  1. The Twi'lek remained stoic, looking through Phillep, seeing the anxiety and impatience the man clearly held. Kase turned his concentration on the troopers, he saw them fighting a tremendous battle. Nothing could touch them. "Send me the co-ordinates of your ship, this Charybdis. I wil begin the training when I arrive."
  2. Kase sat next to the man, sensing that he was who the Twi'lek was seeking and knowing that the Force had indeed brought him to the proper place. Kase ordered a drink casually and let the man conduct his business. When the time was right Kase, keeping his voice low, asked, "When can I begin with the recruits?"
  3. Kase piloted his ship gingerly toward the Gateway. According to the chatter he had picked up over the subspace networks, this was the place to be to gather information and information is what he needed. Putting the rusted out pile of barely space worthy metal down onto a landing pad Kase wandered out. He could still feel the rumble of the once powerful engines in his legs and gut. It was nice to to be on solid footing again. Activating the locks and alarm Kase left the Firespray. As he pulled his black hood down over his forehead the blue Twi'lek made his way into the station. It didn't take the force to tell him that he was hungry, so he wandered his way into a cantina.

Kasetor felt the ship's power surge unevenly through the salvaged ship and had the computer check the systems again. Everything was checking out at optimum levels. He thumbed on the communications gear and sent out an encrypted message.
  5. Kase completed his repairs and headed up the ramp to the controls. It seemed the ship was in order. Kase radioed for permission to leave, and receiving the codes from the central computer, proceeded as planned. The blue Twi'lek felt the engines rumbling beneath him and pressed forward on the stick as the firespray lifted up and went vertical through it's standard lift-off procedures. Lifting up and through the contaminated atmosphere the ship limped into space.
  6. The comm interrupted Kase's DIY session with a trashed RHE Repulsorlift gunship's engine. Noting his charge from the Dark Master, the Twi'lek paused and then reversed the holo-vid to chapter 10. Disconnecting the negative axis power coupling. His only tools where his mind. Reaching out with the force to unscrew, unhook, disconnect, cut off, detach, disengage, separate, sever and uncouple all the wires, electronics and fasteners inside the engine. Kase soon found the part that he needed, following the instructions carefully to remove and inspect it. The curiously angled part hung in the air before him, orbited by a ring of screws and bolts and o rings to seal the tubes that dangled like tentacles of a hutt's drool. Kase made his way back to his Firespray project and de-activated the lock. Seeing the lights flash and hearing the chirping sound again the Twi'lek knew he'd have to disengage that noise in order to ensure his stealth. He made his way back and down into the engine to repair the damaged ship and sent out an encrypted com in response to his command...
  7. Kase searched his database quickly for ships which would have a matching negative axis power coupling and came up with a few matches. Bypassing the original locks and security codes, Kase overwrote them with his own, keying in a security code he journeyed carefully out into the technology graveyard. Pressing a keyfob the Twi'lek watched as the lights flashed and heard a reassuring beep which let him know the ship had been locked. Searching quietly for the part he needed Kase traveled deep into the North Raxus Prime territory...
  8. Kase reached his destination and quietly examined the hull of the forgotten ship. The hull was laser scored, but not punctured, covering the ship's paint in seared black splotches. According to his holo-guide this was a late model Firespray-Class patrol and attack ship. Using the force to reach out and open the lower hatch Kase entered the cramped space inside the ship. Making his way around and examining the ship's systems the Twi'lek found that they appeared to be functional. Powering up the Kuat X-F-16 power generators Kase watched as the lights blinked on like a tired old Hutt waking up from his afternoon nap. According to the ship logs the crew abandoned ship right after takeoff from Coruscant. Several of the escape pods had been jettisoned... The ship had apparently been programmed to land here on Raxus Prime in an attempt to lure it's pursuers into the dangerous sites of the Sith weapons systems. Judging by the exterior he had seen damage, Kase guessed the ruse had worked. The computer reported that the power coupling on the negative axis has been polarized.... Kase would have to explore a bit more to find a replacement....
  9. Kase nodded, having been surveying the land from the height of the massive tower. A particular gleam of light against brilliant metal had attracted his attention, and without saying a word Kase left his former master and his new apprentice. Riding down on the turbolift the Twi'lek examined the contents of a holo-guide he had loaded with information about ship systems and repair while in the temple. "This should prove an interesting task." The Twi'lek said, drawing connections between his lightsaber construction and the electronics and engine systems of the various fighters and ships. The atmosphere had a thick, musky stench to it that Kase enjoyed much more then the dry air of Tatooine or the stale breezeless air of Mimban. Walking through the rough terrain, Kase headed towards his destination...

"Interesting little creature" Kase nodded. "What do these ewoks have to offer the Sith which would interest us? Withdrawing the Temple's defense systems would certainly come with a great price, and I doubt these.... creatures.... could pay a single credit." Kase laughed softly at the image in his head... "I certainly can't imagine an army of them doing anyone any good, and judging by their size they surely can't consist a hearty work force. Are they particularly tasty when grilled?"

    Byss

Kase gazed with much interest at the holographic projection John was studying. Never before had the Twi'lek seen such an odd creature.

Kase entered and sat along side of his former Master. The blue twi'lek moved gracefully, almost as if floating underneath his dark robes. Looking through the force and through his eyes at the many hopefuls gathered. He sensed many able students and looked forward to finding what darkness lay inside the one who would be his apprentice.

    Mimban

Kase was sure that he had never piloted anything more then a speeder during his time on Tatooine. It was entirely possible that in his lost memories was the fact that he had been the best star fighter in the galaxy. Kase laughed silently to himself at such a ridiculous claim. There was ALWAYS someone better, only a fool would make such a claim for himself or about anyone really. The controls of the shuttle did nothing to jog his memory. Kase listened closely to John's answers and watched him program the ship. Kase hoped that hidden deep in whatever past had led him to this moment was some additional knowledge of star ship systems, because his former master was pressing ALOT of buttons and quickly at that. When John instructed Kase to pilot the ship to the surface the Twi'lek looked at the control panel and pressed a red button...

    Mimban

Kase entered the ship and watched John carefully, trying to learn how to fly a ship. He had never really piloted before, and knew that he'd need to know how. The twi'lek stayed out of the way, and mostly silent, but asked a few questions about the control panel, and space flight in general.

Kase felt his chest ready to explode with the pressure from his closed off circulatory system. His heart was crushing in on itself, valves flapping shut and folding in in terrible pain. His arms shot with pain and the blood flow to his mind was severed, breaking off his concentration and connection with the force. He materialized, wretching in pain and welcomed his former Master's congratulations, partly glad to have been given the recognition, and partly glad to have lived through the battle with such a esteemed warrior. As his pain eased the Twi'lek bowed himself in respect as John left the room.
