Background: 

Astrea lived a good and comfortable life, being the daughter of a Zeltron ambassador. That is, until she was 14, when her family was caught up in the violence of a bloody coup. She witnessed horrors that broke her inside, leaving her numb to the galaxy. She'd been passed around as a slave for nine long years, subject to answering the whims of the very rich and elite to whom her family once rubbed elbows. The Zeltron gullibility eroded over time, and her mind became much sharper as she learned to be quiet and observe. Finally she seized upon an opportunity to poison her last owner, killing everyone in his house. Unfortunately, she didn't think she'd have to evade the Sith authorities, who took her prisoner.
