Kleew-Sele Flars

Kleew walked off, and gathered a few green crystals of different sizes. He walked off into the dark cave, leaving his master behind. Kleew was a bit cold. He thought about if this were just a few days ago, he would be scared. Kleew thought about all he had learned in this short period of time. He thought about fighting Dwight on Haruun Kal, using the force to lift, and launch objects into the air. Kleew remembered about jumping onto the top of the tree on Haruun Kal, and fighting Damon on Ossus. All he had learned about the force on Ossus. Kleew found a spot to sit and work on his lightsaber. He worked for about three hours, then finally completed his weapon. Kleew connected the two parts of the hilt together. He stood, and ignighted his green lightsaber. The blade moved swiftly up, about a meter and stopped. He was amazed at the beauty of this extention of himself. He understood now. He understood what his parents had told him when he was younger about the lightsaber not being a weapon, but being an extention of the Jedi. Kleew admired the lightsaber for a second, then powered it down, and clipped it onto his belt. He walked off to meet with his master, and to show Damon his progress.

Damon's ship comes out of hyperspace, and lands on the snowy planet of Ilum. Kleew sits, reading the Datapad his master had given him, about how to build his lightsaber. A weapon agianst evil All lightsabers are constructed primary the same as far as the basics. Lightsabers have a main power core, crystals for channeling/focusing and a cpu (central processing unit). Don't let the short list of parts fool you. The power cores are specially designed to charge/recharge on its own energy. The energy reaction is re-fed into the lightsaber while the blade is activated. Otherwise it only expels energy when it comes into contact with objects. Some design their saber with an auxiliary power core. This will help the unit to recharge after use or prolong its usage. However, lightsabers can be depleted to a point where it is necessary to recharge using an external source. Because of the extreme power needed for such a weapon to be used, the core is usually heavily shielded. The primary crystal chamber is where the power source is first unleashed. Here the raw energy passes through very rare Adegan crystals. Crystals with properties favorable to constructing an efficient lightsaber and cannot be found in any other crystal nor can be produced artificially. Adega is such a far remote world that on the ice-world of Ilum, Jedi have established a hidden cavern where they are grown. Even though the crystals can be taken and assembled to a lightsaber elsewhere, they complete construction in the caverns for the full experience. It has come to light receintly that the Sith have found ways of manufacturing crystals for their lightsabers. This explains why their lightsaber blade color is red. It is also here where an optional biogenic compound can be added. This is an organic compound that is teaming with midichlorians. It is using this even rarer material that the lightsaber can become apart of the Living Force. Some say it aids Jedi while using their saber. It has been described that the lightsaber can feel alive. In a way it is, through the Force sensitive user. The enhanced energy now passes through a negatively charged magnetic coiled shaft, organizing the particles into a linear stream. From there they either tap through a focus pin or through another set of polished lenses next to a positively charged magnetic ring. It is from here the blade is exposed. The energy travels up the projected length of the blade and back down through, traversing its way back to the core. The blade can be a fixed length, usually 36", or with added lenses and controls, can be adjustable to a few inches. The width of the blade can also be affected by intensity controls. Activation buttons or switches are typically exposed on the outer skin of the lightsaber. On occasion, some have either a concealed touch plate that can recognize only its owner or the switch is internal. This type of internal switch is activated by sheer will of the Force user making it impossible for any others to use. Jedi carry their lightsabers however it suits them best. The most common way is using the covertec button clip. "D" rings are the second most common. Some may opt to use a looped leather strap. Very rarely will you see a Jedi "tuck" their saber in their belt or boot. Some have cleverly concealed them up their sleeves or in a companion droid. When Kleew was finished, he put the datapad in his pocket, and waited to see what his master had in store for him first. Kleew was a bit dissapointed that he hadden't experianced all that his master had wanted him to. He listened to his master talk about force healing. Kleew wondered what that was, he assumed hit was somewhat like force jumping, and force running. Kleew sat on the ground, and cleared his mind. He thought of only healing his bruises and cuts just as Damon had told him to. Kleew's mind was focusing on bringing himself together with the force, to heal his wounds. Kleew had very little cuts, and brusies on himself. He had gotten them from his fight with Dwight, on Haruun Kal, and his fight with Damon on Ossus. As Kleew sat with his mind clear. His wounds began to heal. It took about a minute, but then his green skin was back to normal. Kleew stood, and said, "Master, my cuts and bruises are gone." Kleew then waited, to see if his Master was ready to leave Ossus or not.

Kleew wondered through the library, admiring the ancient markings. Kleew got to a set of markings, that just compelled him to study them. He saw a figure that looked much like him. Kleew watched the markings come alive, and move on the wall infront of him. He saw a great jedi battle. Kleew watched the figure that resembled him was fighting, blocking shots from blaster rifles, and slicing the enemy only after pausing as to give them a chance to surrender. He saw the image quickly fade back into what he had seen before. Kleew ran out of the temple, and to were his master was to tell him what had happened. "Master, I was exploring the library, and the markings...they came alive. I, I saw a man, who resebled myself, fighting in what looked like a war. Then the next second, the markings were back to the same way they were before." Kleew explained. He waited for his masters reply.

Kleew listened to his master very well. He was a bit surprised that his master would be shipping him off like this, but he knew his master believed in him. Kleew knodded at Damon, and ventured into the temple. As he walked, he saw all sorts of markings on the walls. Kleew was amazed at what was on the markings detail, and how it stayed so well preserved over so much time. He continued into the temple.

((hehe...woops)) Kleew followed his master to the cave. When they reached the entrence, he was amazed by the way Damon opened the door. When he heard his master say "This is the real planet Ossus." Kleew was curious of what this meant. He waited for his master's next instructions.

Kleew stood up, and walked onto Damon's ship. R6 followed closely. Kleew got aboard the ship, and sat on the same couch he had been sleeping on a while earlier. He thought about what his master said. About him almost crossing into the dark side. Kleew understood what the darkside was, and was aware of its "flaws". He pondered the things his master had said, then slowly drifted to sleep agian.

Kleew stayed where he was, and listened to his master. "Kleew, I may be your master, but you can not be afraid to hurt me. The stun staff will not kill me. I want you to try and attack me as if I was a sith. I know until you do you will not fight me at your best, so please try harder." He repeated over and over in his head. He stood, and used the force to grab his stun staff. Kleew launched himself at his master. He begun to swing quickly, using the force to prepell him even faster. Although his master blocked every attack, Kleew was proud of the fact that he moved himself that fast. He jumped back, avoiding a slash from Damon. He landed about twenty meters away, and stalled for a minute. Then lunged at his master agian. He slashed from the top left corner down, but his master blocked it easily. Kleew stabbed at his master, but Damon knocked the stun staff to the left. Kleew brought it up, and virticly next to his head. Kleew waited for his masters next move, but he was still repeating what Damon had said earlier. "Kleew, I may be your master, but you can not be afraid to hurt me. The stun staff will not kill me. Kleew fell to the ground, and stood up quickly. He saw his master, preparing for his attack. Kleew knew he had to catch Damon off balance. He charged, and slashed with his right hand at his master's ribs. Damon brought his stun staff to his ribs, and bocked it. Kleew bounced his stun staff off of Damon's and came down with a verticle slash. His master blocked his attack once agian. Kleew jumped back, then moved quickly to his master. He used his right hand to bring his stun staff up virticly. Damon blocked the uppercut, but Kleew caught him with a kick to the chest.

Kleew stood, and thought of what he would do next for a brief moment. Then he quickly charged at his master, using the force to propell him further. Kleew first tried to kick the stun staff out of his masters hand. But with a quick slide, Damon moved slightly to the left so Kleew's foot went into the air. Kleew quickly regained his balance, and charged agian. But this time, he faked the kick, and pushed the hand which the stun staff was with the force.

Kleew-Sele listened to Damon. He nodded, and picked up the stun staff that was a regular lightsaber, just as his master had. He brought it near his face, and then swiflty moved to his masters left side, and swung quickly. Damon blocked the attack, and the master and padawan were locked.

"I have not learned to run. I have learned the basics of force jumping. I would assume it is much like it. Is it not, Master?" Kleew-Sele asked. But before his master could reply he was running. Not very fast, but faster then he usually would. When he got back to his master, he said "It seems to be very easy. Much like jumping."

Kleew-Sele looked to were his master was just pointing. Without hesitation he replied "Yes, Master." Kleew-Sele closed his eyes. He cleared his mind, and focused on nothing but the stone. The stone slowly rose. When it was about three feet off of the ground, Kleew-Sele brought it a foot away from his body, and began to rotate it. When he rotated it three times, he brought it back to were it was once placed. He was lowering it, when he heard a howling noise around him. The stone dropped immediatly, and Kleew-Sele's eyes opened. He looked toward were he heard the noise. It was nothing, but a swift gust of air. He looked to his master, and said "I'm sorry, Master."

OOC:Um, Damon, my name is Kleew-Sele not "Klee" lol. IC: "Yes, master." Kleew-Sele said when he stepped on to this planet full of mystery. He was amazed by this planet. Kleew-Sele walked next to his master, wondering what would be the 1st part of his trianing. "What shall we do first, master?"

As the ship blasted off, Kleew-Sele took a seat in the cabin of his new master's ship. He smiled, because he knew soon enough he would be a jedi. He dosed off into a deep sleep, dreaming about his ancestor Kit Fisto, and following in his footsteps.
