Background:

The Cult of Morthos is relatively new in terms of galactic history, having only arisen in the aftermath of Faust's attempted murder on the Galaxy and the subsequent bounty placed on Force users. The original founders of the cult had become nothing short of enthralled by the power that the wayward Faust had posessed. Likening him to nothing short of a god, the cult intended to find the next prophet of power that would rise to fill the shadow and gap left with Faust's defeat. But with the bounty on Force users, they had to work from within the shadows, leaving no names, no titles, and no faces for the Galactic Alliance to hunt and pursue. Over time the cult grew, as did their shady and dark doings, and they continued to skirt the shadows of the galaxy, as their ideology began to change from collecting like minded individuals to virtual brainwashing and indoctrination.

Now, the Cult continues its search, collecting ancient texts, writings, and artifacts that they feel will bring their new god to the galaxy.
