Cineon Yahn

Shadow Lightning flew over the surface of Gala. He had been following the reports closely of the Sith attack on the Rebel base, so he had come to get in on the action. It wasn't his style to come in after the hard work had been done, but he justifed to himself that he's been out of action for some while and should ease back into duty. Unfortunately for him, however, he did not know where the Rebel base was. He had been flying the surface of Gala for some time now, looking for it. "We should have seen it by now, Shadow." Shadow agreed. She informed her master that it detected an approaching structure that could be the Rebel base. "Capital! How far away is it?" --- "Oh yes, I see it now." Lord Barabbas brought the ship down closer to the structure in which his ship alerted him to. "This is not a Republic post... this is a Jedi temple." --- "No, no. This will do. In fact, this is just as good, if not better." He brought the ship closer to the temple so that he could jump out near the entrance so the Jedi couldn't attack him from afar, but the temple recognized his ship and quickly attacked him. There were dozens of tiny droids that had latched onto the ship, along with batteries that had opened fire. He turned the ship around, realizing he couldn't approach from the air. He had gotten out of the range of the batteries and other long range weapons, but there were still droids damaging the ship itself. He opened the cockpit as the ship was losing altitude. He jumped out of the ship and fired lightning at the droids, frying them off the "hull". The droids were all destroyed, but the ship was hurt and crashed into ground, Barabbas landing several yards behind it. He took cover behind a hunk of metal, waiting for some Jedi to come charging at him. He waited for some time, but nothing happened. Maybe no one was paying attention and realized that an intruder had come. He got up and began walking to the entrance. Maybe he could just stroll in. The security system of the temple saw him approaching as he reached the main gate. "Welcome, Master Darkfire." The shape-shifted face of Aryian nodded to the computerized greeting and strolled into the Jedi Temple. It was completely and utterly unattended. "This will be most easy," said the voice of Aryian Darkfire. He made his way to the temple's central control.

"My imminent and very painful death? You're not the Sith you once were. You're a shell of your former self and you still think you're one of the best. You're not. I'm not the one who got killed half an hour into his own invasion! I'm not the dumbass that pulled all Imperial presence from the strongest fortress in the galaxy for decades! Go to hell!" Cineon pulled out his lightsaber and cut into the console receiving the transmission. He got out and went to his ship to go kill some random Jedi to calm himself.

OOC: The governer of Naboo was able to send a message to Queen Amidala without knowing where the ship was. You took Imperial ships and equipment and as such I could easily send a communication to you without knowing where you are. I suggest you hear me out.

OOC: Haphaestus, you do know know me by the name of Cineon Yahn and so don't act like you do. Darth Barabbas is all that you know. IC: A transmission from Cardia came for Geki, from Darth Barabbas, requesting access for hologram communication from Geki.

All system power had been returned and Cineon decided to be diplomatic with Geki. By his actions it was apparent that Geki had no desire to lead the Empire, that he'd rather be chasing private sector pursuits. He sent out a transmission trying to communicate with Geki.

As a result of the power shutting down from the Imperial stronghold, the Sith Training Academy also lost power. An EMP was launched and the Imperial base began to restore power. The temple would be one of the longest for systems to return to full power, but it would be returned before the day was over.

Sith Lightning continued to fly around outside shooting down various droids to try and keep them from inside the tower so her master could work in peace.He was at the main console and was initiating a massive system shut-down. He would get rid of this pest-like invasion in an instant. Weapon systems went down first, unfortunately. Were it anything but droids the enemy would have been alerted by the main defenses shutting down for no apparent reason. Next the surrounding building and training facilities went offline. Finally the entire system was offline and no power was running through the temple. Lord Barabbas then opened his lightsaber and disconnected the circuit inside. Sith Lightning, launch your EMP now. The ship swept down into the middle of the droid invasion and the EMP rippled through the area, disabling all the droids, falling down in an instant. "What a fool, attacking Cardia with droids. The Hutts will pay for this insult." He initiated the power re-connect and sat patiently while systems came back online. He re-connected his lightsaber and put it inside his cloak. Kakuto would undoubtedly be returning shortly and once systems were back online he would confront Geki.

Sith Lightning entered the Cardia system and he brought the ship down to the main tower. He got out of his ship and walked into the abandoned station. Disgusting. Once in the control room he first deactivated the evacuation signal and instead issued a new signal, demanding that ALL Imperial troops return to Cardia immediately. He then went over to fire control and re-activated the Ion cannons that were in place to fire on the Hutt ships that were trying to pillage his base. He had felt Kakuto's presence when he arrived. He sat down and waited for Kakuto to do his work while he himself contemplated making a holonet message declaring himself Emperor again... ((I established this base. The Emperor after me was my own Admiral and the Empire was still under my regime until recently. Since Cardia has not changed much since my departure I still know all of the codes to do such things.))

Barabbas was sitting down browsing the Holonet for news. He learned that the Hutts were trying to loot... Cardia? Geki abandoned Cardia. Yahn got to his feet in a fit of white rage. "No... no! I've had enough of sitting by in the shadows and letting events take place while I just sit around. I knew he was a bad Emperor, but I didn't know he abandoned Cardia for no reason. I'm going to go kill that son of a bitch, take back what's mine, and restore Cardia for the fortress it's supposed to be. I'll report in when I've secured Imperial holdings." Barabbas walked out of the chamber fuming. He was no longer needed here. His first destination was Cardia to assess the damage.

Cineon's interest peaked at Yuri's statement. "Yes, what of the Empire? Last time Geki was Emperor he ran their war machine into the ground and I had to re-build the entire armada from nothing. My old Master and I are the ones that made Cardia the all but impregnable fortress that is feared as it is today. Had I not been ordered to leave the Empire to repair the ill-fated Serpent Order I'd be Emperor still. I will not sit idly by and watch that madman destroy the Empire a second time."

Lord Barabbas was only simply amused by Oblivion, vocally expressing so even. He became serious and looked at him. "Lord Quietus' plans are of common interest to your desires?" Disgust was evident in his voice as he pointed out the obsurdity of the statment. "Even knowing that I may be the only one that thinks so I'll speak for the entire room by saying... who cares about your insignificant plans?" He knew that the insult he spewed was uncalled for and was worthy of fighting over, but he did not care. Whether he got a tounge-lashing in return or they fought over it. Either was fine. In fact, fighting someone right now would actually be rather nice. "I will speak to our Master's defense in this instance. He stepped up first. The rule is his. The only two men that can contest his rule are myself and Lord Ryu himself, as we're the only two men with any kind of claim to the throne." He knew that his brash and arrogant statements would make him no friends in this room, but he did not care, he was not here to make friends, nor was he planning to make his move to regain his throne.

Upon being escorted out of his personal chambers the changling put his hood over his head once more. He did know of these Sith. For some reason he had the overwhelming desire to think of them as weaker than he. The only other Sith here that he really recognized was Alora. "Amazing. It's like I speak it... and it happens!" He chuckled to himself. It would be best not tease a seductress, even if he was heartless. In his mind Cineon knew that it was he who deserved to be the Dark Lord of the Sith, not Quietus. He brought about the assasination of Darth Havoc, his Master. Had Havoc completed Barabbas' training things would have been different, but he was not stupid. Had he attempted to remain Dark Lord Kakuto would have killed him. If Kakuto died then the throne belonged to him. He kept these thoughts buried in himself, but his rage was immense. Perhaps his time would come.

Cineon shrugged. "As long as they're still warm, but I'd have to actually be desperate for some to do that... and I've had Alora." There was a long awkward silence. "But then again... who hasn't?" He let out a hearty laugh.

"Well, this meeting obviously isn't happening anytime soon. Are there any women on this ship that I might be allowed to violate and rape?"

"Well you didn't kill your Master like I did to become Dark Lord, so I find you weaker in comparison to the Dark Lords of Old. As for the presence outside, I'm not sure. The one called Nurgle and his... followers, seem oblivious to the disturbance. Whatever it is either chooses to only allow us to know it's here, or we simply are the only ones powerful enough to sense it on any level. If it's something tangible, that is, and I suspect it is. If it is a being with the Force at it's beckon call it is neutral. Neither dark or light... and only one religion fits that bill, if I may dare to say so." He grabbed at his hood and pulled it down, revealing his face. "There's more than strange things in space that is troublesome here," he said looking in the direction of the main chamber where the other Sith had gathered.
