A note on how to read this map:

lZ3jtHk.png

Our coordinate system works like most maps, in that any grid square's name is derived first from the line to the left (a letter), then the line below (a number). In the image above, you can see three labelled squares, as well as how to get to square C-2, starting from the bottom left, moving right, and then up. The vertex is also circled to demonstrate that any square's coordinates are the intersection at the bottom left.

The Factions

The Galactic AllianceFormed out of the Republic and the Empire following a devastating war. Since it became clear that neither side could win and to continue fighting would only result in both sides suffering terrible loss, leaders from both factions agreed to a coalition government called the Galactic Alliance.

Imperial RemnantFormed from remnant armies of the old Empire that did not consolidate with the new Galactic Alliance. Those dedicated to the return of a reformed Galactic Empire are ever striving for that reality.

The Jedi OrderUsing the Force for calm, peace, and understanding, the Jedi try to bring justice to the Galaxy and are generally considered good.

The Sith OrderUsing the Force in anger and hatred, the Sith are the traditional enemies of the Jedi Order who seek power and domination over others and are often considered evil.

Mandalorian ProtectorsInactive for years, the collective Mandalorians have finally organized and united under Mandalore again, recognizing the need to protect their territories and to lend their battle prowess to other groups they deem worthy.

The Black SunThe ancient and infamous organized criminal syndicate, with significant influence in Galactic affairs and Outer Rim dealings.

***In no way does this map ignore or void other locations in the game that are not depicted. This is merely an organizational layout of the planets and factions.***
