  1. Moon acknowledged Ash's glance, and sat back for a moment, finishing her cupcake. With her tray still splattered with some food, she felt bad that she had taken too much food. She stood, bidding farewell to her new friends, and after setting her tray down in the cleaning station, she retreated to her room. Closing the door almost immediately, Moon's head began to rush. She placed her palm against her forehead in a futile attempt to slow or stop her racing thoughts. After a moment of a scrunched face and a facepalm, she walked further into the room and sat in the small opening between her bed and the small chair. Deciding not to turn on the HoloNet as a possible distraction, she began to meditate on the thoughts that were plaguing her. ""Kill them. Do not walk on the ground, for you are too important to set foot on dirt. Use their heads as springboards, and kill them. Show me your prowess in the Force." The voice was faint, but very noticably dark. Moon, or Serpe, the name given to her by her new Master, did as she was told. Through a small exertion through the Force, she jumped two meters in the air and landed on one of the slave's heads. In order to hop from one to the other, as if they were pegs in a training exercise to keep balance, she exerted another small surge in the Force, driving the slave's head into his shoulders and propelling her onto the next slave. After doing this, killing at least a hundred or so slaves, her new Master was satisfied. "Good, Serpe. Good. You've done well. Now, time to introduce you to my Master." He had a Master?! She figured he would have killed him or at least displaced him to show his power. Soon, Serpe and her Master came upon a large, intricate temple carved out of onyx stone. Dotting its surface were many crystals, which Serpe recognized as lightsaer crystals. Shortly after her brief exploration, Serpe and her Master entered the main chamber in the temple. There, on the large throne, sat a man who sent shivers down Serpe's spine and triggered her danger sense. "Serpe, meet Lord Ar-Pharazon. Bow, you idiot, unless you have a deathwish." Serpe again did what she was told. When Lord Ar-Pharazon spoke, her danger sense amplified to measures she had not experienced; greater even than the sense triggered before the attack on Gala leading to the death of her now useless Jedi Master Kautra Nadio. "Fresh blood." Moon shivered, realizing she had accidentally let her memory trigger a disturbance in the Force. Her Dark Side aura was clearly noticable, but she forcefully replaced it with soothing calm and love, projecting the Light Side. Immersing herself in the Force, she allowed it to permeate every aspect of her mind. She wanted to be cleansed of this past as soon as possible. She wanted to be as happy as she was in the cafeteria, all the time. Moon hoped sincerely that Grandmaster Darex would help her reclaim her identity and absolve her of her heinous deeds.
  2. Moon wasn't quite sure what to do. Ash had fallen backwards, distressed and holding her head and neck, but in an instant returned to her seat. Although she still seemed distressed. She sent a shimmer of comfort in the Force, though she knew it wouldn't do much to calm a mind as troubled as Ash's seemed. Aryian made his way toward her, after accusing Tirzah of being a demon child; all in jest of course. Everything seemed to be all in jest with this Grey Master. He was strange. Strange indeed. To Moon's relief, he offered his help to Ash. Moon knew that there was nothing she could do besides try to support and comfort Ash on her journey, perhaps watching over Tirzah if needed. If she trusted Moon enough. But that didn't matter right now. She didn't want to ask if Ash was okay, because she figured that it would only worsen the situation by drawing more attention to her. Ash whispered something unintelligible, but Tirzah obviously heard it; her grip on her mother tightening, drawing her closer to Ash. Moon glanced at Darex, waiting for a responce from him. She figured he would have a better grasp on the situation than any of the others at the table, perhaps besides Aryian. "I can't offer my assistance," Moon began, speaking softly, unsure of her words. "But I can offer my support. I'm here for you, anyone troubled is a friend of mine." A frown decorated Moon's face, not out of distress, but out of concern.
  3. Moon couldn't help but to let out a bellowing laugh at Tirzah's debacle. She smiled intensley, but only because Master Darkfire didn't seem bothered by the event. In fact, he seemed not only amused but happy. He was happy to be covered in cupcake. This man was a strange, strange man. But she liked him. "Thank you, Master. It means a lot." She said, as the Grey Master disposed of the remaining cupcake bits in a rather impressive display of the Force. Turning her attention to the cupcake now in front of her - Tirzah seemed to know that chocolate was her favorite - Moon removed the wrapping and took a rather large bite out of the delicious treat. A bit of frosting got stuck on her nose. She tried, unsuccessfully, to use her tongue to lick the frosting off, but ended up resigning to use her napkin. She thought for a moment that she could remove the frosting with the Force, and then place it in her mouth, but she didn't want to seem like she was just trying to be a copycat. Then Moon caught something in the Force. A ripple from Grandmaster Darex to Ash. She had no idea what he was doing, or possibly even saying, to Ash, but she seemed troubled for a moment. Well, a little longer than a moment. She figured that the Grandmaster would handle it, but she tossed a sympathetic glance in Ash's direction. She wasn't sure Ash saw it, but at least she tried.
  4. Moon was slightly taken aback from Aryian's question about her hopeful redemption. Mulling over it, she couldn't find an answer that pleased her. And if it didn't please her, it would definitely not please the Grey Master. She paused, thanking the Force in her mind that Tirzah threw a question at Aryian. It gave her the time she needed to think of a reply. Unconsciously, her face twisted into an expression of confusion. Then into an expression of surprise, if not envy, of Aryian's slight expression of his ability in the Force with his food. It looked as if a planet and all of its satellites imploded and then vanished into the black hole that was Aryian's mouth. It was impressive, and she repressed the urge to clap in excitement. After Darex spoke, Moon attempted an answer to Aryian's question. "I guess I'm seeking forgiveness, if that makes sense. I didn't do anything tremendously terrible, but I did do terrible things that I won't mention, due to the presence of the young ones." She started, pointing a finger to Tirzah and Jax in turn. "I wish for the Jedi to take me back in, and perhaps... cultivate... me back into the person I once was." She tried, probably unsuccessfully, to use Aryian's words as humor. She slightly blushed at her sad attempt at being funny, but continued. "I don't know what other people will think, nor can I control that." Silently, in her mind, she added, nor do I really care. That thought was sudden and unexpected. A thought she repressed due to its rather dark nature. "I can only hope that they - they meaning the other Jedi - will accept me once I learn to accept myself." Moon thought that was a suitable answer, but it seemed to simple. She hoped desperately that she would satisfy the Master's appetite.
  5. Moon was flooded with sensation. Ash seemed a trifle confused, but she ignored it and took her extended hand in her own, giving it a rather light shake before retreating the hand back to her side. Listening to Tirzah try to pronounce Mando'ade made Moon chuckle inside. She made sure to push that feeling out into her Force Aura, knowing that Tirzah would See that she wasn't offended and found it a tad bit cute. She had a soft spot for children, especially for this one. She was strong in the Force. Exceptionally strong. Beautifully strong. And then came Jax. Another cute child, also strong in the Force. She was so excited to see so many Jedi, or potential Jedi. She sensed that Ash was glad to have brought Tirzah to the Temple, and Moon was glad that she met them as they arrived. Not only did she have a new best little friend, but she had acceptance from both Grandmaster Darex and Ash. She respected them both. She caught a bit of confusion in the Force, as she had noticed earlier, but only recognized now. It seemed that Ash had something troubling her. Exactly what, she didn't know. Nonetheless she reached out into the Force, giving Ash a warm hand on her shoulder. She wanted Ash to know that she too was troubled. Not in exactly the same way, but enough to at least try to understand. Later, if she caught any alone time with Ash, she would reassure her physically and confide in her as the first Jedi to hear exactly what had happened to her. Another... something... approached and then sat at the table with Darex. Moon didn't sense that he was a Darksider, but she sensed something odd about him. She couldn't quite place her finger on it. He was displaying an Aura of balance, at least that's the best way she could word it. The Light and the Dark living in harmony. Perhaps she had something to learn from this man. "Moon." She said, extending her right hand to greet the man. "Fallen Jedi. Seeking redemption. Call me what you will." She smiled, keeping calm as best as she could. This man was extremely powerful, and it slightly intimidated Moon. But, as she was sitting with the Grandmaster of the Jedi Order, she felt no danger whatsoever. In any case, she was delighted and honored to be in the presence of such great people. It was lonely in exile. Now she wasn't alone. And she didn't ever intend to be alone again.
  6. Moon couldn't help but smile. Setting her food down on the table, she composed herself to answer Tirzah's questions. "Well, I have no hair because I'm Rattataki. Rattataki are a species with rather pale white skin, bald heads, and sometimes tattooed bodies." Chuckling, Moon added, "I don't have any tattoos though." She could feel Tirzah using the Force to See her, her white-pupiled eyes focusing first on her and then embarrassingly on the table. Immediately, Moon felt Tirzah eminating a spirit of calm and acceptance into the Force, giving Moon a feeling of almost physical embrace. She thought this little girl was talented, but now Moon realized that Tirzah's power was far greater than she first perceived. She was stronger, certainly, than any one of the Younglings in the Temple. This girl didn't just have potential. She was a blessing. To the Jedi, and to Moon. Then she heard her name. Quietly, but loud enough that Moon could hear it. The little girl turned her head back towards Moon, she spoke: "I like you. Will you be my friend? I only have three friends. Mommy and Dika and Jax. But you can be my friend now too." It brought a tear to Moon's eye. She could feel that Tirzah sensed her pain, perhaps even her struggle with the Dark Side and the taint that it left on her. And Tirzah didn't seem to care at all. "Of course I'll be your friend!" Moon started, pouring happiness into the Force. Not purposefully. "I'm honored, Tirzah. I am Mando'ade, and honor and friendship are two things we hold in high regard." Violence, anger, and hatred were also things that Mandalorians held in high regard, but Moon wouldn't mention that, seeing as she has left that part of her life behind her. It only boiled up to the surface when she fell to the Dark Side; something she hoped to be redeemed from. Something that she felt she was already beeing redeemed from, thanks to Tirzah. "I don't have many friends either. In fact, right now, you are my only friend. I want you to be my new best friend." Moon smiled and again poured happiness into the Force, this time purposefully. Tirzah managed to, somehow, remove all of Moon's fears and worries. She was no longer anxious. She was no longer afraid. In fact, she looked toward the future as bright instead of hazy. The future is always clouded, but Moon could See bright things. Which brought another tear to her eye. And then another. Moon hardly realized that she was crying. But this time, they were tears of joy.
  7. Relieved, the pair of Jedi seemed to ignore Moon and moved onto other parts of the Temple. That saved her some embarrassment. It also allowed Moon to focus on her more primal urges - hunger, in specific. The cafeteria couldn't be far away. Reaching out in the Force, she again felt the physical feelings of hunger. Amongst them, she also felt the presences of Ash and the tingle of Tirzah. They were far from familiar, but they were more familiar than anyone else in the Temple. I think I'll head there. Taking the rather long walk through the Temple, Moon finally made it to the cafeteria and found food. Her stomach grumbled audibly as she crowded as much food as possible on her plate. It looked comically large, too much for Moon to ever conceivably eat. But she was hungry. She found food, and spotted Ash across the cafeteria, sitting alone with Tirzah at her side. Moon made her way towards them, struggling to keep the tray from spilling over. She stood on the opposite side of the table from Ash, not sitting down. "Hey, Ash, is it? May I sit here?"
  8. "Thank you, Grandmaster Darex." Moon said quietly, backing into the room and analyzing it. There was a bed in the far right corner, with a window positioned right above it. Straight across from the bed was a couch, big enough for three at least. Seated in almost the center of the room was a chair, across from the HoloNet receiver that was positioned to the left of the window. She liked the room, and it suited her well. Simple, yet her own. Simple perfection. A room fit for a Jedi. The thought stuck in her head for a moment. Fit for a Jedi. She was a Jedi once more. Moon was instantly distracted from the thought by the grumbling of her stomach. She reached out into the Force, trying to locate the cafeteria, as she had no idea where it was. She caught on to the presences of many Jedi in the Temple. The first was the warm, loving presence of Ash, followed by the adorable and rather large tingle Tirzah left in the Force. She knew that one day, Tirzah would make a great Jedi. She hoped that Tirzah would avoid making the same mistakes that she had, and the thought that maybe Tirzah could learn from Moon directly. She hoped that she would have the privilege. Reaching out further, she could sense Darex and... a disturbance. It wasn't a big disturbance, but there was a Dark Side aura in the Temple. Not exactly a Dark Jedi or a Sith, but a tainted mind... a hacked mind, using a Jedi Ace term. She was going to keep her mind's eye on the situation, but because Darex was projecting an aura of peace and calm into the Force, she knew he had a firm grasp on the situation. Darex was interested in her fall to the Dark Side, and Moon thought that perhaps she could be of use to this dark presence. Moon sensed the presence of a Master and a Padawan, the Padwan reaching out with the Force as well. She pushed her presence to touch his, to give the being the feeling of another reaching out to it. Then she sensed various presences filled with physiological hunger. That must be where the cafeteria was. She made her way towards the cafeteria, which led her through the garden - or one of many gardens, Moon wasn't sure - and she came across the Master and Padawan she had sensed earlier. A Nikito and a Twi'lek, Padawan and Master, judging by their presences in the Force. The Nikito was meditating, the Force flowing through him, and she could tell that he was Seeing for the first time. He Saw the Force and Life in all of Its glory. She was happy for him, seeing another Jedi added to the ranks. Then she realized she was staring. She averted her gaze quickly, seeming to examine the garden, clasping her hands behind her back, and letting out a slight whistle. Good job. Awkward...
  9. "Of course I will help you, Luna..." Though the words didn't seem surprising - due to her time as a Jedi and learning their very accepting, tolerant ways - they still shocked Moon like a quick jolt of Force Lightning. She did expect them to help, but at the same time, she didn't feel she deserved it. The way she had murdered slaves for fun? The way she jumped on their heads, using the Force through her feet to crush them beneath her? Not a very deserving of redemption, in Moon's eyes at least. Moon had fear, but she knew that the first step back into the light was to let go of that fear. She would have to tell Grandmaster Darex everything. She tried her best to replace that fear with hope; hope of his acceptance, hope of the love she experienced as a Jedi. The Force gave her a warm, fuzzy feeling in her stomach, as if everything would be all right. That reassured her. While the Sith and the Jedi had both lied to her, the Force never lied. Moon for the first time noticed the energetic little girl beside the trio, playing with the Grandmaster's little boy. Tirzah and Jax, they said their names were. Children were always adorable. Children always cheered Moon up. Tirzah's frantic talking to Jax brought a slight smile to her face, and washed the sadness from her mind. She felt... clear. Clear, for the first time in what had seemed like ages. She took a deep breath, channeling the Force into her body, and let it flow out with all of her negative emotions as she exhaled. Master Nadio had taught her that technique. Thinking of it, that was only the second time she'd used it. Moon made her way into the Jedi Temple, outside of the sun as Darex had suggested. She held out her hand, this time to Ash. "Luna. But I prefer to be called 'Moon'. What's your name?" She said, in almost a childlike manner. Her mind tingled a bit when Tirzah reached out through the Force, but she couldn't tell what for. She didn't let the child's action distract her; however, it was good to see a Force Sensitive child. Beautiful, in fact. Another young mind to teach, to scullpt into a Jedi. She'd make a good Jedi, a good Jedi indeed. Moon was excited to be at the Jedi Temple again. Although it wasn't Gala, where she had trained, it was still a bastion of peace, of courage, of serenity. She was even more excited when she learned that she could have residence in the Temple. Perhaps it was time for a little rest and relaxation after all she's been through. But she knew she would have to talk to Darex, and she would have to talk to him soon - but this thought no longer troubled her. ...AND FOOD...
  10. Jedi... Grandmaster?! Oh no, I don't look presentable. What do I do? I've never been in the presence of a Grandmaster! Moon immediately stoppped in her tracks, leaving the woman and the child in between herself and the Grandmaster; and instinctively bowed, as close to ninety degrees as her humanoid body would allow her. Her hands fell flat to her sides, rigid with her stance. Her left hand brushed the lightsaber at her side, and she began to blush - simultaneously from the undeserving feel of the security of a lightsaber at her side, and from the presence of a Jedi Grandmaster. The blush was all the more visible on her pasty white skin. It's almost as if her entire head had turned into a red balloon. "G-Grandmaster, sir," she started, her voice stammering. "Mo- Luna Bajjas." Moon introduced herself formally as she rose and didn't even dare to stick out her right hand to greet the man. He was in no way intimidating, but his presence in the Force almost threatened to crush her. Whoever this man was, he was deserving of the title of Grandmaster. "I- I left the Order," she began, stuttering again. "The death of my late Master drove me in my weakness to the Dark Side. I'm seeking redemption. Will you help me?" Moon's face was still just as red, and now she began to tear up.
  11. An E-Wing class starfighter entered orbit around Lehon. Locking on to the last known coordinates of the Jedi Temple, Moon navigated her crochety old starfighter into the planet's atmosphere. She flew low, finally catching a view of a landing pad in the distance. This is where Moon would be redeemed. She brought her ship to a standstill, and engaged the landing gear. It's been so long... Will they even accept me back? Even after falling to the Dark Side? The starfighter landed with a slight bump, and the cockpit sprung open as Moon leaped out, only to find two other persons on the landing pad. She made her way towards them, noticing quickly that one was a child and the other was either the caregiver or the mother. Moon wasn't sure which, but for some odd reason, she cared about these two people. She hadn't cared in over two years. After Kautra Nadio's death, and her fall to the Dark Side, Moon lost all notion of empathy. But it was slowly returning. Finally, it was returning. All hope was not lost. "Erm, excuse me!" She shouted from the distance, waving her white hand in the air. The lightsaber at her side wobbled with her hand, and because her robes were replaced by a full-body crude black leather armor suit, it was exposed. Her hands and forearms were bare, but her feet and the rest of her body was covered. She hoped her Rattataki appearance wouldn't offend anyone. She was a hairless female, after all. Bald women are sparse in the Galaxy. Moon noticed the slight tap of the lightsaber against her left thigh. I don't deserve to carry this weapon. "I'm looking for a Jedi. Could you help point me towards one who can help me?"

  14. Moon stood motionless, eyes wide, taking in all the information. She almost missed the beautiful young woman who took her place by the side of Master Kirlocca. Moon concluded that the woman was either an adviser, which was unlikely, or his apprentice, as her connection to the Force basically confirmed. She was slightly surprised when hearing some of the information, and the emotions in the Force when talking about the situations that had occurred in the recent past. That, and Gala was only a Praxeum now, was a change that Moon had not expected. Though possibly necessary. She trusted the Master's opinions and actions, perhaps more than this man named Brad did. Then Kirlocca spoke, saying that he and the man should travel together to Tython, the location of the new Jedi Temple. Moon moved to ask if she could travel with them, but decided it would be better to wait and possibly follow them there instead of interject.
  15. Moon delighted at the display of prowess that the two Jedi had displayed, their mastery of the Force giving her goosebumps on her skin. The fighting had ended with a bestowal of a title on the strange man whom she had never met, and then was punctuated with a final embrace of the two men. An understanding of emotion and love poured through the Force, and she breathed it in; allowed it to flow through her. It felt good. The man near her was uneasy, as Moon could slightly read. He seemed conflicted, not at her arrival, but at being in the wonderful Praxeum itself. He didn't seem lost... Moon couldn't pin down the emotion. She was an excellent reader, but this man was obviously more powerful than she. To be in the presence of these Jedi was an honor for her, to be in the presence of such power... Amazing. "Congratulations!" Moon shouted, following the man who arrived before her. Dahar was the new Master's name. She walked forward to join the conversation, but stayed a few feet back as to not intrude. "...unsettling reports going around about the Order, reports I hope are merely the government's lies. There was a rumor about the Jedi being implicated in the recent attacks, something I'm almost certain isn't true..." What?! This can't be. Moon's mood instantly dropped from celebratory joy to genuine concern. Though she had been redeemed, and had been Knighted before her fall, she still felt that she didn't quite belong in the Jedi Order. Not that it wasn't for her, but more or less, she wasn't for them. She felt as if she wouldn't be accepted again, but wanted to help in any way she could. Moon sure hoped the galaxy had not gone to hell in her absence. She listened intently, waiting for a reply from one of the two Masters.
