It was a program that was quickly scrapped, however, with newer and better technologies. The Empire no longer had to wait to produce soldiers, and abandoned Korin and others like him on a nameless planet, to live life out in solitude. Traders discovered the planet, and brought civilization, new peoples, colonizing the planet. It was in this way that Korin managed to find a way offworld, gaining passage into the galaxy. He has nowhere to go, but he realizes that nowhere is his home, and constantly longs for a place he can call home. It was only by luck that he managed to meet up with the Jedi. Or was it luck? His spirit grew restless on the planet filled with so many dark spirits, which only served to fuel his anger and hatred in the world beyond. With his return, Montar lashed out at those spirits which saught to keep him in the twisting nether, and ultimately fused with them, taking their knowledge and prowess as his own. As such, with his return, it is nearly impossible to determine the age of the soul within the man, for he is not one man anymore.
