Raised in a violent society, and an exceptionally violent clan, he learned the ways of the hunter and the warrior from a young age. Many competitions ended up bloody as he fought his way for respect amongst his clan. The young Rodian took a strong liking to blades and close-combat, eschewing long-range weaponry in favor of a pair of vibro-daggers. When he was old enough and experienced enough (or so he thought), he attempted to slay a ghest. The hunt lasted a few weeks as he made preparations and attempted to lure the ghest to a trap of his design. The day finally came when his mettle was tested and the trap was sprung. The ghest was only partially restrained due to a malfunction in the trip, an error on the part of Chorvat. It nearly cost him the hunt, and very well could've cost him his life. He survived and slew the beast, earning himself the esteemed title of ghestslayer. He was granted permission by his clan to leave Rodia, and hooked up with a small crew . Initially, they worked in slaving operations, where he learned and soon did well enough to lead his own small team of four. Bounty hunting was next and the Ghestslayer found it difficult to make a name for himself even after a number of his hunts, not all of them successful. Background: Chorvat is cynical in nature. Always with a smart mouth, especially in Rodese. He is quick to pull the trigger and slow to make inquiries. He's especially jumpy when he's on spice. While somewhat smart, he doesn't learn very well from past mistakes, usually believing himself capable. He loves violence, credits, and shapely female humanoids, especially Rodian. Chorvat's strength is personal combat and hunting. He loves to hunt and fight. Loves it. Cannot get enough of it. That is also his weakness. He also abuses certain spices to give him an 'edge' in battle, boosting his strength and dexterity. The withdrawal from this leaves him weak and sickly for some period of time.
