  1. Haron's ship was soon about to enter the atmosphere of Yavin IV. The last time he had been here, Haron had been a small child. He looked to the surface of the planet, aware of T8's presence in the cockpit. He swivled himself around and looked down at the droid, who immediatley warbled a question at him. Haron nodded. "We may be able to find some refuge here. I don't know for certain, but it doesn't hurt to look." T8 beeped in acknowledgement and left the room. Despite the calmness that he felt from the planet, Haron had decided that it would be best to land his ship away from any form of civilization; after he had met the locals here, he would bring his ship into any town or city he found. Finally, he spotted a small clearing in the brush, and switched off the auto-pilot of his ship. Carefully, he landed the ship in the opening. After several minutes, he shut the ship down and left it, looking for any town or small city that he could find.
  2. (Aw man the planet's basically a desolate wasteland now? Greaaat...) --- Haron's dull, rustic starship soared over Tatooine's now barren, ash-covered surface. The once magnificent dual suns that circled Tatooine were now nothing more than gigantic, harsh sources of brightness that was too overwhelming to look at. The coordinates that Haron had entered into his ship's navi-computer were that of his hut. However, as he looked down at the stretching lands of ash and charred debris, his gut feeling that his home was destroyed was starting to surface. Who could have done this? he thought.
  3. I'm kind of unaware of what's all going on here... if I role play something that's unrealistic due to past events on this thread then just let me know! ----- Haron Tehk's starship continued to speed through the outer reaches of space. He was completely oblivious to the recent commotion that had just taken place only minutes ago. Haron himself was starting to doze off in his pilot's chair. He had just set the ship's coordinates to Tatooine, and not needing to navigate his ship any further, he leaned back into his chair, slowly nodding off to sleep. His utility droid, T8-J5, could be heard rolling around in the next room, which was the communications cabin of his ship. He was most likely checking each and every machine and function of the starship to make sure everything was working properly. Haron smiled to himself. T8 amused him at times. He glanced out of the window once more, the starry skies of space flying past him. Once again, he closed his eyes. Tatooine was only a few hours away. Soon he would be home. He quickly fell asleep.

  5. I know, but I just wanted to sort of give the reader my idea of what happened after Obi-Wan left Anakin behind. Thanks though!
  6. Hey everyone! This is the last scene from ROTS when Obi-Wan and Anakin are dueling on Mustafar. The end of the story was made up by me, the rest I used from the movie. I hope you enjoy it! -Drew --------------- Anakin reeled back from his opponent, locking his gaze with Obi-Wan's. Obi-Wan caught Anakin's gaze, his forehead glistening with perspiration. He knew that Anakin would soon tire out; that is when he would strike. Obi-Wan's grip on his lightsaber tightened, unsure how much more fighting he could take. The two of them were currently standing on separate pieces of debris that fell off of Mustafar's mining facility. The heat of the golden-red lava swirled around them, its staggering temperature becoming more of a threat to the dueling Jedi. The jagged caverns that surrounded the conflagrant river could have scraped the skies with their incredulous height. The biggest danger that was shown at this moment was the possibility of one of the men falling into the lava. Anakin quickly parried and attack brought on by Obi-Wan, quickly swinging his own lightsaber at his torso. Obi-Wan called upon the Force to move the debris under him away from Anakin, simultaneously feeling the movement of his lightsaber rushing past him. Obi-Wan gazed at Anakin, who slowly moved closer to him. His eyes seemed to burn into his master's. ”œThis is the end for you, my master,”
  7. Hah. I just thought that it'd be a nice touch for my story. Thanks for the comment!
  8. Thanks for the comment, Tiana! Now that I look back at it, there were a few grammatical errors. Thank you for pointing that out! I hate using the word processor that's installed on all the computers at my school. Thanks for the comment! Keep your eyes peeled for more fan-fics and stories of mine in the future! -Drew
  9. The Emperor was dead, the Death Star was destroyed, but that was still not enough for Luke Skywalker. He shot a look around him, smiling as he imbibed the excitement and delectation. It had been only a few hours since he had arrived on Endor, but already the celebrations of the Rebels' victory over the Empire had been happening for a long while. The Ewoks were all celebrating heavily as well, performing lighthearted music and dancing in joy, equally as happy as the Rebels were. Leia, who was sitting on a small tree stump cuddled under Han's arm, smiled up at Luke as he approached her. She gently removed Han's arm from her shoulder, barely disturbing his conversation with Lando in the process. She brushed her hair over her left shoulder and walked up to Luke, wrapping her arms around him, embracing him. Luke kissed the top of her head and slung his arms around her as well. Her soft, brunette hair brushed against his cheek slightly, suddenly filling Luke with a sense of belonging. He had been through much- too much, in his opinion- that in a way had created a sort of emptiness inside of him. However, now that he was back with his sister and his friends, that emptiness was immediately filled. Leia looked up at him, her eyes shimmering, but showing a hint of curiosity. ”œLuke”¦ what happened up there?”
  10. Chapter 2 Avres raised his model of a Y-Wing starfighter up above his head, making his hand swivel in fluid motions around him, pretending that the Y-Wing was real. He was too preoccupied with what he was doing to hear his father's footsteps approaching his bedroom. Ghorn walked into his son's bedroom, looking down at what his son was doing with the model. He smiled to himself. The boy sure had taken an interest in spacecraft these days. He walked over to Avres and knelt down beside him. Avres finally noticed that his father was in the room and grinned up at him. ”œD'you know what kind of ship this is, Dad?”
  11. Hah. As I said, this is my first Star Wars fan-fic. I really don't try to get invovled with big action-packed scenes that much in my writing unless I need to. I'm going to post the next chapter though which leads up to a big scene that 'hooks' the reader, you could say. Stay tuned!
  12. AUTHOR's NOTE: Hey, everyone! I really appreciate all of the positive feedback on my other story, 'Knights of the Old Republic: Rebirth of a Hero'. So now, I've decided to start a story that is going to be completely original, but still include or recognize certain characters or places within the extensive universe of Star Wars. This is my first Star Wars story, so I hope you all enjoy it! -Drew CHAPTER 1: The twin Tatooine suns were burning the man's back as he pressed down harder onto the acceleration pad of his speeder bike, making it go Despite the heavy tunic that he was wearing, he could still feel the heat of the suns beating down onto him. Damn these suns The man thought to himself.I'll be badly burned by the time I get back. His long, black hair was flowing through the rush of the warm, humid air as he sped up even faster. His skin nearly resembled that of a normal human, except for one long scar running down his face. He reached into his side pocket and pulled out his binoculars, balancing his right hand on the handlebars of the speeder. He put the binoculars up to his eyes and looked through them. He could see his small hut in the distance, but knew that he had around seven kilometers to travel until he arrived there. He sighed to himself. He hadn't wanted to bring his wife and son here to Tatooine, but it was better than living on Kiffu. Their home planet was taken over by the Empire, but they had managed to escape to Tatooine. The man had found work in one of the local cantinas, but knew that he wouldn't be able to support himself and his family with the amount of credits he was earning. The people on this planet did not make life easier for the man and his family. He had later learned after his arrival that off-worlders, especially non-humans, were looked down upon on certain planets. But why? He had asked himself over and over. He could have easily been mistaken for a human, if it weren't for his unique skin color and the scar on his face. The speeder bike he was riding, his 22-B Nightfalcon speeder bike, used to be very costly when it was still being manufactured. It stopped being manufactured about ten years ago, and the price of one went down nearly five thousand credits. The man had found it, literally, in the garbage one day as he was traveling through Anchorhead. Partially due to his excellent mechanical skills, but mostly due to his determination, he was able to salvage many other parts for the speeder bike, and soon was able to get it running. He slowed to a stop as he neared his hut. It had taken him perhaps several minutes to reach his home. As he scanned the area outside of the small structure, he saw his small utility droid, J4-R2, rolling across the sandy ground, heading towards the hut entrance. He shut off his speeder bike and climbed off of it. The heat of the twin suns was making his skin boil worse now than before. The man watched as a young boy ran out of the entrance of the hut and over to the man. He greatly resembled the man, but his hair was cut down to his shoulders, and he had no scar on his face. He smiled as he boy ran towards him, and immediately bent down onto one knee and threw his arms around the boy, hugging him. The man cast his glance over the boy's shoulder and saw a young woman standing by the hut, her arms crossed over her chest, but a smile slowly forming on her face at the sight of the man and the child. She was beautiful. Her hair seemed to glow in the sunlight, which reached all of the way down to her lower back. There was a dark scar on her face that was barely noticable, but made her all the more attractive. She was wearing a light-weight tunic, but she seemed to be more comfortable in the suns' light than the man was. The boy looked up to the man and asked, ”œDad, can we still go into town later today?”
  13. Hey everyone, I re-did most of the story. If you would all be so kind to review.. I'd appreciate it. Thanks! :]
