As a teenager his parents forced him to move to Coruscant where he jumped from job to job due to his incompetence. At some point he fell into being trained by a Sith. He got lost while trying to pilot a star fighter and ended up on Naboo where he unintentionally joined a nudist colony. After a short stint there he joined a mercenary group on Tatooine, due to his ineptness he couldn't turn the safety off his blaster and everyone else in the group died in a fire fight, Wybert feigned death and got away.
