seemed strange as to why she was being asked to do this. And it was also clear that there was no part attached to Haphaestus in all of this, or so he could tell from the ripples within the Force. Hesitantly, he spoke with caution in his own words. "I can sense you will hold to honor in this, but I feel I must ask as to why or whom you must do this for." There was confusion within Kitt's own mind as he tried to figure out why such a deal needs to be struck by this young Force user. If she could shed a little light onto the situation, it would greatly help ease his mind.
  12. He couldn't place it, but the white clothe seemed off to him. Deciding that if he was to discover what her purpose would be, he would allow for her to speak and feel free during this time. But he was not absent of ignoring the feeling that she carried deep within her. So with that in mind, he proceeded with caution. "I can recognize it, and will allow for you to explain to me this purpose."
  13. The presence was moving very slowly and carefully, but it was still moving. Kitt was almost dumbfounded as to what purpose this person held in entering the Jedi Praxeum this way. Had he not been able to feel a Force presence, he would have assumed it was a vulture looking to pick up artifacts of the Jedi, but the Temple wasn't abandoned that long ago to have it common knowledge yet. Deciding to directly address this entry, he stood up from his meditation and walked towards the presence. As he neared, he could see the all too familiar girl who was at the Dark Lords side on Coruscant. Is she following me? It was a curious maneuver for the Dark Lord to make, one that might hold more answers upon a direct conversation with the relatively young Force user. "You seem to be very far away from your master young one."
  14. As his meditation began, Kitt was able to sense something that appeared familiar to him. It was a sense of a seething anger that carried with it loathing to a degree. True, he never actually felt something like it in the Force, but he felt as if he should. The sense was strong enough for him to reach out and seek it. It took him a moment, but he eventually did find it. Right outside the the Praxeum, a presence within the Force. He wasn't fully sure yet of what his reaction should be. If he flat out ignored it, it could spell a tragedy of sorts. But on the other hand, to directly address it could result in an opportunity lost. He decided that he would keep an open eye on it through the Force and allow for the presence to make their way to him. Then, he would deal with it as needed.
  15. ((I'm sorry for posting actions, but these two are inactive at the moment.)) Kitt was tired from the long journey from Coruscant to Gala. He could only imagine what both Nishtant and Dean were feeling, but time in the Force seemed very hard pressed for him to arrive as the quickest speed he could. As the small group landed, they had to then walk from the main starport to the Gala Temple, which would soon be rebuilt as the Jedi Praxeum. The walk was far, even further then the Tython walk, and he wasn't fully sure the young men would be up for the long journey, but he would help them as much as he could so that they would arrive. About eight hours later, all three made it to a blacked out Jedi Temple. Kitt made it priority to head to the power and security and have them powered up so that both Dean and Nishtant could get some much needed rest from their long journey. After an hour passed, Kitt managed to get everything turned on and up and running without major difficulty. Now that he had done that part of the job, he made his way to the main hall alone, allowing for both Dean and Nishtant to get their rest, he would sit and meditate until Kirlocca and Dahar showed up so that he could finished his business on Gala and head off for Nar Shaddaa.

    Kashyyyk

Kitt wasn't all that surprised that he would receive a transmission from the dark Lord shortly after ruling out the Sith as a possible framer. But still, there may be some merit in meeting with him, so Kitt sent a reply and then put his comlink away until further notice. Turning towards his padawan and the Honor Guard, he spoke in a tone that suggested he may have been thoughtful. "I think it's time I head to Coruscant and investigate things. Until I return, it may be wise to lock-down your starports until the true killers have been caught." The Honor Guard thanked him for the little work he did do and then returned his lightsaber back to him after they escorted him back to the landing pad. Climbing into his Jedi Ace, Kitt then took off for Coruscant and what now could turn into a turning point.

    Kashyyyk

Kitt and Dean didn't wait very long before they were given access to land at Rwookrrorro. The decent was longer then what Kitt remembered, but it wasn't worth complaining about, as he could have been flat outright denied and sort of landing. Luckily, that wasn't the case due to his prior experiences with the Wookiees. Having both Jedi Aces make a soft landing, Kitt climbed out and was greeted by the Wookiee Chieftain and his Honor Guard. Bowing before them, Kitt spoke with much respect towards them. "I want to thank you for granting us permission to land. I can promise you that my time here won't waste any of yours. I also welcome the watch of the Honor Guard as me and my apprentice investigate the horrible acts that were committed here not long ago." The Chieftain made a few series of howls and barks back at Kitt, explaining that he would allow them to investigate but they now held a policy with all outsiders. With all of his years spent with Kirlocca, he came to understand the language very fluently. "I can fully understand the need to protect your people, so I will happily oblige to surrendering my lightsaber." Kitt withdrew his lightsaber hilt and handed it over to one of the Honor Guards. Dean, still being a padawan, didn't carry a lightsaber, so they didn't have to take a weapon away from him. "Now, lets not waste any time. I am sure that we both are longing for an answer as to whom was really behind such an act." With that, the Honor Guard lead Kitt and Dean towards the location of where they were holding to droids that attacked. Once they were done there, they would then see the bodies of the Wookiee whom had died at the hands of the lightsaber wielding impostor. As the group entered one of the nearby tree huts, Kitt instantly could smell the decay of flesh. The Wookiees had placed both the droids and the Wookiee corpses in the same area. Doing his best not to let the smell bother him, he moved towards one of the broken droids and began to comb and searched every part of the outer shell. One of the Honor Guard growled to inform Kitt that there was no serial number, as he could tell what the Jedi master was looking for. "No serial number indicates a custom made droid. Primary shops that carry such models without a serial number are restricted to the black market. Coruscant and Nar Shaddaa are their two primary outlets." Kitt kept quiet that Black Sun owned one of the black markets on Coruscant, as they still held possession over the planet. In his own mind, he had to rule them out, as if such an attempt was made by them, it could backfire. In fact, the chances of an outcome favorable to Smash would be only fifteen percent. Those aren't the type of chances Smash go's out on. No, it had to be the Hutts. But there was still the question of the one armed lightsaber wielding menace that took the planet by surprise. Walking over to one of the corpse, Kitt carefully placed his hand upon the dead Wookiee's head. As he did, he allowed for the Force to take over as he began to use Psychometry to help him discover something about the Wookiee's murderer. Within Kitt's mind, he was able to see the event occur before him. The lightsaber wielding menace appeared before him as he went to slaughter the Wookiee. Whomever it was, Kitt was able to tell that it was neither a Jedi nor a Sith, as the swings were way too sloppy for a trained Force user. Taking his hand off of the Wookiee, Kitt turned to face the Honor Guard. "It was neither Jedi nor Sith. The user was too sloppy for either one. This man truly is an impostor. I however cannot provide an answer to whom it is without the body of the killer. And since you have already disposed of him, our only lead is the droid from the black market." This wasn't a good start for his investigation. Part of Kitt wanted to find a Sith whom did the murdering, but they were clean... at least for this aspect of it. Letting out a sigh, Kitt began to plot his next move. He would need to each Coruscant and get Corsec to track what elements they could from the black market there. He would have to take on Nar Shaddaa as it was beyond the Galactic Alliances jurisdiction.

    Kashyyyk

Two Jedi Aces pulled out of hyperspace above the planet Kashyyyk. Kitt send a request to land at one of the landing platforms in Rwookrrorro. The request also asked for the Wookiee Chieftain to meet them at the landing platform. Kitt had helped the Wookiees many times before, and they were indeed loyal to the Jedi through both Kitt's and Kirlocca's ties to them. e was certain that he would be given the chance to clear his name, if there was anything to clear to begin with. Chances are, no one fully understands the way the Order operates enough to forge such an attempt and pin it on them.
  19. ((Where is my apprentice?)) After a very brisk walk, Kitt and Dean made it into Ashla. Walking into the communication center in the city, Kitt was quick to greet one of the workers, whom knew the Jedi Master well. After happy hug and hellos the communications tech, Haroet, gave some details of the news breaking out over the galaxy before opening up the holonet for the Jedi master to see for himself. Kitt remained quiet as he contemplated over the many situations. "Naboo is, while populated, it's very remote. I wonder why such an attack would do to gain someone anything? And Kashyyyk? The Jedi relationship we have with them puts us at an odd place to actually do some even close. It may be that someone is trying to get out attention. Either way, they have it now. Haroet, send someone you trust to the Jedi temple within the blackout zone. Inform Masters Scorp and Darex of the situation and that I am heading off to Kashyyyk. I will contact them shortly after my arrival." Kitt hoped that the communications would be up and running at that point. If not, he would be on his own. He paused as he looked at Dean. Turning back around towards Haroet he gave his friend one last set of instructions. "You are also familiar with Roene my former apprentice during the Temple's building process? Send word to him to report to Naboo to offer his aid." Kitt then directed Dean towards the landing platforms, one of which was a housing for the Jedi Aces. This platform was always under watch and lock unless a Jedi accessed it. As they slowly mounted their starfighters, Kitt took a moment to stretch out his perceptions to see if someone could actually feel the Jedi Temple's presence on Tython without looking for it. No... It just felt like the Force with a hint that it favored the Light Side. This provided Kitt with comfort in knowing that the Temple could not be found by anyone who is not a Force User, and even a Force user would have to know what they were looking for. After his engines were warmed up, Kitt lifted up and took of for Kashyyyk.
  20. In Kitt's mind, Coruscant would actually be the safest spot for any Jedi to begin their travels, as with the Galactic Alliance still in the beginning stages of forming and the mass amount of people on the planet, finding a lone Jedi would be difficult. Let alone, finding a group of them. No, Tirius would be fine. Kitt was sure of that. If not, hopefully the training Kitt provided him with would be enough for survival. "Very well then. You can go. Keep your comlink active." Kitt then continued himself to walk out of the Tython Temple and into the forest with his apprentice Dean. With luck, they would arrive at Ashla within ten minutes if the two could keep a brisk walk going the entire time.
  21. Kitt was about to make his way fully towards the exit of the Temple for a short walk to Ashla, but was interrupted by one of his former padawans. Tirius, a very strong and wise Jedi Knight. For some reason, Kitt was pleased to see him. The request that he asked however, was not as pleasing to his ears. With a growing threat in the Force that was on the move, he was hesitant to allow any Jedi to just leave without him knowing where they were headed. "I will allow for you to leave under two conditions. I want you to remain in constant contact with the Jedi Order. I also want to know where you are headed." He would have also liked to know what sort of personal business he needed to attend to, but Kitt wasn't going to push to figure out what it was.
  22. As soon as Kirlocca left, one of the CommCenter techs walked in. He held a great deal of concern within his eyes. "What is it?" "Grandmaster Fitt, there is an awful lot of chatter trying to make it through to the Jedi Temple. I think you might want to speed up the communications array or visit Ashla to figure out what's going on." "I'll go visit Ashla. It's probably nothing more then idle chatter." It was a lie. Kitt could sense within the Force a great many disturbances. But he wouldn't want to panic Dean or the tech. Turning towards Dean he offered him a smile. "Lets make a walk into town to see what all the fuss is about."
  23. "To tell the truth, I don't want to know how to make it so. In fact, I don't want you to tell me or anyone else in the Jedi Order. It allows for us to be deniable when the subject comes up." It was hot water that he would be threading with this, but it also gave him a chance to maneuver the Jedi Order into a position of better survival in case the Sith ever did try something against them. "Also, I won't send any padawans or younglings to be at Gala until you finish the construction. There may be a few Galactic Alliance spies to show up during the construction process. They'll want to keep tabs on us as they do the Sith. Allow for them to leave whatever bugs they place."
  24. Kitt wasn't all that surprised that Kirlocca went straight in. The Wookiee always was someone whom preferred to get everything up front when he could. "It's simple. I wish to test the will of the Sith." His very statement brought forth looks of confusion from both Kirlocca and Dean. Smiling as he let out a breath, he spoke in a quieter tone. "With this formation of the Galactic Alliance, both Jedi and Sith have been reset to zero on the influence charts. We as Jedi couldn't care less, our job and role isn't to be political figures. The Sith on the other hand, may be looking for a chance to gain influence. That present a problem for them. They won't be able to touch the Jedi Order during this time, or else face the backlash of being removed from such influence. And then whom will they be able to turn to? No organization will be able to take on the Galactic Alliance any time soon within the next ten years." "The Dark Lord won't be able to execute full control over his order. Any and every little small engagement from a Sith puts them into a position further away from Galactic domination. Every step towards Galactic domination puts them further away from destroying the Jedi Order. You think people such as Faust can be controlled by this Dark Lord? No, he'll make attacks against the Jedi, which will in turn have the Galactic Alliance put the Sith in a position of having to remove one of their own." Kitt let out another breath and his face became thoughtful. "Eventually, I plan to put an enclave right next to their Sith Temple on Coruscant. Boldly stand next to them and smile. Daring them to do anything other then go for Galactic domination."
  25. Kitt had made it to the Crystal Chamber before Kirlocca and his apprentice Dean. As he awaited them, he allowed for his own mind to start to go over each step as it was crucial for him opposing the Sith. Granted, his maneuver was ever so slight and small that neither the Jedi nor the Sith may ever see his movements against them until it was too late. But it was better that way. Touching the smooth rock of the walls, Kitt half wondered if he should practice some of his skills while he waited, but decided against it. Now wasn't the time for him to get better at Phase. As soon as he did decided against practicing, he could feel Dean and Kirlocca begin to enter the room. As they entered, Kitt gave them both a nod of the head and awaited for them to fully enter the room. "Master Kirlocca, I have a need for you to travel to Gala and rebuild the Jedi Temple there into a Praxeum for the Jedi."
