JediRP Canon History: Yavin IV was destroyed in the first Arach’tar invasion, then remade by the Chaos God Tzeentch as his personal sanctuary, saturated by the light side of the Force. Few people know that it has returned to existence. Yavin IV was the location of several Jedi Masters saving the life of Vladimir Faust and restoring him to health. With the decline of Tzeentch’s power, it has returned to being a quiet backwater, ignored by a galaxy who largely still considers it destroyed.

Tzeentch manifested in the rubble strewn orbit of a planet's grave and took in the decimation. Once a sacred place, the world had passed hands many times over the centuries until it was finally destroyed. Since it was thought to be destroyed, it would provide a relatively safe place for him to raise his son.

::Through raw force of will Tzeentch remade the planet as it once was centuries ago, replacing the Sith monuments with temples dedicated to him as a scholar and protector of children. With this completed, he restored life to the planet as it once was. Satisfied, Tzeentch left Yavin for the moment.

  • 2 weeks later...

The Destiny's Dream arrived over the planet Yavin IV, I-Nine, her faithful protocol droid, at the helm. Skye had left the cockpit, letting her droid bring the ship into it's final destination while she rested, soothing her unborn child along the way. Now she rose, collecting the bag of items that she had gotten, along with a datapad with instructions for Fynn on how to make his lightsaber. She met I-Nine in the living area, handing the droid the bag again with instructions on scattering the various parts for her padawan to find. She had done this with her other two padawan's as well, making them find the parts to help attune themselves to the lightsaber they would create. I-Nine departed the ship, off to complete the task, while she left the datapad on the table propped up for Fynn to read.

Fynn,

Scattered outside the ship are various parts to construct your lightsaber. Find them, then return to the hold work bench to build your saber. There are crystal caves nearby in which to find your crystal. When you have built your hilt, go and find your crystal, leave that until last. Come and find me when you have completed your saber. (2-3 lengthy posts plz)

Good luck.

Master Organa

Skye could feel the child within her still unsettled. He wouldn't be calmed. Slowly she made her way outside and into the new home that Tzeentch had made for them. She looked up at the large white stone temple accented with silver, and was met by the servants at the front. They proceded to show her around. Nearing the bedchamber Skye gasped, clutching her abdomen as Amon made his intentions known in the only way a child that wished to be born could. Her waters broke as she sank to her knees, suddenly going into the pains of labour.... Tzeentch!

Fynn watched the sunrise over the planets surface. The large red planet that Yavin IV rotated shone like a immense red gem on the morning horizon. Fynn looked around from his vantage point high in the jungle canopy. The planet was reborn...Fynn thought to himself. He wondered what force could have recreated a planet, if it was even possible. HE had been reluctant to leave his master, but her orders were direct, he would have rather stayed to offer what assistance he could. Even through the force he could feel the pangs of childbirth begginning.

It was a wonderful thing, to bring forth life. In a way it made his master just as much a 'god' as Tzeentch if only on a smaller scale. Fynn had never been part of such a event, other then his own, and it was still a mystery to Fynn just how such birthing events transpired. He now wished to apologize to Tzeentch, but then did a 'god' have feelings? Even if he did what would the words of some headstrong padawan mean a powerful being such as him?

Fynn shrugged these thoughts off and looked to where he would explore next. He stood on a branch on a particularly tall tree looking down into the dense forest. Jumping from his postion Fynn used the force to guide him to the next branch. Catching it with his outstretched senses he angled himself to jump to yet another branch. The force was strong here, the dense life forms in the subtropical forest made Fynn feel more at home then he had on Coruscant. Using a hanging vine to lower himself fynn dropped to the ground and began running, faster and deeper into the jungle.

He stopped only when he was completely exhausted. As he rested, sweaty and winded, he concentrated on levitating small rocks and stones. Sitting to rest, Fynn moved several rocks into a circular formation. Collecting more and more rocks, fynn made a circle much like the seers had done on Dantooine. After that he gathered wood, all with the aide of the force. They had called it a sacred circle of light, a place to cocentrate upon the tasks ahead. In front of him Fynn started a fire with the use of severally flinty stones.

The datapad given to him by his master showed the location of shelter on the planet, as well as different areas for possible crystal locations, but Fynn preferred to be alone and as simple as possible. The first Jedi had began in just such away, and Fynn felt the need for solitude to begin one of the most sacred rites of the Jedi way...the construction of his own lightsaber.

Dropping out of hyperspace, Morgana's ship made its way down through the atmosphere at speeds usually reserved for travel outside of a planets gravity well. Ploughing straight down through the atmosphere, the ship was only held together by the energies coursing throughout it, and morgana's own partial control of fire. Not even bothering to slow down as she approached the planet, morgana cut the engines and engaged the front thrusters, bringing the ship level with the surface of the planet. Cutting all engines and shields, morgana then pushed full power into the repulsorlifts, landing shakily near her mothers presence. Bolting out of the ship as fast as she possibly could, morgana's awareness of her mothers pain grew as she approached her.

When she finally managed to reach skye, morgana knelt next to her, and carefully helped her to the bedchamber. Laying her down gently, morgana's brow creased as she wondered what exactly she should be doing...

She could feel her daughter's presence nearing, even through the pain she was now in. Fynn would feel it too but she wanted him to continue his training. She began to focus inwards, calling on the healing ablility to reduce her labour pain, the contractions coming in 10 minute intervals at the moment. She had stayed on the floor until her daughter reached her side.

"Morgana" Skye's voice was filled with relief at her daughter being there, she grabbed her hand while another contraction hit her before they moved into the bedchamber. She had to lie still for a while before she could speak.

"Your.... father... is he... here yet?"

Your brother wants to come now, I'm sure Chen has the trained servants... but I need him here...

It took Fynn over an hour to create the casing for his first saber, he sat now looking at the thin cylinder which was to become his hilt. The light was sufficient here, and with the aid of his tools and the supplies given to him by his masters droid, he felt he was almost ready to go looking for the gems that would serve as focusing stones. He still needed a powercell and a lense, but he had read the manuals on the creation of such devices, it would be difficult, but not impossible.

Fynn stood up, and stretched, he was hungry and thirsty, and he needed a break. After a few moments of rummaging he found himself some rations stored away in the bottom of his duffel bag. He ate hungrily, and drank some water from a small canteen. He took a few steps, and looked down on the forest that stretched out beneath him. He had moved to top of a stony hill that had a fairly flat top, it offered a good view of the planets surface, and the sky above the small outpost that seemed to stick out on the horizon.

The silent day was suddenly broken by the arrival of a point of light. It got larger and came into the atmosphere, reducing speed and making an attitude of landing as it did. Morgana, Fynn thought aloud, or rather felt. He could tell from his master discomfort and birth pangs, it wouldn't be much longer. Morgana had arrived to see the birth of another to her family. Fynn felt regret that he would not get to see the blessed event, still he was sure that his master would want not only privacy but to have her family near, which despite his attachment to his master, he was not.

He watched as still another ship came in. Though not quite as large, the small transport was certainly in a hurry. It landed quickly and quietly near the complex. Darla..., Fynn thought aloud. She had returned, and not a moment to late. Hopefully she would stay this time, and help his master as she had promised.

He moved back to his belongings searching to see if he had the equipment needed to create the powercell. Then it occured to him, the words upon the datapad...

The crystal is the heart of the blade.

The heart is the crystal of the Jedi.

The Jedi is the crystal of the Force.

The Force is the blade of the heart.

All are intertwined:

The crystal, The blade,The Jedi.

You are one.

He went back to work, there was much work to do. When he was ready, he would search for the crystals that would symbolize his spirit.

Darla landed outside a beautiful temple that could only belong to Tzeencth and quickly made her way inside. She was greeted by the usual devoted servants her took her to Skye's bed chamber.

Tears of joy ran down Darla's face as she ran to Skyes' side.

"Im so sorry my friend, Irpomised Id be here to help you through your pregnancy and Ive failed." She was sobbing more heavily now."I wouldnt miss this for the world though...If you still want me here."

Darla thought that perhaps she could use her new healing skill to help Skye with the pain...But only if her help was wanted, she did not want to intrude on her friends most joyful of occassions if her presence was not wanted or required.

She squeezed Skyes' hand saying all these thoughts without uttering a word.

::Chen appeared by Skye's side, taking her hand in his own and blocking out the pain of labor. Wiping her brow with a cold wet towel he summoned servants to aid in the birth.::

We're all here now, its time.

::Chen smiled warmly.::

Skye smiled gratefully at Darla, seeing her friend return. I figured... you had business... elsewhere... *pant pant* Did you... find Shy? She tried to distract herself from the onslaught of labor pains. She felt that her padawan was feeling alittle left out, and he was part of her extended family. She had just wanted to further his training as well, for him not to worry. Fynn... you can... join us... when you're... ready...

As Chen appeared taking her other hand, she squeezed it tightly as she was hit again, Amon anxious to see the world. Chen! Her breathing was rapid panting now as her son began to emerge. Relief washed over her as Chen took the pain from her. She glanced into his eyes, love for him very apparant. Her gaze went from Tzeentch to her Daughter, also noting the others that had approached, her sense for the force disappearing as they neared. She now couldn't touch her son with the force. Confused at first her eyes again met with Chen's reassuring ones... it dawning on her that he was protecting them still, protecting their location from enemies. The strong sensations of the birth would be radiating outwards so the pharahs would be there to prevent that. She focused back towards her son, reaching for him through other means... using the sorcery that she had been taught, still wanting to bond in other ways with her son as he was born.

The time had come, Fynn could feel it. The birth of his Masters' child was all but upon her. Fynn could feel the soothing presence to Mistress Skye that could only come from one, Tzeentch. The man, god, father...had come to ease his her pain. Fynn had no more apprehension around his presence. He had learned that to be angry at such a figure was to try to spit into the wind, it would change little, and only end up in his disgrace.

Fynn continued working busily on his first lightsaber. He had created a focusing lense, a solid rubber handgrip out of his old pilot helmet. The emitter matrix was difficult, and Fynn had shocked himself several times, but it was completer. The energy gate was much easier as Fynn had adjusted such kind devices on his old Y-Wing, along with the power conduit. Fynn worked methodically, being sure not rush the project.

He thought the situation was ironic he was a very short time from being born a jedi, and here Skye's child was nearly born himself. It seemed some sort of strange destiny, some tie between himself and his master beyond their training regimine. Fynn wasn't one to believe in fate, but still he had to admit to himself the timing was rather coincidental. He continued his work until he came to the power cell. Here he reached impass, he didn't have anything to be used as such. It needed to have a long life, and provide consistent energy. Fynn came to a thought, he went back to his duffel bag, and with drew Sages' cylindrical memory core. At the bottom of it, was a small power cell. It was small but with the right modifications it would be perfect.

Fynn set the whole assembly down and covered it with a cloth. It was time to search for the crystals he would need. Fynn... you can... join us... when you're... ready... Fynn felt the words in his mind. His master wished for him to be near.I will be ready soon...don't worry...youv'e your closest family and friends near...and youv'e a beautiful son to deliver. He hoped the message would be clear.

With that Fynn left his postion on the rocky out crop. Delving into the dense underbrush below, he moved swiftly to the location on the datapad. It would be an ardous trek, and Fynn relished the chance to be on his own for a while. To be untethered, uncomplicated, and free.

The sound of the new born's cry was magic to her ears. It had been a long and hard labor for all of Amon's want to be born. Skye was tired but proud as her new son suckled from her. With weary blue eyes she met those of her love, smiling up at him before gazing back at the tiny child in her arms. She lay back against the pillows, Amon still feeding as she lay back there.

It was done...

Fynn could feel the pressure of childbirth leaving his master. It was an odd but pleasant feeling. Her warm feelings seemed to reach Fynn even in the depths of Yavins' caves.

Yavin reborn, Skyes' child born, and soon he too would be reborn. Was it all coincidence? Fynn shook his head and continued deeper into the dark cave. He had reached it in less then two hours of heavy hiking. At one point he had thought of turning back, but something made him bold, fearless, something more than age.

As he rounded a bend in the dank cave, he reached a point of total darkness. Reaching into his bag, he withdrew a small flash bulb. The gentle white glow was just enough to illuminate the underground cavern he had found. Staring in wonderment at the huge cave, Fynn breathed out an audible whistle. 30 meters above him huge stalagtites threatened like massive teeth. Moving quietly Fynn continued deeper, he felt drawn deeper and deeper as if he were being called. The cave seemed to get darker and more stale.

The map was useless here, its topographic measurements would only go so far. Putting the datapad away, Fynn decided to trust his feelings and instincts to find his way to the crystals. The cave had been unusually warm since he had entered. But here...

As he took a step around the next bend a deep red glow came from no where. Jumping back with jedi reflexes Fynn narrowly missed being chopped in twain by a crimson saber. There, not 10 feet in front of him, was a Dark Lord. He was tall nearly a foot taller then Fynn, making him nearly almost seven and half feet tall. He was dressed in a black shall that draped from his shoulders to his waist. Black and red body armor complemented his figure making him look like a general or warlord. HE moved slowly, methodically towards Fynn and stopped, his meter was oddly familiar. A simple redmask with backlit eyesockets, red-yellow eyes beamed out at Fynn with a cold dead stare.

"Welcome...little jedi...welcome." The mans' booming dark voice was familiar to Fynn, but Fynn couldnt place it. "You know me, don't you?" The Dark Lord said, almost laughing slightly as he said it. "I know you are sith...and that is enough...",Fynn said. With that he withdrew his shock staff. It crackled to life with bluish white sparks. "Fool...I am more powerful than you could imagine, you think that weapon will be effective against me?" The Sith said in jest. Fynn brought the staff forward. "The strength is not in the blade...but in the jedi..." Fynn said as he spun the staff readying himself.

"You're wrong...you are no jedi!" With that the Sith lord attacked. Fynn fended off his attacks one after another using the staff with much effienecy. The Sith danced his blade back and forth, spining and hacking, as Fynn defended himself. The moves were smooth as if the two had known each other for decades. Each move was countered smoothly and efficiently.

Leaping from his position with the aid of the force Fynn grabbed a ledge and pulled himself upwards. To his suprise the sith lord jumped and landed with both feet directly in front of him. The crimson saber danced just inches from Fynns' nose. He ducked just in time and backflipped to the ground landing softly. He looked up in time to see the Dark Lord hurl his saber towards him. Blocking as best he could Fynn grabbed the saber with the force, and sent it hurtling back towards the Sith Lord.

Catching it gently with the force the Sith Lord landed gracefully in front of Fynn. "Do you fear me?" The dark lord said with glare as he waved the saber from side to side. "Never!" Fynn said with a snort. "You should...the Sith are the hunters...the jedi are the prey...you know this, and yet you deny it." The man stopped and pointed at Fynn. The gloved hand then tightened into a fist. "You have always been the hunter...that is what our father trained us to be. I am the power you deny, the iron in your soul that makes you strong, if you let me I can make you stronger, so you can save other planets...its what our father would have wanted! Venegence...justice!" The man said with a growl.

"Our father!? You are a liar!, My father was a kind man, a good man, and when he died, he would have wanted the past to die with him. Not for me to destroy myself with anger or vengence!", The Sith growled a quick response, "Then die here, and join him!"

With that combat resumed with the Sith on the offensive. Fynn blocked left, and right, then high, then low. It seemed the Sith taunted him to strike back, to make a blow that disarm him. Each time Fynn resisted. The combat moved to another ledge, as Fynn continued to backpedal. Below them a thick fog hung low hiding the ground. Sparks flew as the blade was deflected again and again intermitently striking the cave walls. Fynn could feel the his grip failing, the Sith was too powerful, too strong. Then it happened, Fynn misplaced a defensive strike, and the Sith Lord cut the staff in half. A well placed kick sent Fynn flying backwards into the fog below.

Fynn watched as the Sith looked to jump from his position to finish Fynn. High above him Fynn saw a stalagtite perilously close to coming loose. As the Sith jumped, Fynn stretched out, pulling with all the might the force conjure. The rock formation broke free as the Sith reached the height of his jump. Looking up too late the Sith Lord crumpled as the stalagtite stabbed him in the back. Moving just in time, Fynn rolled away to see the rock and Sith crash into the ground near him. The walls echoed for a moment and then were silent again. Walking up to the crash site Fynn looked into the face of the arrogant sith. The mask was off broken in two, and an eerie red glow eminated from behind his fractured skull reflecting off the thick fog...

Fynn gasped, the face was his own, down to the eyes. Backpedaling fynn crumpled to his knees. 'It was me, my thirst for power, my inner doubts and fears, my...nightmare.' he thought aloud, with that the body dissappeared as if mist. Fynn was once again alone. He had been fighting the shadows, and ghosts of his history. Somehow though Fynn didn't feel like the victor.

Fynn continued his trek down into the misty depths of the cave.

campschamber3.jpg

After entering a rather large cathedral like chamber Fynn could see a light glow from the far corner of the room. There they are... Fynn thought loudly through the force. They had been calling him since his entry into the cave, attracting him through the force. Fynn would have to study more on how the crystals managed this feat, but for now he needed to choose.

As Fynn took another step his reflexes served him well once more. He held his foot before letting it fall, feeling a vast chasm beneath him. Lowering his light source to the cave floor, Fynn found a depression in the fog. Taking a small stone Fynn dropped it into the depression. The stone quickly fadded from view. After what seemed like an eternity, Fynn heard a small bounce. Quite a fall... He thought to himself.

Judging the distance Fynn took a flying leap. His first foot landed firmly, the second missed and if it wasn't for good balance Fynn would have plunged into the deep pit below. Falling forward, Fynn breathed deeply and concentrated on the task at hand.

There were only three colors available in the cave, and Fynn took a moment before picking one. He picked another clearer gem to be the focusing one. With that Fynn sigh deeply and with relief. He had found them and now he had to return. He wondered how things were going with his master.

Darla was filled with a deep happiness. Once again her friend had brought a new life into the galaxy. The experience was beautiful and deeply moving. Tears of great joy ran down Darla's cheeks as she watched the proud parents.

"If you need any help with anything at all over the next few months you know I will be by your side." Darla was smiling through her tears. "I'll let you get some rest and then Id like us to catch up. When your ready...mommy."

Smiling Darla stroked the baby's head gently then left the room, she would give Tzeencth and Skye some time alone. Darla went to look for something to eat, feeling exhausted and imagining that Skye must be feeling infinately more exhausted.

((Fynn - try not to double post - the only legal double posting is after 3 plus days. I know you're impatient for others to post so you can but please padawan, alittle patience. ))

Skye smiled at Darla, thanking her for her offer and for her being there. Her son had finished feeding and was sleeping peacefully in her arms. Watching Darla leave, her gaze went towards her daughter, noting her apprehension as she looked at her brother. Skye took Morgana's hand, squeezing it gently.

"Just because Amon has arrived doesn't mean we love you any less, sweetheart. You're our daughter, and you are special."

She looked up at Tzeentch, her tired eyes loving and warm, wanting to share this moment with him. She indicated for him to take Amon from her, the fatigue of his birth not being able to be denied any longer.

As Fynn once again saw the light of the planets surface, he breathed a deep contented sigh of relief. The expierence he had in the cave changed him, in more ways then he was ready to understand. For so long he had thought the Sith were some disease some malayse that effected only those with weak constitutions. In his arrogance he hadn't stopped to contemplate the desires and yearnings that existed even within his own mind. He had been so resolute about his stance, now he knew better. He had seen a glimpse of what the vengeful thoughts and years of silence about bitter tragedies could cause.

Making his way through the thick under brush took more time then Fynn had thought. It was made more difficult by the growing evening light. By the time he made it back to his small outcropping, the light had faded to near darkness. Fynn wondered at the condition of his master. He had not heard from her since entering the caves, just as her child was born. He decided she was resting for she had been through an ordeal, wether the labor was eased by medicine or not.

As he began to begin the final phases of his lightsabers construction, Fynn took a moment to relax, and make adjustments for his stay outdoors. He had no intention of returning until his task was complete. He wanted his skills to be honed by the solitude like the jedi of legend he had read about in studies. The first jedi must have seemed like heretics, insane hermits, practicing magic. Fynn laughed at the idea of becoming a hermit, like his father, it was odd but he didn't mind the solitude of the jungle, it allowed him to feel at home for the first time in a while.

As he finished a fine adjustment to the weapon, Fynn decided to call it a night, he would have better light in the morning anyways. Turning on a proximty alarm to alert him to the presence of predators or other unwanted visitors. Fynn pulled a fiber sleeping bag from his duffel. Sleep found him fast, and his mind wandered of to a deep sleep.

Skye slept on, exhaustion taking it's toll on her. Little Amon was with his father and would soon wake her again for another feed. I-Nine brought in some of the baby clothes and items she had gotten for her son, placing them in the bedchamber. Amon's crib placed close by his parent's bed.

Skye woke to the sound of a hungry child, smiling as she rose. She was still rather sore from the birth, though that would ease in time. One of the servants brought her son to her, also the note from Tzeentch. Business again... *sigh* She placed it aside before taking her son into her arms, letting him drink his fill. Once he had finished feeding, she changed him and got the servants to watch him while she showered and dressed into fresh robes.

That done she took her son into her arms again, bonding with him as she carried him around their new home. She wondered how Darla and Fynn were as she wandered through to find her Daughter. She noticed that she was shadowed by some of Tzeentch's Pharah's, knowing them for what they were. She missed the touch of the force, but this was for their protection. She could live with it, at least for a time. Their infant was strong in both his powers, so would have to be guarded until he could control his output. The last thing they needed was enemies discovering where they were. The child of a God and a Jedi might become a pawn in the power plays, although to become an enemy of Tzeentch would be a bad move.

Not being able to find Morgana, Skye moved out to a balcony, rocking Amon gently as her son gurgled and cooed to her, still being shadowed by their protectors. She took in their tranquil surroundings, over looking the jungle below. She sat back, relaxing in a shaded position so that Amon didn't get too much sun. The servants brought some refreshments for her while she waited for the other's to surface from their activities, be it slumber or other...

Darla had made the most of Tzeencth's hospitality, she eaten a good meal, bathed and then fallen asleep on a bed that felt like floating on air. In the morning she awoke feeling refreshed. She strecthed her body, yawned and then climbed out of the bed. The sleep had felt so god she wanted to stay there all day, but there was a little one who she hadnt been properly introduced to yet. Darla smiled at the thought of Skye's baby. She knew that the planet must be a safe location, but if anything did happen she would defend Skye and her child to the death.

The wardrobe in her room was, as always, full of wonderful garments...all in her size. Loking at the silks, cotton and many other fabrics she couldnt identify Darla was t a loss. Her hand reached for a black jumpsuit, her usual attire. Suddenly she stopped and reach for something else completely.

It's beautiful! Now is a time for peace...I dont have to dress in something Id fight in.

Darla pinned up her hair in an elborate Aldaraanian fashion. She had never seen Aldaraan, it had been destroyed before she was born, but as a child she had loved to watch holo-vids of the beautiful world that was no more. It took some time but when she was done the mass of brown coils, some hanging down at the back, looked stunning. Lastly she slipped into the dress she had found.

It didnt take long for Darla to find Skye. A radiant smile graced her lips as she saw her friend. Darla grabbed the folds of her dress in her hands, the flowing white silk shimmering in the sunlight. The hair andthe dress was certainly new to Darla, she flet more feminine. Perhaps witnessing her friends labour had affected her on a deeper level. Or maybe she wanted to appear full of beauty and light after her seduction by the Sith. she had not fought the darkness...She had wanted it.

She twirled around, letting the dress blow in the light breeze. She giggled, realising she must look like a little girl with a new party dress.

"What do you think? I found it in the wardrobe, is it me?" Darla raised an eyebrow and any illusion that she was somebody was broken in that instant.

She may have been dressed like a Grecian godess, but she was still the same old Darla.

Darla sat by her friend, peering at the child in her arms.

"He's so beautiful. Im so happy I got here in time...lucky as well I guess..." Darla wondered what would have happned if she hadn't left Mimban when she had. "Has anything happened during my absence? Im really sorry I wasnt there for you. I'd like to make it up to you. Any plans of whats happeniong next or are you staying here for a while? I'd like to stay and help you..."

Skye looked up at Darla, smiling as she saw her swirling round in the new dress. Darla's giggle made her light-hearted as she looked upon her friend.

"Looks lovely. And don't worry, you didn't miss much. Actually you were probably lucky. I ended up running a class at the Academy."

Skye looked down at her son who was now sleeping peacefully in her arms. Looking back up at Darla she asked,

"Would you like to hold him? The only plans I have at the moment are to relax for a while, complete Fynn's training and look after this little man here..."

Again she looked down at Amon, rocking him gently while she waited to see if Darla would take him. Her voice was still soft and gentle as she continued,

"I am concerned about someone though. You didn't happen across Shy did you? Darex is very worried. She went missing from the Academy before he regained consciousness."

The morning came, and with it Fynn awoke just before dawn to finish his task. With a final modification to the hilt, and a last modification to the setting of the crystals, The saber was complete. Fynn stood looking at the hilt for a moment, unsure if he should ignite it. It was his first...not his last..yet Fynn desired this moment to be etched to his memory.

The blade was a combination of classic styling, and improvisation. Three metal strips of metal ran the length of the hilt, and terminated in a small triangular pummel. Rounded grip had thick rubber and a singular chrome switch. The whole construction was no more then nine inches. For his first Fynn was quite proud of the whole construction. As the sun rose over the distant hills Fynn took a short walk to the top of the ridgeline.

Holding the blade with both hands, and a deep breath, Fynn depressed the activation switch near the thumbrest.

The bright green blade shot to life, extending outwards to its full length, shuddering once or twice as energy shot threw the crystals for the first time. Fynn gasped. It had worked, and now his task was complete. The blade was much lighter then the electrostaff he had carried. Waving the saber around once or twice, Fynn decided to go through his routine of Soresu for the first time with his new blade. The practice went swiftly, and soon Fynn felt ready to see his master. He wanted to know how her baby was doing, and see Darla and Morgana again. He was a knew man, more complete then he had ever felt.

With a small amount of personal pride, Fynn clipped the saber to his brown leather belt. He shaved and cut his hair, deciding that a new look would complement his new feelings. After cleaning his garments, and packing up camp, Fynn made his way back to his master, following the impression of the force that pulled him. Soon he would see his master, and reveal his new abilities.

Darla falling quiet gave Skye reason to be concerned as well, reading between the lines that she wouldn't like what Darla had to say, that something had happened that her friend wasn't too pleased about. She shook her head slightly, handing Amon to his 'Aunty' before moving to lean against the rail, looking over the jungle once more.

She felt that the darkness was looming. Something was out there beyond the horizon. She wanted to feel the force again, wanted to be away from the pariah so she could touch it. She couldn't even reach out to her padawan to see if he was alright, but assumed that he was. Amon would grow fast, though not as fast as Morgana had. He was, by agreement, allowed to grow at his natural rate, not rapidly.

Sitting at the top of the steps that led through to the main entrance to the temple, morgana bathed in the sunlight, gently running a ball of fire she had summoned across the back of one hand. She almost felt guilty at using the powers her fathers demon had taught her, and knew the concequences that could occur if she over used them, but at the moment she didnt care.

She was in a particularly melancholy mood, quietly thinking through the problems that could arise from this child.

As she sat quietly on her own, she saw a figure approaching, eventually resolving itself into fynn, her mothers apprentice. Extinguishing the small flame, morgana waited for him to make his way up to the top of the steps.

Fynn approached the temple with a small amount of trepidation. There was no fear of his masters' companion, yet, he was still unsure how the servants of a man...god he had insulted would treat him. Still he had to see his master, and he was eager to make amends with Tzeentch. Seeing Darla would be good as well for reasons that Fynn was still unsure of.

As he entered in through a large archway, he saw one of the servants busily cleaning in the temple grounds. The servants of Tzeentch were oddly silent humanoids. Either they were mute, or whatever code they adhered to kept them so. Fynn respected thier faithfulness, for they were never found far from the temple of their chosen god.

After being directed to his masters location, Fynn made his way up a small series of stairs. There in front of him overlooking the palace grounds was his master. Fynn marveled at this, most women would have stayed in bed for days after thier delivery. Either her healing abilities had given her strength, or her companion had a handein her swift recovery. Next to Skye was a strange yet oddly familiar woman. She was very shapely from a distance, and her dress was certainly magnetic.

Fynn walked slowly, his new lightsaber gently bouncing from its loop on his waste. His boots made a slight clapping sound upon the marble like flooring on the balcony. Instantly his master recognized his presence, as he did hers. "Hello Master it is good to see you well, and..." He turned to the strange woman, suddenly he recognized Darla. It was a shock, but a pleasant one. "...and Darla you are even more beautiful then I would have imagined, its good to see you as well." In Darla's arms was her child, a beautiful baby boy. It was such a small bundle of life, yet Fynn could feel it was alive with the force, like a new star just after its forming. "How fortunate you are master, he looks like a strong little one. Its is wonderful to see you both well." Fynn said with earnest.

As Darla now had her son, Skye went over to Fynn, welcoming him back from his task and still wishing she could touch the force. She could see his saber hanging at his belt and smiled in indication of his task being completed.

"Welcome back Fynn, did you happen to see Morgana on your way in?"

She wasn't quite sure where her daughter was and couldn't reach out for her through her senses for the same reason she couldn't reach out to Fynn before.

"I'd like you to meet the newest member of my family... Fynn, this is Amon"

She moved over to Darla's side, taking Amon back into her arms as the little babe woke, making his hunger known again.

"I did notice someone watching me on the way in, it may have been her, I was focused on finding you at the time however, shall I find her for you?" Fynn said awaiting to see if his master need Morgna. It was odd that Skye did not simply locate her herself. He had thought that thier was a bond between mother and daughter as well as thier was with him. Still his master had been through a painful ordeal, it was probably just now recovering.

"Amon is a great name for a boy, does it mean anything?" Fynn asked out of curiousity. He leaned in to see the small babe reaching out at his mother.

"I'm sure she'll find us when she's ready. I feel she isn't sure about having a little brother." She rocked her son, smiling down at him, "Amon means honest and trustworthy."

She would have to see to Amon's other needs too but spoke again to Fynn first.

"So how did you go with your saber?"

She inclined her head towards the weapon at his belt.
