Yet again, cloaked figures ”œpour”

A half dozen cloaked figures, tipped off by the droid commander in the defense station above, head towards the ruckus. Their weapons drawn, the cloaked figures know exactly where to head ”“ the Sith Master had informed the defense station of the exact coordinates. Blending in expertly with the blowing sands, the cloaked figures climb over a large dune and spot their target. At once, each of the half dozen cloaked figures take aim ”“ blasters and projectile rifles alike are aimed at the Sith Master known simply as Jareth. "Moota! Moota!" Ignoring everything, and everybody, else, the cloaked figures open fire. Even a great warrior claiming mastery of the Force wouldn't be able to block all the shots fired ”“ especially if that same great warrior was concentrating on somebody else. Jareth is hit in the right shoulder with a slug. Jareth is hit in the right hand with a laser blast.

The droid commander of the defense station cackles. Below, the mysterious ship hidden within an immense cave located north of the spaceport is indeed targeted ”“ however the blasts raining down from the heavens are rather weak; the blasts that pepper the cave are in fact just for show. Sand is blown this was and that, and that is it. None are the wiser.

"Yes! I have found it. Oh yes, a very pretty little thing, a very pretty little thing indeed." Ob Ordeena lets out a twisted cackle, and holds up a small bottle of clear blue liquid up to the light. The Baron Administrator of Cloud City had been frantically searching for this ”˜pretty little thing' for sometime, and had just now found it, hidden within one of the secret compartments built into one of the legs of his oversized desk. While twisting and turning the bottle around with his fingers, Ordeena sighs with pleasure. After several long moments, he forms a tight fist around the bottle, and looks around suspiciously. Eyes narrowed, Ordeena buries the bottle within the folds of his tattered robes, and then leaps from his position behind his desk, just like a crazed animal might. He then crawls over to an ornate shelving unit that stands against one wall, and begins to root around for another ”˜pretty little thing' ”“ he finds the injector after only a few short moments, and then crawls back to his desk. Crouching low behind the desk, Ordeena retrieves the bottle and attaches it to the end of the injector. A moment later, he injects himself in the neck ”“ Ordeena sighs with pleasure as the clear blue liquid flows; the experience was nearly orgasmic. "That was nice, very nice. That was very nice indeed." *** Ob Ordeena, his minds now sufficiently messed up, heads, accompanied by a band of guards and a strange, scurrying droid, to the landing pad where Wyhl the Hutt was presently boarding a heavily modified shuttle ”“ Ordeena calls out to the Hutt, and grins. As Ordeena nears his old friend, he bows his head in respect. Without a word, Ordeena waves at the droid that had followed him to the landing pad. The droid scurries closer, and eventually comes to a stop beside the Hutt. Ordeena then smiles, showing off a great display of his pointed teeth. "I do so regret that I cannot accompany you back to Tatooine, my master. But business is business, and much is to be done. This droid here has just been fitted with a new holo-projector; when I am needed, you only need to turn so far." Ordeena pauses, takes a big gulp of air, and then continues. "As I said before, my servant Blasgog has readied the Spice Mines of Kessel for new prisoners. Once we have made a few more attacks, and have rounded up a few more prisoners, our Spice output should soar through the roof. Speaking of attacks, another servant of mine, Shagmog, has made ready small armada for battle, and has made contact with the commander of the main Hutt fleet. Everything in that department is ready; you only need to give the word, my master."

A band of guards, following special order from Ob Ordeena, tear down one of Cloud City's empty corridors. As the guards near the area where the security probes had last seen this fiery creature, they stop and arm their weapons. Now, these were not ordinary weapons by any stretch of the imagination ”“ these weapons were designed by Ob Ordeena himself, and that means quality. A few moments later, the guards pass through a secret door, and find themselves upon the fiery creature. Without a moment's hesitation, the guards open fire using their weapons ”“ liquid carbonite blasts towards, and encases the fiery creature. The guards form a circle, each firing. A few moments later, the fiery creature was effectively out of commission ”“ nothing more than a statue. The guards load the statue onto a hover-sled, one that just happened to be nearby, and bring the statue to the area where the EMU happened to be congregating...

A small beacon on the far side of one of Bespin's moons suddenly becomes alive ”“ a red light flashes on the side of the beacon, and it begins to transmit a coded message to Cloud City. Immediately, six Skipray Blastboats blast away from the floating metropolis, and enter space. Two of the Skiprays circle around and appear behind the ship that had just emerged from hyperspace; the other four ships just head directly for it. As the two Skiprays follow the ship, atomic rockets ready, and the four others open fire with lasers, Ob Ordeena leans back in his chair and takes a puff of his hookah. The band of four Skiprays succeed in bringing down the shields of the ship that had burned a message meant for Rane Scando, and a moment later, the two Skiprays behind open fire using their atomic rockets...

"Excellent, now go get the other. I will contact the Sith once you have killed them both ”“ you will receive your payment once the other has been killed. Do you understand?" Ob Ordeena downs a fifth of vodka.

Ob Ordeena closes his eyes and smiles. As the intoxicants flow through the gangster's body, Ordeena rises and stumbles across his office. Eventually Ordeena comes to a stop before a tall, slightly scruffy, statue of a disfigured alien figure. Ordeena pulls at the statue's arm and an opening appears on the statue's side. Ordeena pulls out a large heavy repeater from the opening, and begins to fire at the remaining dancers within the office. Eyes glinting, and with a wide grin played across his face, Ordeena stumbles back to his over-sized chair behind his even bigger desk. As two droids enter and carry away the remains of the dancers, Ordeena pours himself another drink. "Let's get back to business, shall we? Where on the seventh moon of Magramor is Piccolo? Wasn't he invited up?" With that, Ordeena jumps up onto his desk and begins to sing. Ob Ordeena had remained silent throughout the exchange between the two old allies. Now, as Wyhl the Hutt and Smash Daisaku of the Black Sun began to discuss plans for the future, the gangster leans back in his seat and finishes his rather large glass of Trandoshan blood. "Why don't we invite Piccolo to this little party?"

The pilot of one of the Skipray Blastboats, a woman, sneers and sends a message to the ship. "You will follow me to Cloud City. Do not, under any circumstances, deviate from the set course, or you will be destroyed."

Immediately, two Skipray Blastboats blast away from the floating metropolis, and enter space. The two Skiprays circle around and appear behind the ship that had just emerged from hyperspace. As the two Skiprays follow the ship, Ob Ordeena receives the coded message from the beacon, and then the transmission from Piccolo. Ordeena sends a message to one of the Skiprays, and the pilot of the Skipray in turn sends a message to Piccolo. "Have your boss come here."

Five guards march down a side corridor, all armed to the teeth. Within moments, the guards reach their destination, a side gate leading out to one of Cloud City's many private landing platforms. The lead guard, a heavyset Rodian called Glaneesh, immediately pulls out a heavy blaster cannon, and mounts it on a tri-pod that another guard had been carrying. After taking careful aim, Glaneesh fires ”“ the blast of intense energy rips through the front of Fett's ship. A second shot tears through the ship's engines. As the other guards laugh, Glaneesh pulls out a thermal detonator and rolls it under the remains of the ship ”“ a few moments later, the device explodes, sending the burning remains of Fett's ship flying. The rest of Cloud City is then immediately put on high alert. A few moments later, Hoeslag, cousin to Glaneesh, finds the creature called Fett roaming one of the passageways leading back to the landing platform where Glaneesh and the others still were. Hoeslag crouches low, and fires his blaster pistol ”“ the shot hits Fett in the neck.

"I'll cut to the chase ”“ you elite mercenaries, along with a representative from the Sith Order, are going to hunt down and kill two renegade fools. The price on each of the fools is one million credits; your share will be a little less after we take our cut. Understand?" Ob Ordeena turns to Wyhl the Hutt. "Who is it that that Sith Lord wanted hunted again?"

After receiving a message from Cloud City's security chief, Ob Ordeena turns to Wyhl the Hutt and informs the great crime boss that a few of the mercenaries had just arrived. After taking another sip of Trandoshan blood, Ordeena sends out a couple more transmissions, calling the rest of the Elite Mercenary Unit to Cloud City...

Ob Ordeena chuckles.

Ob Ordeena smiles, leans closer to Wyhl the Hutt, and, using sign language, signals - I had that girl killed before.

The Sith Lord's ship is instructed to land on landing platform X-666...

Ob Ordeena brings his right hand to his right ear, and closes his eyes. After a moment, the gangster smiles, and pulls a small device out of his ear - a one-way communicator of sorts. "A probe droid of yours has just witnessed Rane Scando and a few others taking down both Piccolo and the traitor Jidai Geki. I don't know if they are dead or not, but either way, they won't be bothering us again anytime soon. One Tekkan Raas was also grievously injured - I'll give the lad a few more credits for his suffering..."

Ob Ordeena turns to Wyhl the Hutt. "Everything is going according to plan. What is your will, now?"

"Excellent, I have been without a proper assassin since the last one working for me hit her head against one of my blaster bolts. Anyway, I have a job in mind for you. One that won't be easy." Ob Ordeena's eyes narrow and he gestures for his droid to pour him, and his new assassin, some Trandoshan blood. "Listen closely."

A small beacon on the far side of one of Bespin's moons suddenly becomes alive ”“ a red light flashes on the side of the beacon, and it begins to transmit a coded message to Cloud City. Immediately, two Skipray Blastboats blast away from the floating metropolis, and enter space. The two Skiprays circle around and appear behind the ship that had just emerged from hyperspace. As the two Skiprays follow the ship, Ob Ordeena receives the coded message from the beacon, and then the transmission from Vash Mammon. Ordeena sends a message to one of the Skiprays, and the pilot of the Skipray in turn sends a message to the pilot of the newly arrived ship. "You will follow me to Cloud City. Do not, under any circumstances, deviate from the set course, or you will be destroyed." Vash Mammon's ship is escorted down to Cloud City, and once it lands, Vash Mammon himself is escorted to Ob Ordeena's office. The gangster stands. "An assassin you say? Excellent..."
