Background:

 

IC - 2487 is a new batch of clones created for the purpose of new commando training setup by the Imperial Remnant. The Rebirth Project took the idea of the original clones and added broken down traits of species from he galaxy to make them stronger. Because of this, many of them did not take the implants, causing over 76 precent of the 3000 died. Fresh out of the tank, 87 poses skills required by most of the commandos produced. However, 87 excelled with all of his weapon training, earning him a title amongst the rookies known as Weapon Whisperer. Those who watched the development of the new clones also took notice and handed him the rank of Lieutenant, rushing him and his squad into deployment.

 

After being deployed and having to wait over two years in deep space, he learned much about troop deployment and ship maneuvers, as was apart of his DNA of cloning.
