Nar Shaddaa

The massive platforms and endless buildings of Nar Shadaa stretched out below the Lambda class shuttle. Fynn landed without much fuss his special forces gear now replaced with simple robes, and a long grey robe draped over any discerning features. Nar Shadaa was the sort of world that could swallow you whole, A small unassuming shuttle was not really worthy of much attention. Having lost something, he attempted to replace it with whatever he could find. Entering a rundown bar in the slum section of town. The locals figured he was just another lost loser, had found thier way to the hell hole that was Nar Shadaa.

"Well...what'll it be gov?" said the grimy bartender with a sort of curious furrowed brow. "Ale, something strong..." Fynn replied with a haste and then sat down in a moldy booth, contemplating his laughable career as a jedi.

He was at the pinnacle of failure, with the loss of Helix, the admiral, the Alliance flagship, The Kamino offensive, the Kuat attack, and finally Cardia, Fynn felt he was simply a liability to the jedi. Someone like him wasn't fit to ware the robes he had sworn an oath to. He had overstepped his bounds, causing confusion, and destruction. Had he kept quiet the jedi would still be prospering. Perhaps the force had meant for him to be the disaster he had become. Perhaps it was his pride that was to be punished. Whatever the reasons, Fynn knew it would be a better order without one such as he.

He had alienated Darla, and Nivana with her. He had failed to complete his first padawans training, and now she might not even have the chance. He had been so eager to fight, so desirous to engage the Sith that he had been reckless. Others might complain of intelligence breeches, some that the Sith had fooled them. It didn't matter, a loss of this magnitude was the result of poor planning and lack of expierence. The others listened listened to him, and he lead them alright...directly into a slaughter.

As he ordered another drink, he found himself questioning every descision he made. He had thought he had done it all for the good of the galaxy. Instead his actions were tantamount to treason. Fynn sat quietly drinking in the intoxicating liquor. He almost chuckled in a moment of morbid humor. If thier was a jedi order when he returned he expected they would probably demand his resignation.

"You know the worst part..." Fynn said slumped at the Bar looking towards the Bartender with a dulled senses. "I got people to join me...me the worst leader in the history of leaders."

"Listen boy-o, youre many things but your not as bad has half the ones who walk through that door...at least you tried to change things." The old man behind the bar said as he polished the cover a bottle to make it shine. "Why come here, runnin' from yer problems...you should face thems that to make the decisions."

"They can do without me, years of training, a lightsaber the most I've accomplished is creating a laughingstock." Fynn said as he took another sip. "Where is it written that a hero has to always win, you've lost...and so what, everyman loses. It's life sonny, get used to it."

Fynn waived his hand in protest. "No...not jedi...we don't lose, we fight and fight and keep on fighting till thiers nothing left, last one to leave an 'all that...fight the good fight till it's done. Thats what a jedi is..."

"Open fire!...keep it hot, lets show those Imperial scum what for," Fynn said in a moment of druken fantasy. "Don't fire until you see the whites of thier shoulder pads!"

"So you never lose?" Said the old man. "Don't you think thats a bit arrogant," the old man said with an up turned eyebrow.

"Not part of our vocabulary...were the most elite force...we kill everything that moves, even ourselves." Fynn said in sweet sarcasim, it was obvious that he had enough. "Sonny you'd better quit, yer done, at least for tonight."

"No, no, I'm fine, you see my strangely bearded friend, a jedi is always ready, and right now I'm ready for more. Did you know that I've never been in a relationship...Oh I've had women...but never more then a couple of dates."

"Thats depressing son, I always thought that you jedi types get all the ladies..."

"Thats the irony of it we do apparently someone isn't sharing the wealth. The sith on the otherhand I here tell they have women lined up around the corner...something about the mind control we jedi haven't grasped yet."

"Then where do all the young jedi come from?" The old man asked entertained by the idea.

"I ask myself that twice a day...three times today." Fynn said with a druken mysterious glare. "Told a girl I loved her once,"

"And?"

"She loves a sithlord, over him now but she went sith and apparently couldn't be with a jedi."

"Damn all women I say." the old man said in an understanding tone. He quietly served another patron drink and returned to find Fynn reeling on his stool.

The old man took the bottle back from him and gave him a hard look. "You alright sonny?"

"Surrender now, or perpare...prepare for..." Fynn said trying his best to remember the bold lines he had uttered before. However each line was lower then the last, as he sunk into a sort of slovenly nap.

----

He woke up with a spliting headache inside a cold cell. "-The hell!?" He said aloud. Standing up he found the lightsaber gone, along with his other belongings. He had an anklet that ran from his leg to a nearby cot. The saving grace of the embarrassment was that he was alone. "Fynn Relmis, the master of idiocy..." he said aloud as he cursed himself. Apparently as with other worlds sleeping in public was a crime.

As he sat down on the less then comfortable cell he could here the calls of other prisoners inside what he assumed was a large faciality somewhere on Nar Shadaa. The dimlight provided a view of the smelly box that otherwise doubled as a prison cell. One small slatted window was his only view of the outside world. At least now he had time to think, a lot of time.

"...And if you'll be so kind to, as well, direct me to prisoner 1B388."

An eerie set voice muttered the elogant words from underneath the veil of a large green hood that had draped over his head. The rest of the large, flowing cloak fell easily across the tall figure's form as he continued down the narrow passageway, disregarding the gripping hands of the fellow inmates who tried to tear away at him. A heavy set man, quillik by his looks and querky mannerisms, scratched his sides with the key that was chained to his wrist, unclipping the interchangeable part as they neared the desired cell.

"Thank you. You've been a great help..."

One hand moved across his face, palm exposed as the security guard's eyes began to roll back behind his head, slumping over in a deep suggested slumber. A smile curled underneath the veil of the hood, folding those long wide sleeves against one another at his chest as his eyes peered over to the prisoner at last.

"Surely, you do not mean that, Mister Relmis."

The final word rolled easily off his tongue as his palms opened up to him once more to either side. Allowing the other man a second to absorb the situation in, the green cloaked man uncovered the hood from his face, revealing the face of a blonde man whose pearly white teeth were shinning in a great big smile.

"You got yourself into quite the mess now, chap. Do you know how long it took for me to find you in this dump?"

Fynn rolled over in the cot to see a beaming face through the prison bars. He got up slowly, his head still aching from one hell of a hangover. "Isn't thier a sign out thier saying not to provoke the prisoners?" He asked non-chalantly. "Would you tell the driver of that transport that hit me to back-up? Frankly, I don't think he finished the job."

All at once he realized who it was that spoke to him. "Sabian!? What are you here for, come to throw scraps at the caged jedi?" He said as he got to his feet. "Wait, wait, wait...your not about to give me some long speech about my responsibilties are you? I think I've been handling things quite well up until this point. Let's see...run a hopeless campaign...cause hundreds of innocent casualties...lose an entire secret station-" he paused for a moment as he examined his stubble in a grimy mirror opposite from him. "-cause the near deaths of everyone who listened to me...does that about cover it?"

He washed his face off in the rusty metallic sink. "Maybe I belong in this bloody cell, at least in here the only thing that needs to fear me is the rats." He said that as a wierd chirping sound was heard unlike any rat he had ever encountered. "At least, I think thier rats...." Fynn said as he was a little uneasy about the cell for the first time.

He shook his head. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be rude.

"What have you come here for anyway?" He asked turning to look at his visitor with a blank unassuming stare.

"Some things... are worse then death, being forgotten for example..."

"To one who has gone through the same trebulations and an equal amount of blame, both as a leader and a Jedi, it's the least I could do to brea you outta this dump."

Flipping the ringlet that the main key was strung around, graciously having taken it away from the sleeping fellow, Sabian placed the end of the key inside the hole. Rotating the handle back and forth until the gears began to turn, the steel doors giving way, he made one step inside, hands at his side.

"I have every much right to be inside this cell as you do. But know why I choose not to?"

Almost child-like did he begin to twirl the empty ringlet around his forefinger while he spoke, those crystalline blue eyes staring back at the grief stricken man who seemed to have given up on alot of things.

"There's a much bigger world outside of here then myself and an even larger part that I can give to it. Though we may fail at times, when the whole world seems to seep back to darkness, we never fall because we know what the darkness holds and have learned to stray from it."

"People like us are invaluable now. The world needs us more then ever... Stop beating yourself up!"

With the momentum that he had built with twirling the solid ring around his finger, in one swift motion did he flick his wrist in Fynn's direction, aiming for the back of his head while he sat mopped infront of the rusty sink.

"You know better then most Jedi that our goal is to serve the Force; that everything we do is by the Force's will and that will alone, that we are just servants to the natural energy that every life gives, and that it's our responsibility to adhere to that responsibility as servants to the Force."

For a second, he began to reflect on his words, looking away to speak in a far more serious tone...

"And, y'know, a life will be born soon. A child. My child. I cannot and I will not let the world act like it is today for him or her. So, c'mon, you with me?"

Extending a hand out to him, one foot inside the cell and one foot out, the blonde haired gentlemen looked hard into Fynn's eyes, hinting that former childish grin that was exposed earlier to him.

Fynn took a moment to think...he didn't have a right to throw it all away. He wasn't going to end up like some old hermit like his father. Still the thought of having to go back and face the people he dissapointed didn't provide much comfort. Then again he supposed demotion was better then spending another night in the small box of a cell...and it would be nice to see Dar- people he knew again.

"Alright...just a moment." Fynn said as he exited the cell with Sabian behind him. The guard had taken Darla's lightsaber the one thing he had managed to hold on to. Kneeling Fynn unclipped it from the mans' utility belt and slipped it back into it's quick release pouch under his arm. "Know we can go..."

Still as he walked beside Sabian passed the numerous empty cells, questions plauged his mind.Would the council dismiss him, strip him of his powers? A worse thought hit him...would they even notice his return?

As they were exiting the rundown prison Fynn wandered back to what Sabian had said. "Wait...your having a child? How?...Who?...I mean I suppose congratulations are in order." He said in a sort of suprised way. That Sabian had found a woman, let alone had time to have a child and family was astounding to him. If Sabian could find that sort of happiness, he guessed it wasn't out of the question for himself.

"So where to chief..." He said as they came to the entrance. Sabian gave him a sort of curious look. "Hey your in charge of this prison break...I'm just along for the ride remember?"

"Some things... are worse then death, being forgotten for example..."

OOC: It's become known to me that every other inhabitant on Nar Shaddaa has been eliminated. Editting my post as such.

It was apparent that this man's mind became hectic, filled with thoughts not of doubt anymore, but thoughts of returning, whether for better or for worse. The fellow Jedi Knight could not help but to feel such emotions surging through the Force, shifting his hands behind his back as they strode along the narrow prison corridors.

Ignoring the questions upon who, or the seemingly ridiculous question upon how, Sabian gave a small bow of his head in occurdance to Fynn's praise on the new's about his child.

"Thank you... It is wonderful news, but I'm afraid I can only be there for the birth. The Force had summoned me to find you, to bring you out from your drunken stupper, and back on your own two feet again. Atleast, I felt an obligation to."

"Although we have not met much in person, our triumpths and most certainly our failures as well make you seem... well... Not too different then myself, shall I say."

He ended the brief speech with that same warm smile, brushing the broad side of his thumb against the bridge of his nose with a very confident expression. Then, his eyes began to drift forward, as if he was struck with reality at that very moment upon finding their way.

"The rest... Well, that's up to you. I know if you follow your heart, you can't do wrong. That's alteast one thing I've learned. See ya 'round."

Tipping a solemn finger off his forehead, the presence of Sabian Devanus had faded in the murky sky, leaving Fynn standing outside by the planks, merely a couple levels away from his shuttle...

OOC: I'd wish you had just PM'd me this rather then waste a post in this thread, thus causing me to use one up to in response. Originally, that's how it was and I was told this by Dan. Doesn't really change alot about my post. Your character is free to leave whenever now. I'm done with this thread.

Kirlocca landed his starfighter in an abandoned private docking bay within the city. Kirlocca climbed out of the starfighter, throwing off his jedi robes and placing them under his fighter. Kirlocca was now an exile of the order.

...and an exile I shall remain...

Kirlocca went to the local authorities to change his name to Zoltan. He also bought an appartment for himself, as well as setup a small business where he would operate and dominate the planet.

After he had completed his business with the local authorities, he went to his appartment to train in the force so that he would never lose his abilities. He also sent out driods to do his bidding.

______________________________________________________________

Kirlocca lifted his head after a long meditation period. He could feel the death of Jedi and innocent lives. Perhaps, being an exile is not the way to go... Kirlocca connect from the far distance to Hou-jo, hopping that he had not shut him out yet.

______________________________________________________________

After serveral attempts to contact Hou-jo, Kirlocca gave up. He decided that he should continue his training to a place that would feel more at home. As the wookiee came out to his ship, he made sure he picked up the Jedi clothing that he had left on the landing pad. Once he was all dressed up again, he climbed into his ship and left for Kashyyyk.

Quickly dropping out of hyperspace, Rihn opened communications with his fleet commander.

"Commander Orsa, I am now officially taking control of the Hutt vessels in this sector. Has everything been taken care and the like?"

"Yes, sir. Good to see you, sir."

"Likewise, Orsa. Open the bays and prepare for me to dock."

"Copy that."

Once inside the Munificent-class star frigate, Regent's Delight, Rihn opened communications with his fleet which included the two Discril-class attack cruisers, the one Marauder-class corvette, the Hutt modified Imperial style escort carrier, and the Crusader-class corvette.

"The Hutts are currently at a state of war with the Galactic Empire. Everyone should be on high alert. It is now time to make our move and show ourselves. Prepare to power up your engines and make a hyperspace jump on my mark."

Taking his seat on the bridge, Rihn looked out into space. The day would be his, maybe. But he was far more worried about the war itself. The Hutts lacked the alliance that someone powerful such as the Sith gave to the Empire. Alone, the Hutts didn't stand much of a chance in anything other than gorilla warfare.

As the fleet jumped to hyperspace, Rihn moved to a move secure location. Then he opened up an encrypted comm. It was take to shake things up.

Dancer's Run emerged from hyperspace, immediately heading down to the surface of the planet to a set of co-ordinates of a landing pad that would get her the closest to where her sick Aunt Astra was being looked after. It had been an age since she had seen her namesake and to hear that she was ill had the young twi'lek, Astraal worried.

Leaving Vos to guard her ship, as well as the other security precautions she took, the well armed young woman slipped out of her ship and through the dank streets of Nar Shaddaa. The urgency in which she moved didn't have any effect upon her own personal security as she kept a close eye out for anyone looking to make a profit from the lone female twi'lek. She soon slipped into a building, making her way up the inner stairs to an apartment.

It didn't take long to be let inside, the young violet woman hurrying to her Aunt's bedside.

"How are you? When I heard you were sick... I just had to get here as quick as I could... you're going to be alright aren't you?"

"Yes, yes my dear namesake... I'm going to be fine. They exaggerated. But I do have to take it easy for a while. You're a good girl my dear... despite what they say about your father..."

Astraal winced, knowing that not many of her mother's side liked her father... though some did, her Aunt included. It was her Uncle that didn't like him. It didn't stop them doting on Astraal though... she was the only one in their family the same shade as Aunt Astra. Her mother was blue, most of her other relatives green. There were only a few of them the more... exotic colours.

"Excuse me a moment Aunt Astra... I forgot something in my rush to get here..."

"Yes my dear... take your time"

Now that she was relieved, seeing with her own eyes how her Aunt was, Astraal moved through to the living room and looked out one of the windows. Bringing out her comlink, she put in the codes for one of her contacts.

"Your orders are to begin construction of a Shipyard. You know who to report to." ... "Yes that's right. As per prior instructions." ... "Yes. That will be all."

She closed the communication and turned back towards her Aunt's room, taking the few steps back inside as she put her comlink away. Moving back to her side she embraced her again.

"I missed you. It's been ages. I don't get to visit family often... and I know I should come more often. I'll try to I promise."

She wondered how long it would take Animando to arrive, having given him the co-ordinates for a local cantina in which she would meet him if he decided to show up. If he didn't come soon she would head back to Corellia.

A slow heartbeat was all that could be heard by Reaper at first as he started to come to within one of the cloning tubes upon the moon of Nar Shadaa. The smuggler's moon was Reaper was born, though he had been raised on Tatooine, and now, after his death at the hands of his Sith Master, Reaper once again was allowed to walk upon it's surface.

As the tank opened, and Reaper's body and mind slowly rejoined, Reaper opened his eyes to wonder where he was. But as he sat there, the memories of the last few days washed back into his mind like a raging river. Sitting up, Reaper grabbed sme cloths before heading to the nearest bank.

When he arrived, he withdrew some funds he had made during his work for the Hutts, and headed toward the nearest mechanic's shop. As he walked, he started to remember he was once again human, once again able to feel the breeze of the planet, once again able to eat. "To Eat" Reaper said as the watery spit within his mouth began to overflood his mouth.

Before heading anywhere else, Reaper nearly dove into the nearest cantina, and as people looked on in with an almost sickening feeling, as Reaper order the biggest plate of food he could get and nearly ate the plate itself. Satisfied by the food, he left a large tip and made his way toward the mechanic's shop once again.

When he arrived, he informed the man of what he was looking for, and the man told him... "I might have what your looking for." As he motioned Reaper around to the back near a landing pad, Reaper saw this was exactly what he wanted. Purchasing a Eta-2 Actis-Class Light Interceptor, which he dubbed "The Reaper's Grimm", Reaper hopped in, first sending a comm to his Sith Master, Nurgle, before blasting off the planet and stealing a Syluire-45 hyperspace transport ring that floated above the smuggler's moon. Within moment's, he was in hyperspace.

"You sure you don't need me to do anything else for you? You're not well enough yet to be considered 'back to normal, so don't tell me you are..."

The younger violet Twi'lek gazed at her Aunt, her hands on her hip as she tried to make the older woman take things easy. She'd been doing odd jobs and had taken over the care of her Aunt while her Uncle went back to work.

All she had to do for her own job was to check in every so often but so far she hadn't been needed for anything. She was contacted by the contractors with a progress report on the shipyards, finding that everything was on schedule.

Astraal decided she'd stay abit longer to look after her Aunt, make sure she was going to be alright before she left for other places...

Dropping out of hyperspace at Nar Shaddaa, Rihn monitored communications. She knew her contact should be there soon, if he wasn't already. While Ki was a pleasant distraction, Rihn had much to do and subjects that were counting on him. His plans had to commence and no more time needed to be needlessly lost.

Receiving word that the Hapes cluster was secured of potential Imperial threats and the Empire had made no moves to engage the imperial fleet, Rihn gave Drell the order to jump into hyperspace. Also sending an encrypted message to Orsa, Rihn awaited for word from the person she was suppose to be meeting her. Meanwhile, her ship dropped out of hyperspace alongside Ki's.

He silently mused himself what would happen if he took a shot at the big bruiser in the corner. There was no doubt he could handle the man, with or with out the force.

He had been on this world for a few days now, waiting for this...business oppertunity to show up. So far, he mentally counted down the time left until first contact. A brief moment passed, as he wondered just what that strange woman back at the casino was up too, before he found himself staring down the barrel of a gun. He slowly traced the arm back to see it was the big bruiser from before, that he had been daydreaming about.

Procs decided to not let the man explain himself, he had been an idiot to come over to the table, and even dumber to simply draw the blaster and not fire. As words began to form on the man's face, words that wouldn't reach his vocal cords, Procs struck fast and hard, directly into the man's diaphram, before ripping the gun out of the hand of the stunned fellow.

Taking the butt of the weapon he cracked it over the head of the man, before bringing his arm back and slamming it into the man's jaw. The whole process took under ten seconds to complete, and the after math left a dazed and bruised guy slumped in the seat across from where Procs had been sitting. Just another fight in the dimly lit bar that passed for a cantina.

He turned the gun over to examine , wiping away the few specs of blood that had found there way onto the weapon. then walking up to the bar tender, point to the man at his table.

"That guy was paying for my drink, unforantly he fell asleep and I am late for an appointment. Remind him to pay before he leaves. Thanks."

With that he slipped back out into the busy streets of Nar shadaa.

As the Lady Indiscretion emerged from hyperspace over Nar Shaddaa, Ki found herself feeling odd emotions. She'd been here once or twice for various jobs. Turning back to Rihn she spoke.

"I'd imagine they would be surprised to find out that I'm not dead. Phillep told alot of lies."

Once they had landed, Ki turned back towards Rihn again.

"So who is it we're supposed to be meeting here?"

KiVastor.jpg

Kheldar pops back into the bar, giving Ki a startled look.

"Wait a second.... Weren't you just here and- Oh, wait, nevermind. For some reason I'm getting deja vu..."

"Your personal protector of sorts. Of course, I'll leave some of my bodyguards with you. Should you run into any trouble, they should be able to assist you."

Heading into the crowded streets, Rihn lead Ki through several cross streets and alleyways until they reached the backdoor of a complex. Knocking three times, then waiting for 3 seconds before knocking in a specifically concocted pattern that equaled nine more knocks in total, Rihn waited. A few seconds later, a large Byss cracked open the door. Rihn flashed the Byss a card with a specific symbol on the front. Seeing it, he opened it the rest of the way before Ki caught his eye.

"It's ok. She's with me."

Letting them in, Rihn lead Ki to a backroom VIP lounge with black leather apolstery. Two men dressed in black suits parted the doors as the two entered. Taking a seat, Rihn kicked back and relaxed.

Leaning forward and pressing the com device on the table, Rihn inquired, "Any news of our guests arrival? You do have his profile packet that I had sent to you, don't you?"

A voice returned, "Yes, ma'am. Still no sign of him yet. If he comes through the doors we'll usher him backstage to meet you."

"Thank you."

Leaning back once more and stretching her arms out across the couch, Rihn addressed Ki, "Well. You shall be meeting him shortly. I'm pretty sure I told him to meet us at the Emerald Cave cantina and nightclub. Or EC for short as the locals call it."

Rihn laughs.

"Of course, we got to cheat by taking the backdoor in and skip all the rif raf. It pays to have connections. I'm sure, though, that my men are watching the front entrance. The second he shows up, they'll get his attention and send us an announcement so that we will be knowing to expect him."

A little restless, Rihn looks around the room before rising to her feet and heading for a nearby wine cabinet. She looks through a few of the names before turning back to Ki.

"So would you like anything while we wait? Something to drink perhaps? We carry a wide variety of liquors for just about any taste. What's your vice?"

Ki raised her eye at Rihn, "You think I can't look after myself?"

She felt she would have been safer on her own ship, but Rihn wouldn't know what her previous profession was and she hadn't let it be known. Ki had taken the time to change while they had been traveling, now wearing her leathers. Her halter top, pants, boots and long jacket. Her normal weaponry were around her body, her jeweled daggers within their secret sheathes and her saber hilt hidden beneath her jacket. Ki was surprised that they still fitted her in her condition. She wasn't showing yet. Ki felt she'd have to get larger sizes in clothing before too long though.

Ki grinned as Rihn suggested something to drink. Little would she know that from what Nurgle had done to her allowed any poisons or diseases to absorb into her body... that would include alcohol. The fetus growing inside of her had dealt with quite alot since it's conception and would have to deal with alot more throughout it's whole life. Ki's make up now was different from a normal human... same as Aisling. Both women had been injected at the same time.

"Coruscant Sundancer... that is if you have it?"

What was the name of the place again Emerald Cave no Emerald Ally, no Emerald city, no Emerald cafe, wait no that wasn't it either.

Strangely enough all of this places had been cantinas that he had visited, well all except the first one, which for the life of him he never found, no doubt because it was a figment of his imagination and not an actually place.

Heh, to think he was hunting through rif raft to find some random place, to meet some random person, for some unknown job that only entailed combat pay.

Suddenly it appeared before him, it was actually quite the standout place. He slipped inside, before suddenly being approached by some one who seemed to be more the business end of things then the receiving end in a fight.

It didn't take long, nearly a blaster shot or three before Procs found himself some where in the back sitting in a room, with out his blaster, or dagger, or for that matter much of anything. He found it rather disturbing to have been disarmed so easily. When anybody could come up and disarm you, there was a serious problem. Then again, he had tried to be appeasing, so that could have had something to do with it. However he did still have one thing, which he wasn't going to let them take from him no matter what.

Suddenly another bouncer showed up and after nearly coming to blows he got ushered into a room that sat two women. He raised an eyebrow. If they were going to set him up with women he wouldn't have resisted as much giving up his weapons.

One of them drew his attention more than the other one, he wasn't sure what it was. So he decided to get down to business. Which for him, meant forcing them to bring up the business. He could have taken a seta, but instead decided to stand by the door, mainly because if something went sour, it would be easier to slip out if he was already by the door, then to have to power his way through the women and then by that time the men guarding the door.

Rihn laughed a little, "That's a funny question to ask after the position I found you in no too long ago. Maybe you can, but I don't want to take any chances."

Rihn looked through the available drinks within the cabinet. However, a Coruscant Sundancer was no inside. Rihn sighed.

"Hmmm. It doesn't look like we have it in here. But no worries. I'll have someone bring you it."

Moving back to the table, Rihn used the intercom system once again.

"Can you bring one Alderaan wine and a Coruscant Sundancer, please?"

The voice returned, "Yes, ma'am."

Sitting back down, Rihn relaxed once again. She sighed.

"Well. He should be here any moment. I hope. I have places to be, as do you I'm sure."

Suddenly the intercom chirped, "Ma'am. He has arrived."

"Good. Send him in."

Remaining silent for a few moments, Rihn finally spoke back up.

"So you never did say? Would you like me to contact the Black Sun about you or not?"

However, before Ki could even reply, the doors behind her opened and Procs was ushered into the room.

"Mr. Procs. How nice of you to join us. How are you feeling today? Up for some light escorting duty?"

Ki chose to ignore the reference towards Hapes. While she had organised the home rebels so to speak, it had taken alot of time and covert work to get to that point. She couldn't deny that with the Hutt's and the other's that Aisling had hired had brought an end to the occupation quicker.

She sighed as she took a seat, crossing her legs and relaxing when told that there wasn't a Coruscant Sundancer in the cabinet and that one would be brought. It was only a mild intoxicant, possibly why it wasn't kept.

Ki was about to answer Rihn about Black Sun when 'Mr Procs' was shown in. She eyed him cautiously. He was supposed to be her bodyguard? Lets hope that looks are deceiving then... She turned back towards Rihn,

"You could let Black Sun know that Phillep lied to Piccolo and that I am alive."

"Wait a second.... Weren't you just here and- Oh, wait, nevermind. For some reason I'm getting deja vu..."

Rihn nodded at Ki's comment as she rose to her feet.

"It will be taken care of shortly, I assure you. Now for Mr. Procs."

Walking up to Procs, Rihn looked him up and down.

"You should suffice. Your assignment is to accompany Ms. Vastor to the Gateway. She should be able to handle herself, but it is better safe than sorry. There is a safe house on the Gateway. As soon as you arrive in the system please contact me for further instructions."

Rihn hands Procs a datapad.

"This has all you will need. You can follow her ship or stay aboard with her. Either way, take great care not to screw this up. Even though this might seem small in scale, it is very important. Meanwhile, I will proceed to Naboo to check and survey the system to assure that it is safe for our dignitary to make her appearance. Any questions?"

Even as she finished the last sentence there was a knock at the door.

"Hold that thought. Come in."

Entering the room, a waiter with a tray of beverages entered. Rihn snatched hers off the tray while pointing towards Ki for him to take the other to her. Doing so with haste, the waiter then left. Turning back to Procs, Rihn repeated her question.

"Now... anymore questions?"

Ki raised her eyebrow as Rihn mentioned the Gateway. That was one place she'd not been to.

"I can tell you now, I'll be traveling in my own ship."

Her eyes leveled with Procs then shifted back to Rihn.

"How long am I to remain at this 'safehouse'?"

As the waiter came in with their drinks, Ki took hers, taking a sip and 'testing' it before she drank it down. She just wanted to get to a final destination and relax.

Rihn turned back to Ki at her question.

"I really don't know. But that's why I am going to investigate the situation. Rest assured, you will find your stay at the Gateway quite pleasant. If not, I can always arrange for you to be moved elsewhere."

Turning back to Procs, Rihn question, "So how soon can you leave? I think everyone here is ready to go."

Procs started down at the datapad, quickly skimming the first things on it, before looking up and letting the datapad pass from his mind for the moment.

"Lady, I'll be ready to go as soon as the bouncers hand me my dagger and e-11 back. I think I will follow in my ship. It is not the fastest thing around, but when it needs to, it will get the job done."

He wasn't sure how important this lady he was escorting was, nor did he really care for that matter. What he did take note of, was her reaction to the idea of staying in a safe house, and more importantly going to a place she had never been before. He did have to admit, the first one irked him something fierce. He wasn't not sure what it was, for one thing everythign seemed off about her, and for the second thing, that attitude he was getting from her seemed to be more along the lines of distain for him than anything else. Never the less, she had the money so he coudl care less what she thought as long as he got paid.

To think, I could have mastered how to choke people with my mind, and instead I am escorting women around the galaxy.

Cold eyes gazed up and down the body of the woman he was going to have to protect. With what could only be described as a mental sigh he mentally prepared hismelf, for an untold amount of time dedicate to protecting this one woman, from unknwon dangers and unknown enemies. Yep this was going to be a thrill a minute.

"I'm sure I can make do anywhere given how I've had to live previously."

Her attention seemed to be on Rihn, though she was testing Procs tolerance. She could see he was Force Sensitive as well, the tricks Phillep had taught her coming in handy... the tarnished aura around him... I really must find someone to complete my training... Where she would find someone to teach her would be the thing. If she hadn't of fallen, she'd have been tested already...

Hearing Procs speak of his weapons she turned back towards him with a little more interest. "You carry a dagger?" She smiled, given it was her weapon of choice, regardless of the saber she now had.

"Lets get going then. Do I just get going and meet you there?"

Rihn nodded, "Just follow Procs. He has the location and other important information. Each jump is set out in the log. Make all the jumps to keep your tracks untraceable. As soon as you arrive at the Gateway, notify me. It's that simple. I'll tell you what to do and who to contact once you enter the system. Safe travels you two."

Rihn raised her glass to the two of them before taking a sip of the ale.

Without warning, something happened to disturb the planet of Nar Shaddaa. It couldn't really be said that the peace was disturbed, for there wasn't really ever "peace" on the Smuggler's Moon. It was a place of crime and villany, and never could one find a more wretched hive of criminals.

Three Imperial Star Destroyer Mark IIs appeared from hyperspace accompanied by an Interdictor cruiser, infamous for its ability to disable all hyperspace travel within its gravity well. This Imperial force was enough to make all action on the planet stand still for a moment, most in terror, wondering if the Empire had finally come to take action to disable the crime there.

Their leader was one that had recently become an Imperial enforcer. He was a Sith Master, powerful and in charge of this force that had come. He was Haphaestus, a being that lived and yet existed for millenia without life only to become awakened to a level of biological existance with no flaw, something that had never been obtained.

Haphaestus was in a small ship, not aboard one of the Star Destroyers. He commed the planet in general, using a broad-spectrum comm setting. "Planet of Nar Shadaa, I represent the Galactic Empire. In the name of the Emperor, stand down.

"I have not come to seek vengeance upon this world for its long years of scum and villany, as you may fear. Rather, I have come in the name of the Empire to seek out a single criminal from among you.

"The being called Rihn must hereby be surrendered or you may find that your worst fears may still come true. The means waits above your head to completely destroy ever last building in the vertical city should you choose not to comply with this demand.

"I will accompany a contingent of stormtroopers to the capitol, where Rihn must surrender herself lest she become responsible for the destruction of Nar Shaddaa. She has twenty standard minutes to comply."

Haphaestus followed his words with action, taking his small ship down to the surface and the building that was Nar Shaddaa's version of a capitol, though its planetary government was weak. He demanded landing clearance and was given it without question.

His ship and ten others landed smoothly and he, along with one hundred Imperial stormtroopers, exited and moved into the capitol building.
