  1. Hidden behind his buy’ce, Tros winced in pain as he shuffled himself to sit more upright before Clan Larkin’s leaders, as they began to lay out plans for recovery of objects. Meroro Crir and Buya Strarr gave reports of movement still on Nar Shaddaa, along with rumors. “... And while movement is still happening there, I doubt there will be much of any resistance if we showed up with a squad of Fangs to search the area.” Kot’dral turned his head to look at Tros, not being as subtle as he would have thought in his own opinion. Lucky for him, Kami also gave a loud grunting cough to let her speaker, Buya know that she may have overstepped a line. “Fangs would telegraph us being there, and draw unwanted attention. No one knows all that went down. I trust the Huntsmen of Clan Larkin know this…” Kami stepped forward to take center stage. “We do Mand’alor. We would be using smaller shuttles, from a local world to draw less attention. For this purpose of recovering the beskar’gam would fall to only two teams. I do not have the faith in all of the clan members to handle this yet.” There was some movement from the others within the clan to make it clear they were disappointed with the words used. Kami didn’t acknowledge them, but instead kept her head forward. It was a move that Tros respected from her. “I have word that one of our Crusader-class corvettes will be ready for movement. You may use it, but keep it out of sight. Do not engage unless you are certain to leave no survivors. Go.” The dismissal was quick and all of Clan Larkin knew what they had to do, leaving the room quickly to get their job done. Upon them fully leaving the room, Kot’dral turned to face Tros. “Forgive me, but I think that maybe there is too much faith in that Clan. What has been proven outside of Kami?” Tros leaned in heavily to one side of the chair and looked up. Kot’dral echoed what many thought. He knew this from the whispers of others around the throne. Letting out a heavy sigh, he kept his eyes locked on Kot’dral from behind his buy’ce. “Many clans form House Solus. Many Houses form Mandalorians. One House is not better than another. Battle in combat against them if you wish to prove something. Otherwise I will not have Clans bickering like little children. I place my trust in all of the Clans, as I am only as strong as the weakest Clan that I lead. To be declared Mand’alor, I must be able to trust every Clan, every House. Every vod. And they must trust me.” Tros now took the time to stand up and get directly eye level with Kot’dral. “To grow in numbers, we must be willing to let others have a trial by fire experience…” He then slowly began to talk down the small platform of stairs and towards the main war table in the middle of the room. “Speaking of experience… Have we heard anything from our Sith allies?” Kot’dral delayed himself in moving towards his leader. The words stung slightly, but even he knew the truth behind them. He let out a breath before starting to walk down the stairs to join the Mand’alor. “No word. I know that they felt slightly defeated after Nar Shaddaa, however successful individual missions may have gone. Lord Mavanger did as he was supposed to, our own reported that. Rumor has it the remaining of their forces have gathered on an ancient Sith world… No clue as to what that is though…” A slight head turn was all Kot’dral got from Tros. Mand’alor kept his own head in the position looking slightly back at his second in command for a long moment. “Reach out and make contact. Then gather your best Zealots and a few Pathfinders. I have something brewing within my mind…”
  2. The pain that shot through his upper shoulder as Grurt sealed the wound shut made Tros turn and look at the man with an annoyed face. The look was ignored for the most part, as Kot’dral, Sarpo and Kami finished up their reports on the battle of Nar Shaddaa. They had arrived back home on Almas around two days ago, and only now that everyone was able to either sit or stand, gave their reports on the whole situation. Even with the pain in his shoulder, which oozed and leaked every few hours, he was able to be present enough to hear what everyone had to say. He stood instead of sitting down within the throne behind him, only because he felt it was needed for everyone else to see him stand. As of right now, he turned his attention back to Kami, who was finishing up her report. The pain he felt could wait. “...The loss of Fangs were high, but the damage they dealt was sufficient enough. I would say the sooner we finish up the beskad-starfighters the better. Not enough armor or fire power on the Fangs. They have a lot of speed though. Of our forces that went, less than half returned.” She turned and looked at Sarpo, keeping her own buy’ce tucked under her arm as she did. In fact, Sarpo was the only one present still with his own buy'ce on. “I doubt we’ll have anything other than the Fangs ready within the next four months. Priorities have been shifted entirely at Qat. But on that note, we do have two Crusader-class corvettes lined up in production and should be space worthy within the next four weeks. There is also a Keldabe-class Battleship being produced upon your request, Alor. That one may take another four before it’s ready. Given that our numbers dwindled for that emergence at Nar Shaddaa. But speaking of that…” Tros adjusted slightly under the pain to look at Kot’dral. His jetblack hair kept short, locked eyes with Tros for a flicker of a moment before looking at the rest of the group. “Datafiles on Nar Shaddaa were nowhere near as guarded as we thought they’d be. They were in fact being emptied by the time we got there, but what we needed was still there. Minor, almost insignificant opposition.” He withdrew three datachips and placed them upon a table that all of the clan leaders and heads gathered around. “All three contain some sort of information relevant to what we were seeking on Terra. With the chaos outside, we were fairly unchallenged. A few did try, but were little then training practice for the Zealots. Maybe we should hire them out for future training if we get bored... although, the rumors around what transpired during this is something we need to deal with Alor…” Kot’dral’s eyes locked on his. THe black eyes meet the brown eyes of Tros, who in turned had his mind replaying the events within his own head. “I'm assuming everyone wants to fully know what happened in the duel between me and Terra." He looked around to get a slow confirmation of everyone's head nods to indicate that was indeed what they were wanting to hear. He then let out a sigh and looked at the table as his own memory replayed everything for him. "...Terra.. Withdrew. The battle began quickly, yet when all was said and done, she had beat me. But she choose a different option. She left her circelt within my hands and discarded her beskar’gam before me and left. It was the last thing I saw before I passed out... She has forsaken the ways of the Mandalorian and is now dar’manda.” His own eyes didn’t look up as he told them. It stung deeply for him, to have one he followed once to leave everything behind. Sure he’s had them die before, but never willingly walking away. This was new to him. He wasn't sure if it would ever leave his memory. “Already there are others now wondering where she went. On all of the channels I’m hearing is that you flat out killed her and took her armor as your prize. Many are starting to search for House Solus to pledge themselves to you Tros… Do we make sure that they know?” The words that came from Sarpo had his own mind swirling around. What would he want to do? Surely taking the title under these circumstances was far from ideal. Yet, to openly declare to everyone what had transpired would cause more damage to their entire culture and history. Many who followed Terra had been lifelong Mandalorians. What did former Mand’alors do? Were they ever in such a situation? This was uncharted territory for them. And now all of the pressure of this falls upon me, another thing I did not want to have. Kami spoke up, interrupting his thoughts. “The numbers from the other clans would strengthen us. We could easily scout out the ruins of Nar Shaddaa where the Blood Prince plunged the Scarab into the planet to see if her armor survived… display it?” “But it would be dishonest. Building upon a lie. Remember the creed of House Solus Kami Larkin- it would ser-” Tros held up a hand to halt Kot’dral’s speech. As he did, a pained face took over. This time not from his shoulder, but rather where he took the slugs from Terra, but lower gut and upper thigh. He took the time to sit back down in a chair that was a little bit further away from the rest of them, if only to rest. “A lie we must protect though. Others have followed Mand’alor the Bloody into long and weary wars, myself included with those. The pain to know she walked away from it all… it hurts. I’m certain that others would question their own path if they knew the truth. Others would begin to doubt this House if they learned the truth. It is something that no one else outside of this room can know.” He fully leaned back within the chair that was now acting as a throne. He purposely looked slowly at each member present before him. “Let the rumors stand. Kami, send a team within a week to scout the ruins and find her beskar’gam and bring it back. Kot’dral, take over public addressing until her beskar’gam is brought here. Sarpo, send word to Avao to continue to build the ships and you are to search for a title for me. Within two weeks, I will address all of House Solus as Mand’alor.” The room slowly gave slight bows and left, all except for Kot’dral, who picked up the datachips and walked closer to Tros on the throne chair. Upon reaching him, he dropped the datachips into the now extended hand of the Alor, soon to be declared Mand’alor. “Whatever happened to Hades?” Tros slowly accepted the datachips and looked at Kot’dral. Neither had their buy’ce on, allowing for both to look eye to eye. “She sent it away upon me opening fire on her. I didn’t mean to cause her any doubt. I was content to lead separately from here. My own House, not all Mandalorians. She took something upon the battle starting that was not there.” The jetblack haired Mandalorian looked at the floor for a moment. “I know you don’t believe in the gods… but perhaps they were instrumental in the outcome and everything that has transpired since you formed this House.” He then looked up and both locked eyes again. “Many things have transpired indeed. Perhaps soon after the oath of Mand’alor is taken, we should visit our Sith friends to see what is going on with them.” Almost as soon as he finished, he closed his hand that was holding the datachips into a fist and moved to stand very slowly. “But enough of that. Help me get back to our room. We need to look over these files and have some time to just ourselves.” Kot’dral smiled and got on one side of Tros to aid him towards the back quarters. This would be about the only time when the two of them could rest easily together before more things arose that would take them away from each other yet again.
  3. The pain was something that came later upon Tros coming around. Kami Larkin stood pulling him along with another that he couldn't figure out. His vision blurred in and out as his own mind was coming back to. Locked tightly within his hands was a circlet given to him by Terra after she took him down in combat. All that remained within his own mind was the image of Terra walking away, armorless before him. The battle took a turn that he didn't want. The outcome, while he survived it, he lost yet again. Another vod taken from him. But this one walked away herself. For the first time since losing others along the way, a tear found its way onto his face. It remained hidden due to his own buy'ce that covered it. A muffled sniffle must of sounded like something else, as he felt the sting of a stimpack before he heard Kami call out "Hit him with another one." The pain raced through him from his shoulder where Terra caught him with the spear. The pain forced him to hold even tighter to the circlet. His eyes closed from a mix of pain and sadness. Time must have moved, as when he opened his eyes again, there were a few tubes and wires connected to him and his buy'ce was on a bench near him. He was back on the Justice, and it was moving. Kami leaned in and looked him over. Her own buy'ce off as she held a curiosity within her eyes. "...Tros... what did you do to Terra's body?..." Pain came flooding back into his shoulder as he turned slightly to see that they had made a makeshift medbay within the cargo hold of the Swift Justice. He tried to see if any of the others had made it back, but he couldn't see anyone else. "...No... She won..." There was chatter of some sort that began to pick up from the cockpit of his own ship. He recognized Sutu's voice yelling something about Tyrant Adventure getting destroyed. More sounds that were coming in from comms about quick exits and excitement over the news of Tros defeating Terra. He was too weak to shout that he didn't win, that the circlet he held was given to him by a fellow warrior whom chose to walk away from oath. His sadness over the news must have been strong enough that Kami could see it. With a look of sadness of her own, she placed one hand upon his chest, while the other carefully upon his shoulder. She spoke in a hushed tone. "...Ner Vod..." Those were the last words he could focus on as the ship blasted into hyperspace, bringing Tros injured back to the Capital for House Solus...
  4. The blood and gore of battle increased as the combatants of the playing field known as Nar Shaddaa continued to fight. Above the space battle waged on. He hoped his own men would succeed in their mission, aiding the Sith Lord. The Zealots deployed on their own mission as Tros fulfilled his own by distracting others away from them so that they could complete their assignment he gave them. And now, he stood alone against Terra, the last Mand’alor named. The last one whom he followed. He doubted there would ever be one as good as her. For a brief second, he wondered if she knew that. But such a thought to dwell upon was a luxury in battle, one he had never received before, and even now, Terra refused to give it. His diving attack, which put havoc upon her for a good moment, turned again. Her slow retreat away from him turned into a sudden launch forward, drawing two new weapons and attacking him with them. Her fire created an arc flow that went against his, which was dying out finally. Two loud pings which carried with them great pain, adding clear dents into his armor, rang his whole body. His HUD link was the next to go, as one struck his buy’ce dead near the left temple. In the small separation of his shoulder armor and his chest, another metal bolt struck, searing through his body. The pain took great intensity, almost making him forget about the pain within his lower left abdomen. He cut his jetpack off, dropping himself suddenly without warning. It gave Terra the upper hand for a moment, but it also took away her direct line of sight of him, giving slight relief to him getting torn to shreds from her flechette weapons. Landing with a loud muffled scream of pain, he rolled behind what cover he had available, which was a lone box-like object on the top of a building. There was also a billboard of sorts not far from him. But the roll already put him in pain, as his left abdomen bent right where Terra had already struck him. As he rolled, between the movement and pain, he dropped his Westar assault rifle. HIs HUD showed him the battlefield, but he could not access everything on his armor from it. He would have to do things manually. Taking aim, he fired his grappling hook at Terra using his hand upon his gauntlet. He would pull her down to his level to make the fight easier. And to guarantee it, he also used his finger to launch his single electro-dart. It would disable her tech, even her own jetpack. Upon her getting down to his level, he would end her battle today. He did not want her dead, but clearly a leg wound wasn’t enough. He needed to have her tech and hands rendered useless. Once she was even with him, that’s when his Beskad would be used against her to take out her hands… ((3)) (Took a shot high, along with two bruising shots and one that destroyed his HUD link. Fired his grappling hook along with an electro-dart at Terra in hopes of a strong yank/pull down towards him.)
  5. Whatever Tros was expecting to happen, it most certainly didn’t. Even though he wanted Terra to dismount the giant war droid, the fact that he could clearly tell that it was not even scratched by the blaster fire was clear. He knew instantly upon Terra tossing herself off Hades that he may have made the wrong choice, provoking the one one known as Mand'alor the Bloody. He was certain she would live up to that name now. Things were indeed about to get bloody. He heard the jai’galaar even from the distance the two were at from each other, something he knew all too well that she had the ability to be heard from anywhere on the battlefield. The sound, which was delayed by the familiar slugthrower, echoed within his ears. This was a poor time to refill the cartridge on his blaster. He attempted to force himself lower to avoid the shots, which would have torn through flesh and caused massive bleeding internally even if it hit the armor that wasn’t pure beskar. His own speed wasn’t fast enough, as one dented in lower abdomen armor, a second ripped clean through his left lower abdomen. There were two loud dings of ricochets from other shots. Knowing that it either fired single shots or three round bursts, he figured two others must have gone completely astray. The pain was intense for a moment, followed by pure adrenaline kicking in, allowing for him to push through and act upon instinct alone. Slamming the cartridge in and blasting off with his jetpack, he quickly began to pour out the entire clip of sixty five rounds towards Terra, or at least as much as he could in the time it would take for him to reach her. He went full throttle towards her, keeping his finger held upon the trigger of his blaster as he moved closer to her. His own HUD showed him the distance between the two, weak spots in her armor that he doubted he would be able to land any shots on, along with her heart rate. Both hers and his were elevated, her most likely through the rage of battle. His because of his bleeding plus the battle. Close range was something that would put both on their guard leveling the playing field. Although, he was now entering close range with bruised abs and bleeding from his left side, which Terra could easily take advantage of if she was to see it. There was little doubt that she wouldn't, Terra was as well trained as he was. This was going to be Jatnese be te jatnese. Only one would prevail, and Tros would not let it be him. Not on the full debut of his House in action. If it came to it, he would end the rule of Mand'alor the Bloody. ((2)) (Took two shots, one upon weaker armor and another through his left lower abdomen. Poured blaster fire at Terra and raced at her in a full on charge.) Jatnese be te jatnese - Best of the best.
  6. The sound was familiar to him long before his own HUD picked up and told him what was approaching. Tros knew the sound of Hades, he had heard it many times before, even fought alongside it in many battles. There was no way it was without Terra, as the two were a package deal. What in all haran... He knew it would only be a matter of time before he would have to engage the Mandalorian whom he once followed. He didn't think he would have to face her this soon, or even with Hades. It was an odd thinking pattern, to which even he knew it from just thinking it. But now was not the time to worry about his own failings in thought patterns. It was war. His House was present to make a mark. Terra was not apart of their war, but he would not hold back if she attempted to stop him. The air felt thicker now, almost as if the tension between both parties of Mandalorians understood what was at stake. Kinslaying. Although in the eyes of all Mandalorians, such a thing wasn't frowned upon. It was simply growth between one house or another, or just an unfortunate part of war. For House Solus, Terra and her followers were not aruetiise. They were simply opposition standing in the way of their objective. And within his own mind, Tros knew that he couldn't kill Terra. She was Mandalorian and still a friend. He would disarm and remove her from the fight. But he would not kill her unless she left him no other choice. Tros put both of his Westar 75 blasters away and instead pulled out his Westar Assault rifle. It had a greater range, not as much as he would like, but far greater than the heavy blasters. Accuracy was not a strong suit for these weapons, but more of a steady line of consistent fire rate. His first shot would have to count. And with upon Hades, it needed to take Hades out or move the war droid into a position of not being relevant to the battle. He doubted that he could with his current weapons without killing Terra. A Bes'uliik was a hard thing to bring down in the old days. With current technology upgrades, they aren't as hard, yet could still prove to be a pain to anyone who didn't know how to deal with them. Taking a breath in, he slowly aimed through his HUD towards the main neck-like area of the droid. It held the least amount of coverings, and in many attempts when struck there or near, the droids self preservation normally could throw it's rider off. If not, it would mean hellfire being rained down upon him quickly. Slowly letting his breath out, he whispered mainly to himself. "Ni ceta." Then he opened up fire, letting his finger push down upon the trigger of the Westar assault rifle. He would hold onto the trigger until the cartridge emptied fully and needed a refill. His hopes was that he would level the playing field, if only slightly. But for now, Terra and Hades would have to deal with the full 65 round burst of concentrated fire. ((1)) Opened with a steady stream of fire. haran - Hell aruetiise - Traitors Bes'uliik - Basilisk war droid Ni ceta - Sorry
  7. Tros swung his own body to the left, choosing to instead utilize cover of a post on the landing ramp from incoming fire from allied forces. While his armor at such a long range would have held up against whatever shots they may have fired, he decided to preserve as much of it as he could. Distraction was the name of the game for the moment, and he knew that such a distraction would cause eyes from others who carried a much higher profile in the galaxy than perhaps himself. A few pings here and there made it clear that splitting up as the distraction force did was a good idea, as it kept the many forces attempting to either stop them or protect the innocents a far harder game. With a smile hidden behind his own buy'ce, he bent slightly low and poked more of his body out from behind the cover of the post to return fire at the incoming allied troops. The Westar 75 heavy blasters gave a very loud and distinct sound, almost like a mix between a pop and a thud. The sound of impact against different things was also distinct. For instance, against anything metal, a loud ringing thud. Against armor, a cracking thud. Against flesh, a sizzling thud. It made it super clear when he hit something versus when he did not. The orange and yellow color of the blasters energy was also very bright, unlike most dull yellow or red blaster like energy. Overall, they were becoming his new favorite toys. Until the heaviness of them began to take effect. He only got through about ten minutes into the stand off when both blaster ran out of ammo, needing to be reloaded. Luckily, he had about three more ammo packs for each blaster, but it meant he would really have to pick and choose his shots. Not wanting to reload now with incoming troops, he instead used the rocket missile on his Z-6 jetpack to have the bridge like walkway they were using to collapse with them on it. The explosion was loud yet very effective. Now that I made it hard to get to me, I should find somewhere new to cause trouble I guess.... **** Within R&D Department **** (( Kot'dral )) Kot'dral could hear the movements of others within the building. His own HUD showed heat signatures of others entering, from the looks of it on crafts of some kind. He didn't bother to use verbal communication, but instead sent a message display to every Zealot's HUD. It simply read ::There is opposition. Rain Contingency active.:: He then signaled his counterpart, Kollu Vipid to take the downward breech position. They would not let a few foolish allied troopers stop them. They were here to for the sole purpose of being successful. He kept his own eyes watching his HUD to observe what sort of movement was taking place within the building. The allied forces had yet to take any actions against their equipment, which he wondered if they were half expecting to lose the building to begin with. If that was the case, it would make things much easier for him and his team. The soft sound of the liquid line launcher from Kollu brought him back to what was happening. They were about two floors above where their target was at, and Kollu cut through the floor as silently as he could, catching it before it fell. Once he hauled up the durasteel floor piece, Kot'dral jumped through the hole and began to scan and clear the area. Part of him salivated for the chance to engage a jetiise. ((Beck Pilon)) Beck watched as the turbolift door opened up, revealing the long tunnel towards the landing pad, where his ship, Heaven's Taint was waiting to load the final few crates of datafiles on board. As the crew quickly moved everything that way, he responded back to the troops who moved to intercept the Mandalorians. "Trill Scout Squadron, all that remains are personnel files and weapon files. Prioritize the weapon files. Be careful when engaging. They are well armed and trained." The admiral hoped the squad would heed his words. His own commando teams that went through rigorous training didn't hold up against them. He didn't want them to lose their lives in vain.
  8. The four random ships that the Mandalorians of House Solus used came screaming into the main atmosphere of Nar Shaddaa. They were accompanied by 6 Fang Fighters and took a wide formation. Tros used his HUD to address them all. "Alright crew. Bloodlust and The Trident are to get as close in to the main Headquarters as possible. Hit the ground a fan out away from the building. Draw troops out. The Tyrant Adventure will use the chaos and land a bit further away to complete their mission. Everyone on the Swift Justice is to fan towards the docks. Fangs, provide air chaos and cover. More damage and noise, the better. We rendezvous back at the docks upon the signal and return to Almas. You know your assignments. Today is the day the galaxy will remember, Ke nu'jurkadir sha Mando'ade!" He gave Sutu a tap on the shoulder and then turned to walked back towards the main hold to lead the rest of his men onto the battlefield, when multiple responses started to flood in on his HUD. They all were the same, almost to be expected by this point. The simple phrase that now a very strong part of House Solus. Strength is life. Honor is life. Loyalty is life. Death is life. Haat, Ijaa, Haa'it. The ship was slowly powering down as he got back towards the landing ramp. All stood ready with their Westar Assault Rifles ready to go upon leaving the ship. Tros opted out for the two Westar 75 Heavy Blaster pistols gifted to him as the first test run. He'd get a chance to use the Assault rifle he was sure, but for now, it was time to let the galaxy truly know that House Solus was a different breed of Mandalorians then what they were used to getting. The door of the landing ramp opened up before the ship even touched the ground. It was go time. Tros blasted out using his jetpack and began to fire at anything that wasn't a Mandalorian. Although, he was certain that with the noise his House would be making would draw the attention of the one whom he used to follow. Terra. But that was a bridge he'd have to cross when the time came. For now, it was all about showing off House Solus.
  9. The movements of the ship seemed like a dance, rapidly making its way towards the surface. Constantly being thrown gracefully one direction or another followed suit by other ships within their own formations. Many of the Fang fighters deployed from Mavangers ship began their own free for all runs, as they were supposed to. Some decided to follow their Alor to the surface, helping the dance flow of the ships bouncing seem even more rehearsed than before. From the bridge of the Swift Justice, Tros watched as the planet grew before him. Alarms blared loudly within his ears as a few explosions rocked the ship heavily. "Talyc haran!" Without even looking away from his own sightlines, which was another ship, he responded to Sutu. "Problem? That last one was close." "Close as in our shields are almost gone. Give me another thirty seconds and we'll be at past all of this..." Tros continued to eye and monitor the Tyrant Adventure, the ship carrying the majority of the Zealots to the surface. He would much rather they died in order to get them to the surface to complete their mission. But he also hoped that Kot'dral survived as well. He had already lost so many on this path. He wasn't sure if he could handle yet another one. Another explosion near them rattled the entire ship. "Shield are gone. We're going to have a hot entry..." Almost five seconds after Sutu announced it, the viewport slowly had the flames of atmosphere entry begin to take over. The four ships had made it through and to the surface. Now onto the next portion of the game. The Zealots with their mission, and the rest to draw attention away from them. Plus whatever fun chaos damage the Fang Fighters choose to do to the surface. Alor : Leader Talyc haran : Bloody hell
  10. The starlines broke forth revealing the golden looking planet before the four different ships that belonged to the Mandalorians of House Solus. Swift Justice; a Pursuer-class frigate, The Trident; an YX-1980, Tyrant Adventure; a YG-4210 and Bloodlust; an E-9 Explorer craft all arrived to the fight, fully stocked and ready for the battle. Tros stood in the bridge of Swift Justice and observed the movements quickly of the allied Sith fleet and their own movements. His hair upon his forearms stood up as the tension rose of the incoming battle. Reaching down, he opened his comms to the rest of the ships for House Solus. "Engage and support the Sith fleet. Follow them in. Do not under any circumstances interfere or slow down Kot'dral and the Zealots. Their mission is more important than ours." He cut the comms to avoid having open chatter. Sutu slowly moved his hands over the controls, following in close to the main fleet, almost attempting to remain hidden. Tros placed a hand upon his shoulders. "Don't hide us. I want us to be known. But the Sith fleet is moving to remove mines it would appear. Follow closely enough to help or avoid getting us blown up. Once we're clear, move openly." He kept his own eyes on the movements before him, choosing instead to focus on his visual skills versus what was going on radar wise. He was more focused on seeing the deployment of the Fang Fighters from Lord Mavanger's ship, which he understood wouldn't happen until the mines were not a threat. He now wished that as soon as this battle was done that he would be able to travel within the Keldabe-class battleship upon its completion. For now, the smaller freighters would be sufficient.
  11. Tros simply left Mavanger with a nod of his head before turning around and departing with his own vod. He knew they would do the job well and that Mavanger would not be disappointed in the results. One of the dock workers, a Sith trooper left from the previous Dark Lord in support of this alliance, approached him rather eagerly. Tros put his buy'ce back on as the man came to stand before him. "Sir, all of the Fang fighters are ready to be loaded and we will begin to load at your command." He looked around at the hangar floor. It was full of new ships and it felt like the beginning of something familiar to him. While he had never truly participated in one of the old conquest campaigns before, the closest he ever got was while he traveled under the banner of Terra. "Load them now. All ships and crew heading out must be ready within the hour." He was still looking around at the hangar as he spoke, and even lingered for a few seconds afterwards. He then walked away and headed towards his own ship, Swift Justice. He would remain there until it was time to leave. There was no need for anyone else to bother him. They all had their orders.
  12. The smell of the oils and metals was strong within the air, even with thinner air the scent remained heavy and not even his buy'ce was able to filter it all out. Tros didn't mind it as much as maybe he would have long ago. But times changed. He changed. He was now a leader of a House and someone that others looked towards when it came to Mandalorians. He looked to his right to see Gronn Lerr leading his Pathfinders into the core dock. Sarpo Fost and Bo Qan were leading a group of Supercommandos from the left. They were fresh from the armory, as all of them were still busy carrying their new weapons close and checking them out. He decided to connect with Gronn before talking with Mavanger. "Gronn. Are you ready for the assignment?" The other Mandalorian, clad in blue and white armor, didn't stop his own movements, but instead kept walking towards the group of Sith troopers who had joined Mavanger. "We are ready. We will not fail, and we will make Mandalorians feared once again." Tros turned his shoulder and kept up his own pace to remain alongside Gronn. "Don't worry about any of that. Focus solely on whatever tasks you are given. It is critical that Mavanger fulfills his assignment." He then held up a finger to signal that the conversation was over, as they were now upon the Sith troops gathered with Darth Mavanger. When all groups merged together, Tros removed his buy'ce and held it under his left arm. "May I present to you Lord Mavanger, Gronn Lerr, who will be leading the Pathfinders I am lending you. There is also Sarpo Fost and Bo Qan, each respectively leading their own Supercommando squads for you. They can do their job well enough and don't need much assistance. Capable and willing." He then turned and with his right arm motioned towards the Fang Starfighters all about them, turning attention back upon finishing talking about them. "They are ready, along with pilots. Some may opt to stay within the confines of the cockpit of their starfighters for the journey, so housing them will not be a problem. I do thank you for being so willing to help us get these to the battlefield."
  13. Tros found himself standing at the command center after a short repair of equipment and loading everything that he needed for the upcoming battle. Avao double checked the vambraces she repaired and that everything was well within working order. "Checks out. Don't let a lightsaber smack them directly again. The tactical pad was extremely hard to repair within pure beskar." Tros gave a short noise out of his nose, which may have resembled a half chuckle, but fully constricted to the nose only and it was clearly forced out. He didn't have his buy'ce on, so the noise seemed a bit louder. Atin cleared his own throat from across the room. "Incoming ship. Raven's Bane." Tros gave a nod to Avao as she stood up, letting her know that it was time to get the Fang-Fighters ready. "Let them approach. They're our allies. They're here for the Fangs." "Incoming Raven's Bane. The dock has been opened for you at Iron-Pantheon. A friendly heads up that the air on the station is much thinner than you'd expect. Be prepared." Tros stood over Atin and observed the area before him. "I will meet our guest in the dock. I know that Avao is staying behind to build the Keldabe-class battleship... But unless you have a need here I would much rather have every arm available in this battle." The silver and orange buy'ce turned ever so slightly to look back at Tros. "I'd be disappointed in you if you didn't ask. Any assignments?" With his face still uncovered, he gave a smile. "With me at the front. I'm going to miss having Vulios. And Sarpo already pledged himself to another point entry with the Fangs." The buy'ce turned back to the comms. "It will be an honor Alor. I will meet you on Swift Justice once I am done here." Tros gave a nod and then turned and grabbed his own buy'ce and left the command center to meet with Mavanger on the docks.
  14. Tros closed his eyes for a single moment as the sound of the engines powering down for his ship echoed softly within his quarters. He felt a wave of emotions come over him for a second before fading away as soon as the washed over him. The door to his quarters opened without warning, and within the door frame stood Sutu, who even with his buy'ce on made a clear startled reaction to seeing Tros sitting without anything besides for his underwear. Because of his own face being visible, his annoyance showed rather quickly to the Mandalorian who walked in without getting permission first. Before he could lash out any words, Sutu broke the tension quickly. "Avao has reported that everyone is present and awaiting us." He then turned and left in a very hurried pace. Closing his eyes as he looked down, letting out a massive sigh, he wondered for a moment if he would ever get a chance to reflect properly upon the events of his life that has happened over the course of the past three months. It felt like both an eternity and a flash blur all at the same time, which made his own mind wondered how much he could trust his own instincts. Standing up, he quickly began to get dressed and headed towards the meeting. **Onboard the Iron-Pantheon** His boots clanged upon each step as he moved towards the command center of the shipyard. There was plenty of movement, even some from those within the Sith Empire whom were left for the Mandalorians from the previous Sith Lord. As he approached the command center doors, Kot'dral stood outside and held his hand out to hold Tros from entering right away. He pulled him closer in, temporarily letting both of their buy'ces touch in Keldabe kiss. "My squad of Zealots are ready." Tros pulled away and looked at the buy'ce before him. "You are a perfect ver'alor Kot'dral. I will make sure that your name and squad is given all glory and honor upon arriving back. But until then, I do need to address the others." He grabbed Kot'dral's hand for just a second before releasing it and letting it fall back down as he turned and walked into the command center. Avao immediately looked at him upon entering the room and struck a metal plate with a very loud clang, signaling everyone to quiet down and to focus on Tros. He slowly moved forward and looked around the room. Kot'dral came in and stood behind him, just slightly off to his right. "War. We are at war with the Jetiise. But let it be clear, our path is already forged for us. Nar Shaddaa is but one strike out of many that is to come. For the purpose of the Sith Empire, we will aid them in their fight. Our partnership with them is long lasting, but out path is not fully tied to theirs. This fight is the start of a very long war, one that will have our own honor and glory tested. But this fight is not our campaign. I say this so that everyone knows the impact of what we are going to accomplish. We are going to make our presence known. Mandalorians will be feared as warriors. We will begin to show our own culture to the galaxy as we continue to burn through those that oppose us. After this fight, we have a lot of ground work to cover before we will be ready for our own campaign. At Nar Shaddaa we show some of our ships and weapons. After our strike, we return back to Almas and begin to build the rest of what we will need. Small strikes, testing weapons and collecting things that we need, all the while helping to support the Sith in whatever they need. Once our numbers are ready and our path clear, we will begin our own campaign." Tros paused for a moment as he looked around at everyone within the room. "To make things clear about Nar Shaddaa, the Zealots have their goal. No one is to interfere with their mission. Our Supercommandos have been assigned to Darth Mavanger, along with one squad of Pathfinders. Assist him in his task, which is bringing down the Imperial Empress. He must not fail. If you have been assigned to fly one of the Fang starfighters, chaos is your sole mission. Burn and cause chaos as much as you can. The rest, you are to work with me. We are to make sure that we draw out the bigger guns to us, letting Darth Mavanger and the Zealot's to fulfill their missions." Tros then took his buy'ce off and placed it on the center round table in the command center. "There will also be other Mandalorians on the battlefield against us. Terra will be present. They are not our enemy. Engage if you must and kill if left no other option. But remember that they are not our enemy. We do not want to spill their blood if we can avoid it." Finishing up, he looked around at everyone again before picking up his buy'ce and putting it back on. "You have three hours to make your final preparations. Then everyone is to be ready to depart to Nar Shaddaa. Dismissed." Tros stood in the room as the rest of the leaders nodded their own heads and began to walk out of the room until it was just Kami, Avao and Kot'dral left with him. Avao picked up a case and loaded it on the command table. "Alor, this is a special just for you." She opened the case revealing to blasters. "The very first pair of Westar 75 heavy blasters. Heavier than normal, but carry a far bigger punch than any other. This along with our new Westar assault rifles should help you in providing the chaos you may need to turn a sour situation in your favor." She slide the case over to him and withdrew another case. "Also, I see that you carry the beskad from Vulios. I'd hesitate from using it until you're more comfortable with it. For now, here are some handy things to replenish what you've lost over the past two battles. This case holds for you darts, which I'm sure you need. 1 electro-dart, 1 lecepanine dart and 1 tranquilizer dart. It also has two Plank gas grenades and 3 Frag grenades. Use them sparingly if you can." Carefully Tros placed all of the weapons into their correct spot on him, while slowly removing his old equipment, which some of it was picked up by Kot'dral, who added it to his own personal armament. "Am I the only one that gets new toys?" Avao didn't say anything, but Kami did. "I get to test to new Carbines out. Only one was made. Sorry." "No need to apologize. I'm glad that they will see use." "Speaking of use-" Avao now stood directly in front of Tros as she addressed him. "You're vambraces were bladly destroyed tech wise. The beskar held up though. I can repair the majority of it. Remove them and I can have them back to you within two hours." He slowly nodded his head as he removed the vambraces and handed them over to Avao. As she left with them, Kami and Kot'dral stood before him. Kami removed her buy'ce as she addressed him. "What do you think is in the files on Terra that are so important to our House?" Tros looked at Kot'dral before answering the question. He didn't mind sharing information with her, she he felt like she needed to be in the know in order to fully feel as though she belonged with them. "Where she traveled. I followed her as Mand'alor for a while. After Coruscant, we struck at Chandrilla, to which many of us went in different directions. Her path is unknown to me from there, but she emerged months later helping the rebellion. I am curious as to what she encountered that had her change her direction. I know where Fett traveled. Terra, not so much. I am hoping the files held on her at Nar Shaddaa will give some insight and maybe gain some better idea of how to... well that part is for me alone to know." Kami narrowed her eyes before she put her own buy'ce back on. "Then I will make sure Clan Larkin does their own duty in bringing honor and glory to House Solus at Nar Shaddaa." She then turned and walked out of the command center. Kot'dral then placed his hand upon Tros's shoulder. "The entire House is behind you, Alor. Strength is life. Honor is life. Loyalty is life. Death is life. Haat, Ijaa, Haa'it." After that, he removed his own hand off the shoulder of Tros and then turned and left the command center as well, leaving Tros finally alone with his own thoughts.

Tros simply gave a nod and then turned to walk back the same way he was lead in. But before leaving the command center, he spoke. "I will see you and your forces at Qat Chrystac." He then left and walked his way back quickly to his own ship. His thoughts moved more rapidly through his own walk, thinking over what sort of damage would be done by his House at the battle, along with what sort of reputation would they gain and how many others would be attracted to the cause. They were fleeting thoughts, and even as he had them knew they held no weight. Glory was something all Mandalorians wished to gain and hold through battle. Fighting against their own kind? Outside of the Death Watch heavy fighting era many years ago, such a thing never truly existed. And even then, majority of Mandalorians don't look back on those days with glee. There was no true honor or glory in the fighting. But would Terra see such a fight that way? The two were bound to engage and fight at Nar Shaddaa. Leaders on opposing sides, once on the same side. But he walked away from Terra's call, her ways. He didn't believe in the gods anymore. He only believed in himself and the cause he was fighting for. The end of Jetiise and the call to forge a new path, one that would have a Mandalorian banner worth following all the way back to Mandalore. Climbing up the ramp, Sutu greeted him with the same nod he gave Mavanger. "Take us back Qat Chrystac. The meeting of clan leaders is at hand, as is the war." With those words, Tros walked himself past Sutu and towards his own sleeping quarters. He had much to ponder before their arrival.

Tros followed Mavanger through the ship, the Mandalorian taking in every turn and detail that he could, both with the ship and with the words being spoken. When the two finally reached the command center. Behind his buy'ce, he eyed the shattered board of the holographic display for a single moment, which the Sith seemed to do as well, and almost at the same time, both looked at each other. He listened in intently to the Sith and what he had to say- and he did indeed come to know the information being revealed to him. As he finished, the rage within his eyes seemed to boil out some rage that was hidden beneath somewhere. Showing him a sign of respect, he removed his buy'ce and placed it under his arm, allowing for his eyes to be seen directly by Mavanger. "I have a few squads that may be exactly what you need. Two Super Commando squads may exactly what you need for any circumstances. Within my house, they are the ones who like to be outgunned and outmanned. It's a challenge for them. But on top of that, I will also give you a squad of pathfinders. They will be a good support to you to help find a way in no matter where the Rebel Empress may hide." His deadliest force would not be lent out, as they held their own mission that Tros wanted accomplished. Plus, he only had enough men to fill two squads from the reports that Kot'dral gave him. He also had his own intentions of dealing out damage this trip. He understood all too well that the Dark lady gave him control over the majority of her forces this trip, but they were not the end objective for her. What Mavanger was doing was the goal. So it was now up to the Mandalorians to create enough smoke and confusion to really let the Sith before him succeed. To ensure his victory, organised chaos will be needed both overhead and on the planet side. Terra and others will need to be drawn out, including the Imperial Knights that swore protection of Raven. While he had already criticized the old design of the Fangs, which had not had any time to be updated and upgraded, the designs are apart of his plan, which also let's his Zealots get planetside to obtain what they need. No shields would almost guarantee falling debris, and if they attacked the Rebel headquarters, it meant clearing out opposition. And if that was where Raven settled in, it would also mean that protection of her would be a priority that the zealots could use to their own advantage.

  18. House Solus, with Clans Ardell, Larkin and Vuuku House Solus was formed on Tatooine by Tro’solus, otherwise known as Tros Ardell, leader and head of Clan Ardell. HEADQUARTERS: Almas OTHER LOCATION(S) Qat Chrystac House Solus rose to power during the height of the Sith Empire. Under the distress of being disbanded for so long, Clan Vuuku pledged themselves to Tros as their personal Manda’lor during a small operation on Tatooine. Around this time, both clans adopted Kami Larkin as a Mandalorian and allowed for her to create her own Clan. Under one banner, the group moved to Qat Chrystac and was quickly moved to help the Sith Empire in sieges all throughout the Outer Rim. During these initial sieges of the Outer Rim, these Mandalorians began as a small group but quickly attracted others to join them. House Solus created a new way of being a Mandalorian that fit within the old ways. With combat mindset and the challenges of what awaited in battle, along with foundlings becoming a major part of their community, they found ways to make a name for themselves, as news of a new way of life and kinship spread to those who were seeking, and soon House Solus found itself growing in numbers. Rules and way of life for House Solus are simple, yet somewhat primitive in nature. To summarize: Your past no longer matters. Before becoming a Mando’ade is inconsequential. All that matters is what you will do now that you are Mando’ade. And as Mando’ade, we live as our ancestors; fighting to prove our prowess to the galaxy. Raise your head proud and walk the path towards Darasuum Kote. Unique Weapons to House Solus: Westar Carbine Manufacturer: Mand’solus Model: Westar Carbine Type: Blaster rifle Cost: 2,500 credits Physical and technical specifications Size: Large Weight: 7.1 kg Range: 374 meters Rounds: 18 Description: Designed around quick entry to warzones, these are the preferred weapons of most Mandalorains going in first. While they don’t carry a lot of rounds compared to other blasters, they hit harder than a typical blaster and have a much greater range that make them useful for potentially quick short range sniper-like actions. Westar 75 Heavy Blaster pistol Manufacturer: Mand’solus Model: Westar 75 Type: Heavy Blaster Cost: 2,200 credits Physical and technical specifications Size: Medium Weight: 3.5 kg Range: 65 meters Rounds: 35 Description: Heavier than any other heavy blaster pistol, making them near impossible for anyone without training to dual wield two of them. Many within House Solus spend time working to be able to hold two, but even then few have the gift or preference to utilize two. Their heaviness gives them greater range and stronger impact, but because of this they also lack ammo to keep up with a constant barrage of fire. Because of this, they don’t see as much action dual wielding unless the group knows it’s going to be a quick sting. Almost all of House Solus carries one as a quick hit when the range of their main weapon has shortened. Westar Assault Rifle Manufacturer: Mand’solus Model: Westar Assault Type: Blaster rifle Cost: 2,500 credits Physical and technical specifications Size: Large Weight: 5.5 kg Range: 150 meters Rounds: 65 Description: Much more a rapid fire weapon than any other within House Solus. These are the preferred weapons of choice for many of the Mandalorians within the House, as they offer up a barrage feeling with them, allowing for them to be used in almost any situation. Many who encounter the Mandalorians of House Solus will see these as the weapons they face off against, due to their versatility and ability to keep a steady fire rate without having to reload. Creed: Strength is life: For the strong have the right to rule. Honor is life: For with no honor, one may as well be dead. Loyalty is life: For without one’s clan one has no purpose. Death is life: One should die as they have lived. Leaders of House Solus must always be at the very least a second generation, and older generations are considered above lower generations. The rightful leader of the House will always wield the Beskad. By this alone can they be called Alor. Each Clan within House Solus is known for producing certain types of traits to be proud of. A few traits for each clan are listed below. These traits Clan Vuuku Weaponsmiths: Masterful hands can take the rarest of metals and use them to craft armors and weapons to be used within combat. Without them, the way of a Mandalorian is pointless. Many of Clan Vuuku can be seen utilizing a variety of different types of weapons and armor pieces that they hand crafted. (Specialist) Super Commandos: The elite force of House Solus. Known for their skills on the battlefield, they go in outnumbered and outgunned into every situation. Just the way they like it. They tend to bring in with them a massive assortment of weapons designed to accomplish anything that may lay before them. (Militant) Clan Larkin Huntsman: Many of Clan Larkin take up skills similar to those of scouts and snipers, and as such, are generally used in that fashion. They’re quick, nimble and generally have less sturdy armor in favor of armor that would allow for them to get around quicker. Generally Clan Larkin are the ones with small blaster pistols, sniper rifles and jetpacks. (Officer) Paladins: The general force for House Solus. They are always at the front lines, jumping in and doing whatever damage they can through whatever means that they can. They want and thrive for the thrill of combat, and only death is a satisfactory end for them. When they arrive, it's kill or be killed. (Militant) Clan Ardell Zealots: The Clan directly tied to defending House Solus, these Mandalorians are known for their zeal of the House. Typically they opt out of jetpacks in favor of small personal shield generators and rarely would they be seen with a weapon as small as a pistol. (Militant) Pathfinders: They prefer and perfected ship boarding and taking over any ship they need to. They train to be at the forefront of invasion forces and are almost always deployed in times of blockades or a need is present to take down stronger ships from within. (Officer)

Tros pondered upon what was being asked of him, but the topic quickly changed as Mavanger instead requested him join him on ship, to which provided the opportunity to cement more details. With a nod, he responded back. "Hangar A then." He turned to comm unit off and gave a small tap on the shoulder of Sarpo who was piloting the ship. "Take us in." Tros then put his buy'ce back on and walked back into the main hold where Sutu was now at. "Sutu, contact Kami and Gronn. I have an assignment for them." The ship then slowly rocked and yellow lights lit the main hold as Sarpo began to land the ship within the hangar. Upon it fully touching down, the lights went green and Tros opened the hatch and walked down to greet Darth Mavanger with a small head nod. "I have the specs here for you on this holodisc regarding the Fang starfighters. While they have hyperdrives, the rush to produce them this round did not install them. This is a one time only request for this. As far as your request, I shall need to know what sort of operation you plan to put them through so that I can provide you with the very best and right amount."

Tros walked into the cockpit just as the otherside came to life. For better clarity, he took his buy'ce off and set it down before speaking. "Darth Mavanger, this is Tros. The forges at Qat Chrystac have finished production of 3 squadrons of Fang class starfighters. I believe that they could provide some extra fun with our upcoming battle. But they will need a ship to host them to travel that far. I am assuming that such a thing could be arranged." As he finished, he sat down within the copilot's chair, despite the fact that it was his own ship. Upon sitting, he realized he wanted one last thing to run by the Sith. "Also, none of you Sith had any attachments to Theed right..." Sutu walked in and said rather loudly. "It's blown..." "Because it's gone." *** Theed, Naboo *** The charges placed all around the Theed Palace by the Mandalorians of House Solus, a total of 18 charges strategically placed, designed to separate the palace from the cliff side and have it tumble downward off the cliff and become no more from the city of Naboo. As the charges exploded, it took no more than a minute and a half to have the palace leave its once famous spot. The damage done would have parts of the surround cliff side fall off for the next two days, taking with it smaller buildings and anything that remained.
