  1. Kirlocca found himself coming and going rather consistently through consciousness. Through the Force, he was able to sense out his padawans along with others. Namely Raven. He was fully unaware of how he got back into the presence of Raven and others within the Jedi Order again, let alone how they even got off the planet, yet here he was. He reached out to touch each mind of both Alleria and Johan, letting them know he was with them, as he was sure they would freak out suddenly being within a med ward. Sitting up, he almost immediately bumped his head on some light that hung over him. A droid nurse seemed to not notice, while the Twi'lek one did. "Yeah, I guess those lights do hang a bit low for Wookiees. You're injuries seemed fairly straight forward, unlike the Mandalorian woman with you. You may notice that your leg will go numb every so often. Whatever got you, I was unable to actually reverse most of the damage." Kirlocca threw is legs over the side of the operating table that he was on. His left leg did indeed have a slight numb feeling to it where the undead thing got him. With a slow nod, he stood up and put some weight on it. The pain level was very minimal at best. << I've had worse... Although I can't truly remember what it felt like. You did well with what transpired to me. >> The Jedi Master moved to get himself dressed in the clothing that he normally would wear around the Jedi Temple's of old. His own mind had a slight pain when he also thought of Tobias Vos and everything he went through. And I lost the lightsaber he let me borrow... He shook his head as he cast the thought aside. For now, he had far greater things that he needed to be prepared for and to deal with. The loss of material things wouldn't hold him down for the moment.
  2. Whether by stupidity, sheer luck or the will of the Force, the pilot Kirlocca had sent away and told not to return if he never received a signal; he returned to the scene in order to help pull the Jedi Master and his apprentice out of the area. The thought of leaving him on a planet to die seemed rather unnecessary when the galaxy could really use the legendary Jedi Wookiee in the galaxy. To his surprise he found the pair rather quickly on the outskirts of the slowly dying city. Getting them loaded up, the droid that pulled the younger Jedi on board was blaring whistles and everything else to let him know that there was another one that still needed to be rescued. Tracking the lifeform on the dying planet seemed easy enough, but the pilot found her much further in the main city, where everything was starting to go downhill quickly. The pilot had the crew move quickly and get the girl on board quickly. She was badly injured, with limbs either not on or barely hanging on. Most notably what appeared to be a shotgun being impaled through her chest, hanging from it on some kind of pillar. Once they had everyone recovered and stable for the moment, the pilot then quickly raced off and headed back for Nar Shaddaa quickly to get the three Jedi medical attention quickly.
  3. He could feel a slight shift somewhere within the Force. He didn't know what or why, but he knew who. The Hutt had been wounded, and somehow that may have been the turning point. Kirlocca and Johan may have struck too early. Even as he recalled the lightsaber back to him, he could feel it's energy lessened than when it first struck the Hutt. Before the blade returned to the Jedi Master's paw, he observed the undead beginning to dodder as the Hutt lost control over them. Johan shouted through the Force, and the Jedi Master thought about answering him for only half a second before deciding it would become a distraction to respond. But such a distraction was already given at him entertaining the very thought. The blade returned to his paw almost as soon as his Battle Precognition kicked in and felt danger before it arrived. Kirlocca threw his blade up in defense, only to barely catch the oncoming Force Lightning from the Hutt. But due to the fact the Sheog had already begun the plaguing of the lightsaber, and to add that Kirlocca himself was already affected by the radiation from the undead. As the Force Lightning struck the blade of the lightsaber, it quickly drained it of life rather quickly, causing the blade to short out, allowing the Lightning to enter his lower left leg where he was already opened from the undead and caused even more pain then what he had previously gone through. A loud grunt took over as he fell backwards in pain and the lightsaber given to him by Tobias failed him. The blast of Force Lightning was strong, staved off by whatever the lightsaber was able to do. As his body was rocked from the Lightning that entered his body, mainly through his left leg, Kirlocca decided that he needed to act. He had to change the course of the tide if he and Johan were to survive this encounter. And it was beyond clear to the Jedi Master that winning for them was simply survival. This planet would not be like Mon Cal where there could be a rescue by the two. Sullust was gone and already consumed by the plague and debauchery within the Force had already taken it's hold. Now was the time to find a way that both Jedi could get off the planet. Taking all the strength he could muster, Kirlocca stood back up, flooding his own presence within the Force, creating Daunting Presence as a beacon for Johan and to hopefully will the Hutt away from continuing on his path of destruction. As he did, he could feel the Force swirl around him, providing him with encouragement and motivation to make his final attempt on Sullust. Feeling the lightsaber, he could tell it held just enough energy and power for perhaps a final move. Trusting the Force, Kirlocca without hesitation made a leap within the Force towards the Hutt. As he moved downwards towards him, he took his blade and utilized the Force to amplify his swing in a very strong and deadly arc at the Hutt, handing over Wru'torr's most deadly move; The Rebuke. It was now or never, as his body did not have much strength or energy to do anything else beyond this. And he doubted that the Force would be able to supply him past this move. Everything now hung in the hands and actions of Johan. ((3)) (Took part/majority the Force Lightning, along with allowed his lightsaber to be corrupted Sheog and have continued plague/radiation effects in his left leg, along with Force Lightning damage to his left leg. Kirlocca then created a Daunting Presence and used his last energy to perform a Rebuke.)
  4. Kirlocca took a moment to feel out Johan, as his apprentice did indeed join in the fray. It would challenge him, as it always did for the Wookiee. But such challenges always moved him closer to what the Force had always intended for him. To be a constant learner. And through learning, the Jedi Master understood almost too quickly that such an advance as the one they made would always lead to a subtle change. The Force warned him through a tingle that ran down his spine, the Hutt had indeed recoiled quickly through the Force and was attacking both through means of despotic Force like attacks. The sense he got from the water that rose dangerously high from a fountain like stream into a raging river. Kirlocca paused, almost too long as he looked at it, feeling a danger emitting from it. He did not see the coming undead, only the warning of danger that echoed out from the river itself. It was the first claw like scratch that stung almost immediately, carrying with it great pain and a sense of stronger doom if they remained close. With a loud howl, followed simultaneously by a arc like swing towards the undead and the Jedi Master moved backwards. << STAY AWAY FROM THE WATER JOHAN! >> It was all that he could muster for a moment as his lower left leg began to hold a burning sensation from the touch, or whatever the undead did to him began to increase steadily. The pain kept him frozen for a quick second as he could sense still where the Hutt was in the Force, even without making eye contact in the general direction. His Clear Mind was helping him maintain his focus on his true enemy on the battlefield. Without giving much thought, Kirlocca threw his left paw out towards the direction of the Hutt, letting the Force take over as his blade left his paw. Using as much speed as he could muster to the balde, yet still having control over it, he made sure his Saber Throw would be a strong one, worthy of making the Hutt pay for his debauchery of the Force display on Sullust. ((2)) (Kirlocca took immediate and lingering damage from the undead. He followed it up by using Saber Throw at Sheog.)
  5. Kirlocca could feel the Hutt almost as soon as he could hear his voice within the air. His apprentice, Johan was suddenly close to him. The boy was sure and calm, a surprise from what the Jedi Master expected. Knowing that the Force was strong still within this place, flowing and moving, weather tainted or not, was a slightly comfort, one that he was sure would provide him with what he needed. So he followed the Force towards the very heart of the city. He followed the water, which was darkened beyond what would even come across as cooling or refreshing. More repulsive than anything, very similar to the Hutt that taunted him and was now awaiting him near the fountain, the very source of the disgusting water. The Wookiee stood for a moment and looked at Sheog, his Clear Mind was already at work sensing through what was before him. << You come to a planet to spread filth? Plagues and tricks of the Force is a far cry from what the Sith are capable of. Perhaps you do this to make things easier for the Jedi? Or maybe you've become more sluggish in your old age? I would hope that you are not enervated from such indolent acts. >> Kirlocca offered up a smile at the Hutt. As he did, he activated his lightsaber with a snap-hiss, letting the orange balde spring to life. He knew that his own taunts might stir the Hutt towards a frenzy of sorts. It would be a challenge regardless, as he knew better than to underestimate the Hutt. Sheog had taken the lives of many. Many Jedi would have attempted to redeem, or within their won foolishness allow for the Sith Master to gain an upper hand first by having the first move. Not for this Jedi Guardian. He knew what needed to be done if he was to hold his own ground against him. Kirlocca moved with quickness from both the Force and his own naturally long legs towards the Hutt. As he moved, he used his Deft Bladework, having his blade move in a fast back and forth movement, each one designed to make small cuts and wounds, none of which would actually do any damage to the Hutt's naturally thick skin. Kirlocca finished off his maneuver with a low sweeping slash. Even as he moved, he had hoped that Johan would pick up on the cues and jump in, taking advantage of the maneuvers. Even if he did not, hopefully he would be able to see just how much movement the Sith Master could muster in this fight. ((1)) Actions Taken: Kirlocca bolted forward using Deft Bladework on Sheog, opening to create an opening for Johan.
  6. Kirlocca could sense to growing presence through the haze. It was familiar to him, yet not so much as a friend or a constant enemy. The Jedi Master knew he had engaged whomever was on the surface before, but when? He attempted to stay connected to the Force and sense out what he was feeling, but his own sense of understanding the situation was growing as the ship got closer towards the surface. << Pilot, open the hatch, make a swop flyby and then take off and await my signal. If you don't receive it within ten minutes- don't return. I'll be departing on your flyby. Johan, trust in the Force. >> Kirlocca then walked back towards the hatch and prepared himself for the jump. This would be a fight much different then the one he had on Mon Cal. He knew that only because the Force was already telling him that. As the door opened, the Wookiee took a deep breath and held his lightsaber in his paw for a moment, letting the energy of the planet swirl around him. When the Force spoke, he leapt out of the ship and towards the landing pad of the space port of the city. Even as he landed, he began to use the Force to control his breathing, to allow the Force itself to sustain him on small traces as to allow for him to be on the surface without needing a mask. Reaching out to Johan through the Force, he spoke within his mind. "Johan, let the trace amounts of air in your lungs hold you. The Force can sustain you. Trust in it." Now, the Jedi Master began to feel out where he needed to go.
  7. Jedi Guardian While almost all Jedi train with their lightsabers, the Guardian choose to focus upon it and engage more than others. Guardians believe that their primary role is to defend the weak and uphold Justice wherever they go. Often seen as the main representatives of the Order, as they tend to show up in places that need a defender or someone to uphold justice. They tend to focus all their time and effort on honing their martial skills, becoming far more skilled and able to use different skill sets than other Jedi. To train to become a Jedi Guardian, one must prepare for the fact that they will be on the front lines consistently. With that comes the responsibility of making hard choices, taking lives when no other option is present, and facing off against the Dark Side, which would constantly tempt those who have not found their own resolve or mastered the disciplines it takes to walk this path. Walking this path is one that brings out skills unique to battle and mastery within the Force, allowing the Jedi to have strong physical enchantment through the Force, and upon reaching a Mastery level can give themselves extra focus to be that much better at it. As Guardians rank up, their ability to gain mastery of combat also increases. They also gain Tier ranks, opening up new abilities and forms. TIER LEVELS Jedi Padawan - Tier 1 Jedi Knight - Tier 2 Jedi Master - Tier 3 COMBAT KNOWLEDGE Jedi Padawan: 1 Feat 2 Lightsaber Maneuver 2 Force Powers Jedi Knight: 3 Feats 4 Lightsaber Maneuvers 3 Force Powers Jedi Master: 4 Feats 5 Lightsaber Maneuvers 4 Force Powers LIGHTSABER: Jedi Guardians have a tendency to wield different lightsabers, such as double blades, lightwhips, dual blades and other assortments that make them standout. While some also hold the traditional single blade, they tend to heavily modify their blades with special crystals or other modifications to make them more useful in combat. FORMS: While technically any Jedi can learn any lightsaber form, there are some forms that benefit a Jedi Guardian far more in the battlefield. Within lightsaber combat, any Jedi Guardian can learn from any form, but to master a form, one needs to dedicate themselves to the form. Shii-Cho (Determination) Combat is wild and raw, relying on deliberate tactics and being primarily aimed towards disarming rather than injuring foes, in keeping with Jedi philosophy. It retains the basics of attacks, parries, and body zones established by ancient methods. It specializes towards engaging multiple opponents, the wide, sweeping motions being ideally suited towards attacking numerous adversaries. Disarming Slash: strikes directed at the opponent's weapon in an attempt to rip it out of their grasp. (Tier 1) Sarlacc Sweep: a wide sweeping attack in which the duelist strikes against multiple enemies.(Tier 1) Determined Strike: a strike that allows a user to focus in on his strike. With the Force guiding the strike, it has potential to cut through most metals (Tier 1) Breaching Strike: With a user channeling the Force, they perform a forward downward strike with the aid of the Force allowing a user to get the blade through most shields. (Tier 2) Ferocious Charge: a user makes a direct forward attack. With aid of the Force, this attack becomes difficult to repel and potentially has the ability to stun. (Tier 3) FEAT UNLOCK: (If the user has all 5 maneuvers in Shii-Cho, they gain an extra feat known as JEDI RESOLVE: With assurances of the Force, a user has the ability to resist and ward off some effects during a fray.) Ataru (Aggression) An aggressive style, it’s fast-paced and effective against single opponents, though weaker in prolonged combat and confined spaces. Ataru is an aggressive combat form relying on a combination of strength, speed, and agility. Practitioners of Ataru are always on the offensive, attacking with wide, fast, and powerful swings. Hawk-Bat Swoop: it's intended to allow a combatant to quickly strike their opponent without giving them a chance to react, and then escape before they have a chance to retaliate. (Tier 1) Saber Swarm: Numerous short strikes are aimed at the adversary to force a defensive posture. (Tier 1) Humbling Strike: a user leaps through the air in a strong downward strike, using the Force to put a powerful blow that is almost unstoppable. (Tier 2) Masterstroke: a user uses the Force to aid in a strike at an opponent and in turn recovers stamina and finds the Force flowing more accessible to them. (Tier 3) Unstoppable Force: a user makes a series of quick strikes in a rapid succession with aid of the Force. This attack can leave an opponent stunned. (Tier 3) FEAT UNLOCK: (If the user has all 5 maneuvers in Ataru, they gain an extra feat known as HARMONIOUS WILL: A user gains more flexibility and evasiveness the tighter the fight area.) Djem So (Perseverance) Practitioners are not passive. Immediately after defending against an opponent's strike, a Djem So stylist follows with an attack of their own, bringing the force of the opponent's own blow against them and seeking to dominate the duel. Djem So places a heavy focus on brute strength and pure power, with wide, powerful strikes and parries followed immediately by a counterattack. Falling Avalanche: an overhand power blow that crashes down upon an opponent with exceptional force. (Tier 1) Fluid Riposte: a smooth transition from parrying an attack to a counterstrike. (Tier 1) Overpowering Assault: A user makes a wide swinging attack with the aid of the Force. This attack is strong enough to potentially bust a personal shield. (Tier 2) Focused Slash: an attack that pushes a blade forward in a direct downward slash. With aid of the Force the slash has the ability to stun the defender. (Tier 2) Sunder: With strength of purpose, a user moves forward having the Force amplify their own strength and speed and make a powerful strike, which could break through some defenses. (Tier 3) FEAT UNLOCK: (If the user has all 5 maneuvers in Djem So, they gain an extra feat known as RIGHTEOUS FURY: If there are fallen comrades, a user feels the Force aid them, providing them with extra strength in combat.) Juyo (Ferocity) (Tier 2 Restricted) It’s described as the most vicious form of lightsaber combat and was said to involve significant internal focus on the part of the user. Juyo is highly effective against an armed opponent, though much less against a foe skilled with the use of the Force. Juyo for use in quickly overwhelming a single foe as well, but cautioned that it left one vulnerable to Force attacks. Assured Strike: wherein they traded sheer power for a near-certainty of landing a hit. (Tier 2) Swift Flank: A technique, where they leaped or dashed around an opponent to make a quick strike. The speed of the maneuver was intended to catch opponents off guard. (Tier 2) Ferocious Prowess: a user with the aid of the Force makes an open strike followed by a quick stab, taking a foe off guard. (Tier 2) Prevailing Strike: with such grace, skill and aid of the Force, a user attacks a target that finds it’s intent rarely without fail. (Tier 3) Stalwart Advance: with the Force moving through them, they leap forward in a series of attacks that FEAT UNLOCK: (If the user has all 5 maneuvers in Juyo, they gain an extra feat known as HEIGHTENED REFLEXES: The practitioner gains a more advanced sense of battle precognition, at times being able to feel a more devastating blow before it lands.*) *Usable only once Wru’torr (Discipline) It focuses on using an opponent's energy against them, forcing them to use more energy than needed in a battle, while saving the form user's own. A Wru'torr user ends up using his or her own body to deliver critical blows, as opposed to using the lightsaber. It’s a form that requires great discipline in order to strike exactly when the Force wills it, allowing for critical hits. This discipline is the difference between successfully disarming/winning a duel or death to the user. Deft Bladework: a series of three movements designed to get the opponent off balanced, followed by either a high or low slash. (Tier 1) Quelling Strike: A technique where the user takes a quick upward strong slash, designed to disarm or throw their opponent off balance. (Tier 1) Thrash Flurry: a user finds an opening and with use of the Force creates a flurry of blows with enough force designed to cut open durasteel doors. (Tier 2) Devastating Blow: When moving an opponent's weapon away from the body, a strike is delivered to the body with enough force to break bones. (Tier 2) Rebuke: A user takes his blade and utilizes the Force to amplify a swing in a very strong and deadly arc. Very little is able to withstand the devastating swing. (Tier 3) FEAT UNLOCK: (If the user has all 5 maneuvers in Wru’torr, they gain an extra feat known as CLEAR MIND: With Mastery of Wru’torr comes knowledge in the Force. A Master of Wru’torr can sense through the fog of the Dark Side being thrown their way.) Jedi Guardians also have FEATS attributed to them. (These are used in place of armor) They are considered passive and always present with the guardian. Because of this, they require little to no force energy to be spent. They act like a rank or armor on a character sheet and get factored into a ruling. FEATS: Battle Precognition: Technically, all Jedi have this gift, the ability to see things before they happen. The Guardian has a deeper sense of it, allowing for them to be able to predict movements and potential danger in combat. (Tier 1) Riposte Deflect: While many Jedi can deflect blaster fire away from themselves to avoid harm, Guardians have the ability to return fire back towards their opponent, making them think twice about how many shots they want to risk firing off. (Tier 1) Battlemind: A technique wherein one's morale and fighting spirit was augmented through sheer focus, giving a user the drive to fight through even the hardest of conflicts. Through pure fighting spirit, the Battlemind ability could push the users physical limits, allowing its user to overcome the disabilities of old age and even fading stamina.(Tier 2) Battle Intuition: A passive ability that allows for a Jedi to use what's available to them on the combat field without any real training. While unable to fully master every weapon, a Guardian knows instinctively how to use most weapons, and while in melee combat, knows how to strike with the most output of damage with weapons. (Tier 2) Superior Two Weapon Fighting: With training and understanding, a user can easily handle two weapons in each hand or a double bladed weapon with far greater ease than most. They have the ability to know the weapons like an extension of their own body. (Tier 2) Daunting Presence: A Jedi Guardian has the ability to be a beacon of hope for others they fight alongside. Allies find themselves encouraged to push through with a Guardian present and enemies hesitate. (Tier 3) Advance Jedi Defense: Taking the ability to block incoming fire has increased with experience and training. Now instead of taking on 3-5 assailants with blasters, a Jedi Master can handle 10-12. (Tier 3) COMBAT POWERS: Force Push: A telekinetic ability of the Force that was used in an offensive or defensive manner. It could be used to varying degrees, from simply pressing against or softly moving targets away from the user, to shoving and staggering them, to knocking them backwards or to the ground, to sending them flying through the air, potentially causing serious injury or even death. (Tier 1) Force Flash: This technique allows the Force-user to produce an unnatural flash of bright light, temporarily blinding his opponents. (Tier 1) Saber Throw: A Jedi uses the Force to toss their lightsaber at an opponent, yet having complete control over it, even enough to retrieve the blade after it strikes its intended target. (Tier 1) Force Barrier: This power allows for a user to create a small space of Force energy that has the ability to block physical damage to themselves for a short time. (Normally a single strike) (Tier 2) Saber Shield: This is the art of being able to use the Force to spin their lightsaber in a rapid fashion in front of themselves to protect them from a flurry onslaught of fire, normally to help catch the fire from weapons like a flechette rifle. While this only lasts for a short while, masters are said to be able to hold it for longer and make a larger arc, protecting them from a larger group. The longer a Jedi holds it, the more the Force drains from them. (Tier 2) Center of Being: A meditative stance would find use in combination with more passive and defensive forms. One who fell deeply into this style could almost unconsciously defend from even the most flowing random attacks and feints. (Tier 2) Force Valor: Force Valor is a power that increases the resolve, accuracy, and speed of one's self and one's allies. Tapping into the Force, a Jedi can increase the rate at which one's capacities function, allowing the body to move more quickly, strike more powerfully, and fight with improved accuracy. (Tier 2) Alter Damage: A Force technique used to change the damage the lightsaber inflicted upon a target. Mastery of this skill came hand-in-hand with mastery over lightsaber combat, as it was used in conjunction with use of the weapon. When used correctly, a practitioner could manipulate the energy of the lightsaber and reduce the damage caused to the target. Used while fighting both living and non-living opponents, this technique could make the difference between killing an opponent or completely disabling a droid or piece of machinery. (Tier 3) Force Weapon: A Force ability that allows the user to imbue an unpowered weapon with the Force for a period of time. By channeling energy into the weapon, it allowed the wielder to strike and do more damage than the weapon's simple appearance would suggest. As a useful side effect, a Force-imbued weapon could be used to block lightsabers without damaging the weapon for a short time. (Tier 3)
  8. Kirlocca stood behind a pilot as the J-1 shuttle blasted out of hyperspace above the planet Sullust. Almost immediately, the Jedi Master was hit with a wave of death and terror. Kirlocca slowly breathed in and out, letting the Force center him. The death was strong, the chaos below was an energy that begged to be settled. And the Wookiee knew instantly that Johan was about to come face to face with something he will never forget. He could feel the crews own emotions as they swirled around with what was coming through on their scanners and devices. He could feel the thoughts of the pilot before he even spoke a word. "Master Kirlocca, I'm getting no feedback from below on any frequency and the scanners are picking up massive amounts of radiation and deadly storms... What's our course of action?" The Jedi Master closed his eyes and felt out within the Force... << ...Something strange is going on the surface. Not natural, but caused by the Force. Approach the surface with caution. Johan... center yourself in the Force. You will be tested on this planet. >>
  9. Kirlocca sat in the main hold of a transport ship holding out a training lightsaber to Johan. The hilt was suspended in the air through the use of the Force as the Jedi Master walked in a pacing line across from his apprentice. The hilt would remain suspended until his apprentice grasped the hilt form himself. His words were soft yet strong. The boy would have known that Kirlocca wanted him to do well, but also knew that he wouldn't be happy if he wasn't putting his full focus forward. << The blade itself is weightless, making it a difficult weapon to wield. One must have the Force flowing through them in order to not accidently cut off their own limbs. Such control takes a few times to really know, but takes years to fully master it without any question. Upon such mastery comes other benefits, such as movement completely unhindered, knowing how quickly one can move the blade, or even to know how to move the blade in a way that it moves better than an extension of your own body. >> Kirlocca now paused and turned towards Johan, withdrawing and activating his own lightsaber he received as a gift from Tobias Vos. The familiar snap-hiss brought the orange blade to life, and the light from it seemed to take over the entire hold of the shuttle. << With the Force, one can learn to predict movements, attack and defend without any question as to where their blade will land. Every Jedi begins with Shii-Cho, the very first and basic form of lightsaber combat. From there, the options of forms increases. A total of 8 forms are within our order. More if ones are broken down, and smaller ones expanded upon. Some choose to learn many, but hold no true mastery over one. Other prefer to understand the basics and leave it at that. Others, such as myself devote to one form and become a master of it, having no other rivals in the form. But I also did this through crafting my own, Wru'torr; the form of discipline. >> Without another word, the Wookiee leapt at Johan with his own orange blade, wanting the boy to get used to what an attack from another blade could feel like.
  10. Kirlocca turned and felt for the boy. He could sense the swirling emotions down below the surface. He managed to keep them off his face, but in the presence of a Jedi Master, no such feelings were exempt from being felt. The Wookiee placed his paw upon the boy's shoulder and gave a soft look. << I will aide you in some basics- but be warned. This mission will leave something upon you. Whether it be a physical scar, emotional or some other kind. You must be prepared to accept it, and learn from it. For now, consider such words. We will leave at once for Sullust. I will give you a quick lesson along the way. >> Kirlocca said no more. He turned and walked towards the spaceport in order to find a ship that could transport them to Sullust and provide enough room for the boy to learn some basics about the lightsaber. ((I will post in space to give you an intro lesson and let you make a post or two before we arrive.))
  11. Kirlocca moved through the med halls of the Imperial Spire on Nar Shaddaa with a sense of direction. He knew that Alliera would be most likely heading off to find her purpose and calling within the Force. While he was certain he could help her find such a path here, he also understood her need to seek it out. Johan on the other hand was in a position to begin to learn the Force in a more intimate way. But the boy was caught up in a world within his own mind, one that he needed to break from if he was to truly find his place in the galaxy. He was about ready to move the two towards a more suitable training room when something flashed on the Holonet that caught his attention. Sullust was in trouble. He paused before the screen to watch the report unfold as he slowly folded his arms across his chest. Whatever was happening, the Jedi Master knew such a thing required some investigation of some sort. Especially after Mon Calamari when the Sith were able to summon storms that damaged the surface of the planet, along with who knows what below. He had a feeling that whatever storm that took out communication to the capital of Sullust must be related somehow. Narrowing his eyes, he searched the Force for direction, sensing out what his move should be, if any. After a moment or two passed by, he looked at Johan. << I am needed on Sullust. I do not doubt that such a need also brings with it danger. I have a feeling that what I can expect there is similar to what was encountered on Mon Calamari, but stronger. If you are unable to face such a test again, I can help move you into the care of other masters until I return…>> Kirlocca now unfolded his arms and stood awaiting a response from Johan. He had a feeling he knew what the boy would choose, yet like Alliera, he did not want to force the decision if the boy was unwilling to say it himself.
  12. Kirlocca remained seated on the edge of Alliera's bed and looked directly at Johan and then at Alliera. << There is plenty more I think that could be said about what transpired on Mon Calamari, but none of which would bring anything to either of you until you learn more of your own growth and what it means to be a Jedi. The Light Side is a long and narrow path, but is a true calling from the Force and it brings complete peace when practiced. Training is what makes you who you are. Just as a wheel sharpens a sword, training sharpens the Jedi, solidifying them as a Knight of the Force. Your training will never end; you must be disciplined enough to remain on the path of the Light. >> Kirlocca now stood up and folded his arms as he looked directly at Johan. << We will begin to train you in some of those aspects that you seek. But is that truly the path you want to walk down? For how you speak of it would mean you seek out the path of a Jedi Consular. And once you start down that path, it will begin to forge your future...>> The Jedi master didn't really give any indication that he wanted Johan to respond right away, as he walked towards the door and held out a hand to give a signal for Johan to leave Alliera to rest. As he did so, he looked at her with a knowing look. In the past, he would have made her speak the question hovering within her mind. But somehow, he felt like this time around she needed to know his own answer before she even spoke it outloud. << You may travel as you see fit. But something tells me that while you may get something you need from traveling... You will also come back with far greater questions. You have my blessing to go. >> Kirlocca knew that such words would have Johan curious, but Alliera would understand fully. That would be okay, as his words were not for Johan, but Alliera. And he knew that her trek would provide some motivation in seeking out the answers she sought.
  13. Kirlocca gave a look at Alliera's armor as she mentioned needing to really repair it. Based upon what he knew of Mandalorians, she was indeed right. He remained standing next to the bed as opposed to Johan, who sat in a chair. He kept his gaze upon the the girl, and held some form of compassion towards her as she mentioned debriefing on what had happened. He realized he never truly spoke to either of them on what had happened or where they went wrong. He allowed for his thoughts to collect a moment before he even spoke. << Debrief-no. I wouldn't even say discuss. You both know at this point that you didn't do as well as you should have, and your injuries are a reminder of that. Perhaps maybe what you truly need are some pointers. >> Now Kirlocca moved and sat on the edge of the bed, taking a more relaxed position to show both that his words are not meant to be harsh, but reflective. << As a Jedi, you need to always be aware of your surroundings. If you don't know what's before you, caution is the best tactic you should employ. And from Mon Calamari, this is the lesson you should learn from it. Learn to recognize what is not important. It is not necessary to always strike the first blow or reach a goal before anyone else does. In fact, it is sometimes vital to strike the last blow, to give the final answer, or to arrive after everyone else. For then you can see more paths that are open to you, while the first may not be able to see such outcomes. >>
  14. A lone MC-24a shuttle blasted in the Nespis VIII system carrying a very valuable prisoner. It landed in the small hangar bay of the Helvault, where it was greeted by a total of seven LV8 guard droids. The main droid stepped forward as the officers carried off the Sith known as Krath Apothos. "We will take prisoner 747. You may return to your shuttle and depart." The main officer dropping the Sith off hesitated for a moment. "Shouldn't we escort him to his cell or something?" "Unnecessary. You do not have clearance, nor does the facility require such actions." The droid didn't give much of any other warning. He simply turned around and began to walk towards the door as two other of the droids took possession of the cart carrying the prisoner and began to follow the other droids, all now of which were leaving the main hangar. As the droids fully left the hangar and shut the door, another droids voice came over the intercom. "Depart the facility now. Two minutes before your ship is destroyed." Understanding that this prison clearly had things under control, the main officer directed his men to reboard the shuttle, and they quickly took off to avoid being destroyed. The seven security droids moved prisoner 747 into his cell exactly two minutes and forty three seconds after taking custody of him. Putting him in his cell, the prisoner began to wake up, having the droids lock and seal the cell. After everything was sealed up, LV8-78 stood at the door to address the prisoner. "You are now under the custody of Helvault prison. Meals will be delivered every eight hours. You will have exactly fifteen minutes to eat said meal. You are free to spend your eight hours in between however you wish. We will not disturb you up except for inspections which take place every thirty two hours. You will be forced to comply and gassed asleep. You will notice that the walls damped your ability to use what you call the Force. This is for your own protection. No visitors are allowed. Only level five clearance or higher is allowed to enter the facility. When they come, they most likely will take you to trial or to be exterminated permanently. If you have questions, hit the one single button you have access to in your cell to bring one of my fellow LV8 droids to your service. Good day Prisoner 747." After he was done, the droid turned around and left the cell's view and walked back towards his station to await the next duty or assignment.
  15. The former imperial remnant shuttle landed on the main Headquarters of the Rebel Alliance on Nar Shaddaa without any delay. Kirlocca and Johan departed from the shuttle and walked into the main facility, the Wookiee with a general sense of calm about him. There was no worry or thought of the battle he had just left, or sense of worry about his other apprentice, who was in the hospital wing of the base. As the two Jedi approached the main desk of the wing, the Jedi Master didn't need to stop and ask which room Alliera was in, as he could feel her within the Force like a light within the darkness. But he respected that others did not, so he honored the girl working the desk. << We'd like to see Alliera please. >> The girl smiled at the Wookiee and Johan. She quickly type up something where she was working and then looked up at the two. "She's in room 11 Master Kirlocca. And thank you for humoring me. I know you can feel exactly where she is." She hit a button and opened the door. Kirlocca gave a slight nod and smile towards her as the two walked through. He walked down the hall and could feel Alliera in the Force still. Walking into her room, he quickly gave her a smile. << Well, you don't seem so bad. Luckily your armor held up. >> Kirlocca stood to the side to allow for Johan to speak to Alliera.
  16. Kirlocca smiled at Johan as he asked some questions. His concern for his fellow Jedi should the Jedi Master much of his apprentice's character. Patting his shoulder again, he looked at the large ship, Misericordia as the shuttle slowly landed in the hangar bay. As the two Jedi walked off next to the Sith whom they transported off the planet, Kirlocca spoke to his padawan. << There is no word on her condition. At least not yet. All that I know from the comm chatter was that she was on a shuttle taken back to Nar Shaddaa with a few others. >> Kirlocca paused his conversation as an officer of the Misericordia approached them both. "It's been a real mess down there. Luckily you've captured this one here for processing. Unless the Jedi Master has a suggestion of another location, we want to take him to The Helvault, an prison made by CoreSec on Nespiss VIII. It's perfectly designed to hold such a man as this one..." Kirlocca looked at the Sith for a moment, remembering that the station was operated with a majority of droids, and the Sith's ability to use Mechu-deru had the Wookiee hesitate, but also remembered that the walls of the facility should also prevent him from doing so. << That is fine with me. Keep Raven posted on his whereabouts, along with the Jedi Order. >> Kirlocca thanked the officer and then directed his padawan to another shuttle that was preparing to take off towards nar Shaddaa. << Training within the Force is only going to get harder, but there are some things that you can learn to counter what you experienced her today. Such as Force Healing is possible, along with the ability to alter the environment. Such a road to mastery of those is a very long road indeed. And upon arriving at Nar Shaddaa, I will help you learn such things. >> As he finished speaking, the two boarded the shuttle and took off for Nar Shaddaa, while the Sith, Krath Apothos, was taken on another shuttle to be delivered to a prison cell that resided for him on Nespis VIII, the Helvault.
  17. Kirlocca helped move some of the soldiers out of the building as a low flying transport came in and awaited them to board. Once he was sure everyone was out, he picked up the Sith and carried him onto the transport and laid him upon the floor. He reached out into the Force to make sure that he was still alive, and also induced a stronger state of unconsciousness through a form of Morichro, and was only sued upon the mind to keep it from waking. Standing up, he saw Johan on the transport and the Jedi Master gave his apprentice a smile. << For a first time in the real galaxy, you did well. You have much to improve upon, but you still did well. >> Kirlocca gave the boy a pat on the shoulder and then walked towards the main cockpit of the transport. He poked his head in and spoke very clearly. << Take us up and out. The storm is dying and the Rebel forces need to get to the surface. >> Kirlocca lifted his head towards the skyline for a moment and wished to be elsewhere for just a brief second before returning to where he needed to be, which was by his padawan's side. He sat down and directed for Johan to do the same. << We are going to be headed back to Nar Shaddaa to visit and check on Alliera. From there I suspect that our training is going to intensify greatly. >> ((You can make a generic post for us boarding and then taking off.))
  18. Kirlocca moved quickly upon locking the Sith within the Force Stasis field he had created for him. While it held the Sith in suspension and kept the Force lightning off of him, he knew such a hold would not last. In the fast rush to the temporarily frozen Sith, the Wookiee came down on him with his paw in a thunder hit to his head with the end goal being to knock him unconscious until a later time. Upon striking the temple of the Sith, Kirlocca stood up and towered over the unconscious body before him. The Force swirled around like an ocean crashing into a side of mountain, wave after wave. After a moment passed, the Jedi pulled out his comlink. << This is Jedi Master Kirlocca, I have a prisoner to be taken into custody. Leaving my channel open to track my location. >> After he spoke, he put the comlink away and picked up the Sith with one arm and slung him over his shoulder like a bag full of light materials and walked towards the edge of the building, and then leapt down, using the Force to slow his approach and land gracefully upon floating platform that was Coral City. A solider who was at the bottom had a sudden jump at the very landing and was in shock until he realized who it was and what the Wookiee had in his arms. "We should let him rot with the rest of those of whom he deemed unworthy to live." Kirlocca raised an eyebrow at the solider. << And then we would be no better than him. None of these actions are new to us. His partner, I can feel it within the Force, a slippery one, is doing what is expected. Fear is taking over and he is attempting to run and hide. Sith have always been cowards and run when the tide turns against them. What drives them and what makes them squirm in guilt are different from us. A prison is the best form of justice for this one. >> Without any other word, Kirlocca reached out into the Force and called Johan to him. After doing so, he made his presence like a beacon within the Force, pouring life, happiness and warmth into it. He knew that the other Sith on planet would without a doubt be able to feel the Jedi Master and know what he was doing. But Kirlocca also knew that he would never engage him, as that was not his way. So for the moment, he turned his attention to the one whom lay before him, unconscious from the hard blow the Wookiee gave and began to reach into his mind, attempting to to gain more intel on what he should expect from here on out.
  19. Kirlocca felt like the strings of the Force were pulling in swift motions. Slowly and surely like a strong undercurrent, change was coming. The tide was shifting and he could feel it. His attack seemed to push the Sith he fought to the edge of desperation. The throne-like chair made sounds as it was destroyed, confirming much of what the Jedi Master thought he was up against with this Sith. Pulling his blade back up to the ready after destroying the chair, he searched for a moment for the Sith as he could feel him, yet could not physically see him yet. Yet there it was, the slow weaving of the Dark Side. He was attempting to take control of another mechanical technology through his power of Mechu-deru. He had seen it before, yet now that he knew what was happening, he was able to figure out through the small weaving of the Dark Side that it was about to strike again. The sudden onslaught of death began to rise within the Force. The enemy had begun firing on civilians, and it could be felt. Although by this point, the majority of those who lived in the city had fled underwater by this point. But even so, it meant that Kirlocca had to move quickly to end this fight. The Force surged suddenly, every part of his body that was connected to the Force through Wru’torr warned him of the impending danger. The Wookiee turned to see the cracks of lightning beginning to flare out of the Sith. Without a second thought, Kirlocca lifted his lightsaber to block the oncoming Force Lightning from the Sith. His blade would hold out for a short while, but if he wanted to end the fight, he needed something else to help him stop the Sith, one that did not directly take his life, as he would be held responsible for much of what has already transpired on this planet. Knowing time was running out, the Jedi Master summoned as much Force energy to himself that he could as he did not want the Sith to resist him. Focusing his eyes upon the spot where the Force Lightning was crackling from, he lifted a paw off of his lightsaber hilt and directed a powerful Force Stasis upon the Sith. He would capture him or die trying. ((Post 3 in Kirlocca vs Apothos)) [Kirlocca attempted to use a very powerful Force Stasis upon Apothos as he holds of the Force Lightning.]
  20. Kirlocca was a bit thrown off for a moment of the throne chair with Apothos taking on action by itself. He had encountered such a technique before, but never from a chair. It moved like it was connected to Apothos, which gave the Jedi Master a bit more insight into what exactly he was dealing with. The longer the battle waged on, the more likely he would be able to uncover the full bag of tricks such a Sith warrior like the one he faced could have at his own disposal. With each blow and move delivered, the thorne chair responded to him. It was something he was unsure if his own Wru’torr would be able to fully combat. The tingle he felt earlier suddenly grew stronger and the Jedi Master knew he had to respond to it now as opposed to later. Even as he opened himself to the threats that could lurk, he spotted that the throne began to move in a way that would expose its back to him. Such a move followed by the cold sensation down his spine told Kirlocca that the threat was behind him, and would be ready if he simply turned. Using partially his own strength along with the Force, Kirlocca leapt backwards in a high backflip to avoid the oncoming charge. The charge ended up being the least of his worries. Whatever came at him from behind erupted into a fiery chaotic energy that threatened much. Holding out his free paw he attempted to use the Force to protect him from the blast in the midst of his flip, but as the energy struck, the Wookiee decided to use the energy to his own advantage and let it propel him backwards even further as a way to save his own Force energy. Landing with a strong force still pushing him slightly backwards that took a bot of his own brute strength to hold himself steady, the Jedi Master stood up amongst the very fringes of his fur becoming singed from the exploding weapon of the Sith, Kirlocca took his own blade and tossed it at the chair that Apothos was being protected from. Knowing that the effects of Malacia would soon fade from his opponent, Kirlocca knew what he had to do in order to keep the Sith warrior on his feet. As the blade left his hand and went flying towards the throne, Kirlocca charged himself with long powerful strides, staggering just slightly as he was recovering from the blast and focusing more upon using the Force to guide the lightsaber. As he could feel to blades location coming near to the back of the chair, Kirlocca used the Force to leap into the air and called the lightsaber back to his paw upon the time frame of when it would have struck the chair, which happened to be when he was now dropping upon the back of the chair that was near the ledge of the rooftop. Quickly, he dropped having the blade go in a downward motion to now attempt to cut the throne in two. His opponent would not have many options to avoid the blade and save the throne, which was his goal. To engage the Sith blade to blade. ((Post 2 in Kirlocca vs Apothos)) [Kirlocca both avoided the blast and used its energy to help him. He then charged to throne.]
  21. Kirlocca was focused upon the building and the swirling storm crafted by the dark side that he was unaware that his opponent was on the rooftop with him. The sense that crept down his spine was all the alert he had, and it came just slightly later than what he wanted, as his own reaction time seemed to be slower than what he anticipated. With what he felt, his own instincts were to leap into the air in a corkscrew motion to turn to face what he sensed. Mid-leap into the air, as he turned, the Force Lightning caught him barely upon right shoulder and sent him twirling a bit more than expected. The Wookiee landed on the ground in a roll and stood upon his left knee. As he came out of his roll he noticed that he lost his lightsaber in the roll, which was something he hadn't done in forever. Instinctively he reached out hi spaw and attempted to bring his lightsaber to him, which he could barely see through the Force, but then quickly realized that such a feat was not worth it until he had the time to fulfill the feat. Lifting his left paw, he could sense the other Force user through the Force and their location. It was glowing like a beacon before him. Without hesitation, he used Malacia upon Apothos. Once he knew it succeeded in reaching his opponent, Kirlocca then stood and used the Force to call his lightsaber back to him. He could sense within the Force that there was something else he should be worried about, but could get no such direction or direct feeling as of yet. Until it presented itself, Kirlocca could provide no such attention or worry to it. For now, he had one threat to worry about. Using the time he had provided to himself, he quickly centered himself in Wru'torr and prepared for what would either be a quick or long battle. There was no need for any Force energy to be used yet, the Jedi Master used his giant legs to take quick and powerful strides towards Apothos and brought the blade in a downward motion, making the obvious attempt to disarm his opponent. ((Post 1 for Kirlocca.)) Evaded Force Lightning, used Malacia upon Apothos to throw him off and then centered himself in Wru'torr and charged.
  22. Kirlocca landed with Johan and got both the boy and himself into a building rather quickly. Between the howling of the winds of the blizzard, Johan speaking and the general chatter of the soldiers inside the building, Kirlocca had to take a moment to recenter himself to everything going on rather quickly. "Master Kirlocca, I'm glad you're here on the surface with us. The weather is sure causing lots of problems for our sensors along with whatever damage to the population. We need to find a way to hold on longer to withstand it." Kirlocca gave a confused look to the soldier who addressed him. He turned to Johan for a quick second before turning back to the soldier. << Do research on the planet you're liberating. Only about twenty percent of the population is in cities above the ocean. This weather is more of a problem for us. >> Kirlocca walked away from the soldier and looked out a window towards the sky. << However, there is no way for the storm to be controlled and not interfere with the enemy as well, not unless it's all an illusion. And I have an idea. >> Kirlocca turned around and began to walk out towards the doors. << Johan, stay with this troop. Your sole job and purpose now is to learn. Reach out into the Force and see what aid you can provide. >> There were no other words offered up. The Wookiee simply left the building. Stepping outside the wind knocked him hard for a moment, but having such a long experience of traveling world to world over his years, he quickly adjusted to what was presented to him. He reached out into the Force and could feel within it the very source of the storm. Taking a deep breath, he could also feel life energy swarming the skies above. Taking another two deep breaths, he allowed for a moment to center and prepare himself for the action he was about to take. Without much of a warning past that, the Jedi Master leapt into the air with the aid of the Force, catching rather quickly with his left paw a Basilisk that was passing by upon a run. It was one flying on the lower side, to which was not high enough for the Wookiee to perform what he needed to perform. Slowly climbing up the side of the hulking flying war machine, Kirlocca maneuvered into a position to push himself off the Basilisk he was holding himself onto and leapt onto another one that was starting to climb. The rider of this one looked at him, clearly within the Force, Kirlocca could tell was shocked to even see a Wookiee suddenly on the Basilisk. Using Telepathy, he spoke within the rider's mind. I’m just borrowing the ride. Leaving now in fact. With that said, he leapt onto another Basilisk that was taking a better angle that he needed. With the wind and the cold snow, Kirlocca almost wasn’t even able to fully grab ahold of the passing Basilisk. The Force was with him though, as his paw was able to grab at the last second. Because of his late grab, he had to quickly adjust before he made his final push off, this time was a direct descent. The Jedi Master landed with a loud thud upon the roof of a building. This building was one that the Force was calling him to. Quickly, he stood up and withdrew his lightsaber, igniting the orange blade, Kirlocca drove the blade through the roof until it came close to the hilt. He then began to cut through the roof of the building where the Force was moving him towards a connecting current and most likely a clash of blades if his senses were indeed being moved by the Force.
  23. Kirlocca stood on the landing shuttle, directly behind the pilot with his eyes closed. "Master Kirlocca, the sensors are having a real hard time with the blizzard. I'm unsure if we can even mak-" Kirlocca placed his left paw upon the shoulder of the pilot. Within the Force he began to help him with guidance. << I can feel them and the opposing forces. We are fine pilot. Take us at angle 3.5 Johan is in the most need of assistance... >> Almost as soon as he finished speaking, he removed his paw and turned and walked towards the back where a group of commandos were waiting. He kept his mind somewhat focused on the pilot still to help him navigate to a better route down to the surface level. As he got back, he spoke plainly to the commandos. << Upon landing, you will have exactly 4.5 seconds to disembark without being under fire. After that, the enemy will realize that I am not their primary threat. I suggest you take that time to get cover and prepare for them to be drawn into your position. Hold them.>> The Wookiee pushed past the troops and towards the back landing ramp. Quickly he opened the landing ramp and almost immediately had the cold wind hit him along with the snow that started to enter the ship. One commando lowered his head in a slight nod. “We’ll see you on the surface.” Kirlocca gave a slight nod in return before he jumped out of the ship and began to fall towards the surface. He knew exactly where he was at, even as the wind and snow attempted to make things harder to see, the Force allowed him to know where he was headed. Landing next to a slaver, who was quick to turn and attempt to fire on the Jedi Master soon found the regrettable action ended with Kirlocca striking him on the chest with his full force, but also he put the Force into the strike as well. The result was the poor slaver getting thrown a good 10 meters away and hitting a crate of some sort. He most likely would have gone further had the crate not stopped his momentum of the hit. The hit brought the attention of the droids, who quickly turned and opened fire upon the Wookiee. Kirlocca quickly brought his lightsaber that he was given by Tobias Vos and snapped the blade to life. The orange hue made quick work of the two droids, both of which were unaware of whom they had even attempted to open fire on. More attention was drawn to the Jedi Master. Pulling the Force fully to himself as he could hear the engines of the landing craft making touchdown, the need to help the pilot was no longer needed. A quick flick of his wrist, the blade was sent flying in an arc completely controlled by the Force by the Jedi Master and made a terrifying humming sound as the culling blade swung through a few others nearby who had made their sights on the Wookiee. As he heard the sound of the landing ramp touching down fully, Kirlocca pulled the blade back and began to walk towards the location of where he could feel one of his padawans, Johan. As he walked, he could hear the sound of someone shouting “Not the Jedi, the commandos!” Clearly the first part of his plan had worked, since he was walking away from the main battle field and towards Johan. Finding a pile of scrap that had fallen down during a recent blast, Kirlocca could feel Johan underneath it. With a quick swing followed by a Force blast, the Jedi Master freed his padawan from a potential certain doom. Deactivating his lightsaber for a moment, he leaned down and turned in such a way to protect Johan from the raging wind. Touching his padawan’s forehead with his paw, he spoke rather loudly. << Get up Johan. You are well enough to move, and we are a long way off from where we need to be. Stay close. >> Kirlocca helped the boy up and activated his lightsaber once again. He then held onto Johan as he searched the Force for where the two needed to be. Upon feeling out the heat of battle, all while still keeping a hold onto Johan, the Wookiee used the Force to make a massive jump in the direction where the two Jedi were needed.
  24. Kirlocca stood for a moment looking at the planet of Mon Calamari from the bridge of Misericordia as he looked out over the planet. He could feel the Force moving rapidly like it always did before a great battle. Closing his eyes and let out a heavy breath as he reached out and attempted to feel out where his padawans were. Both were eager to join in the fray, a trait he was a bit worried about. Although both did share some insight, that the Jedi Master choose not to speak up on as the awaited their time. After a moment of feeling them out, he sent a telepathic message within their minds. Remember the Jedi Code. There is no emotion, there is peace. There is no passion, there is serenity. There is no chaos, there is harmony. We as Jedi are here to protect life. Trust in the Force and let it guide your actions to preserve peace and harmony. Letting out another deep breath, he finally opened his own eyes. He turned and looked at Raven, whom was looking at him. He gave her a slight nod. << Unlike last time, I promise... I will see you after this is over. >> The Jedi Master gave her a bow now and turned and walked off the bridge and headed towards the hangar to join his two appretinctices, of which he was sure would be on the surface without and aid for a good hour. Hopefully he could arrive and help them before things all went down hill for them...
  25. Kirlocca sat in the main hold of the J-1 shuttle as it maneuvered itself to the main gathering point of the Rebel fleet. His eyes were closed, half in a meditation state, but mainly centering himself. He was also listening in very slightly to the holocron he was using for both Alliera and Johan, as it was covering some of the basics of lightsaber combat. "Form I, also called Shii-Cho, requires little explanation, as every Jedi youngling learns the basics of attack, parry, body target zones, and practice drills called velocities.” The voice of Cin Drallig was explaining to both. Almost as soon as the image finished explaining and showing a bit with his own lightsaber, Kirlocca finally stood up. << That’s enough of the word lesson. >> Without much hesitation, the Wookiee shut down the holocron and used the Force to call it back to him. As he put it away, the pilot called back that they were granted permission to land on the Misericordia. The Jedi Master barely acknowledged the statement as he withdrew two training lightsabers. << While I know that you have one Johan, and Alliera you are prepared with other tools of combat, I want for you both to carry one. Practice with it as you can, get familiar with the weight and movement more. But beyond that, be prepared to use it to defend yourselves. >> Kirlocca gave a slight smile to both, knowing that the chances to learn on the fly would present themselves heavily during this mission. And in so doing, both would gain quick knowledge of some of the trails that Jedi go through. He also knew that just being present himself on the battlefield would draw more attention away from others, to which he knew would provide more openings for the rebels… and for the one presence that he could now feel very strongly.
