The Three Imperial Bases of Foy are one of the longest held territories of the Galactic Empire and then its successor the Imperial Remnant. Long held as a deep space supply depot and training ground for new recruits in the expansion region, the planet and its repair yards served in the reconstruction of the Imperial Fleets before the battle of the Third Death Star. Its secret laboratories working on SEED projects around cloning before they were shut down at the end of the Galactic Empire.

Old description:

Unknown to all outside of the Empire, Foy is the sole planet of a small star system situated deep within the heart of Imperial space. Almost pulsing with the dark side of the Force, the diminutive Foy is a world of rock and of fire. Massive volcanoes cover almost eighty percent of the world's surface - volcanoes that constantly spew out fiery nightmares. The rest of the world's surface is coated with monstrous cities - cities with dark towers of iron that reach up to the blackened sky like the arms of the undead, reaching out of graves. The cities of Foy are populated by the Foy, a race of grim looking aliens who, although being fiercely loyal to the Empire and to the Sith, are uninterested in the happenings that go on beyond their borders. Discovered by the Sith Lord Darth Sadism, Foy once served as a haven for both high ranking Imperials and the Sith. Following the death of Darth Sadism, travelers to Foy became increasingly few and far between - indeed, only the Sith Lord Darth Havoc and the mysterious Imperial Destiny had journeyed to the world in recent times.

As heavily-polluted rain pours down from the heavens, a majestic cruiser, painted red with the blood of the innocent, appears in the blackened sky. The cruiser, christened the Black Heart by the Sith Lord Darth Havoc, slices through the sky, and eventually sets down on a hovering landing pad, one that floats above Foy's largest city. The Black Heart shakes slightly as the main engines are cut - at the same time, rain drips off of the cruiser's sleek sides, giving the impression of a giant, bloody heart, still beating after being ripped out of some poor soul. A moment after the main ramp extends, six heavily armed and armored troopers, clad in red, emerge. The troopers march in double file, and are shortly followed by the Sith Lord Darth Havoc, known as Emperor Akturus by the people of the Empire. Clad in black robes and armor, Darth Havoc smiles as he breathes in some of the harsh Foy air.

"Home at last."

In space above Foy, two Imperial Star Destroyers emerge out of hyperspace. The two cruisers are quickly joined by numerous heavy transports and smaller support vessels. Most of the heavy transports, as well as some light freighters released from the two cruisers, head down to the surface of Foy. As Darth Havoc makes his way to his personal tower, the transports and freighters land and begin to be unloaded by the Foy - those grim looking citizens of the Empire. As Darth Havoc sits, cross-legged, on the cold floor of his meditation chamber, Imperial technicians and workers begin to see about setting up the planet's defenses.

The Shadow Lightning entered Foy and circled above the large city like a bird of prey. The ship quickly swooped down, and Cineon let himself fall out of the ship landing on both feet outside of Havoc's tower. He looked up to the ship, Find a place to land. He heard a reply from the ship, so he turned back to the tower and went inside. While walking in he remembered that his lightsaber still needed the crystals to function. He hoped that his time on Foy would allow him to finish his lightsaber and to continue his training. He stood outside of the meditation chamber, waiting silently.

The iron entrance to Darth Havoc's meditation chamber hisses open, and the Sith Lord turned leader of the Empire appears. Darth Havoc was pleased to see his apprentice waiting outside; pleased , but not surprised. For Darth Havoc, while meditation, had had another one of his prophetic dreams - in this dream, or vision, as it might also be called, Darth Havoc had seen his apprentice scaling down the maw of an active volcano. In this dream, Cineon Yahn had obviously been after the blood red crystals that ”œgrew”

Macleod arrived on one of the transports, his sword back at his side. He quickly ordered the fighters to be set up in their proper positions. Havoc hadn't expressly asked him to do this, but too Macleod the fighter pilots were the most essential part of any defense system. He made sure the new Emperor got word that Macleod had arrived and was ready for duty.

Darth Havoc, Emperor Akturus to the masses here on Foy, presently sits alone in his meditation chamber. The Sith Lord's eyes are closed, his mind, open. A series of different events flashes across Darth Havoc's mind, including the return of an old Imperial hero, the return of a somewhat legendary Sith Lord, and of course the destruction of the Rebel Alliance. After a short period of time passes, Darth Havoc opens his eyes and smiles. Rising to his feet, Darth Havoc leaves his meditation chamber, and finds a spherical probe droid waiting outside.

Darth Havoc speaks to the robot.

"You are to follow my apprentice and report his progress back to me. Go now."

As the probe droid zips away, one of Darth Havoc's black robed aides approaches.

"Emperor Akturus, I bring you news. Firstly, construction continues on your Super-class Star Destroyer - everything is well on Kuat. As for the defenses of Foy, Macleod has ordered a few squadrons of TIE fighters to patrol our skies, and defense stations are being constructed where you and your tacticians had called for them."

"Most excellent. Bring Macleod to me now."

As Darth Havoc waits, steps are taken to defend Foy against future attacks. Heavy ion cannons, effective deterrents against orbital siege activity, are placed at strategic points all over Foy - the heavy ion cannons are mounted on rotating bases, are covered by a semi-circular energy shells, and are modular, meaning that in the event that one is destroyed, another can be erected in a short time. Anti-aircraft laser cannons are also erected at strategic places around Foy's largest city - the new Imperial capital...

Cineon had listened to Lord Havoc's words carefully. He turned swiftly and left the tower. He looked in the direction he was instructed to head. He could see Mount Vader protruding above the Foy landscape, mightier then any monument near it. He couldn't tell how far away it was. He was sure the mission didn't entail his ability to walk the rugged terrain. Come The Shadow Lightning obeyed and flew up to him. He wasn't able to use the Force to jump great distances, so he instructed the ship to fly very low to the ground. Cineon put his back to the ship and jumped, landing on the top of the ship and wrapped his arms around the turrets so he didn't fall off. Cineon spoke to the ship and told it where to go. The ship approached the top of the mountain. He let go of the turrets and fell down to the mountain. He landed outside of it, on the rim at the top. He immediately lost his balance. He knew he would either fall into the lava pit, or roll outside to the base of the mountain. He could have stopped his fall had he fallen inside, but he would have no such luck. He fell backward and rolled down to the base. He got up, battered pretty good. He felt pain in his upper back. He reached back and pulled a stalagmite out of his back. He dropped to one knee because of the pain. Cineon couldn't reach back there to bandage the wound, so he shapeshifted to a humanoid that could easily reach back there. He ripped off some cloth from his robe and wrapped it around his back and stopped the bleeding. He was beginning to lose consciousness though, he had lost a nice amount of blood already. He stood up straight, but he dropped back to a knee.

Dropping from the ship was a really stupid idea. He got up and slowly began to scale the volcano.

Construction begins on several surface-to-space missile silos.

Darth Havoc smiles as he watches his apprentice shape-shift into a different being, just so he was capable of bandaging his own back - this pleased the Sith Lord, as Cineon Yahn did seem to keep his wits about him. Macleod is ushered in a few moments later, so Darth Havoc turns away from the view-screen. Arms crossed behind his back, the Sith Lord circles Macleod...

"Tell me, what do you know of an old Imperial hand called by the name Phillep?"

Macleod hadn't been involved much in Phillep's time. The Empire was at the point where settling uninhabited territories, and retaining holdings was top priority. Macleod was a conqueror.

"Phillep was the leader of the Empire in Rivhen's absence. He was a good leader, a diplomat, not a warrior. His leadership saw the Empire prosper, not to it's former glory, but not less than that either. I would say he was a valuable member of the Empire."

"Most interesting."

"Listen carefully, keep your best pilots on high alert - very soon I might call upon you and your squadrons of Imperial fighters, and I don't want to be disappointed."

The last bit was more of a threat than anything else; Darth Havoc would not accept failure.

Darth Havoc turns to one of his black-robed aides. The Sith Lord hands the aide a data-card.

"Send that to the ones who hunt. Also, contact Lords Jidai Geki and Ar-Pharazon."

Construction continues on those missile silos.

Elsewhere, construction also continues on the Empire's new Super-class Star Destroyer.

Cineon finally reached the ridge of the volcano... again. He looked down into the lava. It was a long way down. He opted to just jump down again... but the last time he did that, he hurt himself rather badly. Sad thing was, there was no path to walk down. He couldn't repel down, he didn't have the equipment. He looked around, "Oh well." Cineon closed his eyes and jumped down anyways. He shapeshifts so that his arms becomed webbed, a patch of skin connecting his arms to his body. He puts his arms out and uses the skin to glide down into the volcano. He gets down far enough and lands on a rock in the center. He makes sure he is safe before continuing.

From the shadows of space and from the hind-end of the universe, a small Imperial craft escorted by few others, of the older confiscated-Rebel armada, pops back into realspace.

It was few, a Lambda-class shuttle and a pair of X-wings, touched with Imperial colors, at the helm of the shuttle was a familiar face, a diplomat, not a warrior, but he was ready to repair that reputation.

A comm is sent to the Imperials at Foy, Lord Havoc, I wish to return to the Empire, I seek to be a deserter, no more.

It was enough, the mighty force user would realize by the twinkle in the Force, the identity of the one-time Imperial Admiral... if not, then his antiquated Imperial codes would alert them.

The activation of a comm unit broke the silence that had all but engulfed his meditation chamber, a sneer of spite crossing the lips of Darth Havoc as he answered the beeping device.

"Milord, a Llamba class shuttle has just emerged from hyperspace above the planet with two X-Wing escorts. The shuttle's identification codes checked out, but they're registered to an officer that proved to be a deserter long ago."

Darth Havoc pauses as he ponders the question and reaches out with the Force to the orbiting ships above him in space. A sinister smile formed across the face of the Emperor as he sensed who it was.

"Allow the High Commander to land. Tell him I'll be waiting for him in my chambers."

Across the planet's landscape the construction of the surface-to-space missile silos is completed.

In a distant star system the construction of the Emperor's new Super-star destroyer nears its final stages. Soon the Empire would have its new flagship...

The three ships skirted towards the surface, the Lambda landing before the X-wings and extending the ramp, allowing the former Admiral to descend onto Foy's volcanic surface.

It was a warm place for obvious reasons and the sweat was smothering the Imperial's brow, he stretched his arms from the cramped space that was the cockpit aboard the Shuttle and stretched his legs before making his way, led by an Escort Guard, marching in the goose-step fashion.

He smirked, "Somethings can never change," as the Imperials led him towards Emperor Havoc.

In a catatonic state of meditation, Darth Havoc's face was pained as he watched the Imperial Fleets performance over the skies of Ryloth. Such a pity that a newly constructed Victory-class destroyer met such a pointless end- an end that Emperor Akturus wouldn't let go by unpunished.

This hissing of his chamber doors opening turned his attention back to reality as his glare met the one time Admiral Phillep.

"I've heard many things about you Admiral..."

A smirk crossed the face of Phillep.

"...but I never said they were good things."

Darth Havoc paused as he stood to his feet and began circling slowly around the Imperial Officer, his arms casually behind him.

"The Empire is crumbling and I intend to stop the fracture from becoming a cancer on her greatness. You will help me reverse the downfall that occured during your rein."

Darth Havoc begins to tell the "Admiral" of his plans...

Phillep's eyes remained sternly planted back on Havoc's, the smirk fading and returning to a set jaw-line, "As you wish, my Lord."

Phillep went down to a knee, "What would you have me do? I serve you, Liege and Emperor."

"Rise."

Darth Havoc, the hood of his cloak masking most of his features, orders his subject to stand.

"Listen carefully. I want my new super-class Star Destroyer stationed here, above Foy. I want also two of my Imperial-class Star Destroyers stationed here. Have one Imperial-class Star Destroyer stationed at Kuat. I want the remainder of my fleet, the Imperial fleet, positioned in deep space ”“ away from prying eyes."

Darth Havoc turns and creeps back over to his black throne. After sitting, the Sith Lord continues.

"A bounty hunter will soon seek me out ”“ a bounty hunter by the name of Tekkan Raas. I want blood drawn from this Raas, for he is the model I have chosen to base a new division of my forces after. Yes, I plan on creating a small army of clones ”“ elite creatures that will complete whatever task I ask of them..."

Darth Havoc pauses.

"See to my ships, I sense a strange presence nearby."

***

An Imperial officer, clad in a trim black uniform, followed by a dozen heavily armed and armored Imperial Stormtroopers, heads to the landing pad where the Hell's Remembrance had just touched down on. The Imperial officer bows to the female Sith Master who stands next to the ship.

"Emperor Akturus has been expecting you. Follow me."

The Imperial officer and garrison of troopers escort Tarrian Skywalker to Darth Havoc's chambers.

"I am glad that you have answered my call."

Darth Havoc rises from his black throne.

"We have much to discuss."

Darth Havoc pulls back the hood of his cloak, revealing his wizened features.

"I have heard rumors, whispers in the dark really, of your powers, my Sith Master. A war is brewing, a war to end all wars; I could use your powers ”“ that is why I asked you to come..."

Tarrian smiled at his statement. "Correct me if I am wrong Emporer, but are you not also a sith?" She was silent a moment and then continued..."We are of the same side."

Tarrian walked around the room and then went to the chair near Darth Havoc..."You would not mind if I sit would you?"

"When in doubt, Get the Hell out!!!"

"Of course, my dear."

Darth Havoc once again sits.

"Yes, I am a member of the Sith religion ”“ the dark side of the Force flows through me, as it does you. However, my dear, I will quarrel with anyone who stands in my way, be they Jedi or Sith."

Darth Havoc sighs.

"So, I must ask you again ”“ where do you stand?"

"The current Sith Order is weak, you must see it ”“ the Sith shy away on distant worlds as the Jedi boldly aid the Rebel Alliance in trying to overthrow the Empire."

Darth Havoc pauses.

"If those who claim to be of the Sith do not see the light, they will be crushed, in the dark, with the rest..."

Tarrian looked into his eyes...he was older, but still strong in the force. She sat down and crossed her legs. "Your Highness, you realize that my own brother, Lord Ar-Pharazon sits on the throne of the Sith as the Dark Lord? I will have to think this over, it is not something that I can just make a rash decision on. I am loyal to the sith, and to the Dark Lord."

Tarrian tried to read this ones soul, never has anyone asked her to choose a side. Why would this one believe that she would fight for him and not her own brother. What made him tick inside is what she would need to find out.

Cineon's footing was superb inside of the volcano. He scoped the area in haste. There are not many crystals and any one will do, he comes to find. No, not any one would do, any one would be efficient to let the lightsaber function. He didn't want any crystal, he wanted his. He senesed through the Force he sensed for a crystal that not only he accepted, but a crystal that was powerful enough to accept him. He could only see one such a crystal through the Force, but it was naked to his eye. He looked down and saw a small glimmer underneath the lava. There was where his crystal lied. He extended his hand and attempted to use the Force to pull the crystal from the lava. However, when he attempted to do this, he was sent blindly away by a wave of Force lightning. He was able to land on his feet, but he could feel the pain from the Force lightning. He did not remain on his feet for long. He nearly collapsed, but he caught himself on a ridge. He lifted himself up and rested his sore body on the ground near the lava. He cleared his mind and tried to pull the crystal to his hand.

Again, a wave of blisteringly painful Force lightning jolted into Cineon's body. Mount Vader was very powerful, a demanding presence in the Force. Smoke came from Cineon's clothing, and his skin was seared from the powerful Sith magic. The mountain's power was well guarded, and was no doubt ammused by the arrogance of a padawan foolishly attempting to harness its more guarded assets.

Cineon was no good at giving up, however. No Force influence from his part would draw this item, he had to retrieve it some other way. The lava was dangerously hot, no item could go into and pull the crystal out. Any impurity entering the lava would without a doubt be destroyed by the Force. Cineon rose to his feet and lept to the closest rock near the crystal. He shifted his shape, and his arm erupted in powerful scales, as did his wrist and then his hand. He cracked the knuckles on the hand and plunged the hand into the lava. The once red tint of the area shone brightly now and was practically white. Cineon's eyes slammed shut, but he continued slowly pushing his arm into the dangerously hot liquid.

The volcano roared, and thunder shook the weeker mountains at the base of Mount Vader. Lightning came from the sky and struck the base of a volcano, causing it to erupt from the base.

The light inside was unbearable. He was near the bottom. Cineon grasped the crystal finally, and ripped his hand out from the magma. It was incrediblly burned, something Cineon did not anticipate. The lava began to raise, and the air began to thin. The mighty Vader was about to erupt. Shadow, come to me.

Cineon closed his eyes and with the aid of the Force, levitated off the rock he stood, as it was engulfed in fire. He was rising, but not fast enough. The magma was building and gaining fast. He was almost out, but the lava was now too close to escape. Cineon altered his grip quickly to pull at the lava. Lightning struck back at Cineon, blowing him straight out of the giant. He landed safely on top of the Shadow Lightning. It flew away as the sky was set ablaze. Cineon told Shadow to go back to Lord Havoc's tower.

Phillep's head snapped into a bow, before he twisted on his heel and took off, he would meet with the Commanders above Kuat and position the fleet accordingly. It is good to serve an Emperor, yet again, a true Empire needs its Emperor.

He boarded his Lambda-class shuttle and departed for the Kuat Yards, the Super-class Star Destroyer should be finished, as well as a portion of her smaller sisters. The might of the Empire would rise again... even if Phillep had to become a kath hound in the service of the Emperor, and not a leader of the pack...
