When he was signed onto Tacitus as the Head of Development, one of his first tasks assigned to him was to create a completely original starship that could be marketed by Tacitus and could potentially become a best-seller. The general shape of the Falcon comes from the iconic X-wing starfighter, something that is quite noticeable, but that is where the similarity with other fighters ends. The H14 Falcon is a sleek fighter, built so it could achieve high speeds and manoeuvrability in atmospheric conditions alongside the vacuum of space, and the H14 is designed to be able to seat two people. The pilot, sitting in front, pilots the craft and controls the lasers, while the co-pilot who sits in back controls navigation and the proton torpedoes, but in the case, only one pilot is in the vehicle, all functions can be switched to pilot-only. The S-foils on the craft acts a dual-purpose, for concealing the dual lasers to enemies using a standard threat analysis scanner and to save space when landing. Another unique thing about the H14 Falcon is the use of Mirrsteel Armor Plating. Mirrsteel is often used in building skyscrapers and is a strong metal, obviously strong enough to hold up an entire building. Thinking out of the box, Markson had Mirrsteel plates made to fit on most of the H14, which has turned out to be an effective form of armour, more protective than standard durasteel. Also, the H14 employs a SLAM Overdrive System, which allows the H14 to boost to high speeds, higher than that of regular starfighters. All in all, the Falcon-class H14 Starfighter is a great choice for pretty much everyone, from pirates to spacers, and officers to bounty hunters.
