  1. The Captain sat idle within the same chair that he'd been lopped down in for the past hour or so”¦ he had minions to take care of the tasks that had been laid at his feet. No longer did he have to lift a finger, other than when he was in the thick of battle. Having switched out the cigar for a more suitable cigarette, Jasper pulled heavily upon the cancer stick and drew the toxic smoke into his lungs. As he expelled it from his body with a heavy sigh a ring came out over his comm. After listening to the message, Hale was quick to act and was gathering things left and right as he headed towards the hanger bay to board his ship. As he passed people through the various walkways he found the scientist that he'd placed in charge of the construction affairs. Handing him a datapad with the former specs of the facility, Jasper signaled to him to fall back on those plans and build it accordingly. Tunnels, turrets, ysalmari traps”¦ everything”¦ he wanted a fortress by the time he returned. Once he found his ship the Captain was on board and heading into the atmosphere”¦ his destination Coruscant, the Imperial Spire was the target once he had arrived.
  2. Respect”¦ this lone stormtrooper that had approached him, was the only soldier he'd seen thus far that seemed to have been trained properly. His salutes were crisp and practiced”¦ hell even the way the man spoke seemed as if it were rehearsed. This was something that Captain Hale was very glad to have at his command, a group of trained assassins of the Jedi”¦ ysalmari”¦ defenses”¦ supplies”¦ From the sound of things”¦ the base isn't actually in poor condition”¦ no”¦ its appearance is misleading”¦ a trap”¦ so that if someone were to attack they'd be lost within the maze that is this facility. Without their precious force connection”¦ and surrounded by men that are trained to ruin lives”¦ For the time being, Jasper didn't want to seem over exuberant about the information that he'd just received. Ryloth wasn't in that bad of shape”¦ it was a death trap for those that wouldn't align themselves to the Empire”¦ and it was Jaspers. ”œExcellent”¦ then we shall make use of these amenities that Lord Faust was gracious enough to bestow upon us. I'm pleased to hear that you've kept good-relations with the locals”¦ that will come to our aid greatly in the future”¦”
  3. The Briefing Room”¦ A large rectangular table filled a vast majority of the office that had been designated to house meetings such as the one that Captain Hale had called on this day. Sitting at the head of the table with his feet kicked up and slouched back with a cigar between his lips”¦ Jasper waited for the people who had been summoned to meet with him. The first to arrive was one of the Imperial Scientists in charge of the programming of the clones; he sat to Hale's left hand side. The next three soldiers to enter the room were all Ensign's that had been called here simply for the fact that they'd be assisting with the labor. My Lieutenant is running late”¦ Was the thought that had begun to pass through the artificial mind of the Captain as he drew deeply upon the cigar held in his mouth. Leisurely removing the expensive smoke from his lips with his left hand Jasper pointed at the door as it swung open and that mountain of a cat walked into the room. That smirk that had formed on his face earlier in his presence, once again found its home on his mask. Gesturing to the empty seat to his right hand side, Captain Hale waited until Lt. Solos had taken his seat before speaking. ”œThank you all for coming today”¦ So I've been presented with a problem. This station is a valuable asset to the Empire and under it's current condition”¦ well to be blunt. We'd be I am Grooted.”
  4. (( You've been listed as a Lieutenant within the Empire's OOC Thread. Keep the ooc comments to a minimum, PM me with any further needs. )) With a surveying look in his eyes Jasper watched as the mountain of a being, that was his Lieutenant, rose from the seated position that he had been in. A confident and proud stance held true in his posture with his shoulders square”¦ a sign of not being intimidated. This sight forced the corners of the Captain's mouth to curl upwards into a devious grin. The idea of breaking a wild mustang came into his mind as he thought of how this man would struggle to realize who was the master within Section Five. Jasper Hale was their father, mother, and supreme being as far as he was concerned. They had been placed under his command and because of that they would follow every order, be it through respect or fear”¦ it didn't matter as long as the work got done. Slowly that menacing smirk faded from his rather solemn mask that blanketed his facial expressions. Walking back to his ship and charting a course for Ryloth, Jasper flopped down into his seat and readied for the flight. As they leapt into hyperspace the droid was flicking his lighter to cherry his cigar”¦ with one long drag he choked back the smoke with a broad smile upon his face. After quite sometime, the ship came to a halt in the atmosphere above Ryloth's Imperial Garrison”¦ a facility that was built to train and house Imperial Soldiers for combat. It was his mission to further improve this structure and secure the atmosphere with mines that would help prevent an attack. That was his goal”¦ he'd handle the ground facilities and Soln would take care of the mines. Once he had finished he'd help with the construction”¦ every helping hand is a good one. Not to mention, nothing is better for the spirit than some good old fashioned back breaking labor. ”œNow where is that Lieutenant of mine”¦?”
  5. Jasper Hale Captain of the Fifth Section of the Imperial fleet Model Number: JH-420 Species: Human Replica Droid Creation world: Kamino Age: 3 Gender: Male Height: 5'6”
  6. Name: Aries Sang Nickname: Enigma Species: Human Homeworld: Coruscant Current Age: 17 Gender: Male Height: 5'9”
  7. Silence. It loomed over the room like the dead of night, within the hallowed halls of the chambers sat the confident Sith. Marcellus was proud of his rise to power, or at least his return to his former glory and now that he was about to begin this process another step had been taken. The soon-to-be Lord looked about the room and surveyed the equipment that he had been provided. Everything seemed to be there and all of the pieces had been laid in place, now the tainted soul had to decide upon a design. Would it be the traditional style, a lone blade in the wind”¦ or would he go for the more devastating saberstaff? Contemplation of task at hand had the mind of Marcellus wrapped tightly in thought. The surprising thing about Marcellus is that he is very unconventional and because of this the tormented being set to work. He had the design in mind, now he just needed to shape it. Through manipulations of the force the Sith conjured all different sorts of metal and electronics into the air, where they twirled and whirled in the air as sparks began to leap from spots. Marcellus slowly extended his hands with a malicious look upon his face, the evolving material surrounding each of his hands”¦ from there they began to take shape. ”œHummm”¦.”
  8. Marcellus had found solitude amongst the shadows”¦ on his own the former Sith Lord began to tap into the powers that he knew in a past life. Like a creature of darkness the man probed the shadows with grace as made swift and precise movements, in means of travel and training. His strikes with the vibroblade were flawless along with his form, as he practiced constantly while awaiting further instruction. All the while, Marcellus had grown agitated by the situation and the delay of his training. He hadn't chosen to follow Darth Oni to be placed on the back burner and ignored”¦ Marcellus expected greatness and this man was holding him back. Something needed to be done”¦ Oni needed to step his game up. Stepping forth from the shadows the malicious being approached his master. ”œAre we going continue yet”¦ or what?”
  9. Marcellus had been lost in thought for quite sometime, the former Sith Lord had begun to fall into memories of his past life. Countless lives were claimed in honor of the Sith at his hands and amongst it all he remembered one thing distinctly”¦ nothingness. Nero had done everything in his power to ensure that his name be feared, yet nothing came out of his efforts. He wasn't even held in mild regards amongst his ”œbrethren”
  10. Marcellus swallowed heavily after hearing the words of Nurgle”¦ Ridding myself of this nuisance?”¦ That doesn't sound like a bad idea”¦ though for some reason I feel there would be consequences. Thought the apprentice as he extended his arm around Nurgle. With the aid of Marcellus' arm Nurgle was able to walk much easier, the former Sith Lord's powerful frame granted much need support for the aging Sith Master. As they walked the halls, Marcellus knew that he didn't need to comment on Nurgle's condition and instead decided to remain silent. Though he couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to rid himself of Cyrus forever”¦ because deep down he knew that if he didn't Cyrus wouldn't remain silent for long.
  11. Marcellus did as he was expected to and followed Nurgle, making sure that he stood in front of Silas and made the boy follow. The dark robes that adorned the former Sith Lord's body barely touched the floors as they walked; the robes were black with gold trim, the significance of these colors were unknown. When they arrived in a room that Nurgle had picked out, Marcellus was gestured to wait aside and so he did as asked. After a faceless droid entered the room and Silas was ordered to defeat it, Nurgle approached Marcellus with a rather interesting and expected question. ”œWell”¦ even though in the beginning of this body's journey I wasn't the dominate host. It was nice, being able to chime in and manipulate that idiot Cyrus at will. He was my puppet. I can still feel him within me, although it is like a pain in my gut. Nothing more than that as he wasn't strong enough to resist my presence.”
  12. ”œSilence, both of you. Your Sith not children.”
  13. Marcellus grunted at the arrogance of the youth. It was true that the former Sith Lord was quite arrogant for only being an apprentice himself, but the fact remained that he had once been a Lord and knew all to well that arrogance was a path to a quick death. Which he had found out first hand. Nurgle's hopeful had fulfilled part of the Master's question, but seemed to refrain from speaking about why he wanted to join. Marcellus wasn't sure whether to confront the kid about it”¦ or to let Nurgle handle the situation. In the end though, being the sadistic bastard that Marcellus is he had to confront the boy. ”œ Maybe you didn't hear Master Nurgle right”¦ He asked about your life history AND why you wanted to join the ranks of the Sith. So now I too am interested in why exactly you wish to join.”
  14. Nurgle had answered Marcellus' questions without much hesitation and this made the former Sith-Lord happy. As they passed through the halls the forsaken one couldn't help but feel inferior in the Master's presence, even though he was feeble and weak in his physical form. Hmm”¦ I almost feel as if I need to prove my worth to this man more than I do towards Oni. Marcellus thought as he followed silently behind the Sith Master. Upon reaching their destination, Nurgle proceeded to knock and an answer quickly followed. When the door was swung open a boy stood before them and he addressed Nurgle in a rather direct way. Didn't Nurgle say that this boy”¦ might become his apprentice. Apparently, he has been misinformed”¦ as he expects that Nurgle has already accepted him, unless I was mislead. (ooc: sorry been out of town”¦ quick post obviously)
  15. Disappointment. Marcellus was struck hard with the words of Nurgle, although he didn't like hearing what was said... he knew that he had to respect the elder's wishes. After all if it weren't for Nurgle this knowledge wouldn't have been found or released, so in Marcellus' mind it was entirely up to him who followed this path. "Very well... I respect the fact that you don't yet have trust in me and that I need to earn the right to learn this great power. So.. I will do as you ask." Marcellus spoke softly as he watched Nurgle manipulations with the staff. Ki was then ordered to show the others how to manipulate heat... something that Marcellus eagerly wished to obtain knowledge of, but knew he had to wait. "So... who's this new guest that I will be meeting with you? I have felt him for a little while now... who is he?" Marcellus questioned, attempting to earn Nurgle's respect and acknowledgement. A former God of Chaos would be a powerful ally to have. Sure he isn't a God anymore, but he still have that wisdom and knowledge to pass along and that's what Marcellus wanted.
  16. Marcellus listened in awe, his mind racing with possibilities. After Nurgle had finished Marcellus wasted no time replying with a response, even before his own Master had a chance to. "You damn right... though that was expected right? Me being the power hungry maniac that I am... right Oni?" Marcellus questioned with a smile. Still attempting to push his Master's buttons... simply because he could. His intentions weren't to make his Master hate him, he merely wanted Oni to know how much more powerful he could be if he just drew heavier upon his emotions. To Marcellus, Oni seemed withdrawn and reluctant to really get personal with anyone and that was out of the ordinary for the former Sith Lord. Marcellus grew up with the impression of let others know about who you are and if they don't like you. I am Groott em. The radiating heat from the Black Fires emersing the Sith apprentice and making his skin feel as if it were set ablaze. Such a thing instantly reminded of Marcellus of that dreadful day upon Naboo. The severity of the wounds were deadly and yet because of my actions... I was tortured. My nerves were spared and my life was kept in tact, only so that I would be able to suffer the pain that I had inflicted upon so many. Thousands burned at the stake and left crispy and smoking... my punishment. To walk the depths of the Galaxy forever scarred, every inch of my body covered in severe burns that made me unrecognizeable... and even grotesque. After a time I grew to accept the fate that had been placed upon me... I figured it only added to frightening effect that I placed in others hearts... but look at me now. My former glory has returned.
  17. Marcellus shook his head to reduce the pain in his neck, glancing from Nurgle to Oni the former Sith Lord looked quite pleased with the reaction that he had received. With a boisterous laugh and a firm slap on the back, Marcellus looked into the eyes of his Master and halted his laughter. ”œGood”¦ it seems that I have gotten my point across then. See”¦ it felt good to actually show your power”¦ to feel it”¦ to use it.”
  18. Marcellus simply chuckled in return to what Oni had said. He dares to comment upon his lack of heart and the fact that he had failed in the past, but it didn't matter. The tormented one took pride in the fact that his heart was cold. ”œYou see”¦ My heart is strong, I have been through more than you could possibly imagine. In my past life I was placed through endless amounts of suffering as my flesh was burned off, only to be kept alive to actually feel the excruciating pain due to the fact that my nerves were spared from the flames.color]”
  19. Quite pleased with himself and the event that had transpired moments ago, Marcellus walked confidently through the halls of Nurgle's lair. He walked with the grace of an angel yet with the markings of a demon, his crimson hair and tainted flesh with the black markings gave the apprentice quite the unique appearance. Retracing his steps Marcellus made his way back to the room in the people from earlier occupied, yet there was another. The droid had been awakened and Marcellus had missed it all”¦ disappointment. ”œWell damn”¦”
  20. Cyrus had remained silent and obedient during the whole interaction, when asked by Nurgle to aid in the assistance to aid a fellow Sith he didn't hesitate. As he and Master Oni followed the faceless droid through a small maze of passageways until they finally happened upon the Forgery. Entering the room Cyrus stepped lightly to the outside of the room and watched as his Master took the initiative and began to craft two crystals. Because I have the patience to wait”¦ the source of heat will already be ready, not to mention some left over materials for my crystals. After Oni had finished he quickly addressed the apprentice and exited the room, the words spoken to him filled the young one's heart with joy; A strange emotion for such a heartless bastard. ”œA lightsaber”¦”
  21. Determination. Cyrus pushed headstrong into the battle as he wielded the twin vibroblades against Oni's sabers, already he felt bested in the spar but not in a manner of skill. He had been trained in the arts of the blade as a child and his knowledge of how to use them was great, but there was something else”¦ Marcellus”¦ and his exquisite knowledge as an elite duelist. As the former Sith Lord pushed his knowledge into Cyrus' mind he not only motivated the tainted youth, but was slowly beginning to take control over the boy's movements. Their clashing weapons burning with the intensity of a hyperdrive engine, yet neither was giving any less that the other. Within his very soul Cyrus hoped that Oni already saw his apprentice as a worthy adversary. Though such was not the case. DIE! The thought couldn't help but encompass the tormented boy's mind as the two struggled against one another. Then it happened. Oni broke the lock on their weapons by driving an unexpected knee into his torso, and then he stepped back only to smite Cyrus down with the aid of the force. Only this time it wasn't a force push or throw”¦ instead a whirlwind. Trapped in the wake of this attack the young Sith was lifted from his position on the ground and sent spinning. ”œThis will not suffice”¦”
  22. Cyrus Leonhart, the youthful Sith apprentice stood confidently in the hangar. His eyes unwavering in their constant glare that had been placed upon his Master, who had proceeded to toss him two cortosis blades obviously meant for self-defense. Meanwhile he had proceeded to ignite his dual green bladed sabers. This should be fun”¦ Thought Cyrus as he picked the weapons up from their resting place on the ground before him, as his fingers wrapped around their hilt's his hands instantly felt at home. It was at this time that the two drones arrived”¦ interrupting what Cyrus was greatly looking forward to by now. Though, the tormented soul was not to be unchallenged or delayed, how was he expected to rise to power if he wasn't put through the motions of war. Then”¦ almost instinctual the tainted apprentice pounced. His right foot being the last thing to leave the ground as the force bounded through his muscles, this was with the aid of Marcellus. Yes!”¦ Feel it! ATTACK! Screamed the voice in his mind as he raced forward. His form was damn near flawless for a beginner as he had his left arm held lower and in front of his torso, while his right arm hung back with his wrist at about waist level. Once he was within striking distance of Darth Oni”¦ he struck. ”œSo the page turns”¦”
  23. It had only been mere seconds since Cyrus had entered the hanger bay that his ”œtraining”
  24. Cyrus Leonhart sat quiet as the others spoke, many of them choosing to put down the young apprentice for his remarks”¦ probably because he was the only one willing to speak the truth or perhaps it had something to do with his presentation. Either way, the tormented one couldn't help but lash out the way he had. It was a feeling similar to the one he had felt upon feeling the presence of Ason”¦ it was his former self lashing out through his renewed being. Soon enough”¦ all of them will think differently of me”¦ yes ”¦ soon. It was at this time that his Master had decided to teach him a lesson by slamming him into the wall with the aid of the force. After picking himself up off the ground Cyrus merely wiped the dust from his garments and shook his head. ”œPathetic”¦”
  25. Cyrus Leonhart stood motionless in the crowded room; looking about him the tainted youth took notice of all of the occupants and his surroundings. Ason was being nothing but unhelpful as he was reluctant to pass on the knowledge that Cyrus longed for. The want for this information caused a nervous feeling to take hold in the boy's mind, causing his left lower eye-lid to twitch. Drawing his bottom lip into his mouth he proceeded to bite down on it to help stop his nervous habit. How can this man deny me knowledge if it is regarding my own past”¦ this is ludacris! Thought Cyrus as he stepped forward towards the Sith Lord preparing to demand answers. ”œNow see he”¦”
