Armiena Draygo's character sheet

Recommended Posts

They are more to me than life, these voices, they are more than motherliness and more than fear; they are the strongest, most comforting thing there is anywhere: they are the voices of my comrades. I am no longer a shuddering speck of existence, alone in the darkness;—I belong to them and they to me; we all share the same fear and the same life, we are nearer than lovers, in a simpler, a harder way; I could bury my face in them, in these voices, these words that have saved me and will stand by me.

Armiena Draygo CHARACTER SHEET

Identity

Real Name: Armiena Draygo

A.K.A: Draygo

Homeworld: Alderaan

Species: Human (Half-Miraluka Hybrid)

Physical Description

After several years of relative inactivity, Armiena Draygo’s muscles have atrophied visibly. This will change as she returns to training. Her skin is crisscrossed with scars from a variety of wounds: blasters, blades, bullets, and most recently a delicate, fractal-like pattern across her entire torso and right arm after having absorbed a lightning strike on Coruscant. She moves with intensity and energy despite her current frailty, as though she is permanently dressed to rush into battle.

Age: 48

Height: 5’8”

Weight: Of somewhat slight build. She is clearly in physical training, but is not quite "muscular."

Hair: Short and black, with numerous grey streaks throughout. She typically keeps it tied back.

Eyes: Pale green

Sex: Female

Equipment

Clothing or Armor: Armiena typically wears a black jumpsuit that fastens at the neck. There are a reinforced pads around the vitals that are somewhat resistant to knives and blaster fire, but the jumpsuit is not intended for use as armor.

For Jedi occasions, she will wear loosely-fitting brown Jedi robes.

In battle, Armiena wears a suit of personal-fit Stokhli armor.

Quote

The Stokhli spray armor, as Armiena Draygo calls it, is an ad hoc jury rig of several components from off-the-counter products: plastoid armor acquired from the armories of the Imperial Knights; motion sensors, power cells, and a small amount of ultrachrome alloy from various salvage operations; and roughly a quarter of the critical components of a stokhli spray stick.

Appearance and Defensive Capabilities:

The armor is plain, unadorned plastoid plate, with a somewhat feminine cut as the outline of its plates accentuate the bust and hips of its wearer. The pauldrons have a somewhat unfinished appearance due to the fact that its Imperial sigils were melted off without taking proper care to smooth out the scouring marks. Much like standard plastoid armor, the plate offers decent protection against blasters at range, deflecting glancing blows from vibroblades, and is highly protective against unaugmented “dead-blades” and subsonic fragments; however, it affords virtually no protection against lightsabers outside of its gauntlets. The armor has been further cut down from the standard Imperial Knight pattern in order to accommodate the lightsaber forms that Draygo prefers. Ataru and Djem So in particular require a profound degree of freedom of movement and the removal of plating from the major joints renders them vulnerable to attack.

The palms and fingers of the gauntlets have been bonded with a thin layer of ultrachrome alloy. Ultrachrome is a potent superconductor, channeling heat and electric shocks with almost perfect efficiency. This property also makes it somewhat resistant to blows from lightsabers, as the superheated plasma blade is unable to immediately cleave through the material. However, the alloy will rapidly heat up with prolonged exposure to a lightsaber blade: within three seconds of constant contact, the alloy will transmit significant burns to its wearer, then outright melt from the bonded plastoid plates and lose all protective value.

Offensive Capabilities:

Draygo has woven in several power cells and superconducting fibers into the armor’s bodyglove, allowing it to dispense potent electrical shocks through the ultrachrome plating of the gauntlets. This is matched by a pair of stokhli stun sprays that are embedded into the vambraces, which are triggered by specific hand gestures. Upon being dispersed, the viscous stokhli spraymist rapidly congeals into a hindering jelly, then a semi-solid webbing that can entrap its victim and even support the weight of an adult human. Throughout this coagulation process, the spray is highly conducive to electric pulses. Exposure has similar effects to that of a stun blast from a light blaster pistol: limbs that have been grazed are likely to be briefly numbed, while victims who have been thoroughly coated may be incapacitated for several minutes.

The spray has significant limitations. After congealing into a semi-solid webbing, the spraymist will gradually evaporate to leave a harmless powdery residue incapable of hindering movement or conducting electrical pulses. The process of miniaturizing the stokhli spray removed vital components of the weapon, namely the compression chambers and focusing nozzles. Its range and accuracy is significantly diminished as a result, and its maximum effective range is approximately twenty-five meters. The spraymist cannot be accurately aimed beyond this range due to wind dispersal and gravity. While the spray can be reloaded in the field, the process requires careful fine-motor manipulation and several seconds of dedicated attention.

Weapons:

Light blaster pistol: This is a completely generic blaster pistol with both kill-bolt and stun-blast settings. She typically keeps it on stun.

Lightsabers:

Loaned lightsaber from Emily: Draygo was loaned a lightsaber by the renegade Sith Emily during the Fall of Coruscant. A standard metal hilt with acid-etched ornamentation, it has been scarred badly by a lightning strike and the detonation of its battery. It has since been rebuilt and has a bronze blade.

Loaned lightsaber from Tobias Vos:  Draygo was also loaned a lightsaber by the Jedi Master Tobias Vos shortly before their mission to Borleias. It is a standard metal hilt, albeit slightly shorter than most. It has ornamentation of three small grooves carved in a helical pattern around the hilt. It has a green blade.

Two lost lightsabers (most likely in the custody of Kakuto Ryu): Two standard lightsabers with standard milled-steel and leather hilts. They each have a turquoise blade and were crafted using shards of a Pontite crystal, the same crystal that was used to craft Genesis's first lightsaber.. They can be joined together with a magnetic clasp that is joined with a liquid cable reservoir. The lightsaber can be launched akin to harpoon of an ascension gun. Draygo jokingly refers to them as a set of lightchucks.

Loaned lightsaber from Roen Givrah (lost, in Kakuto Ryu's possession): Draygo was also loaned a lightsaber by the Jedi Knight Roen Givrah. Nicknamed "Nature's Fury" (Armiena does not know this name), it is inlaid with hand-carved wooden and leather bands and has a viridian blade.

Blaster carbine: Draygo does not typically carry this weapon, but her ship has a small armory stocked with modern, but standard blaster carbines including E-11 and A280c blaster rifles.

Common Inventory:

Knives: Draygo usually has at least one or two vibroknives on her.

Implants: Draygo is host to a small pool of circulatory nanites that were adapted from the designs pioneered by Jidai Geki. Typically nascent, the progenitor nanites can rapidly replicate and assemble into more useful constructs at the cost of a significant drain on her metabolism.

Prosthetic Right Hand (no longer exists due to cloning): Draygo's right hand and wrist were lost during the evacuation of Coruscant, just prior to the collision of the planet's moon. It was replaced by a bare-metal durasteel-bronzium prosthetic without a synthflesh covering. It is mostly unexceptional, although the motors can output significantly greater power than a standard civilian prosthetic hand and the alloy of the metal is rated to withstand significantly greater pressure and strain than a standard civilian prosthetic.

Faction Information

Force Sensitive: Force-Sensitive

Alignment: Good

Current Faction Affiliation: Jedi Order. Or at least people keep calling her "Jedi Scum."

Current Faction Rank: Jedi Grandmaster

History:

.

Force Side: Light/Jedi

Trained by: Prophet K, character name Camsie

Trained who: Shawn Kenobi, Nadroj Ethylb, Arlan Vass

Known Skills: Armiena Draygo is a former Grandmaster. It would be best to say that there are very few skills that she does not know. Aside from the standard skills, Armiena is extraordinarily proficient with interacting with machines with the Force. She develops expert proficiency with most machines and spacecraft in a matter of minutes; this includes the knowledge to assemble, disassemble, or sabotage them.

Background:

Ship Registration

Name: Shippy McShipface

Class: Medium Freighter

Model: Barloz-class Medium Freighter

Manufacturer: Barloz Industries

Length:

Armaments: 1 quad laser turret under the keel.

1 light tractor beam emplacement

1 universal probe launcher on the bow surface, turreted. The ship is not currently equipped with proton torpedos or other warheads, but the launcher is designed to be rapidly reconfigured to launch a manner of suitably-sized payloads.

The ship is also equipped with a pair of manipulator arms that are equipped with a number of cutting arms, sensory emplacements, and myriad other tools.

Armor: Reinforced hull for withstanding physical impacts. Shields are specially modified to withstand hazardous environments, but offer no special protection against lasers and shipboard weapons

Anti-Personnel Defenses: An unamused Jedi Master and war veteran. The ship is equipped with a small armory capable of supplying approximately six humanoids, but nothing else.

Appearance: Unlike the artwork, the ship is not on fire and is painted with maroon accents.

Modifications: Manipulator arms: A pair of manipulator arms are tucked away on either side of the cockpit. They are equipped with a number of tools for delicate work that could not be performed by a sapient in an EVA suit in a hazardous environment, including cutting beams, various tools and manipulators, sensors, cameras. Though efficient against a stationary target, they are quite inefficient in a combat environment.

Sensors: The McShipface was designed first and foremost as a research vessel and is equipped with a sensor suite capable of piercing tremendous interference and shielding.

Shields: Though no stronger than stock, the shields are modified to be heavily resistant to plasma, radiation, and other deep-space hazards.

Hyperdrive: Equipped with a Class-0.9 hyperdrive

Interior: The lower decks of the ship were gutted to make space for heavy equipment intended to be launched into space. In addition, the cargo hold was converted to a hangar, equipped with two sets of docking clamps and a large magcon field. It currently houses a Jedi Ace starfighter

Background:The Shippy McShipface was a crowd-funded initiative by a desperate astrophysics professor at the University of Obroa-Skai to scrape up enough credits to build a research ship for his study into the turbulence that surrounds the galaxy and makes extragalactic travel impractical. As part of an incentive to drum up funding, the professor offered naming rights to the highest bidder; a prank of undergraduates that got out of hand succeeded in outbidding all other parties by far, providing the junior faculty and his staff with more funding than they knew what to do with… but also ensuring that the medium freighter would bear the ignominious moniker of Shippy McShipface. Nevertheless, the PI found himself suddenly flush with credits and was able to outfit his ship with a state-of-the-art sensors suite and a Holonet transceiver, converting what was expected to be a fairly ramshackle transport into a state-of-the-art flying laboratory.

The ship became a minor pop-culture hit with astrophysics students across the galaxy as she traversed the Outer Rim and delved into the uncounted mysteries of how exactly physics works in the Star Wars galaxy. After several years of successful research studying the extragalactic turbulence and items that survived entry into the GFFA, that professor unexpectedly of natural causes and his equipment was sold to the highest bidder.

Jedi Ace: Armiena Draygo is an accomplished Jedi Ace, a sect of Jedi Knights who specialize in summoning the Force to interact with machines. While many Jedi dabble in their arts, these dilettantes typically limit their study to enhancing their performance while piloting starfighters. A dedicated practitioner is capable of entering a meditative trance while forging machines to forge artifacts that seem to defy all known laws of physics. Alternatively, they are able to create artificial intelligences of surpassing complexity. With these skills comes an instinctive understanding of machines that allows a Jedi Ace to analyze, improvise, or dismantle them in the heat of combat.

A Master of their arts is capable of sensing the Force Signatures of complex artificial intelligences. Forging genuine Force Bonds with their mechanical companions isn’t merely a possibility, it is an inevitability.

((Author's Note: This portion of the armor is lost permanently. The spirit that inhabited the armor, Lachelle Draygo, was freed from her confines after the Battle of the Third Death Star. Armiena does not know where she is. She suspects that Lachelle is still alive in some form, but has no idea where she might be, what form her existence has taken, or what identity she has adopted. I am keeping this just for the purpose of curiosity..))

To fully explain the powers behind Armiena's armor, some mention has to be given to its resident, Lachelle Draygo. Until Armiena joined the Jedi Order, Lachelle was both the first and last Jedi that her family produced. Lachelle was born sometime before the Jedi Civil War, and she and her entire family served with such extraordinary distinction (the entire family was nearly wiped out by the war, and produced a number of soldiers that gained a legendary status that was only exaggerated through the years) that it was awarded with a noble status. It's a bit similar to the Orders of Knighthood seen in modern England: outside of the British Isles, it's basically meaningless, but it gives the family a (very insignificant) place in Alderaan's hierarchy of nobles.

Sometime after the Jedi Civil War, when Jedi were being assassinated one by one, Lachelle vanished completely from the face of the galaxy, having decided that it was best to go into hiding. All records of her existence were deleted, save for a single holocron that she recorded for her descendants.

Until the present day, House Draygo has maintained a polite distance from the Jedi Order.

Though Lachelle was considered to be weak in the Force, she was blessed with an extraordinary mind””she gained a legendary status within her family for her skills in engineering. She was not a warrior””she was a scientist and analyst, gaining knowledge that most Jedi learned through meditation and intuition by means of intense study. Being fairly weak in the Force, she was never able to apply many of her theories on the interaction of machines with living creatures and the Force. Her class, in other words, would be a mixture of Ace/Naturalist.

Special abilities:

Possession: Lachelle is capable of dominating the will of machines and sapient creatures, though she would only be able to possess a willing or weak-minded individual (most likely a mix of her own scruples and the fact that a self-aware person would immediately recognize the intrusion). She retains her knowledge and can infiltrate the knowledge of the host through studying his/her memory, but does not keep her Force abilities unless she possesses a Force-Sensitive individual.

The possession causes no visible or audible effects, though a perceptive observer might recognize a change in the host's Force presence if Lachelle is not quick to disguise her presence.

Name: Wolf Spider combat arachnid

Size: roughly up to the knee and half the length of an AT-AT

Manufacturer: the forges under the Jedi Temple on Phu, though the design has been passed to the Republic for their use

Designer: Armiena Draygo

Description: The Wolf Spider derives its name from the class of spider that is unique in that the members will actually chase down their prey, and from the mechs' tactic of functioning as a small pack, much like wolves. They stand at roughly half the height and slightly more than half the length of an AT-AT, but are far more lethal in an engagement than the clumsy walkers. Each combat arachnid is programmed with an AI that allows it to operate autonomously, save for one: the "Alpha Spider", Armiena's personal mech.

Weapons: The Wolf Spider is extremely heavy, quite fast, and well balanced, allowing it to use its legs as melee weapons for demolishing structures and slow targets. Each is equipped with a pair of "mandible cannons": a pair of railguns that fire either solid metal slugs or explosive ammunition. The latter is designed to penetrate into armor and then detonate, causing extreme damage.

Each is also equipped with an anti-personnel blaster cannon for lighter targets.

Armor: The Wolf Spider is heavily armored with high-grade durasteel, hence its considerable weight. A thin layer of Phrik alloy coats the surface of the armor. Due to its relative impurity, it can only offer minor resistance to a lightsaber blade, but it greatly improves its resistance to blaster weapons. (NOTE: due to the scarcity of phrikite ore, Armiena was only able to build eight Spiders with Phrik armor. One of these has been destroyed.)

Handling characteristics: Despite their size and weight, the Wolf Spiders are quite fast and maneuverable in a combat situation. Their arachnid design makes them nearly impossible to disable without thoroughly destroying the mechs. The cockpit/weapons module is capable of rotating on the mech's body in order to bring its weapons to bear more easily. However, due to the complexity of their internal mechanisms, they are extremely difficult to pilot without the aid of an onboard AI.

Also, it should be noted that the Spiders are extremely intelligent and disposed to working in small groups. Their intelligence has also caused them to develop unique and interesting personalities that somewhat alter their performance in battle. Vod, for example, is obsessed with the concept of loyalty and is eager to assist an ally in battle. The Psycho twins are downright psychotic, bloodthirsty, and probably enjoy their role in the war far too much. Calculator is an extremely precise, extremely efficient marksman with its railguns. Inquisitor is a righteous warrior with a fondness for screaming war cries at the enemies of its master.

All Wolf Spiders are instructed to self-destruct if their programming is tampered with.

Deployment: Each of the Wolf Spiders is housed in a small transport shaped vaguely like a pyramid. The transport's primary defense is its speed, but it can still take some fire without being destroyed.

Somewhat inspired by the Space Marine drop pod

New advancements:

All-terrain "boots": Fairly simple. Most of the Wolf Spiders have been modified with "boots" that allow them to traverse most surfaces with ease, given that the surface can support their tremendous weight. This includes: "teeth" for increased stability on rocky and icy terrain, repulsorlift arrays, and magnetic strips so they can land on metal surfaces in zero-G environments.

Communications array: Each of the Wolf Spiders maintains contact with Armiena Draygo with a hypercomm system on board its transport. If communications with on of the Spiders is disrupted, Armiena will know. Each of the Spiders is also equipped with a radionics system that allows them to coordinate with its brothers. Radionics is almost impossible to jam (not really, but it's used so little, and it's so slow and impractical over long distances that no one ever bothers to monitor it, let alone jam it).

Variants:

WS-a: This is the assault model””these consist of the mechs with the same parameters as the original Wolf Spiders. Most of them are not equipped with Phrik armor, however. All of them are equipped with programming that will cause them to self-destruct if their targeting protocols are at all tampered with.

WS-s: This is the space model. It is rendered vacuum-tight so its pilot can survive in total vacuum, and an emergency foam system is equipped to seal hull breaches in the cockpit. It is equipped with sublight engines so it can maneuver independently in space, as well as magnetic boots to grapple with enemy ships. It's definitely not intended for dueling with enemy fighters, but rather grappling with capital ships and tearing them apart manually.

WS-l: This is the artillery model. Its armor is much lighter, and the chassis is slightly smaller, so it can better maneuver in rocky terrain. It is not equipped with an anti-personnel blaster, but instead with the standard two railguns, a concussion missile launcher, and a ”œflak cannon”

((Note: This starfighter is lost and I have kept it in my character sheet purely for archival purposes.))

Name: Switchblade

Model: CC-MI 3 (Correlli Custom Mercenary Infiltrator)

Class: Infiltrator

Length: 11.5 Meters

Manufacturer: KVC Enterprises and Corellian Engineering Corporation

Designer: Kheldar vos Correlli

Defenses: Military grade shields, special communications equipment, and super-enhanced engines. Special grounding to help resist Ion/EMP attacks.

Weapons: Twin laser canons imbedded into the ship, A Jedi Shadow Bomb launcher capable of holding a half-dozen bombs (these bombs have no ignition system and are guided by the Force), and 2 retractable chain guns.

Special Defenses: An enhanced version of the Stalker (Model CC-MI 1), this ship has similar features, including long range scanners with jammer and feedback option, used for bypassing detection via scanner- as well as tapping all but the most secured comms. The ship has a special hologram projector to either make duplicates of the ship appear on visual (which can be lethal when an opponent's scanners don't work), or provided a limited chameleon effect- allowing it to look like another ship unless under the scrutiny of close scanners- though I'd add it is only a cosmetic change and doesn't act as a cloak. As an added benefit, the ship comes with a matte black coloring with no sheen, so its natural state makes it blend into the vastness of space.

Special features: Very fast sub-light and hyperdrive for evasion purposes. The ship's scanner system can be easily tweaked to allow the ID tags on the computer to give off a series of unidentifiable forged ship registrations (of course this is highly illegal and there is no way KVC or his company can condone such action. If someone wishes to do this heinous act, it is at their own discretion). The ship can be modified for a remote summons as well using a quantum system that's nigh unhackable. Per usual with all new CEC ships, the HIMS anti grav well system is included.

Apperance: The ship is a narrow dart, covered in the special matte black covering to help blend in in space. The holo-projector that allows a change of exterior appearance uses a specialized fuel system to avoid running down too much fuel.

Designer's comments: As noted, the holo-field only helps if the ship is detected and works best in conjunction with scanners. The ship's emphasis is on speed and manuverability and can outrun most other ships on the market due to its engine system (save for a handful of other Correlli Customs). It's designed for stealth and can be used tactically for that purpose, so it's not without a bite.

  • 3 years later...

Below is a series of character sheets detailing Misal Draygo and her fireteam. I've alluded to these guys several times over the years. As the conclusion of my current plotline will likely involve other RPers interacting with these NPCs, I've written up formal character sheets for the squad that Misal Draygo works with. I beg the forbearance of the moderation team with these characters; they are not intended to be used in a combat situation with PCs.

As a general rule, they should probably be treated as the equivalent of an Apprentice in terms of power level, although they are heavily specialized in techniques that directly play into their preferred style of combat. These are assassins, spies, and soldiers with a degree of discipline that is best described as “creepy”; they are explicitly trained to NOT get involved in a close-quarters action with Jedi or Sith. Even an apprentice would take one of them apart in a one-on-one duel.

Misal Draygo’s CHARACTER SHEET

Identity

Real Name: Misal Draygo

A.K.A: N/A

Homeworld: Unknown.

Species: Miraluka

Physical Description

At this stage of her life, Misal is old and no longer has full command of her physical faculties. She walks with the assistance of a cane (or with a considerable limp when her cane is taken away), though the old Miraluka is too proud to lean on it. Despite being very old and physically frail, she has a surprising amount of strength in her grip.

Age: 74

Height: 5’4”

Weight: Bony.

Hair: White and short.

Eyes: None. Miraluka have vestigial eye sockets. Misal typically wears a black veil laden with silver, or a simple grey band around her eyes.

Sex: Female

Equipment

Clothing or Armor: In her civilian garb, Misal is covered head to toe with black and silver robes with silver trimming. She wears either a heavy veil with silver trimming or a simple band to cover her vestigial eye sockets.

Armor:

818-series infiltration armor: The standard infiltration armor of their sect. The armor is made of plates of a metallic-plastoid composite and affords protection somewhat superior to that of stormtrooper armor. It completely conceals the identity of the wearer and is of a somewhat androgynous cut to conceal the sex and species of the wearer. When activated, it constantly changes colors and textures to camouflage the wearer; otherwise, it appears as simple steel-like plate. It has mild strength-enhancing features to aid with wielding heavy weapons.

Weapon:

Misal typically carries a standard vibroblade and a heavy blaster pistol.

Common Inventory: Datapads, comlinks, and her wits.

Faction Information

Force Sensitive: Force-Sensitive

Alignment: Neutral

Current Faction Affiliation: NPC Force sect whose name vaguely translates to "Illumination". She and her followers are absolutely forbidden to speak its name to anyone outside their cloisters.

Current Faction Rank: Misal is fairly high-ranking in her sect and is responsible for the the lives and missions of dozens of assets.

History:

Force Side: Neutral

Trained by: Torath’Izen, an NPC that has made exactly one appearance in the RP.

Trained who: Dozens of NPC Force Users who wanted to learn to control their gifts and not get sucked into the chaos of the war.

Known Skills: Misal Draygo knows the standard Force techniques, but her sect’s combat doctrine doesn’t encourage the use of these techniques in battle. They rely on stealth, deception, and assassinating a single high-value target before it is even aware of their danger. Misal is an expert in controlling her Force Presence; while she would not fare well in combat, pinning her down long enough to engage her in combat would be extremely challenging.

Battle-Meld: In hostile situations, her operatives use a technique called Battle-Meld to enhance their performance in combat. Melded combatants enjoy the benefits of perfect coordination and awareness of what their comrades are doing at all times, to the point that even their breath and heartbeats can be synchronized. A side benefit is that their Force-Signatures also become merged, causing four Melded combatants to have a Force-Presence of a single individual.

Background:

Ship Registration

Name: Journeyman

Class: Shuttle

Model: Lambda-class shuttle

Manufacturer: Sienar Fleet Systems

Length: 20 meters

Armaments: Two double forward-facing laser cannons, Two double wing-mounted forward-facing laser cannons, retractable rear-mounted double laser cannon

Armor: Standard, nothing special

Anti-Personnel Defenses:

Appearance: It’s a mostly-unmodified Lambda-class shuttle.

Modifications: The Journeyman is modified with false transponders and can alter its thruster spectrum. It almost never appears under its true identity.

Homeworld: Corellia

Species: Human

Physical Description

Age: 49

Height: 5’ 9”

Weight: Very muscular, 200+ lbs

Hair: Bald, sometimes has dark brown stubble around his face

Eyes: Hazel

Sex: Male

Equipment

Clothing or Armor:

818-series infiltration armor: The standard infiltration armor of their sect. The armor is made of plates of a metallic-plastoid composite and affords protection somewhat superior to that of stormtrooper armor. When activated, it constantly changes colors and textures to camouflage the wearer; otherwise, it appears as simple steel-like plate. It has mild strength-enhancing features to aid with wielding heavy weapons.

Weapon:

1313-series Marksman’s Rifle: Semiautomatic, bullpup-style ballistic rifle with a notably long barrel and a bipod. The basic principle of the firearm isn’t extraordinary, but it is an exquisitely-crafted weapon that has been customized to the hilt. Special features include a suppressor, anti-reflective optics with a variety of wavelength filters and magnifications, and a variety of special ammunition types.

A simple vibroblade and light blaster pistol.

Common Inventory: Datapads, comlinks, and his wits.

Faction Information

Force User

Alignment: Neutral Good

Current Faction Affiliation: NPC Force sect whose name vaguely translates to "Illumination". He is absolutely forbidden to speak its name to anyone outside their cloisters.

Current Faction Rank: In training to replace Misal Draygo in her role as commander of the fireteam leader of her intelligence division.

History:

Force Side: Good

Trained by: Misal Draygo

Trained who: N/A

Known Skills: Renn Hamis knows the standard Force techniques, but his sect’s combat doctrine doesn’t encourage the use of these techniques in battle. They rely on stealth, deception, and assassinating a single high-value target before it is even aware of their danger. In addition to his training, Renn is highly skilled in controlling his body's sympathetic responses in a technique similar to but not quite as powerful as the Jedi technique Morichro, which aids greatly in his role as the squad's marksman.

Battle-Meld: In hostile situations, he and his compatriots use a technique called Battle-Meld to enhance their performance in combat.

Background: Renn Hamis grew up never knowing his parents and living in an orphanage. During an outbreak of speciesist violence on Corellia, his home was firebombed and he was left to fend for himself. He quickly fell in with a wrong sort, working as a professional thief, then eventually a bounty hunter. After a very long stint in minor villainy, he joined the Rebellion and participated in the battle to retake Coruscant. His commander at the time, Forn Dodonna, had something of a falling out with the Rebellion and he followed her resignation and served alongside her until her death (really, Goodwood being an adolescent jerk and getting himself permabanned). He took her death very poorly, falling into a deep depression and struggling with alcohol for years.

Eventually, he got himself cleaned up and decided to try joining the Jedi, although their doctrine wasn’t quite compatible with his worldview. As it so happened, he had caught Misal Draygo’s attention and was recruited into her sect.

Nikita Trell’s CHARACTER SHEET

Identity

Real Name: Nikita Trell

A.K.A: N/A

Homeworld: Chandrila

Species: Human

Physical Description

Age: 41

Height: 5’ 6”

Weight: Lithe, ~160 pounds

Hair: Bright orange red, usually tied back or kept in a very tight bun

Eyes: Blue

Sex: Female

Equipment

Clothing or Armor:

818-series infiltration armor: The standard infiltration armor of their sect. The armor is made of plates of a metallic-plastoid composite and affords protection somewhat superior to that of stormtrooper armor.

Weapon:

720-series carbine: Coilgun-type carbine. Functions by slicing slivers of a metallocrystalline-composite “magazine” and propelling them at the target at extremely high velocity by coilgun action. Each magazine “stores” hundreds of rounds as a result. Although somewhat small in caliber, the weapon is extremely light and virtually silent.

Common Inventory: Datapads, comlinks, and her wits. Also tends to carry a decent number of credits on her person.

Faction Information

Force User

Alignment: Lawful Neutral

Current Faction Affiliation: NPC Force sect whose name vaguely translates to "Illumination". She is absolutely forbidden to speak its name to anyone outside their cloisters.

Current Faction Rank: Rank and file member of Misal’s splinter of the organization

History:

Force Side: Good-ish

Trained by: Misal Draygo

Trained who: N/A

Known Skills: Nikita Trell knows the standard Force techniques, but his sect’s combat doctrine doesn’t encourage the use of these techniques in battle. They rely on stealth, deception, and assassinating a single high-value target before it is even aware of their danger. She is somewhat more focused on using the Force to boost her agility in combat than is recommended by her sect's doctrine.

Battle-Meld: In hostile situations, she and her compatriots use a technique called Battle-Meld to enhance their performance in combat.

Background: Previous to her recruitment by Misal Draygo, Nikita Trell served in Chandrila’s security forces, and later the Rebellion in their marines. After witnessing the devastation during the Battles of Coruscant and Kamino, Nikita left the Rebellion, suspecting that her efforts weren’t making a difference in the galaxy. She was eventually found and recruited by Misal Draygo into her organization.

Sarrah’s CHARACTER SHEET

Identity

Real Name: Sarrah

A.K.A: N/A

Homeworld: Togoria

Species: Togorian

Physical Description

Age: 38

Height: 8’ 10”

Weight: Very muscular, approximately 450 pounds

Hair: Black fur with white stripes

Eyes: Green

Sex: Female

Equipment

Clothing or Armor:

818-series infiltration armor: The standard infiltration armor of their sect. The armor is made of plates of a metallic-plastoid composite and affords protection somewhat superior to that of stormtrooper armor.

Weapon:

ARP-92 Squad Automatic Weapon: Automatic blaster with a backpack-mounted generator. Extremely powerful, capable of engaging light armor. Also profoundly heavy; even a Togorian wouldn’t be able to wield one effectively without the assistance of powered armor.

Vibroknife and personal blaster pistol-type sidearm.

Togorian claws.

Common Inventory: Datapads, comlinks, and her wits. Tends to carry a number of credits and a few gadgets on her person for the purposes of breaking into electronic systems.

Force User

Alignment: Lawful Good

Current Faction Rank: Rank and file member of Misal’s splinter of the organization.

History:

Force Side: Good

Trained by: Misal Draygo

Known Skills: Sarrah knows the standard Force techniques, but her sect’s combat doctrine doesn’t encourage the use of these techniques in battle. They rely on stealth, deception, and assassinating a single high-value target before it is even aware of their danger. In addition to her basic training, Sarrah possesses some budding abilities to manipulate electronics and mechanical devices through the Force. While no where near as powerful as a Jedi Ace, she can enter a meditation-like trance to boost her already-considerable coding abilities.

Battle-Meld: In hostile situations, she and her compatriots use a technique called Battle-Meld to enhance their performance in combat.

Background: Sarrah enjoyed a relatively normal upbringing on Togoria, but grew up surrounded by rumors that she was slightly different from her peers, that her affinity for electronics and gadgets was more than what could be expected from an adorably precocious Togorian pup. Eventually, the young Togorian suspected that her extraordinary intuition for machines might be Force-Sensitivity and sent communications to a number of independent organizations of Force Users. As it so happened, these communications were intercepted by a one of Misal’s contacts and a representative was dispatched to meet with Sarrah.

Phanius Lictor’s CHARACTER SHEET

Identity

Real Name: Phanius Lictor

A.K.A: N/A

Homeworld: Umbara

Species: Umbaran

Physical Description

Age: 41

Height: 6’ 2”

Weight: Wiry build, ~170 lbs

Hair: Prematurely receding into a widow’s peak, white

Eyes: Completely achromatic

Sex: Male

Vibroknife and a common blaster pistol as a sidearm.

Common Inventory: Comlinks, datapads, and his wits.

History:

Force Side: Good

Trained by: Misal Draygo

Trained who: N/A

Known Skills: Phanius Lictor knows the standard Force techniques, but his sect’s combat doctrine doesn’t encourage the use of these techniques in battle. They rely on stealth, deception, and assassinating a single high-value target before it is even aware of their danger. In addition to his basic training, Phanius has developed his techniques in Mind Tricks for an increased degree of subtlety. Whereas novices might find it necessary to wave their hands and say something in an odd inflection, Phanius might find it necessary to only make eye contact with an individual and suppress their ability to recognize him as anything unusual, or to even forget what they were about to do.

Battle-Meld: In hostile situations, he and his compatriots use a technique called Battle-Meld to enhance their performance in combat.

Background:

Phanius Lictor grew up in the political intrigue of Umbaran society, proving to be unusually adept at navigating it's treacherous waters due to a mixture of skill and natural gifts, of which he was unaware. However, his rapid rise through the ranks of society also created enemies, eventually resulting in his takedown by envious rivals. Thus began a long string of defeats and humiliations, eventually culminating in his retreat to a little-known backwater planet called Acacia and being taken prisoner by a band of pirates in a raid for slaves. As it so happened, the current Jedi Grandmaster, her Padawan, and a sizable fraction of Misal’s cell and a number of other independent Force-using organizations had collaborated to infiltrate the pirates and destroy the pirate gang once and for all.

Phanius’ Force sensitivity was discovered quickly during mop-up and he was free to choose which organization he wished to study under. Misal’s sunshine, cheerful personality and optimistic outlook on sapient behavior was perfectly endearing to him.

Fleet Task Forces

Element Cicatrix (Destroyer Group [Turbolasers])

Cicatrix

Ship Class: MC95B Star Cruiser

Spoiler

Length: 1560 m

Armament (for flavor):

54 turbolaser batteries (16 port, 16 starboard, 8 aft, 14 fore)

12 long range turbolaser batteries (2 port, 2 starboard, 8 fore)

42 ion cannon batteries (10 port, 10 starboard, 6 aft, 16 fore)

10 light quad laser batteries for anti-starfighter/point defense (2 port, 2 starboard, 2 aft, 2 fore, 2 ventral protecting the hangar)

8 heavy proton torpedo tubes (2 port, 2 starboard, 4 fore)

6 concussion missile batteries (2 port, 2 starboard, 2 fore)

8 tractor beams (2 port, 2 starboard, 2 fore, 2 ventral)

Ship History: Cicatrix is a relatively new Star Cruiser, one of the few of a new class before Mon Calamari was attacked by the Sith Empire. It was designed to successfully engage and destroy one of the new Kyber Star Destroyers or withstand an outnumbered assault by a pair of them. Although lacking the close-range brawling power of the Sith vessels, the fire control systems of the MC95B are far superior and allow it to engage targets at considerable range. Cicatrix was barely completed before the Sith attack and was just taking on crew. Rather than fruitlessly fight to the death with a green crew in a ship that had yet to even undergo a shake-down cruise, its captain determined to deliver the ship directly to Nar Shaddaa intact.

Idea: Mon Cal prototype developed in secret.

Element Morningstar (Covert Strike Force: Silent Hunters)

Morningstar

Ship Class: Bothan Assault Cruiser

Spoiler

Length: 850 m

Armament (for flavor):

20 Turbolasers

24 Heavy double Turbolasers

10 Ion cannons

20 Proton torpedo tubes

4 tractor beam projectors

Ship History: Morningstar is a nearly brand-new ship, one of a new class of cruisers being developed by the Bothans after the raid on Bothawui made it clear that the Bothans would need to monitor their own space instead of relying on the Galactic Alliance. Unusually for an Assault Cruiser, Morningstar is an exceptionally stealthy ship, emitting almost no signals. Also unusual is the design of its armament: nearly all of it faces forward. It was designed to maneuver into an advantageous position and cripple its target with a devastating first strike. Morningstar’s design was recently put to the test against the Sith Empire in Corellia, where the ship repeatedly ambushed and destroyed transports en route to Centerpoint Station.

Task Force 67 (“Taffy 67” Rapid Intervention Escort: Timely Response)

Elan

Ship Class: Bothan Assault Cruiser

Spoiler

Length: 850 m

Armament (for flavor):

20 Turbolasers

24 Heavy double Turbolasers

10 Ion cannons

20 Proton torpedo tubes

4 tractor beam projectors

Ship History: Elan is a more conventionally designed Bothan Assault Cruiser, though its paint job and external features are nearly identical to Morningstar. She and her sister ship Schadenfreude recently distinguished themselves in the Corellian campaign, where the two frequently ran interference for Morningstar by engaging Sith vessels in minor skirmishes while the stealth cruiser wreaked havoc behind enemy lines.

Schadenfreude

Ship Class: Bothan Assault Cruiser

Spoiler

Length: 850 m

Armament (for flavor):

20 Turbolasers

24 Heavy double Turbolasers

10 Ion cannons

20 Proton torpedo tubes

4 tractor beam projectors

Ship History: Schadenfreude is a more conventionally designed Bothan Assault Cruiser, though its paint job and external features are nearly identical to Morningstar. She and her sister ship Elan recently distinguished themselves in the Corellian campaign, where the two frequently ran interference for Morningstar by engaging Sith vessels in minor skirmishes while the stealth cruiser wreaked havoc behind enemy lines.

Darklighter Carrier Strike Group (Precision Strike Carrier Group)

Darklighter

Ship Class: Ton-Falk-class escort carrier

Spoiler

Length: 500 m

Armament (for flavor):

10 point defense dual laser cannons

2 concussion missile launchers

4 tractor beam projectors

Ship History: Darklighter is a very old ship. She was captured by the Rebel Alliance back in the command of Forn Dodonna, somehow managing to survive combat at Coruscant, Sullust, Mon Calamari, Ilum, and Haruun Kal despite suffering significant damage at each battle. Her reputation for sustaining damage, limping back to drydock, then returning to service just in time for the next climactic battle has given her something of a reputation for being an unlucky ship--or an extraordinarily lucky one to the veterans that have held the ship together when it should have been destroyed.

Escorting Ships:

DP20 Frigate Kaadu

DP20 Frigate Varactyl

Warrior-class Frigate Vanguard

Warrior-class Frigate Gloire

Marauder-class Frigate Velites

Marauder-class Frigate Asawira
